All team members participate. The task of each participant is to plant potatoes in the hole (hoop) located near the counter, pour potatoes
( 3 items from the bucket) and pass the baton at a run, the next one harvests, etc.
4th competition – “Balloon”.
Equipment: 4 sticks, 4 balloons, 4 racks.

On command, the 1st runs to the landmark with the ball in his hands, runs around the landmark, runs back to the end of the column and from there rolls the ball under the feet of the team. The one in front takes the ball and continues to run.
7th competition for captains “Relay with the ball”

9 competition – relay race “Shot put”
Teacher. For the core, we took a newspaper and crumpled it up to make a tight little ball. Now remember how athletes push the core: they take it in one hand, press it tightly to the shoulder, and then the arm straightens so that all the effort goes to the core that needs to be pushed out. You do exactly the same. The first player starts at the finish line. The second player runs to the place where the ball fell and starts from that place. So do all the other participants. As a result, when the last participant rejects the core, and whose core will be further, he won. Reade set Go!
10 competition – relay race “Walking”
Teacher. In our relay race, the walking process will be as follows: the participants, taking a step, must put the heel of one foot close to the toe of the other. That is, with each step, the participants will move forward only the length of the sole of their shoes. We reached the hoop, which lies at a distance of 8 meters, took the ball, which lies in a circle, and took the same step back. They passed the ball to the next participant, who must put the ball in a circle, and stood at the end of the column. So to the last person. Who breaks the rules, starts the distance from the very beginning. Reade set Go!
11 competition – “Penguins with a ball”.
On a signal, the participant holds the ball between his knees and rushes to the hoop, leaves the ball in the hoop and returns to the team. The next one runs after the ball, pinches in the same way and runs to the team to pass the ball to the 3rd player.
Summing up: The jury calculates the results of the competitions.
Host: So our holiday is over. All team members showed their dexterity, strength, speed. And most importantly – got a charge of vivacity and a lot of positive emotions!

Specialists will analyze metal structures at Strelka
March 19, 2017

ProGorodNN
An expert commission created on behalf of the governor on the further use of metal structures in the port, which will provide recommendations work on June
“Five working groups will be engaged in a comprehensive analysis of metal structures on the territory of the Strelka”, – this was announced following the results of the first meeting of the expert commission, created on behalf of the governor Valery Shantsev , chairman of the commission, rector of NNGASU Andrey Lapshin.
As part of the kick-off meeting Andrey Lapshin reported that each of the working groups of the expert commission will have its own functionality. So, one of them will be engaged in a comprehensive engineering and technical examination of metal structures and the foundation of the facility. Its tasks will also include an assessment of their bearing capacity and the possibility of transferring structures for the purpose of their further restoration. Another will deal with the development of issues of modern use and adaptation of objects, the third – interaction with the media, the public. Fourth – a possible adaptation for the use of structures. In addition, a working group has been formed to deal with the development of the territory of the Strelka and the legal support of this process.
“Valery Shantsev took a big, serious step in order to bring the discussion from a tense and extremely emotional plane to a constructive one. We have been moving towards the formation of a really large community of specialists for a long time. The commission, created by the governor, united the leading architects and engineers of Nizhny Novgorod, social activists and politicians,” said Andrey Lapshin .
“The Strelka is a cultural, historical and landscape phenomenon even outside the context of the discovered unique metal structures. We must think about this. By a lucky chance, we were given a unique historical object, and a unique opportunity appeared, which was not there before – to include the Strelka in the general space of the city. What is especially important on the eve of the 800th anniversary of Nizhny Novgorod, about which we can leave a good memory to our descendants if we make competent decisions,” said the head of the Volga branch of the NCCA “Arsenal” Anna Gore .
“Before talking about whether to save them or transfer them, it is necessary to conduct a deep technical expertise. The created commission consists of experts in their field. I am sure that her work will be transparent, open and qualified,” emphasized Tatiana Vinogradova, chairperson of the group for assessing the historical and cultural significance of the main structures of warehouses, professor at UNNGASU .
Roseville Community Preschool is a play-based, parent participation preschool program in Roseville, CA.
RCP serves children ages 2 years 9 months through age 6. Our philosophy is rooted in the play-based, child-directed, parent participation approach to education that acknowledges that children are naturally motivated by their own desire to make sense of their world and that children learn best through their self-guided, active involvement in the world (playing).
Parent Participation
Once a week parents participate in their child’s class. They supervise and support the children under the guidance of the experienced teachers. With the additional support from the parents, RCP is able to provide many unique opportunities for the children’s physical, cognitive and social/emotional development.
Research shows that both parents and children benefit from such shared experiences.
See the Parent Participation section for more information on participation requirements and guidelines.
Exploration
At RCP children are able to explore in an environment free from judgement. We offer open-ended opportunities for children to follow their curiosities and do what their bodies are telling them they need to be doing – digging, running, painting, splashing, creating… The adults at RCP support the children and they are ready to guide the children in figuring things out for themselves.
Self-discovery
The journey of knowing oneself. Not only the children but the adults have abundant opportunities to experience moments of self-discovery. While supporting the children’s growth, by being truly present, parents often experience many “aha” moments to help them in their parenting journey.
“…it seemed like a lot, all the participating. Three children later I’m still here and I would do it all again in a heartbeat. “
– A Recent Returning Parent
Community
Unified in meeting the needs of these young children, we come together as a community at monthly parent meetings, participate in fundraising and family events for the school. We come together in smaller ways to support one another as well, via carpooling, meal trains, babysitting and more.
Hands-on experience
“Experience is not the best teacher, it is the only teacher.” – Bev Bos
Professional staff
The staff at RCP has over 60+ combined years of education and experience in the field of child development and early childhood education. The entire staff feels passionately about the importance of play for children.

“I’m sure you, as a parent, put a lot of effort into improving your child’s speech. But in order to preserve and develop their native language in a multilingual environment, children need the support of a bilingual speech therapist.”
For more than 11 years, the team of our school and I have been working for the benefit of parents and their children. Classes with a children’s speech therapist help to speak their native language and preserve it in the future, put in missing sounds, and form high-quality speech. The technique is specially designed to work with bilingual children surrounded by several languages at once.

Q&A
org/FAQPage”>
What is included in the diagnosis of a speech therapist?
Speech therapy diagnostics is a large set of tests. They are necessary to check whether the physiological development of the speech apparatus and the level of general development of speech correspond to the norm. The conclusion includes more than two dozen points, as well as recommendations for correcting the problems found.
At what age does a speech therapist begin to put sounds?
Speech therapist begins to correct sound pronunciation, usually from 3-4 years.
What games do speech therapists need?
These or other speech therapy games are selected depending on the age of the child and the goals of the lesson. As a rule, they do not require special didactic material – pictures, short videos and audio can be used. Therefore, lessons with a speech therapist for children are equally successful both online and when visiting the school in person.
What should a speech pathologist do?
Speech pathologist works with patients diagnosed with speech, physiological and mental development disorders. For example, autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy, mental retardation, mental retardation, and so on.
When does a child need a speech pathologist?
We recommend joining regular sessions with a speech therapist for children from the age of 2. This will allow you to avoid mistakes, and not correct them at an older age, to diagnose possible problems of speech development in time. Relearning is always much more difficult.
How to choose the right speech therapist for your child?
The first thing to do is to conduct a complete speech therapy diagnosis. Based on the conclusion, you will be able to select a specialist with the necessary knowledge and skills to solve your particular problem. You can order a free primary diagnosis at our school. We are in touch in messengers, please contact us.
How many minutes should a speech therapist work with a child?
On average, the duration of one lesson for children with a speech therapist is 30 minutes. However, it can decrease or increase depending on the age, well-being, perseverance of the child and other similar factors.

I started to worry when I noticed that at the age of 2 my son speaks almost nothing in either Russian or English, although his peers are already building whole sentences. By the age of 2.5 years, I realized that it was time to act. But then quarantine happened, the usual classes with a children’s speech therapist were called into question. Very timely, a friend advised the school “Your speech therapist”. After the diagnosis, a speech therapist Natalya was chosen. From the first lesson, she managed to make friends with my not the most contact boy. At first they decided to shorten the session to 20 minutes, but it turned out that even half an hour the baby felt great. Lessons with a children’s speech therapist were held 2 times a week, I probably noticed progress after the 4th lesson. There were requests to give a toy, give a drink or a cookie, go for a walk, and somehow by itself, easily. Further – more, the son quickly caught up with his peers, became more sociable. We continue to study for more than two years, I can note that in his almost 5 son he pronounces all sounds clearly, freely switches between Russian and English, his vocabulary is quite good and he is interested in everything new around him. Many say that he would have talked himself, this was his peculiarity, but I have a feeling that we did everything right, that timely classes with a speech therapist for bilingual children saved us from many problems. Many thanks to our beloved Natalia and the whole school team for their help!

We turned to the school “Your speech therapist” six months ago, my daughter (6 years old) completely skidded Russian, she simply missed many sounds, did not pronounce. Grandmother could not understand her at all, she had to “translate” literally every phrase. Why did you choose the online format? It was more convenient in terms of time, we still have a baby and it would not always work out to take our daughter to regular classes. As a result, literally after 6 lessons, the sound l appeared in speech, then w and w. They suffered the longest with p, but they also took this peak. At classes with a speech therapist for children, my daughter is interested, she even waits for them and then does her homework without disputes. Many thanks to our speech therapist Olga, her help was invaluable.

We came to this school on the recommendation of my friend, she had two children here and the result was excellent in both cases. We have gone through three lessons so far, not counting diagnostics. My son is 5 years old, was born already in the states, we speak Russian at home, but he does not want to be included in this process, right to the point of tantrums and stamping his feet, so that they speak English with him. I would like him to equally master both languages. So far, I really like the approach to the classes of our children’s speech therapist Anna. She explains the exercises very intelligibly, I don’t even have to prompt, the child is enthusiastic, actively working. Homework is also going well. I also liked the online format, it saves a lot of time. I definitely recommend both the school and this form of lessons.
The development of speech in babies is a very quivering moment. Some are able to speak easily and quickly. Others require specialist help and active adult involvement. A special case is multilinguals. If your city is Rancho Cucamonga, a children’s speech therapist for bilingual children is waiting for you at our online school.
Our specialists:
Gained great experience working with bilinguals.
Helps to achieve rapid progress in any starting situation.
They work with children from 2 years old and adults up to 99 years old.
Provide online services.
We will be happy to answer your questions in a convenient messenger.
Every parent strives to do everything possible so that his treasure grows up happy and comprehensively developed. Work on the development of native speech begins with the choice of a multilingual teacher. We try to provide as much information about the services as possible. A free diagnostic lesson with a children’s speech therapist for multilinguals is the first step in communication with children and their parents.
Go to a convenient messenger to agree with the manager of the speech therapy school about the time and other details.
A trial lesson with a children’s speech therapist (Rancho Cucamonga) will be conducted by a certified diagnostician:
Based on his experience, he will perform an objective examination of the level of speech development.
After the lesson, a report is generated. It indicates the problems that need to be worked out, a plan for the development of native speech is prescribed. This is a ready-made guide for teachers of our center or third-party specialists. You will also be given a special set of exercises for self-fulfillment.
Despite the common name of the profession, teachers have a unique practical experience. In their professional activities, they face real problems of a different nature. After the consultation, the diagnostician will recommend which specialist is best suited for your case.
If you enjoyed your first lesson and would like to continue your studies, we will arrange a convenient schedule for you with the most suitable speech pathologist.
No need to travel to Rancho Cucamonga to speak with a children’s speech therapist
The school is online. Children’s speech therapist for bilinguals conducts classes in the ZOOM program. This format has a lot of advantages regardless of the student’s age:
Efficiency will be high. The specialist works with your child individually. He selects topics and materials taking into account the interests and, of course, the needs of the student.
The duration of a session with a speech therapist for children is set from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the age of the student. However, getting to a big city like Rancho Cucamonga takes much longer. The remote form allows you to use the time for more interesting or useful things.
Many little children get tired on a long journey and become capricious. This clearly reduces the effectiveness of classes with a speech therapist for children. Remote lessons eliminate this problem.
Babies feel comfortable and relaxed at home. They quickly get in touch with the teacher.
New technologies in themselves are an intriguing factor. Games on a computer or tablet cause great interest and involvement of the child in the learning process.
If you have unforeseen circumstances, the children’s speech therapist transfers the lessons free of charge.
Why do multilingual children from Rancho Cucamonga need a special speech therapist? These are children who are surrounded by several languages and master them in parallel. This situation arises when moving to another country, when mom and dad are representatives of different nationalities.
Trying to simultaneously master two language systems, the baby experiences a huge load on the speech apparatus and nervous system. He either gets very confused, or chooses one of the languages as the main one, refusing to speak the other. If you are in the city of Rancho Cucamonga, our lessons with a speech therapist for children will help make up for the lack of communication in Russian. Without additional study, native speech is at a low level of development:
Many sounds remain unmastered, most often “p”, “l”, “g”, “sh”. When speaking, they are skipped or replaced by similar ones from another language.
The logic of formation of word forms, sentences is broken. The statements are hard to understand.
Vocabulary is distressingly scarce. To fill in the gaps, children try to drag foreign words.
As a result, the speaker is hardly understood even by people who are constantly in contact with him.
Such problems are beyond the competence of the ordinary specialist. A multilingual educator understands the causes of specific defects. Thanks to this, his help will be more effective.
For your child to achieve impressive results in mastering their native language, sign up for lessons with a children’s multilingual speech therapist. We offer the best prices and unique opportunities. We keep in touch in any messenger convenient for you.
Thanks to the online format, speech therapy services are also provided in neighboring cities. You can also consult a speech pathologist, speech pathologist, teacher of the deaf, neurokinesiologist. Save your children’s native speech and give them twice as many opportunities – sign up for online lessons with a speech therapist for children in Rancho Cucamonga!

The first major entertainment venue in Novonikolaevsk was the Summer Theater in the Alhambra city garden. Founded in 1905, already in the summer of 1906, the city garden provided its stage to the Novonikolaev Association of Dramatic Artists for staging the first plays – on the 20th anniversary of the death of the great playwright A.N. Ostrovsky. The garden, which bore the sonorous name “Alhambra” (provincial townspeople are very fond of the words “Lux”, “Versailles”, “Metropol”, “Elite”, “Euro”, “Plaza” and other “shoemaker Ivanov from Paris and London”, I also liked the famous Alhambra), was located in the Vokzalnaya part of the city, at the intersection of Sibirskaya and Narymskaya streets. The garden housed a closed summer theatre, an open stage, a restaurant, a reading room and attractions. nine0003
In the same year, 1906, in August, Anastasia Dmitrievna Vyaltseva, a famous performer of Russian songs and romances, performed at the Summer Theater. Subsequently, many famous artists of Russian dramatic art, singers, musicians, theater troupes and ensembles performed at the Alhambra. A brass band constantly played in the garden, celebrations, folk festivals, anniversaries and fireworks were organized.
It was here, in the park and on stage, that Vera Komissarzhevskaya (1906), the St. Petersburg Mariinsky Theater with L.G. Yakovlev (1909), the St. Petersburg Imperial Opera (1910), N.I. Petipa (1912), the troupe of the Milan Opera consisting of the choir, soloists and orchestra of the Gonzales brothers (1914), and even such celebrities as P.A. Stolypin and K.D. .Balmont. It seems that the residents of Novonikolaevsk did not have to complain about the lack of a cultural environment.
In 1916 the city government transferred the summer theater “Alhambra” to the theater troupe of the artist G. A. Sokolov.
After the revolution, the garden continued to exist. In the summer theater, concerts were regularly given, drama performances and operettas were staged. A room for playing loto was built on the territory of the garden, a brass band performed, and a small buffet worked. nine0003
In the 1930s a children’s factory was built on the territory of the garden, which still exists today (kindergarten No. 96). When the Stalin Garden (now the Central Recreation Park) opened in 1931, the Alhambra was handed over to children.
The last surviving section of the Alhambra Park – on Kondratyuk Square, opposite the Fedorovsky Baths – was destroyed after 2003, when the Novosibirsk City Hall decided to build the CT Plaza Siberia business center (the project should be completed by 2011). The developer, Energostroy Company CJSC, undertook to restore the green zone. nine0003
Volzhsky’s couplets from the famous Novonikolaevsk nightclub “Alhambra”:
If you are the supply manager Glav il Gubmuk, You don’t believe in worldly roses, There are always thorns in them. Be more honest you sheep, You don’t steal there, Only in “shrinkage” and “leakage” Find your income (Sov. Siberia. N 177 of 10.08.1923).
Kindergarten No. 96 on the site of the Alhambra Park. Novosibirsk
“CT Plaza Siberia” on the site of the Alhambra Park. Novosibirsk 2009. Delivery of the object in 2011 is highly doubtful
Alhambra – palace, gardens, photos. Spain in Russian
The Alhambra is an impressive architectural and park ensemble that includes ancient palaces, fortresses and gardens of Muslim rulers and is considered the highest achievement of Moorish architects in Western Europe. Currently, the Alhambra is a museum of Islamic art and culture, which is visited annually by millions of tourists from all over the world. nine0003
Alhambra is located on top of a rocky plateau in the eastern part of the city of Granada in southern Spain. Medieval poets described this structure as an “emerald pearl”, noting the expressive structure against the background of green forests, blue skies and mountain landscapes with snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada.
The name “Alhambra” literally translates from Arabic as “red castle”. Some attribute this to the color of the sun-dried clay from which the palaces are built, others believe that the name comes from the “red flames of torches” that illuminated the castle during many years of construction. nine0003
History of the Alhambra
The development of the Alhambra is associated with the Muslim conquerors of the Iberian Peninsula, who came to the territory of southern Spain in the VIII century. During the reign of the Muslim Nasrid dynasty (1230-1492), Granada became the capital of the Moorish possessions in Spain – the Emirate of Granada.
The Mauritanian emirs wished to create a piece of earthly paradise in the conquered lands of sunny Spain – this is how the Alhambra arose among the shady gardens of Granada, which became the residence of the conquering emirs. In those days, the vast complex, enclosed in fortress walls with towers, included mosques, residential buildings, baths, gardens, warehouses, a cemetery, the palaces of the Alhambra, dating back mainly to the 14th century, have survived to this day. nine0003
Alhambra Gardens
The interior of the complex can be described as harmoniously combined with the picturesque gardens of the Alhambra, courtyards and terraces with fountains, water cascades, channels and ponds with many elegant arches, vaults, slender columns or patterned carved windows. All this splendor is decorated with intricate Arabic ligatures, floral ornaments, colorful mosaics, ceramic tiles, carved patterns on wood and stone. nine0003
Water and light play an important role in the overall composition of the Alhambra. The water here sparkles with splashes of fountains, murmurs in canals and briskly flows in cascades, filling reservoirs. All this – on a vast territory surrounded by fragrant orange trees, cypress alleys and flowering flower beds.
The water that came from the mountain slopes of the Sierra Nevada filled the canals and fountains of the Alhambra and was the element that the Moors valued most. Fountains, streams and waterfalls are no less a characteristic part of architecture for the Arabs than columns for the Greeks. It is no coincidence that the inscription has been preserved on the fountain in the Lion’s Courtyard: “Look at the water and look at the reservoir, and you will not be able to decide whether the water is calm or the marble is flowing.” nine0003
The road to the Alhambra from Granada runs along the slope of the Cuesta de Gomeres through a park area stretching from the Pomegranate Gate to the Gate of Justice, which was the main entrance to the residence of the Alhambra in Moorish times.
On the huge arches of the gate in the form of a horseshoe, there are inscriptions in Arabic script: “Praise be to God. There is no God but Allah, and Mohammed is his prophet. There is no other authority but God’s.”
nine0054 Alhambra Architecture
Alhambra is a complex of courtyards, rooms, passages and towers, each of which had its original purpose and has its own characteristics. The very names of many of them are eloquent: “Myrtle Yard”, decorated with evergreen myrtle trellises.
The “Hall of the Two Sisters” got its name from two huge white marble slabs embedded in the floor. The tiles and stucco decoration of the Hall of the Two Sisters are perhaps the finest in all of the Alhambra. The dome, made in the form of honeycombs, is the largest of the Arabic stalactite vaults, which consists of about 5000 cells. nine0003
“The Yard of Lions” is named so because of the fountain, around which statues of twelve predators froze.
The Chamber of Ambassadors was created for court celebrations of official ceremonies. The dome of this room is decorated with a star pattern, twinkling at a high altitude.
Of particular interest are the numerous towers of the Alhambra with decorated halls, pools and beautiful views of the surroundings from the tops of the towers. The easternmost part of the Alhambra Palace is occupied by the defensive tower Torre de las Damas, with an adjoining vaulted hall, a pool and a small mosque. nine0003
In sharp contrast to the rest of the architecture of the ensemble, a later building is the palace of Carlos V, built on the territory of the Alhambra in the 16th century by order of the Roman king Charles V. The square building hides a circular courtyard with an Ionic colonnade on the top floor and Tuscan columns on the bottom. Currently, the palace is a concert venue for music and dance performances. In the interior of the palace of Carlos V there is the archaeological museum of the Alhambra and the museum of fine arts of Granada. nine0003

Texas: Easter holidays in the desert
“California is already dead, so to Texas!” – Andrey Cruz “I’m going home.”
We have known Big Bend National Park, which is located in the Texas “pocket” on the border with Mexico, for a very long time, since the early 2000s. It could not even be called an acquaintance – they studied the park quite well, there were many trails in it, both in the mountains and in the Chihuahua desert. nine0021
At one time, I made several photo reports in the park, including during the flowering of cacti. But all this was in the pre-childhood period of life, more than 15 years ago. It’s time to introduce the child to the places where mom and dad roamed without him 🙂
Although the place was “well-worn”, I didn’t want to repeat myself. Therefore, we decided to do everything in a new way, starting right from the road. We didn’t go to Big Bend, as usual, by car from Houston, but flew.
There are options here. Recently, the Lajitas Golf Resort on the park’s western border has established air links to Houston, Dallas, and Austin. They use small, 30-seat Embraer planes that take an hour and a half to get to the site, instead of dragging 10 hours by car across the state. nine0021
Flight schedule >>
Or you can use a commercial United airlines flight, as in our case, which arrives in the town of Midland. From there, you still have to drive to Big Bend, but at least not 10 hours, but only three.
The town of Terlingua was chosen as a base for exploring the park, where they booked a simple motel Chisos Mining for $ 100 per night for two nights, which is very good in modern times with horse prices for hotels. nine0021
There is another option with campsites in the park itself, the most central of which – Chisos Basin Campground – was opened just the other day after a large-scale alteration. Be sure to order in advance. But camping is not fun at all right now, because. there is an “Extreme Heat Warning” throughout the park, when even the trails are not recommended to go out in the afternoon.
Tipi Rest Stop – picnic spot
As you know from experience, the best time to visit Big Bend is in spring when the desert blooms. If the season is good, then you can see real flower carpets stretching from one mountain range to another. In addition, the blooming desert is overflowing with incomparable smells from the hot earth, stones heated during the day, buds heavy with pollen …
This year’s flowering season has been rather mediocre. No, of course we found separate groups of flowering cacti, but there was no talk of any “carpet”.
Even the ocotillos, my favorite desert plants, have decided that they will not produce leaves this year because too dry, and it is better to spend all their energy on flowers. So they stood on the slopes of the canyons, gray, prickly, but all with bright red tassels at the ends.
Blooming Ocotillo
Despite the harsh desert environment, Big Bend has over 1200 plant species, of which 60 are cacti.
Cholla (Cylindropuntia) with a bird’s nest
The fattest bloom of prickly pear cactus (Prickly pear cactus) was observed in the Dugout Wells area, south of the main Panther Junction information center.
Park Map >>
Before Big Bend Park was established in 1944, the ranch was home to several livestock farming families. In the 40s of the last century, they all parted, and the name of the place where the animals came to drink remained (dugout – dugout, wells – wells). nine0021
There are several such former settlements in the park. For example, the dugout Luna’s Jacal. Luna is a surname, and jackal is a historical adobe dwelling common throughout the southwestern United States and Mexico. This type of dwelling was used by some natives of the Americas prior to European colonization and later by settlers in Texas and elsewhere.
As a rule, the jackal consisted of thin, closely spaced posts, connected together and filled with clay and grass. The braided part of the dzhakal was covered with a layer of clay, sometimes a middle layer of dry herbs or branches of shrubs was added between them as insulation. nine0021
Despite the harsh living conditions, Mr. Luna raised 15 children in this jackal, peacefully coexisted with hostile Comanche, who had a “war trail” (“war trail”) passing through these places, and he himself lived 108 years (until 1947 th). Iron people were.
Returning to cacti, I was surprised by the cousin of the green pear-shaped cactus – purple (Purple prickly pear cactus). But not with flowers, which are exactly the same as those of a green relative, but with “insides”. nine0021
We haven’t touched cacti for a long time, because. We know well all their jokes with invisible needles, and then we noticed that half of Cheburash’s ear had been bitten off. According to the impressions of the teeth, it most of all resembled the bite of a peccary hryundel (javelina), with deep canine notches against the background of small incisors. But the main thing is – what a cactus was inside! The pulp is juicy, excellent salad shade. A real oreo cookie.
Strawberry pitaya cactus was found only twice, both on the approaches to the Closed canyon. nine0021
We have never been to these places, because formally, this is no longer Big Bend National Park, but Big Bend Ranch State Park, although they are located shoulder to shoulder.
Closed canyon
Closed canyon refers to the so-called “slot canyon” (slot canyon), the most famous example of which is Antelope Canyon in Arizona. Usually these are narrow, winding gorges, punched by ancient rivers in sandstone. Even in the middle of the day, the sun rarely reaches the bottom, so even on a hot day a walk through the canyon is not at all annoying. It doesn’t take long to get there, about a mile and a half round trip. The canyon ends at a high altitude above the Rio Grande, overlooking Mexico, but you can’t go down without special equipment. nine0021
However, you can safely leave for Mexico in the usual old way – through the Rio Grande in the Canyon of St. Helena. This is what numerous tourists do, standing with one foot in Mexico and the other in the USA. This trail is one of the most popular in the park, so you won’t be able to be alone.
Left – Mexico, right – USA
Rio Grande, which makes a 90-degree turn here (see the name of the Big Bend park – “big bend”), became shallow so that footprints on the bottom became visible. nine0021
On the trail we met a woman who shared her memories from the 70s when she crossed the river up to her neck in water. In the 2000s, we saw the maximum level just above the knee (in July), but now it’s very shallow, ankle-deep. Kayak tours are experiencing real problems.
But the goats are full of freedom. On the trail through the canyon of St. Helena, we saw a whole group, sprawled at a high altitude under the cacti. These goats are Mexican illegal immigrants who fled from their owners on the other side, and have taken root in the park. Rangers do not touch them, but mountain lions (puma, or cougar) and black bears (black bears) are very even. nine0021
In recent years, the population of black bears in the park has increased significantly. Because of the fires in the surroundings, bears began to migrate to the central part of the park, so if you are camping, then the chance of meeting in the evening is quite high. Every place is now equipped with anti-media safes where food is stored.
A cowardly gray bunny sat under a cactus…
Of the living creatures on the trails, we met only a small hare, similar to a timid cat, who waited out the heat under the yuccas; a herd of feral goats, and several species of birds, from frisky roadrunners to bright blue Mexican jays (Mexican jay). They lived at the very end of The Windows trail, where people make a halt before going back. And, apparently, they are used to the fact that some crumbs of food remain. nine0021
Basically, the bird feeds on nuts and seeds, so our almonds, taken for a snack, came to her very taste. Jay flew up very close, grabbed the nucleolus almost from the palm of his hand, and flew off to a safe distance to the nearest tree. When she had eaten, she began to drag and stuff the almonds into some crack high on the rock. Then we read that this species can store supplies, so the jay got the jackpot that day 🙂 obvious choice. nine0021
It is better to start not from the parking lot near the shop and restaurant, but from the campsite a little lower. Then on the way back it is not so difficult to climb. The trail itself is of moderate difficulty, 5.5 miles (8 km) round trip, but with a “fun”. The way back is much harder than the way there, as it gains a height of about 300 meters, and takes more time.
On The Window trail
There are many interesting plants on the sides – from the agave with fleshy and thorny leaves to the hallucinogenic Mexican horse chestnut (Mexican Buckeye) with poisonous seeds. nine0021
Agava
Mexican Buckeye
And we can also recommend an unusual fun place – Contrabando movie set site. It would be strange if the desert texture of Big Bend was not used in westerns.
Contrabando is a ghost town on the banks of the Rio Grande where a church and a saloon were built for several films. What else do cowboys need … As a set, this place was used in nine films. Including in “Dead Man’s Walk” and “Streets of Laredo”, which were part of the mini-series “Lonesome Dove” with Oscar-nosed Tommy Lee Jones. nine0021
Now only one adobe building remains, the rest was demolished during the 2008 flood. But the place is still colorful. Located about 10 miles from the town of Lajitas, towards Mexico on Highway 170.
In this report, I specially collected new places for us in Big Bend. For those who want to read more, see previous reports:
1. Ernst Tinaja trail
“Ernst was also shot dead by Mexican gangsters during another mail raid. The postman managed to crawl to the door of his house and write a note in which he called the name of the killer: “Am shot, I expect by one of Solis at gate. First shot hit, two more missed.” nine0021
2. Dagger Flats auto trail
“Giant plants fill all the mountain slopes. In spring, yuccas produce the same giant candles of white flowers that look like fountains from afar.”
3. Chimneys trail and Pine Canyon trail
“The animals went crazy on this trip – rattles crawled with might and main, as well as snakes red racers (“red racers”). On the final evening, they simply arranged a slalom along the road – they dodged hares, which, like peas, fell onto the road from the bushes. nine0021

Paul Blane
Development
The duties of a teacher extend much further beyond standing at the front of a classroom and delivering lessons.
Behind the scenes, a lot of work goes into planning and preparing for lessons and providing additional support to students.
A good teacher may also make a positive impact on students, often becoming a source of inspiration and motivation.
If you’re considering a career in teaching, then you should first find out a little more about the role and responsibilities of a teacher to ensure that this career path is a good fit for you.
The role of a teacher
Teachers use a variety of teaching methods and materials to educate students about a particular subject area, providing specialist knowledge on this topic.
A good teacher will support students individually as well as providing engaging lessons that bring their subject to life, to inspire and motivate their students to do well.
The responsibilities of a teacher
Teachers put in a lot of work outside of lessons to ensure that they are providing an engaging learning environment and supporting students.
The responsibilities of a teacher will vary slightly depending on the level that they’re teaching at, the subject they’re teaching, and the educational setting that they’re teaching in.
However, some key responsibilities of a teacher include:
Planning and preparing lessons
This can include a lot of work, especially if you’re new to the role and haven’t taught the subject or students before. A good place to start when planning or preparing for a lesson is to get to know your students and their preferred learning styles and find out how much they already know about the subject. This will help to guide you when deciding the aim and objectives of each lesson and the best activities and resources to use.
Encouraging student participation
Students tend to become more engaged and learn more during lessons when participation is actively encouraged. Teachers should incorporate different techniques into lessons to help create a learning environment that encourages students to have a voice and participate.
Researching and developing new teaching materials
As well as planning lessons, teachers are required to research and source appropriate teaching materials to complement the contents of the lesson. This includes both materials that will be used during the lesson and information to take home and revise from.
Research and implementing new teaching methods
Choosing the right teaching methods is key to effective teaching. When selecting a teaching method, the factors that you should consider are:
Class size
Teaching objectives
Your audience
Subject matter
Student’s background knowledge
Marking student work and recording performance
Teachers should keep a record of student grades so that they have some indication of what level they’re working at and the progress of their performance over time. Keeping track of student performance can also help teachers to improve their teaching by indicating which methods of teaching have been most effective and where further time and resources need to be invested.
Setting assessments and overseeing examinations
Assessments and exams monitor student performance and assess what they have learnt. Exams can prove a student’s level of competence in any given subject and also show teachers which areas students are finding most difficult to understand.
Providing learners with one-to-one support
As well as teaching full classes, teachers are also responsible for providing one-to-one support to students when required. This could involve acting as your students’ personal tutor or helping students to arrange any additional support they may require with their learning.
Open days or other events
Depending on the kind of educational organisation that you work for, you may occasionally be required to represent the organisation or your department at open days for prospective students or trade events.
Furthering your own learning and professional development
New teaching methods and techniques are being created all the time and it’s a teacher’s responsibility to stay up-to-date with the most effective resources and techniques available to help them deliver engaging lessons.
Communicating effectively with other teachers and educational organisations
Being able to communicate effectively with other teachers and educational organisations can help teachers to work together and collaborate to provide a more joined-up, engaging, and effective learning environment for students.
Administrative tasks
As with most jobs, teaching doesn’t come without admin. Some of the administrative tasks you may be required to complete regularly include:
Printing or photocopying resources for lessons.
Word processing documents for lessons.
Setting up IT equipment.
Ordering equipment and resources.
Keeping and filing records.
This list of responsibilities is in no way exhaustive as teaching is such a multifaceted role. It’s also worth noting that there are key differences in the responsibilities of a teacher depending on whether they are teaching in a school or a higher education setting.
Level 3 teaching qualifications
Completing a level 3 teaching qualification will provide you with further knowledge about the role and responsibilities of a teacher and equip you with all the basic skills you require for the job.

Rights and obligations of teachers under the new law
The rights and obligations of a teacher under the new law “On Education in the Russian Federation” should be known to every teacher. They must also be written in the job description.
Teacher’s rights in 2017
• Receive monetary compensation in accordance with the existing qualification;
• Have basic conditions for the provision of educational services;
• Get the help of the head of the school in organizing the educational process;
• Receive social and material guarantees;
• Receive leave in accordance with the schedule of activities.
Every teacher has the right to a shorter working day, non-interference in their professional activities by their parents, protection of their honor and dignity, protection of their health during work. In addition, the teacher has the right to refuse administrative assignments that are not related to the performance of their official duties.
Duties of a teacher in 2017
• Transfer knowledge within the scope of one’s qualifications;
• Evaluate students according to objective criteria;
• Do not take independent action in case of violations that are outside the scope of the job description, but immediately contact the school management.
In addition, the teacher is obliged to teach, educate children, monitor their health, and observe pedagogical ethics.
Also, the teacher has a large number of prohibitions, which he should constantly remember in order not to make a mistake in his work. The teacher should not put grades in the journal not for knowledge, but for behavior, inaccuracy or lateness. The teacher has no right to insult, beat the child, to influence his psyche. Also, you cannot collect money from parents on your own initiative or at the request of the school administration. nine0003
Any wrongful action by a teacher can be reported, in which case the school administration will decide whether the action is wrong, a child’s fantasy or a parent’s whim.
Speaking about the rights and obligations of a teacher under the new law, many parents wonder if the teacher has the right to expel a child from a lesson if he interferes with the learning process and violates discipline. Such actions of the teacher are a violation of the job description. It is also forbidden to take phones and other personal belongings from schoolchildren. But raising one’s voice to a student is not considered a violation if this happens during the educational process, and the teacher does not get personal and does not offend the student. nine0003

Yoga can be a fun way for kids to practice balance, coordination, and mindfulness.
Ariel Skelley/Getty Images
Kids should exercise for about an hour a day to improve coordination and muscle strength.
Some fun exercises for kids include running, jumping, skipping, and bear crawls.
Kids should also do muscle-building exercises like supermans, squats, and crab walks.
Regular exercise is part of a healthy lifestyle for children as it lays the foundation for future healthy habits. It can also decrease the risk of becoming overweight in adulthood or developing type 2 diabetes.
Targeting certain muscle groups early can also prepare your child for more complex motor skills later on, like dribbling a basketball or riding a bike. Here is how much your child should be exercising based on their age:
Important: While exercise is important, there is such thing as too much. As a parent, pay close attention to your child to see if they exhibit signs of over-exercising like, loss of interest in an activity, fatigue, depression, or stress fractures.
Those recommendations may seem daunting, but the good news is children can meet them through typical childhood games and imaginative play.
Here are eight easy and fun exercises for kids and tips to incorporate them into your child’s day.
1. Running
Running can improve cardiovascular health in children.
Klaus Vedfelt/Getty Images
Running not only helps kids develop healthy hearts, lungs, and coordination, but it can also improve cognitive performance, mental health, and academic performance says Candice Taylor Lucas, MD, an associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of California Irvine (UCI) School of Medicine.
A 2008 review found that aerobic physical activity, like running, improved academic performance.
How to do it: Young kids typically enjoy games like tag or freeze that encourage running by chasing each other, says Ryan Ingley AT, an athletic trainer with Nationwide Children’s Hospital Sports Medicine. Older kids might enjoy games that require more strategy like capture the flag, which involves two competing teams trying to capture each other’s flag and bring it back to their own home base.
2. Jumping
Jumping helps work leg muscles like the glutes and hamstrings.
Nick David/Getty Images
Jumping is another fundamental skill that builds on bouncing, which children typically are able to do by 18 months, Lucas says. Like running, jumping also helps develop balance and coordination while strengthening leg and core muscles.
A small 2018 study of boys aged 10 to 12, had one group complete a jump rope training program three times a week, while the other completed a regular physical education program without jumping rope. The jump rope group gained more strength and endurance over a 10 week period than the group that did not complete a jump rope program.
How to do it: According to Lucas, here are some fun ideas to get your child to jump:
Engage in pretend activities at home or outside that involve jumping like a frog or kangaroo with your child.
Instead of freeze dance, try playing freeze jump. Turn on some music and jump when it’s on and stop when it’s off.
For older kids, try incorporating jumping into relay races, like a potato sack race where kids stand inside a potato sack or pillowcase and jump to a finish line.
3. Skipping
Skipping is a build-off of jumping and can be incorporated into relay races.
stevecoleimages/Getty Images
Skipping is a more coordinated movement that builds upon running and jumping skills, Lucas says. Skipping also improves balance and coordination as well as timing and proprioception skills, or the ability to sense your body’s position and movements.
How to do it: Some ways you can encourage your kids to skip include:
Substitute skipping for running in tag or freeze games.
Have your children race skipping across a field or your backyard.
Play freeze skip similar to freeze jump but skip while the music is playing.
4. Bear crawls
Incorporate bear crawls into a relay race.
Jacquelyn Smith/INSIDER
Bear crawls are full-body movements that help increase strength and coordination, Ingley says. They target the following muscle groups:
Upper body muscles, including shoulders, chest, and arms.
Lower body muscles, including quadriceps and hamstrings in the legs.
You can encourage small children to do bear crawls by tapping into their imaginations, Lucas says. Have your children pretend to be bears, moving around in a forest looking for food or trying to catch another animal.
How to do it:
Start on all fours with both hands and feet on the ground.
Keep your arms shoulder-width apart and your hips up in the air.
Move forward, starting with your right hand and left foot and then your left hand and right foot.
5. Crab walks
Try using imaginative play to get your child to do crab walks.
Jacquelyn Smith/INSIDER
Crab walks are another muscle-strengthening exercise that can help improve coordination, Ingley says. Like bear crawls, crab walks target many muscle groups, including:
Triceps
Hamstrings
Shoulders
Glutes
Abdominals
“These are great for kids who are sitting all day and for building upper body strength,” Lucas says. “Like bear crawls, these also foster an active play opportunity that leans on a child’s imagination.”
Younger kids might enjoy pretending to be crabs walking along the sand on a beach while older kids might enjoy racing each other while doing crab walks.
How to do it:
Start by sitting up with both your knees bent pointing upward and both feet flat on the floor.
Place your hands flat on the floor and slightly behind your back.
Lift your hips off the floor and walk backward.
6. Squats
Teach your kids how to squat and then see who can hold it the longest.
vgajic/Getty Images
Squats help improve strength and stability while targeting several lower body muscle groups, including:
Glutes
Quadriceps
Hamstrings
Calves
Hip flexors
Latest research: A 2019 analysis found resistance training, like squats, had a positive effect on the development of other motor skills, including sprinting, jumping, and throwing in children ages 5 to 18.
How to do it: Here are some ideas to encourage squatting for kids:
For young kids or toddlers, put a toy on the ground in front of them while they are standing. This may encourage them to squat in order to look at it.
For older kids, make a game out of seeing how high they can jump.
For teens, you can make squats more challenging by encouraging them to squat with a backpack of books on their back.
Important: When doing squats make sure your child keeps their knees over their toes and pushes their hips back behind them.
7. Yoga
Encourage your child to join you when practicing yoga certain yoga poses.
Commercial Eye/Getty Images
Yoga is a great form of exercise to build strength, flexibility, and promote mindfulness and deep breathing, which can reduce stress, Lucas says.
A 2015 review found yoga may reduce anxiety in children and adolescents. Other benefits of yoga for kids include:
Improved focus, memory, and self-esteem
Improved academic performance
Less disruptive behavior in school
How to do it: There are many ways to encourage your child to do yoga, including:
Online tools, like Cosmic Kids Yoga on YouTube or Yoga for the Classroom.
Reading books about yoga that walk kids through different poses, like Sleepy Little Yoga, Good Morning Yoga, or Good Night Yoga.
If you do yoga yourself, set out another mat while you do your own practice. Toddlers love to imitate adults, so invite yours to join you.
8. Superman
Pretend you and your child are flying when doing superman.
Jacquelyn Smith/INSIDER
A superman is a muscle-strengthening exercise that works your abdominal and back muscles, Ingley says. You can encourage your child to do a superman by pretending to be superheroes flying through the sky.
How to do it:
Lay facedown on the ground with legs on the floor and arms stretched out in front, above the head.
Lift your legs and arms off the ground at the same time, engaging your abdominal and back muscles.
Insider’s takeaway
Kids and teens need at least an hour of aerobic exercise a day and an hour of muscle-strengthening exercises three times a week.
You can encourage different types of exercise by incorporating them into imaginative play or games.
While the exercises listed above are great for kids, finding what they already enjoy and encouraging them to explore their own interests will likely be more successful than trying to develop a specific exercise plan.
“Encouraging free play, outdoor exploration, and involvement in activities, games, or sports are the best ways to get kids physically active,” Ingley says.

Children and young people need to do 2 types of physical activity each week:
aerobic exercise
exercises to strengthen their muscles and bones
Children and young people aged 5 to 18 should:
aim for an average of at least 60 minutes of moderate or vigorous intensity physical activity a day across the week

Some parents consider exercise superfluous (“why – there is physical education at school!”), Others do not have extra 15-20 minutes for children , “because work!”. And only a few mothers and fathers understand the importance of exercise for the child, and specifically get up half an hour early in the morning in order to have time to cheer up with the child and prepare the body for the school / work day with the help of effective exercises for children.
If your kids sleep in class and are constantly shirking their PE lessons, this guide is for you!

When is the best time to do exercises for a younger student – how to prepare for gymnastics?
Man by nature must move a lot. No wonder they say that movement is life. The less the child moves, lying all his free time near the TV and sitting at the computer, the more health problems he gets.
Children’s specialists are sounding the alarm and reminding parents that the child’s body must be actively moving at least 10 hours a week, and for younger students this minimum is increased to 3 hours a day. Moreover, it is desirable that this happens in the fresh air.
Naturally, parents have too little time, but still, allocating 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening for exercise is not so difficult.

What does charging do?
Prevention of obesity.
Prevention of problems of the cardiovascular system, musculoskeletal system, etc.
Elimination of nervous tension.
Return of the body to normal tone.
Mood boost – a psychological setting for a good day and a charge of vivacity in the morning.
Full awakening (the child will come to class with a “fresher” head).
Activation of metabolism.
Etc.
How to prepare a child for exercise?
Of course, it is difficult to get a child out of bed ahead of time – especially “for some kind of exercise. ” This wonderful habit needs to be instilled gradually.
As you know, it takes about 15-30 days of regularly repeated actions to establish a habit. That is, after 2-3 weeks of such classes, your child will already be drawn to them.
No attitude – nowhere. Therefore, the most important thing in forming this habit is to tune in and find motivation.
In addition, it is important that the exercises for the child change periodically (children at this age get tired of the same type of training too quickly).
And do not forget to praise your child and in every way encourage any physical activity.

15 best exercises for children 7-10 years old – correct posture and increase muscle tone with a daily set of exercises!
If you don’t have the opportunity to go outside for fresh air, then open the window in the room – training should not take place in a stuffy room.
It is recommended to have breakfast after exercise (exercise on a full stomach is not the best solution), and to make exercise more fun, we turn on groovy invigorating music.
So, to your attention – 15 exercises for younger students
The first 5 exercises are for warming up the muscles. It is absolutely impossible to do complex exercises immediately after sleep.
Take a deep breath and rise on your toes. Pull the handles up as high as possible, as if trying to reach the ceiling. We go down to the full stop and exhale. Number of approaches – 10.
Tilt your head to the left, return to the starting position for a couple of seconds and then tilt your head to the right . Next, we make circular movements with the head – to the right side, then to the left. Run time – 2 minutes.
Now the shoulders and arms. Alternately raise one shoulder, then the other, then both at once. Next, we make swings up with our hands – in turn, then with the left, then with the right hand. Then circular movements with the hands, as when swimming – first breaststroke, then crawl. We try to do the exercises as slowly as possible.
We rest our hands on the sides and do inclinations – to the left, to the right, then forward and backward. 5 times – in each direction.
Walk in place for 2-3 minutes, raising your knees as high as possible . Next, we jump 5 times on the left leg, then 5 times on the right, then 5 times on both, and then jumps with a turn of 180 degrees.
Stretch your arms forward, clasp your fingers and stretch forward – as far as possible . Then, without losing the lock, we lower our hands down and try to reach the floor with our palms. Well, we finish the exercise, trying to reach the ceiling with clasped hands.
Performing squats. Conditions: keep the back straight, legs – shoulder-width apart, hands can be clasped behind the head in a lock or pulled forward. The number of repetitions is 10-15.
We do push-ups. Boys do push-ups, of course, from the floor, but for girls the task can be simplified – you can do push-ups from a chair or sofa. The number of repetitions is from 3-5.
Boat. We lie down on the tummy, stretch our arms forward and slightly up (we lift the bow of the boat), and also legs – we connect together, lift up the “stern of the boat”. We bend the back as hard as possible. The execution time is 2-3 minutes.
Bridge. We lie down on the floor (children who can descend onto the bridge from a standing position descend directly from it), rest their feet and palms on the floor and, straightening the arms with legs, bend their back in an arc. The execution time is 2-3 minutes.
We sit down on the floor and spread the legs apart. Alternately stretch our hands to the toes of the left foot, then to the toes of the right. It is important to touch the leg with the stomach so that the body lies with the leg – parallel to the floor.
Bend the left leg at the knee and lift it up, clap hands under it . Then repeat with the right leg. Next, raise the outstretched left leg as high as possible up (at least 90 degrees relative to the floor) and again clap your hands under it. Repeat for the right leg.
Swallow. We spread our arms to the sides, move the left leg back and, slightly tilting the body forward, freeze in the swallow position for 1-2 minutes. It is important that the body at this moment is parallel to the floor. Next, repeat the exercise, changing the leg.
Clamp an ordinary ball between the knees, straighten your shoulders, rest your hands on the belt. Now squat down slowly, keeping your back straight and the ball between your knees. The number of repetitions is 10-12.
We rest our hands on the floor and “hover” over it in the “push-up” position. And now slowly with the help of the hands “go” to a vertical position. We rest a little in the “ostrich” position and “stomp” with our hands forward to the original position. We go back and forth with our hands 10-12 times.
We finish the exercises with a simple exercise for relaxation: we stretch out “at attention” while inhaling, straining all the muscles – for 5-10 seconds. Then we sharply relax on the command “at ease”, exhaling. We repeat the exercise 3 times.
Motivation for junior schoolchildren to do daily gymnastics at home – useful tips for parents
Even an adult finds it difficult to force himself to do exercises in the morning, let alone children – you need to try hard to accustom a child to this useful ritual. There is no need for motivation here.
Where to look for this motivation, and how to entice a child to exercise so that the child would be happy with it?
The main rule is to do exercises together! Well, if dad categorically refuses, then mom should definitely participate in this process.
Turn on upbeat and cheerful music. Exercise in silence is boring even for an adult. Let the child choose the music!
Looking for an incentive in each case. For example, a beautiful toned figure, to the envy of everyone, can become an incentive for a girl, and a muscle relief that he can be proud of can become an incentive for a boy. No less incentive will be weight loss if the child is overweight.
We are looking for those who can be imitated. We do not create idols (!), but we are looking for a role model. Naturally, we are looking for him not among bloggers and bloggers with beautiful bodies and emptiness in their heads, but among athletes or heroes of films / films that the child loves.
Exercise is needed to become stronger. And you need to be strong (strong) to protect your younger brother (sister).
In addition to the 5 exercises for warming up the muscles, you need to choose another 5-7 exercises for direct charging. No more needed for this age, and the training itself should take no more than 20 minutes (twice a day). But it is important to regularly change the set of exercises so that the child does not get bored! Therefore, immediately make a large list of exercises, from which you will pull out 5-7 new ones for every 2-3 days.
We talk more often with the child about health : why exercise is so important, what it gives, what happens to the body without physical activity, and so on. We are looking for thematic films and cartoons that we watch, of course, with the child. We often watch films in which young athletes achieve success – often such films become powerful motivators for a child to go into the world of sports.
Arrange a sports corner for your child in the room . Let him have personal bars and rings, a Swedish machine, a fitball, a horizontal bar, children’s dumbbells and other equipment. Reward each month of training with a trip to a trampoline center, rock climbing or other sports attraction. The best home sports complexes for children
Use to encourage your child to exercise his own cravings . For example, if a child loves a ball, consider a set of exercises with the ball. He loves uneven bars – do exercises on the children’s sports ground. Etc.
Video: Cheerful exercise for a child
Remember that it is impossible to drive a child to exercise, like hard labor. It is important that he wants to work with you. Therefore, first of all, we demonstrate the importance of charging by our own example.
Children at this age already think and analyze perfectly, and if you constantly lie on the couch, growing your belly, then you simply cannot force your child to study – a personal example works more efficiently than all other methods.

St. Petersburg. The first step to the heights of a political and business career is closer than
many think. You can start by handing out leaflets to the party in power on a busy
crossroads.
Prominent figures started their careers in the ranks of a political party
20th century: Winston Churchill at 26 and Theodore Roosevelt at 23 became deputies
parliaments.
In Russia, young people have a chance to start even earlier, because
how the Constitution of the Russian Federation allows to be elected to the State Duma from the age of 21. That
is, while still a student and shooting notes from comrades, a young man or
the girl has a chance to achieve political influence, a service apartment in Moscow and
foreign cars with flashing lights. These, however, are still a few. To the youngest
Deputy of the State Duma is 27 years old, and the average age of people’s deputies is
49years. But young people are not deterred.
The party system in Russia is still
infantile, the rules of the game are constantly changing. If you keep your nose to the wind, there is
a chance to integrate into the power vertical.
For a young man, not
illuminated by the media, like Anton Sikharulidze, or not having a couple or three
billion, like Rustam Tariko, the path to the cherished mandate begins at the very
low positions in the headquarters of “EdRa.
First steps
“To become a member
party “United Russia, it is enough to come to one of the regional branches of the party
or to the central headquarters on Konnogvardeisky Boulevard. For a young person
beginning to offer to become a supporter of the party. This means that within 3 months
he is obliged to take part in all party events – congresses, street
actions, pickets, – says Nikolai Konstantinov, chairman of the executive committee
“United Russia in St. Petersburg.
If a young man has career ambitions, then
he must conduct propaganda and agitation as if he were Demosthenes and
Cicero rolled into one. The orders of senior comrades must be carried out especially
carefully, demonstrating 150% diligence and accuracy.
“The most important
qualities in order to get on the party list, which gives the right to receive
deputy mandate is sociability, energy and purposefulness, –
summarizes Nikolai Konstantinov.
The formal structure of United Russia
there are three full-time positions in each district of the city and 25 positions in
city headquarters – 129 in totalposts. However, their salary is less than the salary
support staff in district administrations.
One more
the opportunity to get closer to the powers that be – to become an assistant to a deputy
State Duma, full-time or freelance. These are usually sought after among students.
senior students of St. Petersburg State University.
Guideline “EP provided for a 20% quota in
party list for youth. In principle, out of 315 mandates received by the United
Russia in the new composition of the Duma, 63 should be occupied by people under 35
years.
You will go to the right…
The path of young people who have decided on
party activities, that is. Joining the youth wing of the party, then 2-3
years of active work in order to prove himself as an enterprising, executive,
but most importantly – an indispensable person in the party. This opens up new possibilities and
allows you to enter certain rooms. And in these offices they sit like this
called “steam locomotives. If they like them, they will move their protégé
up behind you. And there it’s within reach, if not to the very “Olympus, but at the foot
you can settle down.
Glazed by ideology
“It is interesting that among
enough young leaders of “United Russia” there are those who not so long ago belonged to
to opposition movements: anarchists, social democrats, etc., notes
Evgeny Konovalov, Chairman of the Russian Social Democratic Union
youth. Coming to such a vertically structured organization as “ER,
they quickly achieve impressive results. Helps them a lot
acquired ability to formulate thoughts. Those who have a party career
didn’t like it, they still gain valuable experience. Many open their
business and become quite successful people. They are often more experienced
peers.
“The fact is that “United Russia has become more
political, but a bureaucratic structure with a clear chain of command. Therefore there
few initiative people. A ticket to life is given to those who prove their
devotion, participating in informal events and fawning over the “top, –
says Evgeny Konovalov.
In general, we can say that now the number
lucky tickets for young people eager for a political career, sharply
decreased. The main pieces on the chessboard of “United Russia have long
placed. And in order to take it out of the field, you need not just to have
the right “bag, but also to catch luck by the tail.
modest
a supporter of the party agitates for the leader.

Trade unions considered that the debt on wages to miners reached 2.3 billion hryvnia. Shmygal blamed mine managers for this
The head of the Independent Trade Union of Miners of Ukraine Mykhailo Volynets said that wage arrears at state-owned coal mines had reached 2.34 billion hryvnia. Prime Minister Denys Shmygal blamed the heads of individual enterprises for the problem.
Volynets spoke about the debt on December 7 during a round table in Ukrinform, and Shmygal’s statement was made a few days ago, on December 3, during an hour of questions in the Verkhovna Rada.
Volynets said that by January 1 next year, wage arrears to miners will reach more than 2.5 billion hryvnia. According to him, salaries have not been paid on time since 2014-15. The head of the Confederation also said that today, December 7, miners in Chervonograd, Lviv region, refused to go down to the mine in protest against wage arrears, which allegedly amounted to about three monthly wage funds.
In addition, the executive secretary of the Pan-European Regional Council of the International Trade Union Confederation, Anton Leppik, called the multi-million non-payment of wages to miners a “criminal offense” on the part of the state.
The position of the authorities
Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced on December 3 that the state is fully fulfilling its payment obligations, and wage arrears arise due to improper performance by the heads of individual enterprises of their duties.
“Wage arrears arise due to improper fulfillment by some mine managers of their obligations to pay 80% of the proceeds for wages” , Shmygal said.
