Responsibilities
Implement written goals from treatment plan with consumer 1:1 services including but not limited to Personal Care, Respite, Home Supports, Home and Community, Supported employment, Crises Services, and Long- term Vocational Support.
Instruct and reinforce target goals and outcomes according to consumer.
Complete written documentation of services(s) provided upon completion of visit as directed by QP
Accurately note consumer responses and results to staff interventions and assessment through proper documentation.
Maintain appropriate professional conduct at all times.
Assist in the development of consumer treatment plan and goal revisions as directed by interdisciplinary team.
Provides care in accordance with written instructions from professional staff.
Reports immediately to QP any changes in the patient’s condition or any problems in assigned tasks.
Relays observations of patient’s mental and physical status to QP.
Is dependable and on time for assignments.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with ID/DD consumers preferred, but not required
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
High school Diploma or GED.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Active Drivers License and current automobile insurance.

The name “Malta” means “Bird Cherry Place” – there were large thickets of bird cherry along the banks of the river. This year the village celebrated its 347th anniversary. The village of Malta is known all over the world, because on the left bank the site of an ancient man was discovered, where they found the bones of mammoths, decorations of people who lived in these places 25 thousand years ago. Malta is also famous for its mineral water and therapeutic mud.
In such a wonderful place, the heroine of our story, Oksana Vladimirovna Kalashnikova, was born. After receiving a professional education, she returned to her native village in 1990 to start her career as a music teacher in a comprehensive school.
And the creative life began to boil in the rural house of culture “Chaika” and the kindergarten “Solnyshko”, where the young specialist worked at the same time. He teaches children to sing, draws up thematic scenarios for events, holds calendar holidays, shares his experience with colleagues from kindergartens and schools in the Usolsky district.
Residents of Malta remember the Street Festival. The whole village sang and danced. People walked in a festive procession, presenting their “hospitable”, “dairy”, “honey” and “flower” yards, dedicating poems and hymns to their small Motherland.
In 1996, Oksana Kalashnikova was hired as a teacher of the music department at the Children’s Art School in Belorechensky. During her work at the school of arts, Oksana Vladimirovna proved herself to be a competent specialist with deep professional knowledge and skills. She has such qualities as mastery of traditional and modern technologies, knowledge of psychology and methods of raising children.

Exemplary folklore ensemble “Belorechenka” – this page is the most important in the creative life of a teacher!
Belorechenka Folklore Ensemble was created in September 2003 from 9 art school students. The organizer and leader was O. Kalashnikova, a teacher of the highest qualification category, a pupil of choral groups of the House of Children’s Art in the city of Usolye-Sibirskoye, the Irkutsk Music and Pedagogical College, the Irkutsk State Pedagogical University and the Regional School of Folklore. Today in the ensemble “Belorechenka” there are two compositions – junior and senior. Members of the ensemble perform works of 2 and 3 voices with soloists, a capella, accompanied by the button accordion, the school Ensemble of Russian Folk Instruments.
When choosing a song repertoire, the teacher uses the folklore of the Irkutsk region, folk songs and games of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and other regions.
The folklore ensemble and its soloists are the most active participants in many and many activities of the school, Belorechensky village, Usolsky district and the Angarsk zonal methodological association.
One of the graduates of the ensemble Anya Nikitenko in 2006 became the winner of the regional radio competition “Baikal Star” in the nomination “Song”, and was awarded a ticket to Bulgaria. Also, Anya’s name was included in the IV edition of the Encyclopedia of Moscow “Gifted children – the future of Russia” in 2009year.
In 2007, the Belorechenka Ensemble was invited as a participant in the master class “Folk Singing and Children”, which was conducted by the famous Pyotr Alekseevich Sorokin (specialist in the Department of Musical Art of the State Russian House of Folk Art, Moscow) on the basis of one of the art schools the city of Angarsk.
In 2008, the folklore ensemble participates in the I Regional Festival “Song Karagod” in Bratsk. This trip inspired, made friends the members of the ensemble and gave the mood for the future victories of Belorechenka. And they did not keep themselves waiting.
The ensemble becomes the winner in the Regional Festival of Song Folklore in Sayansk, and in 2010 the participants of the Regional Festival of Ritual and Game Folklore “Siberian Springs” in the village of Zalari, Cheremkhovo District with the rites “Trinity” and “Egoriev’s Day”.
Successes of the exemplary folklore ensemble “Belorechenka” were duly awarded with diplomas of the Grand Prix of the Regional Festival-Competition “Rising Stars of the Angara Region”, Laureates of the I Regional Folk Song Contest “Russian Melodies”, Regional Competition of Choral Groups and Vocal Ensembles “Singing Priangarye”, Laureates II and III degrees of the International Art Festival-Competition “Vivat, Talant!”, International Competition “Young Talents of Russia”, All-Russian Vocal and Choral Assembly “Canzoniere” of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The administration of the Usolsky district and the teaching staff of the children’s art school are proud of their young original talents! Choirmaster Oksana Kalashnikova with her guys from the ensemble, as they say, “both in fire and in water.”
Every year “Belorechenka” participates in the regional festival “Play, accordion Usolskaya!”. This is a competition for harmonists of the entire region, and Oksana Vladimirovna is a member of the jury.
In 2008, the exemplary folklore ensemble “Belorechenka” took part in one of the television programs of Channel 1 “Play, accordion” with the people’s artists of Russia Zavolokins. Mark Magarian, along with the existing Wild West Harley-Davidson general manager Michael Keeton, have acquired the assets of Wild West Harley-Davidson of Lubbock, Texas.

The Lubbock Harley-Davidson dealership has roots back to the 1950s and has been at its 58th Street address since 1988. Selling owner Larry Hay (a prominent West Texas entrepreneur, investor, and former Mack Truck dealer) acquired the dealership in 2005 and implemented an aggressive expansion, doubling the size of the facility to over 32,000 square feet. He also constructed a massive 1.25-acre, all-concrete Rider Academy lot.

Hay’s decision to retire from the Harley-Davidson dealership operation was not a quick decision, as in fact he has been in communications with the Powersports Listings Mergers & Acquisitions (PLMA) team since 2014.
Wild West Harley-Davidson in Lubbock, Texas, has new ownership.
“Selling my dealership was a tough decision, but the Powersports Listings team brought me a deal that made sense and ensures that my employees will be well taken care of,” Hay said.
PLMA began working with a San Antonio-based entrepreneur Magarian, who possessed a keen interest in acquiring a Harley-Davidson dealership and the match was made for the Lubbock location. Magarian and his wife, Heather, own and operate one of the most successful pre-schools in Austin.
“My core values are honesty and integrity, taking pride, working hard and being the best, which translates to any business and is tantamount to the Harley-Davidson brand,” Mark said.
Mark made the decision early on to partner with the existing general manager Michael Keeton for the acquisition of Wild West Harley-Davidson. Keeton has been with the dealership since 1993 and was the active GM when Hay purchased the dealership back in 2005 and changed the name from Graves H-D to Wild West H-D. Twenty-nine years later, ownership is a reality for Michael Keeton.

“Larry Hay is a friend first as we have been in conversations for many years and I am overjoyed that the timing worked out to do this win-win deal with Mark Magarian,” Szopinski said.

Mark Magarian: We are Extremely Early in this New Bull Market for Gold
Mark recalls seeing the 1987 market crash from his fathers concerned perspective. There were a lot of worried traders at the time, but also some that made off like bandits. This experience showed him that there were always winners and losers in markets and helped shape him into a contrarian investor.
He describes his early career in the late 90’s trading emerging markets primarily eastern Europe and Russia. Most of the companies were resource plays like oil companies that were all trading at huge discounts. This was an exciting time to study businesses with hard assets and real cash flow. Some of the best tools you can use in the industry are history and the understanding of commodity super-cycles.
The current move in gold is still very early, and prices should be much higher based on economics. Most gold companies today are very undervalued.
He discusses the outlook for uranium and copper and how both have supply imbalances. However, both markets require careful timing which can trip investors up. Keep in mind that prices can always worsen and the current economic cycle would dictate that now is a time to remain patient. It’s probably wise to stick with precious metals for the near future.
Writing down your investment thesis and occasionally reviewing your reasons for a trade will help keep you focused. Exuberant feelings toward your trades might well mark the time to take half off the table and find other opportunities. In a nutshell, do you know what Southern Comfort is? This is such booze. An old American liqueur that is now produced on a neutral alcohol base and flavored with fruits, spices and whiskey. Yeah, well, you get the idea. “Rowan on cognac” in American style 😉 Drop your pants, make a sharp sharpening, take a bottle of Southern Comfort in your hand, and, as they say, do not threaten South Central. Yo! Kamon! Smoky view euryday 🙂
In the ranks, so to speak, of ordinary Americans, there is no common understanding of the essence of this American “property”. Rumor has it that it’s whiskey. “Is that whiskey? Yes? – Yes, #@$%@, whiskey. Kind of bourbon. There is even Manhattan with him.” 🙂
Well, yes. Why not? Manhattan – what is it? That’s right, it’s an American whiskey cocktail with vermouth and bitters. What is SoCo? …Bourbon?!? Yo! Kamon! Yes of goats! So it’s up to you 😉 There is nothing easier than replacing whiskey in Manhattan with SoCo and getting Comfort Manhattan (a cool name!), well, or Southern Comfort Manhattan, or even better just, bitingly so, SoCo Man. Dude, yo! Wang SoKo Man! Kamon!
Tracing the development of cocktail culture Harry Regan in his The Joy of Mixology mentions that Comfort Manhattan comes from How to Make the 32 Most Popular Drink Comfortable Manhattan turned into Improved Manhattan (Improved Manhattan) in another advertising brochure of the same brand called Happy Hour Mixology Plus a Premier of Happy Hour Astrology (1972). From what point this marketing invention turned into an act of vandalism is unclear. No one is issuing press releases about a recipe change. Not in this world. “Hey guys! We started putting used toilet paper in our sausage instead of GM soy! We invite you to a buffet!”.
Okay, I’m done spitting and moving on to a test drive 🙂 The most common recipe (found, by the way, not in a landfill, but in The Bartender’s Bible by Gary Regan 1 , although the recipe is in a landfill, in general , the same 🙂 ), prescribes a ratio of 4: 1, and we use it:
Comfort Manhattan (“Comfortable” Manhattan)
60 ml Southern Comfort liqueur 15 ml sweet vermouth 3 dashes of Angostura bitters Stir 90 all ingredients in a mixing glass with plenty of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Well, I did not add three of my dashes of Angostura to this cocktail. Wrong format. Regan, of course, is a famous lover of outrageously angostured Manhattans, but I think he hardly drank this one. It is hard to imagine that someone can try 1001 cocktails. Look, Eric has been drinking some Book of Cocktails at the Savoy Hotel for almost four years, so there are much fewer recipes in it, not like in this Bible! (well, that’s right, then Book , and this is Bible , do not glue boogers in the cold to the fence).
Yo! Great stuff! To everyone who wants to spit Manhattan on bourbon, I advise this thing. You won’t be spitting about this! This is the charm. Sweet, there are a few herbs in it, some kind of fruit, like “carry a peach” in tea. Charm, not Manhattan;) My wife really liked it. It seems to me that this is generally a cocktail for seduction. What could be more seductive than a peach and a bottle of Martini Bianco? Definitely nothing. To start with, a peach definitely looks like a butt, eh… Okay. Fick with him … In general, I advise all womanizers to take this cocktail into service, SoCo, between us, macho, speaking, heaps unchildishly;)
And we didn’t have music for a long time. Here, one more touch to my boundless soul:

But, I must admit, from the above cocktail, can stick together . Not suitable for serious imbibers. Therefore, serious people write that, they say, the proper vermouth in Manhattan with SoCo is dry vermouth. The recipe for Manhattan De Luxe was found on Сocktail DB, I will take this fact as an indulgence for the entire post:
Manhattan De Luxe
50 ml Southern Comfort 20 ml dry vermouth 1 dash Angostura Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass with plenty of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Oh! That’s better. The first is not so cloying, the second – there is a botanical component right there. The sweetness here is at the level of an ordinary Manhattan somewhere. Or not, definitely sweeter. And the nuances are poorer, but easy to drink. This is for advanced such imbibers with their pants down. Make the first for your girl, and the second for yourself, with a contemptuous smirk. Like – baby, we, macho, prefer things harder;) And when you wink, so, as if by chance, correct friend . Kagbe hinting … That they say, that’s it, the pussy got stuck. Like a fly in a drop of Southern Comfort.
But of course, I couldn’t stop at two such simple cocktails. The soul demanded revelation. It turned out that Simon Difford excelled in this topic! He also came up with a cocktail with Southern Comfort and gave it the original name – Southern Manhattan! Not only that, it happened for the wonderful Tales of the Cocktail festival in New Orlen in 2005. Believing in Simon’s mixological talent, I tried this cocktail too 😉
Southern Manhattan (by Simon Difford) (South Manhattan)
40ml Bourbon 20ml Southern Comfort Liqueur 20ml Red Vermouth 3 Dash Bitters Pechot with plenty of ice . Strain into a cocktail glass. Squeeze a drop of essential oil from a strip of orange peel onto the surface of the cocktail. Garnish the cocktail with an orange peel swirl.
Simon prescribes Bourbon Makers Mark and Vermouth Martini Rosso for this cocktail. I left MM, in Martini I somehow habitually replaced it with Cinzano (by the way, it is much better on Cinzano, no doubt, I tested it on myself).
Well, this is Manhattan! Bourbon, sweet. Botanical-citrus-fruity. In the center of the game, however, bourbon, but framed. Such a comfortable frame 😉 And, admittedly, a successful cocktail. There is even a mood to @ # $% tsya, but there’s nothing to it. Is there a soft, sweet rounded entrance? There is. Harmonious spicy base with pronounced notes of herbs and soft notes of fruits? Yes. And a confident spicy finish, with notes of pepper, almonds and oak astringency? There is also. Aftertaste? It is present both for a cocktail and for quite a long time. Spicy. Pleasant. On the other hand, there is something frivolous in this cocktail. Something like lowered pants that reveal a wide elastic band with the inscription “Gucci” 😉 Southern, in general, something very southern 😉 But luxurious. And in style.
In order to drink this cocktail, you definitely need to be R&B, as they say, Rich and Beauty. The first one is unequivocal, MM is 50 bucks, SoCo will gobble up another 30 bucks, we can’t find Pesho at all (I was brought from over the hill), well, vermouth here is the cheapest of all, but the steward of the grishek take it out and put it down. In general, prepare 100 bucks! The second is relative. Beauty, you know, is generally relative. To whom the mare is the bride, as folk wisdom says.

The Academy trains personnel for the Aerospace Forces, other military command and control bodies, other types and branches of the Armed Forces, federal executive authorities in which military service is provided for by law.
Currently, the academy provides training on educational programs:
higher education – specialist’s programs at nine faculties in 39 military specialties;
higher education – master’s programs in three specialties;
higher education – postgraduate programs in 14 scientific specialties;
secondary vocational education in six military specialties.
The scientific and pedagogical potential of the academy is more than 110 doctors of science and more than 750 candidates of science .
6 dissertation councils for the defense of doctoral and master’s theses are successfully functioning in the academy. The training of candidates and doctors of sciences is carried out in 16 scientific specialties, thereby providing themselves with full scientific and pedagogical personnel to fill the positions of the teaching staff.
The A.F. Mozhaisky Military Space Academy, which is part of the Aerospace Forces, is a backbone polytechnic university of the Russian Ministry of Defense, a leading educational, scientific and methodological center in the field of military space activities, infotelecommunication technologies and technologies for collecting and processing special information.
The most important components of the activity of the academy are educational activities and educational work. The tasks of education are successfully solved in the course of training cadets and listeners, everyday military service, joint educational, methodological, scientific and other activities of the permanent and variable staff of the academy.
