How to connect Wi-Fi?

Being within the walls of the Academy, you can connect Wi-Fi on your mobile devices. To do this, use the network called “ranepa”. You will need your corporate account to connect. Enter your login (group number + underscore + surname in Latin without spaces) in the “User” field (sometimes called “Identity”), password in the “Password” field. Select the second level of authentication MSCHAPV2 (if configured). Leave the rest of the fields unchanged and click “Save”.

If you have problems connecting to a Wi-Fi network, you can contact technical support (office B311).

How to get login and password?

During your studies at the Academy, you will use the computers, online learning system, and wireless network of the Branch. To log in, use a single corporate account, which you receive upon admission to the Academy in person. If for some reason you do not have a login and password, you need to personally contact the B311 office. You must have a student ID with you.

What should I do if I forgot my password/login?

The quickest and easiest way is to go to room B311 (don’t forget to bring your student ID). If you have forgotten your password, but are physically unable to personally approach the technical support department, write to [email protected] and we will send you credentials to the email address you specified (subject to availability in the online training system or from your methodologist ). If we don’t have your address, you should call your counselor and verify your identity. You can find contact information for Methodists here.

Login for all students is formed according to the same template: group number + underscore + surname in Latin without spaces. For example, 1111_Ivanov. If you can’t remember, you can also contact technical support (B311).

I had problems while working on the computer at the Academy. What to do?

Go to the technical support department in room B311. They will help you. Please do not attempt to solve the problem yourself (trying to install or uninstall software, disconnect and reconnect computer peripherals, and so on). There are special employees for this.

I don’t understand how to use the online learning system

Special introductory classes are held for all first-year students in the first weeks of their studies, where they are helped to register in the online learning system and show the basic principles of working in the system. If you still have questions about working in the system, you can always contact a technical support specialist in person (office B311), through the online training system and by phone (3852) 503-576.

I can’t log into the online learning system

You use a single corporate account to log into the online learning system. If you manage to log into the Academy computers with it, but you can’t log into the online learning system, please check the input data more carefully (especially the input language / keyboard layout) and everything should work out. If you can’t log into either the computer or the system, you most likely forgot your username or password. And you already know what to do in such a situation (contact technical support to change your password, office B311, do not forget your student ID with you).

My group number / surname has changed. How will this affect the online learning system?

The group number in the corporate account login does not affect your actual association with an academic group. When moving to another group, you will simply be transferred to another group in the system (with the old login), so that you will see the disciplines of your new group. If you suddenly lack the necessary disciplines, contact the administrator of the online learning system (office B311). When you change your last name (first name or patronymic), your data on the corporate network will also be changed, but your login will remain the same.

I don’t see the subjects I need in my online courses. What to do?

Contact a technical support specialist in person (office B311), through the online training system, or by calling (3852) 503-576.

How to find free or low-cost tutoring for your child

Decades ago, under the federal No Child Left Behind (NCLB) law, some children were eligible for free tutoring, though many children never received it. Now under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), each state gets to decide what kind of educational services it offers. But no matter what state you live in, you can still find free tutoring (or at least low-cost) from kindergarten to college.

What are the benefits of tutoring?

Decades of research suggest that tutoring is one of the most effective ways to support a struggling student. Whether it is individual tutoring or learning in a small group, your child will likely benefit from getting personalized support on their math, reading, or another academic subject. In addition, if your child is struggling with study skills or organization, a tutor can also help refocus your child and help them catch up on their school work.

Even though most public school teachers are required to have teaching credentials, the same is not typically true when it comes to tutors. In fact, a lot of tutoring programs employ college or high school students to support younger students. This means that parents need to do their homework to make sure their child receives tutoring that is truly helpful. Research shows that although the most effective tutoring is done by teachers or other trained experts, peer tutoring can also work well as long as the student tutors have been trained.

If you find a tutoring program connected to your school or district, ask school officials and tutoring service providers whether a tutoring program follows your district’s program of instruction. It’s also important to know whether a tutor will regularly communicate with your child’s teacher and with you. Don’t assume this will happen: always ask.

How to find free tutors near you

In many cases, access to free tutoring is based on your family income. For instance, if your child qualifies for a free or reduced-price lunch or attends a Title I school (where more than 40 percent of the students are from low-income families), your child may have access to special services at your child’s school or district. These services may take place during school hours or after school at your child’s school, or at another local public school. The best way to find out is to ask your child’s school about any free tutoring services offered by your school or the district.

Another important source of free tutoring is your local public library. Many libraries have after-school programs, college counseling programs, and tutoring programs in reading and math. Some of these programs offer individual tutoring in person. In this case, the tutoring would be online and you would need both an internet connection and a library card number to sign in.

Beyond schools and libraries, who provides affordable tutoring?

This is a question you need to ask your child. Boys and Girls Clubs of America

In many locations, this national nonprofit offers “Power Hour,” an after-school program that helps kids and teens get their homework done. YMCA

YMCA is a national nonprofit that offers a range of services for families, including academic support like low-cost and free after-school homework programs and tutoring. Find the closest YMCA and see what programs they offer. Some YMCAs hire certified teachers in their programs, while others are more like after-school clubs.

If you decide to search for an online tutor, there’s a wide variety of options to explore. It all can be overwhelming because the No Child Left Behind law created a huge market in online tutors – and some of them haven’t survived. What’s more, some tutoring services are designed only for special groups of students, such as students with learning disabilities. So as you look for online tutors, make sure your child qualifies before you apply.

CovEducation

Governor Newsom Announces Free Online Tutoring Available to All Californians, $254 Million in Grants to Improve Libraries Across the State

Statewide pilot led by State Library provides live, 24/7 online tutoring and homework help in every K-12 subject 

Grant funding is part of California’s largest-ever investment in public libraries

SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom today announced that every Californian can now access free online tutoring available 24/7 through a new initiative offering homework help in every K-12 subject and skill-building resources for adult learners. The Governor also announced $254 million in grants to public libraries in 172 cities across 34 counties to renovate and improve facilities across the state. This is the first round of the California State Library’s $439 million Building Forward Library Improvement Grant Program – the largest investment in public library infrastructure in California history.

Real-time homework assistance can now be accessed 24/7 here and on the websites of any of the 1,130 local public libraries around the state – click on the “HelpNow” link to reach a one-on-one tutor. The pilot program led by the State Library offers assistance in Math, Language Arts, and other core K-12 subjects in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, and Tagalog. There’s no age limit to who can use the service. Adult learners can also access writing assistance, citizenship resources and other tools.

“With historic investments to give the youngest Californians a strong start in life, enrich our schools and expand supports like tutoring, we’re building on our commitment to create more opportunities for every child in our state to thrive, ”said Governor Newsom. “Public libraries are the hearts of communities across the state and our hubs of learning, discovery, and oftentimes – safety. While states across the nation are banning books, California is awarding $254 million in grants for our historic public libraries – an investment to make books more accessible by repairing and modernizing libraries throughout the state.”

The 234 projects in this initial round of funding under the Building Forward Library Improvement Grant Program range from $14,300 to $10 million and include efforts to make libraries safer and more accessible, including their ability to be cooling centers for underserved communities. The City of Porterville, whose only library was destroyed in a 2020 fire that took the lives of two firefighters, will receive $7.2 million.

“Libraries are hubs of community activity – they are a safe haven, an escape into the wonders of reading, a place to find a meal when you need one, to create, to vote, to enrich children, to learn a new skill, and so much more,” said First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom. “Strengthening our libraries’ infrastructure – their ability to safely and effectively meet the needs of the community – is such a critical investment in the community members who rely on them.

First priority for grants was given to the state’s least-resourced communities and projects that address long-delayed critical life and safety facility needs including seismic safety, heating and air system replacement, building security, and improved Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility.

“There are lots of reasons 24 million Californians have library cards. Local libraries are cornerstones of their communities and critical parts of California’s education system,” said Greg Lucas, California State Librarian.  “Strengthening public libraries strengthens California and helps make it easier for all Californians to get the information and assistance they need to succeed and thrive.”

Live, real-time homework assistance from tutors familiar with state curriculum and standards is available 24 hours a day by laptop, tablet, or phone from tutors familiar with state curriculum and standards. The State Library is working with the Pacific Library partnership to make “HelpNow” by Brainfuse available throughout the state.

Tutors work with students through their homework challenges, and guide them to the right solution, without giving the answer,” said Jack Rothstein, Brainfuse Library Services Director.

I am Oksana Pelipenko, the author of the project “Messages of the Angelic Academy”

In 2012, my active social life as a publisher and editor-in-chief of a real estate magazine turned sharply towards a spiritual search, which turned out to be difficult and mostly painful. Plunging into the depths of the subconscious, traveling through the expanses of the teachings, visiting masters and trainers, I moved further and further away from the goal – to find my true self.

Realizing at one moment that I can no longer hear others, but want to hear myself, I left society and went to live in the forest. There, in silence and loneliness, I met myself, with God, Angels, Archangels.

I was sure that I would spend the rest of my life in nature, in a hermitage and would bring angelic messages to people, but away from the outside world.

A year later, the Angels returned me to the capital, where I gradually began to develop this theme. Having gone through the formation in a new capacity, creating various projects and products, I chose what is closer to my heart – creativity and the transfer of knowledge.

Now I am holding angelic meetings and transformation programs, helping to tune in with Divine support.

My first angelic book is a self-instruction and step-by-step guide on how to communicate with angels directly and without intermediaries.

Archangels can be present in several places at the same time, they are not attached to any person, so we should not worry that, turning to the Archangel for help, we will take it away from someone. The help and strength of the Archangels is enough for everyone in this world.

Spiritual growth and formation, Guardian Angels and Archangels, ways of establishing contact with them will be discussed in this book. It can be said that you are holding in your hands a step-by-step guide to connecting with the Angelic Family, developed over the years of my personal experience and teaching others in our Angelic Academy.

Chapter 1

Who are Angels

Who are Angels? The vibrations of the Earth are rising, thousands of heavenly helpers come to Earth to serve us, the glory of the Angels flies to us, books are being written, and information about them is spreading on the Internet at the speed of light.

In this chapter, I will share what is the most valuable information, and I consider it fundamental when getting to know the angelic world.

1. In our world, there are many spiritual beings of a high order, seeking to help us.

2. Angels are the highest in vibration in this hierarchy of heavenly helpers.

3. The guardian angel is always with us and never leaves us. This light being is built into our aura and never leaves our side. He is familiar with our soul from the very first incarnation and goes along with it from life to life.

4. There is a powerful group of Archangels, and they are able to provide us with any help.

5. Each of us has the opportunity to communicate with our Angels and receive help and support from them.

Each of us vibrates at our own frequency, having fields and structures, entire worlds within and without. In addition to us, millions of beings live in the Universe, manifested both at the physical level visible to our eyes, and at more subtle levels. There are beings who are interested in the growth and development of our planet and serve humanity for the good. They all also vibrate at their own frequencies. And we are all able, if desired, to keep in touch with each other: both with our inner world and with other spiritual beings.

And if we talk about the inner world, then the most famous parts of us are the Soul, intuition, role models and structures, and outside the world is even more diverse: a great many spiritual beings work at different levels and frequencies – Angels, Archangels and Higher Self, Heavenly Mentors and Helper Spirits, Saints and Ascended Masters, goddesses and fairies, virgins and elementals, guests from other planets and dimensions.

There are also those who once lived in the physical world, our already deceased family members, those whom we met in past lives, who come to observe our new journey, the spirits of animals and plants and other helpers who are called to support our earth path. This richest world of internal and external helpers is present in each of us. In addition to our usual, familiar and familiar, earthly family, there is an inner and spiritual, so-called heavenly family, which helps us in our earthly life path.

And this tells us that we are never alone, although sometimes we may think so. We may feel that we don’t even have anyone to talk to, while our entire spiritual family is just waiting for us to tell them about the issues that torment us and wish to accept help from them. And having done this, we may be surprised that the doors were never closed, that we were always given signs, and we simply did not see them.

Strange, isn’t it? After all, in childhood we remember everything, we know, we see, and as adults, we plunge into the bustle of life circumstances and withdraw into ourselves, gradually losing faith in a Higher power, which can actually help us solve all our problems. We were given the way, but we were also given the key. No one sent us to Earth alone, without a connection with the Home. Thousands of helpers and light beings have come here with us to guard, protect us, guide and support us.

The highest vibrational beings of all our helpers are the Angels, they are the closest to God and have never been human: they are the creations of the Creator. Angels are the hands and eyes of God.

Angels serve God and people, they are mediators between two worlds: Heaven and Earth. Angels do not require worship and service to themselves, they look with us in the same direction: towards God, and help us move towards the One Light, the one who created them and created us.

And although there are already many people who believe in angels, and some have come into contact with them personally, due to which changes have occurred in their lives, nevertheless, there are different opinions about their origin and what they do for us. Some people think that Angels live in Heaven, others think that Angels fly to us at our request, others think that Angels are always present next to us night and day. There are also people who consider Angels a relic of the past, a religious attribute.

I see Angels as light beings of a spiritual order, closest to God, who were created both before the creation of man and before the emergence of any religions and beliefs. And interestingly, all world religions agree with the existence of Angels – even Buddhism, which denies the existence of a Creator God. In the British Museum, I saw frescoes of the Sumerians, where each person is next to his guardian angel.

As for their presence, they are with us right here and now, they do not fly away, because they can be in several places at the same time, and our Guardian Angel is always inseparably next to us.

Usually we do not see Angels with physical vision, because the etheric body of Angels is woven from light. Although Angels are the only spiritual beings that can materialize and take on human form. People tell many stories about how a stranger appeared from somewhere in front of them, provided assistance, and just as quickly and mysteriously disappeared. Of course, this happens in extreme cases, when you need to ensure security or at a moment of extreme need. Usually Angels help us on the subtle plane with the help of their light and remain invisible to human eyes. Angels are very important to us because they are closely connected with us all our lives. They cooperate with our Soul and Higher Self throughout life and do their best to help us stay on track.

Their activity is especially effective when we ourselves ask them for help, since Angels follow the Divine law known as free will. This means that there is not much they can do before we ourselves ask them to. And when we asked, then their power is already unfolding in all its glory, and they are ready to move mountains in order to fulfill what we ask, if it goes in accordance with the development plan of our soul. The same applies to the Force of the Creator. We came here of our own free will, and our daily choices create the experience and reality that we go through and live. When we make the choice to ask the Angels for help, we invite God to join us, we fall into something greater than ourselves, as if to a source, all the Divine power is on our side, and miracles begin to happen.

It is important that although we are talking about Angels here, they themselves do not require worship, they do not have the goal of drawing attention to themselves. We have one common goal with them – to bring us to ourselves, to the very God who lives around and inside us. So that we enter into unity and harmony with the Divine plan. Therefore, we first of all direct all gratitude to God, and thank the Angels for their service in the same way as we would thank our friends for their help and participation. Angels are pure heavenly creatures and deserve our recognition and respect. But God sends a blessing through the Angels, and through all our and their deeds we all glorify the name of the Creator.

The reverse is also true. We turn with a prayer and request to God, and he first of all sends us his Angels. Angels accept our requests and do their best to fulfill them. Sometimes it happens that we do not get what we ask for – and this is their help, because in the long run the fulfillment of this request will not bring us good. We, unlike the Angels, do not see the whole picture and, only looking back, we can realize how good it is that we did not receive this. From the subtle plane one can clearly see the best path we should follow. And sometimes not getting what you want is better than getting it.

We are accustomed to relying only on ourselves, on our experience, reason, and by inviting Angels to help, we thereby invite God to join us in jointly making the best decisions. We become co-creators of our destiny. We can try to do everything on our own, but the participation of the Angels will greatly facilitate the tasks that we need to solve.

When we turn to the Angels for help, we create an impulse, everything starts to move: God, the Universe, and ourselves. God heard us as soon as we asked, and now sends us Angels to help us move forward – the rest depends on us. This is what we call cooperation with a Higher Power.

It activates spiritual power, points in the direction where to look for answers. And the realization comes to us that there is nothing that we cannot cope with, having such support on our side, there is nothing so strong that it can resist us. But if we only think that it is enough to ask for support and do nothing else, then nothing will happen.

God has a wonderful plan for our lives – you just need to trust, turn on your attention and be ready to see and hear it. And now it’s time to break down all the barriers of fear and open yourself to the support of the Angels. They are waiting for us right now.

As you read these lines, Angels are standing to your right, Angels are standing to your left, Angels are standing in front of you, Angels are standing behind you, above you and below you. Everywhere you look, there are angels waiting to be invited into your life.

Right now, you can take a deep breath and a deep breath and say these words mentally or aloud:

The patients of the Eilenriede Hannover Clinic live in comfortable single and double rooms with modern design. Each room has a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The furnishings of a standard room include an automatically adjustable bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a table and chairs for receiving visitors, a telephone and a TV. If desired, the patient can connect their gadgets to a Wi-Fi wireless network.

Patients of the clinic are also provided with enhanced comfort rooms. These rooms also have a separate bathroom, but instead of a shower, patients can relax in a warm bath. The rooms have upholstered furniture, a safe and a mini fridge.

Delicious three meals a day are provided to the patient and accompanying person. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style, and for lunch there is a choice of three set menus. All dishes are prepared with fresh products and seasonal vegetables, in compliance with healthy dietary standards.

If for some reason you do not eat all foods, you will be offered an individual menu. Please inform the nursing staff of your dietary preferences prior to treatment.

Hannover is the largest city in Lower Saxony, located on the banks of the river Leine. The metropolis has the status of an important industrial center and is also famous for its numerous exhibitions. Hannover can be justifiably proud of a rich history that dates back to the 12th century, but at the same time its appearance bears little resemblance to a classic German city. During World War II, the city was badly damaged, so most of the sights have been restored or are rebuilt replicas.

One of the most impressive and popular tourist sites in Hannover is the New Town Hall. The building of the Town Hall is more like a luxurious palace and amazes with its beauty. Part of the Town Hall building is intended to house the city administration, but most of the premises are open to tourists. It houses a unique collection of paintings and sculptures, which will certainly appeal to art lovers. An obligatory place to visit in Hannover is the Herrenhausen garden and park complex, which occupies the whole district of the city of the same name. The construction of the complex began back in 1674, and to this day it is the only park area of ​​its kind in Europe that has been preserved in its original form. During a walk through Herrenhausen, guests will see many decorative plants, exquisite sculptures, fountains and other decorative elements that create a wonderful ensemble.

In the Old Town, tourists can expect the Old Town Hall, the Market Church, narrow well-groomed streets and traditional German half-timbered houses, some of which have been preserved in their original state since the Middle Ages. In addition, it is in Hannover that the Erlebnis Zoo is located – one of the most unique and largest in all of Europe. The territory of the zoo is very large and is divided into seven thematic zones.

Our kindergarten was built in 1954 for the children of employees of an oil refinery, and its first name was kindergarten No. 6 “Lastochka”. The kindergarten included four groups of early and preschool age. A little later, Finnish houses for toddlers were built on the territory of the kindergarten.

Trust, as explained by kids – The Thought Co.

“I trust you.”

We know that these are important words that are laced with a lot of emotion. In fact, these exact words can make or break relationships, organisations, countries and sometimes, even governments. As you can tell, the impact of trust (or distrust) can be monumental. 

Okay, you get it. These three words can mean a lot but what do they actually mean?

Now that might seem difficult to articulate. Whenever something is difficult to explain, I look at how a child would best describe it. So I went ahead and did just that. I asked a few kids and watched a couple of Youtube videos of children explaining what trust means to them and it’s really cool what amazing insights they had in store for me!

According to most children, trust is about having someone who’s there for you or believes in you; so you end up feeling happier when people trust you, but at the same time, it might feel like you have nobody in your corner if they don’t. No surprises there, I couldn’t have put up a better definition of trust myself.

Another point that some of them mentioned is that although at first it might be hard to trust someone, it only gets easier and easier over time. This ‘difficulty’ (to me) meant that there is an element of risk and vulnerability involved in trusting someone. But is this risk really worth it ? Do you choose to make something you care about vulnerable to the actions of others? 

But what happens when there is mistrust? Our attempts to connect or even our relationships often become tangled with fear, suspicion, dread and doubt. So, when we are struggling with trust in our relationships, it’s important to actually talk about it – which might seem difficult to do since trust feels like such an ambiguous entity! 

My favourite way to talk about the components of trust and demystify them is using an acronym formed by researcher Brene Brown. It’s called BRAVING

B (Boundaries): Explaining your do’s and don’ts and respecting another person’s do’s and don’ts.

R (Reliability): The assurity that you will back your words with actions. In short, practising what you preach. 

A (Accountability): Acknowledging your mistakes with others and taking responsibility for them. This involves apologising and making amends. 

V (Vault): Keeping confidential information, confidential no matter what. Assuring anonymity when confidentiality is asked for is not enough. A quick example: when a person shares a story that they said was a secret, it makes it your responsibility to keep that story safe, as if it were  in a vault. Being anonymous about the person’s identity but sharing the story without permission is a breach of trust. 

I (Integrity): Practising your values, choosing what is right over what is convenient, fun or fast, and choosing courage over comfort. 

N (Non-Judgemental): Sharing what we feel and asking for what we need without feeling or being criticised or judged.  

G (Generosity): Reading kind intent to situations, words and actions. An example of this would be a trusted friend not calling on your birthday knowing that they care about you and that you can share how you felt and hear them out too.

Trust is an important part of every good relationship.

Trust is an important part of every good relationship, and as your child grows, he is learning about the role that this value plays in his social interactions. You can nurture his ability to trust by creating a supportive environment, actively listening, and following through on the promises you make. You are your child’s primary relationship and have the role of teaching him what it is to be able to trust someone. By doing this, you are showing him what a trusting relationship looks like, and you are helping to form the foundation on which all his future relationships will be built.

Take time to talk with your child, allow him to ask questions, and provide him with honest answers. Making your child feel like his voice matters and will be heard is a building block for his sense of trust and validation. Acknowledge him when he acts in a responsible and trustworthy manner, and communicate with him clearly and firmly when he does something to damage that trust. Make sure that he knows that you will be there for him if he is faced with a problem or conflict, but try not to overreact, as this may cause your child not to want to share information with you. Children don’t want to escalate the situation and create an even bigger problem, and in these moments, it is best to trust your child’s ability to make the appropriate decisions. For example, if your child comes to you with a problem that he is having with one of his classmates, you should ask him about how he wants to solve the issue and support him with making a decision, but try not to make it for him. Being truthful and candid with one another allows the trust to grow, and helps you forge a relationship built on openness and honesty.

Continue talking to your child about the role that trust plays in all relationships. As your child gets older, he’ll continue to develop more friendships, but you have more influence over your child’s friendships than you may think. If you teach him how important it is to be honest to friends and that he should expect honesty in return, you are helping him define what a trusting relationship looks like. This can also get him to understand that he does not need to associate with friends who are untrustworthy. Try not to share private conversations you have with your child with others. Your child needs to know that he can trust you, and by allowing what he says to you to remain private, you are showing him that he can confide in you. Along those lines, your child may have some secrets that he doesn’t want to share with you, and you need to trust him enough to allow him to keep them to herself. Unless you suspect he is hiding something that could cause him harm, allow him to keep some matters private, as this will help solidify the trust between the two of you.

Trust is an open, positive relationship between people. When a person trusts someone, he is confident in the decency and goodwill of the other. Trust is considered the basis of all social institutions, including the family. Parents often seek to control all the activities of their children in order to protect them from possible dangers. For example, they can read the correspondence of their children, follow them, because of which they completely lose the trust of the child. How to build a relationship with a child based on trust, and why this is necessary – we dealt with psychologist Tasya Osadchaya.

Basic trust is formed in a child during the first year of life. This trust is closely related to the mother or her surrogate. In the first year of life, a child cannot physically or emotionally survive without a person to whom he completely trusts himself.

Basic trust is closely related to the phenomenon of unconditional love. Unconditional love is love without conditions, when a child is loved simply for what he is. Subsequently, the presence or absence of unconditional love and basic trust affects the overall trust of a person in the universe.

To build a sense of trust, it is also important that the mother (or another significant adult) shows her feelings and emotions: laugh when she is happy and sad when she is bad. So the child will learn to trust not only others, but also himself: to trust his own eyes and feelings.

Trust between parents and child is definitely a reality that all families need. However, trust between parents and children is different from trust between two adults. It is difficult to argue that parents and children have different rights and obligations, and therefore the level of their responsibility also differs. Up to a certain age, parents are fully responsible for the child and for how his comfort is ensured.

A three-year-old girl can definitely choose which dress to wear: blue or purple. However, if it gets colder outside and the next day it’s not 25 degrees Celsius, but only 15, then a child at that age is unlikely to make the right decision about appropriate clothing. Therefore, parents can and should connect their responsibility and, in addition to the dress, put a sweater on the child.

This does not mean that the child is not trusted, but only that they want comfort for him. In this case, a manifestation of trust can be such a phrase: “You put on a sweater because it’s cool today. If you get hot, you can take it off.” Parents trust the child, but also ensure his comfort, and the child hears an honest explanation of the situation, which also stimulates trust.

Relationships between parents and children should be built on trust when they share their thoughts, emotions and experiences. On the other hand, trust between a child and an adult is different from trust between two adults, so it is not necessary to involve children in some topics, such as problems in relationships between parents.

Trust has its limits. Telling mom how sad and how she feels is good, but the door to the parent’s bedroom must be kept closed.

Trust between parents and children is about finding a balance and setting specific boundaries. With age, these boundaries change and the range of topics that need to be talked about and the choices that a child can make will expand. It would never occur to anyone to give meat to a newborn child, because he is simply not ready for this. It is the same with the balance of trust and responsibility.

Trust is often confused with permissiveness. It seems that if you completely trust the child, then it will become impossible to control him. In order to not have to control, and it became easier to trust, it is worth building very clear boundaries for the child.

Boundaries are the understanding of what behavior and under what conditions is acceptable and unacceptable. So the child will have a pile of freedom, but within understandable limits for him.

Parents should also adhere to such boundaries. If the child has his own room, then before entering, you should always knock, and if the child does not want to let his parents into his room, then this is his right, since these are his personal boundaries.

To avoid permissiveness, the child must also understand that all his actions have certain consequences. If he said unpleasant things to someone, he should understand that this person will be offended by him. Parents should not solve conflicts instead of the child, but give him tools or advice on how to behave in a given situation. This is trust, confidence that the child will be able to cope on his own. If the child understands the consequences of his actions, he will feel independent, and parents will trust the decisions that he makes. This skill will certainly be needed in adulthood.

People generally don’t trust each other for no reason. Adults are unlikely to share their secrets with strangers or tell neighbors where they keep their money. In the relationship between parents and children, the situation is exactly the same: trust is not born out of nothing.

Learning to trust a child and make him trust his parents is a long journey, but it will definitely have a positive impact on family relationships and on the child’s future life. So what do you do to create a relationship based on trust?

  1. Be honest. Honest parents speak sincerely about their feelings. If dad or mom is angry, then they should talk about it and explain why. How can a child learn to be honest if his parents are not sincere themselves?
  2. Accept the child as he is. In order for a child to learn to trust his parents, they must understand that there are no good or bad experiences. The child must know that all his emotions are important, be able to share them with his parents and not be afraid that he will no longer be loved if he is sad or hurt. The child will definitely feel whether he is loved even in dirty clothes and with sand in his head, and in adolescence – with a broken heart and bad grades.
  3. Build clear boundaries. Understandable boundaries for the child will help him to exercise his freedom and remove most of the anxiety of parents. A small child should know from which shelves he can take things, and from which not, and a teenager – at what time should he return home and why. These boundaries should be specific and unambiguous. It cannot be that today something is allowed, and tomorrow they are punished for it.
  4. Communicate with the child. Parents are sometimes surprised that the child does not talk about what happened to him in kindergarten or school, but to the question “How was your day?” simply responds with “OK”. In this case, parents should pay attention to themselves. Think about whether your children know what you do and how your days go? If not, then you need to start with yourself and talk about your day every day, because only in this way will children learn to do the same. A child learns to use a spoon by watching his parents do it. He also learns how to communicate.
  5. Take a child’s feelings seriously. For example, a toy was taken away from a child, and he comes to his parents in tears. They don’t react to it because the problem doesn’t seem real to them. Yes, at 35 it’s not a problem, but at 5 it’s a real disaster. The child’s experiences should be taken seriously, not devalued, and, if necessary, help find a way out of the situation.

Developing a sincere relationship based on trust is worth it from the very birth of a child. Real acceptance of the child and communication with him will help develop open and honest relationships in the family. Trust between parents and a child is one of the most important components of the formation of a healthy personality.

    Trust and love give rise to a feeling of comfort and security in a person. Surrounded by this reliable warmth, the child gains faith in his abilities, calmly grows and develops, learns the world. But children won’t trust their parents just because they have to. In order for the feeling of trust to become stable, it needs to be repeated many times in the mind. How to win and keep the trust of a child? Psychologist Sarah Radcliffe gives good advice to parents on this matter. Here are some of them:

    1. Prepare your child for life – this is the real care of him. Parents should instill in their children practical skills in various areas of life, as well as explain what they will do and experience in the future. For example, a child needs to do inhalations for the first time in a clinic. When they put him at the table, put on a mask, he can simply be horrified. Such a reaction can be easily avoided if you tell the child in advance what exactly (and why) they will do with him in the clinic. You can bring the child there in advance and show how this procedure is carried out with other children; it is possible to recreate the entire procedure while playing “hospital”. Everything will help ease the child’s anxiety and fear of the unknown. When children manage to do something on their own, but under the guidance of adults, they involuntarily begin to trust their father and mother, their life experience. They gain confidence that they will not be abandoned and will always provide help and support.

    2. Satisfy your child’s need for companionship. Willingness to communicate with your child is another way to gain his trust. A son or daughter feels secure if he knows that he can always turn to his parents with any questions, with his experiences, discoveries and anxieties. It is important to let the child feel that he has someone to rely on, that at the right time there will be a person nearby who is able to understand and accept any information, help with advice, and provide support.

    Not only does a small child need frequent contact with their parents, but a teenager also needs to communicate with them. Children who study away from home may also treat their parents with trust and love, but their feelings are largely based on memories and impressions of the past. In rare moments of communication with such children, parents should show maximum participation and interest in their lives, their problems and anxieties.

    3. Be predictable to your child. The predictability of a person, that is, his ability to act as expected of him, already inspires confidence in itself. If the child knows exactly how the parents will react to a certain situation, he can anticipate the possible consequences of his various actions and adjust his behavior accordingly. And vice versa. When a child cannot foresee the consequences of his behavior, not only his trust in his parents is put at risk, but also elementary mental health. For example, one time the daughter receives praise for helping to prepare dinner, and the other time she listens to dissatisfied statements (“Don’t bother me, I’m in a hurry!”, “Don’t touch anything!”). It is already difficult for him to understand what to expect from his mother in response to his actions and what is required of him. Such insecurity can lead to a loss of mental stability and a sense of security.

    4. Always keep your promises. There is no greater obstacle to gaining trust than a broken promise. By promising, we instill hope in the child: “if you behave well, then on the weekend we will go to the cinema with you” or “if you help me clean the apartment, we will have time to go to the carousel”. It is necessary to keep your word and fulfill the promises made to the child. However, children perceive as a promise any of our statements relating to the future: “Today for dinner I will cook mashed potatoes with meatballs” or “I will arrive in an hour.” We don’t have to say the word “promise” for the child to accept it as such. If you announce an upcoming event, the child takes it as your promise. When the waiting process ends with the successful implementation of plans, he is satisfied and strengthened in the thought that you can be trusted.

    It is very difficult for children to understand and accept explanations for broken promises, no matter how objective they may be. It should be remembered that the child is waiting for everything to happen exactly as you said. If he does not wait, this is a clear sign that his trust in you has been lost.

    5. Be honest with your children. In all our dealings we must be honest and truthful, especially in dealing with children. This is important for two reasons: we serve as an example for them, and honesty creates the basis for their trust. Most parents believe that they never use lies in their lives. However, many of our statements cannot be considered impeccably truthful: “If you behave badly, a policeman will come and take you away”, “If you don’t go home now, I’ll leave you to spend the night in kindergarten!”. It is enough for a growing person to hear several times how parents tell a lie, or inaccurately convey facts – and the lesson will already be learned.

    6. Do not discuss your child with strangers. Many parents, believing that children do not have the same sensitivity as adults, allow themselves to discuss the shortcomings of their son (or daughter) in his own presence. The punishment received at home is quite enough for the child, there is no need to shame him in front of his acquaintances, who will subsequently begin to treat him with a certain prejudice. If the behavior of the child really upsets and worries the parents, they can discuss this problem with each other, consult with a specialist.

    7. Respect your children’s feelings. Even as a joke, one should not say hurtful words to a child. It’s not very pleasant to feel like an object of ridicule. Try not to give your children “joking” nicknames; under the guise of humor, they will be able to recognize the causticity. The sense of human dignity also suffers when people are put in an awkward position – especially in the presence of others. The humiliation that children experience from such scenes hurts them, and the older the child, the more respectful attitude he requires; avoid making comments to him in front of strangers, especially with peers. Parents who do not consider their children’s feelings risk losing their trust.

    8. Accept your child as they are. Sincere acceptance is, first of all, awareness of the limits of one’s possibilities.

      Don’t be afraid, the Purim holiday in the kindergarten was held separately, but we combined Mother’s Day on March 8 with Family Day. In our kindergarten, this has already become a tradition. In past years, this holiday was very loved by both parents and children. It should be mentioned here that in our kindergarten there are many Hebrew-speaking children who do not speak Russian, but it is on March 8 that they dance like nesting dolls and sing touching songs in Russian about their mother. Moms are touched to tears. The first part of the holiday is congratulations to mothers, and then we all switch to Hebrew and celebrate family day. This year this event took place:

      March 9 at 12 noon in the hostel hall at the address: Kiryat Ata, Tsirkin street, 21.
