You don’t have to spend a ton of money when the DIY versions are just as fancy. Take a look at some of our favorite DIY cat toys. We think they’re pretty purr-worthy:
This scratch pad is too cute for words. This is DIY at its best. And you might want a cactus to go with that stump.

We can’t get over how clever this T-shirt tent is. Also, it’s super-easy to create.
A simple stepladder gets a serious upgrade with this scratch-pad cat tree plus hammock.
We know just what to do with your sock that lost its mate. Fill it with polyester or cotton fiberfill, sprinkle some catnip inside, and sew it closed. Poof—you’ve made a new toy that your cat can play and cuddle with for hours.
You didn’t even know your cat needed this toy—until now.
You probably already know that cats love wand toys. The thing is, they destroy them, and you end up buying one after another. Stop the spending cycle with this easy DIY cat-wand tutorial.
From cupcakes to carrots, you can make these fabric catnip toys into any shape you choose. Just be sure to buy wool-free felt made from acrylic or other 100 percent synthetic materials.
All you have to do is place two ping-pong balls in a bowl full of water. Your cat will be intrigued and will bat the balls around—and may even increase his or her water intake.
I bet you never knew that there was more than one use for a toilet brush—until now!
‘Catios’
A catio can be as big or as small as your living space, budget, and imagination allow. It can be a small enclosure that juts out of an apartment or a larger structure built from the ground up.
Personal Space
Simply leaving some empty space on a shelf can be an invitation for your feline friend to hang out.
All you need is an ice cube tray and some kibble to make a new food puzzle for kitty.
Not crafty? Fair enough! Wherever you buy toys, make sure that they aren’t made with cruelly obtained feathers.

Do you have a cat at home? If yes, our article will certainly be useful to you. And in it we will tell you how to take your restless mustachioed. It is unlikely that he will resist all sorts of funny bright things that are not difficult to make with your own hands. Let’s get started!
We knit balls of yarn
If you have an old ball of yarn lying around, give it to a kitten. Surely, during the game, it will be interesting for him to watch how the ball turns into an infinitely long thread. True, after such fun, you will have to wind the ball again.
“Piercing Eyes”
All the colors of the rainbow
Playful Curl
Even a toilet paper roll! Decorate it with fun things and the fun is ready!
Let fluffy ride the cars
Even a toy ginger cat will amuse your pet
Wonderful frogs on a string
Gambling stick
Anything can be attached to a string – sewn circles, hearts, pompoms, feathers. They will pretty much comfort the kitten.
Mouse hunting
Surprise the cat by embellishing the mouse with a bright long tail.
The design of this mouse is as easy as shelling pears! Fill the cone-shaped pouch with soft filler, sew on the ears, tail, and prey for the pet at its complete disposal.
Appetizing sausage
There are never too many treats. Om-Nom-nom!
Cute octopus
An old glove makes a cat toy! It remains to fill the octopus with cotton wool or other soft material, and sew on eyes and a mouth.
Funny Feather
The slightest breath of breeze will stir up the air feathers, attracting the attention of your kitten.
“Who is there?” Playing locks
With this game, your cat will definitely not get bored. Make him happy with a fun activity. It will be enough to cut out the figures in the box and put everything inside that may interest a curious pet. Balls, beads, hanks, spools of thread are a great option.
Cat puzzle
Elusive mouse on a stick. Let’s try to catch
Naughty wine stopper
Tie a colorful wine cork case with side strings that would be nice to attach glittery beads to. So the cat will be much more interesting!
Soft coil with a fleece cover
Funny strip
We make a fluffy pompom
MASTENTY SMOLSIC
It would be time to ride!
You can stroke the back too!
Domestic cats often require attention from the owner – stroke, scratch behind the ear, caress. And some require much more often than we would like. And in this case, there is a good alternative – a soft fluffy arch that will never deprive the pet of attention.
Let’s hang toys on a rack
A very convenient option for a home where the owners carefully monitor order. Now cat trinkets have their place of honor: like live rattles, they playfully hang on the rack, entertaining the indefatigable animal.
Cat amulet with toys
Let’s cast a bait
Large fish – you won’t miss!
A feather instead of a tail
And someone has already eaten it!
Let’s decorate the fish with shiny scales
And don’t forget to sweeten it with candy!
Cat Accessory
Mobile spotted cat
This animated puppet character will become a true friend of your pet.
The cat is a full member of the family! And it should be given the appropriate attention. After all, everyone can make a gambling toy for a mustache, the main thing is to apply more imagination and love. Let him always feel desired, loved and indispensable in your home!
13 do-it-yourself cat toys
Surely cat lovers have often noticed that their pets are more willing to play with objects found by chance in the apartment than with toys from the store.
The reasons for this animal behavior are inexplicable, but the fact remains. Therefore, instead of once again spending money on toys for cats, it is better to make them yourself from improvised materials. We share simple ideas that will tell you how to entertain your pet simply and quickly.
1. Furry explorer play station
Toilet paper roll toy.
Glue toilet paper rolls in various positions onto a sturdy piece of cardboard. Inside them, put the little things that attract the attention of the cat – for example, large buttons, beads. The cat will try to get them.
2. More cat toys made from toilet paper rolls
This toy will captivate the cat for a long time.
Punch a few random holes in the base of the toilet paper roll. Pass cocktail tubes, bright shreds or pompoms through them. Such a toy will take the animal for a long time.
5 signs your cat really loves you
3. Improve your favorite cardboard box
Cats love cardboard boxes.
Everyone knows that cats are fond of cardboard boxes. Use this feature of theirs and make a gaming station out of the box. Inside the box are small items, and on top are bright cords that will also attract the attention of the cat.
4. Ball protector and cat toy
Simple but interesting toy for the cat.
Letting your cat play with normal balls or spools can be dangerous as he can choke on the thread. Therefore, we propose to slightly modernize this option for entertaining a cat. Roll the thread into a ball of medium density, leaving one end free. Then wrap the ball with plain foil. Cats love its rustling and soft sheen.
5. If you have leftover water pipes
PVC pipe DIY toy
You can make your own cat toy from leftover water pipes. It is only necessary to connect them with the help of corner elements, which are sold in any hardware store. You will also need to cut holes in the pipes a little more than the paws of cats, and put various little things inside. The cat will try to get them.
6. DIY cat pompoms
Pom poms are classic cat toys.
Pompoms on a string are a favorite toy of many cats, which does not bother them for a long time. Ready-made toys can be hung on the doorknob so that the cat tries to get them.
Pompoms on the door are very attractive to cats.
7. Wine for the owner – cat toy
Cork toys.
Cats love to play with wine corks because they are light. You can just give the cat a cork, but if you have some free time, make a more complex toy. For example, crochet it or attach bright feathers, ribbons.
This toy can become a favorite for a cat.
Valerian is not just a drug for cats
8. If the owner knows how to sew a little
A toy can be sewn in a couple of minutes.
A person who knows how to handle a needle can sew a simple toy for a cat in a couple of minutes. We recommend choosing fabrics of sufficient density, such as wool or felt.
Toy jellyfish for the cat.
9. Cat toys ideas from old T-shirts
An old T-shirt can be useful.
To make this do-it-yourself cat toy, you will need an old knitted T-shirt. Cut it into thin strips, put them together and tie in a knot. To make it more interesting for the cat, we recommend using T-shirts of different colors and knitwear that differ in density.
10. Corrugated cardboard recycling
DIY cat toy that even a child can make.
Corrugated cardboard, which is used to make large boxes, is useful for making toys for the cat. Cut out a lot of circles from it, in each of them make a small hole in the middle. Then string them on a piece of lace, tying it into knots.
11. Multi-colored patches for the cat
If you put catnip inside the patches, the cat will be crazy about them.
Cut into square pieces. To fill them, foam rubber, fabric scraps, threads are suitable. In order for the bag to arouse increased interest of the cat, you can put a little catnip inside it.
12. When a child’s sock was left without a pair
Toys made from children’s socks.
Using the method described in the previous paragraph, it will be possible to make a toy for a cat with your own hands from a child’s sock. Just fill it with something soft and tie it in a knot.
There are many other ways one can describe themselves when they want to communicate that they are a quick learner. Some synonyms that can be used for quick learners include receptive, adept, retentive, perceptive, astute, and sharp.

Final Thoughts
One of the wonderful things about the English language is that there are so many ways to say something that you can have a lot of fun with communication. As a quick learner, you’ll likely enjoy being able to add these synonyms to your repertoire.
How To Say You’re a Quick Learner on Your Resume
“No experience, but I learn things really quickly, I promise!”
It doesn’t exactly sound professional, does it? But if you can’t come right out and say it, how can you let hiring managers know that you’re a quick learner? You have four different places — we’ll go into each one in the article:
Bullet points: A line like “Optimized financial reporting process by upgrading accounting system; doubled process efficiency and reduced errors by 25% within one year of joining the company” tells people you not only learn quickly but also make impact fast.
Different skills and departments: One thing hiring managers love to see is a broad range of responsibility — perhaps you managed a team that involved everything from design, coding, operations and marketing. This shows you are able to learn new skills, even if they’re outside your subject matter expertise.
Skills section: Showing knowledge of actively learning new skills is another good way to show you’re a quick learner.
In your cover letter or resume summary
How to show you’re a quick learner
In your resume’s bullet points
Like any soft skills, you should demonstrate that you’re a fast learner through your bullet point accomplishments. Choose examples that demonstrate your ability to learn quickly, like cross-training in other departments or an early promotion.
Let’s take a look at a few examples of actual bullet points you can use on your resume:
Annotated examples of bullet points that show how to say you’re a quick learner on your resume
Designed online customer support center comprising of a self-service knowledge base and interactive chat; reduced customer support calls by 45% within the first 8 months
The keyword “first 8 months” is an effective way to show your ability to make immediate impact at organizations you work in. Ultimately, that’s what recruiters look for — saying you’re a fast learner isn’t enough, you need to show that you can actually implement what you learned.
Cut projected time for data analysis by one week by developing reusable ETL components using Pentaho Kettle
Nothing says “fast learner” like getting things done ahead of schedule. Include accomplishments where you expedited a process or fast-tracked results.
Promoted within 12 months due to strong performance and organizational impact (one year ahead of schedule)
Similarly, an early promotion is always a good thing to include on your resume. In this case, it underscores that your ability to learn quickly was noticed by others and resulted in business gains. Here’s how these bullet points could fit on a resume:
Demonstrate your ability to learn quickly by highlighting relevant accomplishments in your bullet points
The structure of your bullet points should largely remain the same:
Start your bullet point with a relevant action verb, like Accelerated, Mastered, or Expedited.
To emphasize being a fast learner, you can also varying up your action verbs and use ones like “Researched”, “Analyzed”, “Learned” or “Optimized” which all show you’re someone who can learn new technical skills.
Remember to follow this up with exactly what you did and what it achieved for the company — numbers and metrics are your friends.

Find out if your bullet points show you’re a quick learner
One of the easiest ways to let hiring managers know you’re a quick learner is to use your resume to highlight accomplishments that show your ability to learn quickly and make impact. Upload your resume to the tool below – it’ll let you know if you have highlighted the right accomplishments and other soft skills.
Varying responsibilities and involvement in various departments
One thing hiring managers love to see is a broad range of responsibility — perhaps you managed a team that involved everything from design, coding, operations and marketing.
This is extremely positive from a hiring manager’s perspective, as that shows you were able to quickly get up to speed when using new skills in a professional setting.
So, when you’re writing your bullet points, make sure to stress different skills — you can do that by varying up your use of action verbs and highlighting across different departments. Let’s look at an example:
Led evaluation and selection of new CRM system; spearheaded a cross-functional team (Technology, Business Development, Management) to implement the system; successful adoption accelerated revenue growth by 25% in 1 year
Devised a pricing and branding strategy with the Strategy team to launch a new three-tier pricing model; achieved a 27% increase in profit
Resume summary
Another place that you can highlight you’re a fast learner is in your resume summary. A sentence like “Self-taught Python developer” in your resume summary is effective at doing this.
Here’s a summary example you might find useful:
Use your resume summary or cover letter to highlight key soft skills like being a quick learner
Show you’re a fast learner through the application process
It’s not just a cliche — actions really do speak louder than words. If you say that you’re a quick learner on your resume, hiring managers will be looking for evidence of that in how you act throughout the hiring process. That means you’ll need to:
Take initiative. Seek out answers for yourself rather than asking the recruiter basic questions.
If you land an interview, prepare some answers for behavioral questions that show your ability to learn quickly; for example, a time you picked up a new skill at work or were able to work independently at a higher than expected level.
Be prepared to hit the ground running when you start the new job! If you’ve sold yourself as a quick learner, you may need to forgo some basic hand-holding.
How to say you’re a quick learner in your cover letter
Your cover letter, if you have one, give you a chance to expand a little on how being a quick learner is relevant to the position you’re applying for. That means you should:
Focus on how it relates to the job. You want the hiring manager to understand how your ability to learn quickly will benefit them.
Use concrete examples, similar to how you should list accomplishments in your experience section.
Use synonyms so you aren’t just saying “quick learner” over and over. Try “adept,” “capable,” “receptive,” “retain information,” and “able to quickly grasp new concepts.”
In your cover letter, you can use sentences like the following to show you’re a fast learner:
“I’m someone who hits the ground running — at [Role], I implemented a new process to reduce customer complains by 20% in my first 3 months.”
“Although I hadn’t formally learned or programmed in Python, I was able to quickly learn and use my existing programming knowledge to start fixing bugs in just the first two months after joining”
“At my last role, I quickly got up to speed with [new system or process that you have not used before]. ..”
You can also discuss how you joined a new role that was very different to my last role — increased and varied responsibility is always effective at showing you’re a quick learner.
Why is being a quick learner an advantage?
Being a quick learner can be a valuable skill to include on your resume, but it has very little meaning on its own. Hiring managers don’t necessarily care that you’re a fast learner, but they do care what you can do with it. That means emphasizing related skills like:
Active listening
Organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Learning new skills and processes
Tech fluency
Multitasking / wearing multiple ‘hats’
Planning
Flexibility
Resourcefulness
Acting on feedback
Being a quick learner isn’t about being smart or academic performance, so don’t focus on things like GPA (unless you’re a very recent graduate) or test scores.
Instead, focus on job-specific skills, like the ability to quickly absorb new information and hit the ground running in a new position, or requiring minimal supervision to get the job done. But don’t list those as skills or buzzwords — remember that being a fast learner is a soft skill, which means you need to demonstrate it through your accomplishments.
Also worth keeping in mind is that while the ability to learn quickly can be an advantage if you’re new to the workforce or changing careers, it doesn’t replace actual experience. Someone with relevant skills, education, and work experience on their resume is almost always going to be more appealing to a hiring manager than someone they’ll have to train, however briefly.

Speed reading: 5 tricks for fast reading and memorization
Slow reading leads to the fact that a person is constantly distracted, gets tired quickly, and most importantly, does not keep up with the growing volume of digital information.
Meanwhile, from the seventh grade, that is, at about 13-14 years old, the brain is ready to master faster reading speeds. There are several techniques that will help develop the skill of speed reading.
Methods and methods of speed reading
Teaching speed reading will help the child quickly absorb information and learn better, in addition, he will spend much less time doing homework. There are various methods and ways of teaching speed reading, which include exercises, work with tables and texts. In this article, we will look at the basic techniques of speed reading.
Warm-up “2-3-5”
Any workout starts with a warm-up of the muscles, and when we pick up a book, we immediately start reading. To make your eyes less tired from printed texts and working at a computer, Pavel Palagin in his book “Speed Reading in Practice” recommends that you first “stretch your eyes” by expanding your peripheral vision.
Imagine that the focus of your eyes is like a spotlight beam and you can either widen it or narrow it. Pick up a stopwatch, an A5 book (this is a standard book size), relax and start driving your “beam” over several lines, first from left to right, and then from right to left.
Drive the first minute on two lines, the next minute on three lines, and the third minute on five lines. Try to clearly see all the words on top of each other, but do not try to understand their meaning yet.
At the last stage of the speed reading exercise, you should not “move the spotlight” along the lines, but read as quickly as possible with understanding one line at a time from left to right.
<>
Wedge Tables
The reading process is based on images. For example, when reading the phrase “Masha ate porridge” sequentially, the image of a girl first appears in the head. Then we imagine that she is eating, and then that she is eating porridge. Another thing is when you see three words at the same time. The image of a girl who eats porridge immediately appears in my head. This happens instantly and greatly speeds up the reading process.
To see and perceive two or three words at a time, it is necessary to expand the field of vision. To do this, you can use special speed reading tables that will help develop skills.
Print out the wedge chart and focus on the center column first. Then slowly go down with your eyes down, while saying aloud the side numbers. The purpose of this table of numbers for speed reading is to reach the end and see the numbers both to the right and to the left of the central column at the same time.
“Labyrinth”
Another important component of the reading process is the ability to concentrate for a long time.
This sub-skill is trained with the help of mazes familiar from childhood, which will also help to master the fast way of reading.
Try to find a way out of this trap with just a glance.
Recurrent eye movements
While reading, we often return to the already read part of the text. This negatively affects comprehension and reduces speed.
In order not to re-read the same thing, slide your finger or pencil under the line while reading. This speed reading technique looks “childish”, but it is very effective.
Technique for the development of speed reading “Harvesting”
This method is also described in the book by Pavel Palagin.
When you have read an interesting paragraph with useful information and moved on to the next one, it does not mean that the knowledge has passed from the book to you. Your brain remembers the following: “Useful information in the book. If you need to remember it, you will have to reread the book.
In order for information to become part of you and pass into long-term memory, you need to pause, present the essence of what you have read and say the main points to yourself.
Three steps of Harvesting speed reading technique:
Stop. As soon as you have read the completed semantic block to the end, stop the reading process, take your eyes off the text and take a short pause.
Essence. Present the basis of the read text in the form of an image, a diagram, a situation, and the like. The main aspects of the new information and the meaning that they carry should appear in your head.
Speaking the basics. Try to succinctly and briefly describe in your own words the essence of the text that you imagined. The shorter the better.
At the same time, during the reading itself, it is important to avoid articulation (pronunciation of the text). To do this, you can tightly compress your lips and bite your tongue. And even more “harvest” can be collected by armed with a text highlighter and marking important points in the text (no more than 10 words per thought).
Texts for speed reading
To develop speed reading, you can use special texts for speed reading. These texts are different from the usual ones and are great for developing a fast way of reading. For example, text can be rotated away from the reader by 90 degrees, written upside down, or it may be missing some letters that need to be guessed. Also, when teaching speed reading, “noisy” texts are used – various “lattices” or “cobwebs” are superimposed on such texts. Texts for speed reading can be found in training books for the development of speed reading in children.

Summary
Regular practice will help your child master the skill of speed reading and use it successfully in school. In the process of learning, you can refer to the methods that we described in the article, use methodological aids, including tables for speed reading, exercises and texts for speed reading. Praise your child for success and motivate him to learn speed reading to discover new possibilities.
How to quickly learn words. Scientific Approach

THREE SCIENTIFICLY BASED METHODS THAT WORK
You learn, you learn these words, but there’s no point! After a couple of days everything is forgotten.
Use a scientific approach to memorization! We present you three scientifically based methods that will allow you to quickly and permanently memorize foreign words.

HOW MANY WORDS SHOULD YOU KNOW?
To begin with, let’s figure out how many words you need to learn in order to begin to understand most of the foreign speech, and to express your thoughts yourself. A five-year-old child living in an English-speaking country uses 4,000-5,000 words, and a university graduate uses about 20,000 words. However, an English language learner only has a vocabulary of 5,000 words, despite years of study.
But there is good news : A vocabulary of 2,000 words is enough to understand 80% of foreign speech. The researchers came to this conclusion based on the analysis of the Brown Corpus. A linguistic corpus is a collection of texts on various topics.
Interestingly, after you have learned 2,000 words, vocabulary replenishment for each subsequent 1,000 words allows you to increase the amount of understood text by only 3-4%.
HOW TO REMEMBER A WORD QUICKLY?
The first question that interests everyone is how to quickly memorize foreign words?
Scientists came to the conclusion that the information that has an emotional coloring is remembered faster. Accordingly, it is a good idea to learn words through games, riddles, movies. I liked the song – do not be too lazy to look at the translation of incomprehensible words. These words will forever be associated with the song you like, which means they will leave an emotional trace in your memory.
Excellent technique – mnemonics. Create colorful associations – this will allow you to remember even hard-to-pronounce words. Usage example: the word weather is similar to the Russian word wind, we build a wind-weather pair in our head, remember forever that weather translates to weather. There are special reference books where you can find various mnemonic techniques for memorizing English words. However, it is better to come up with such associations on your own, since our associations and emotions are strictly individual.

HOW TO NOT FORGET A WORD SO QUICKLY?
So, you learned a couple of hundred words, but after a week, about ten of them remained in your memory. What is the problem? This is due to the existence of short-term and long-term memory. The mechanisms of short-term memory allow you to store information for 15-30 minutes, then, noticing that this information is not used, the brain gets rid of it, as if it were something unnecessary. How can we make it clear to the brain that we really need these words? The answer is repetition. It’s like with Pavlov’s dog: the light bulb lights up – saliva is released. However, it is released only after 5-10 repetitions of the food + light chain. If food is not served when the light is turned on, the association of the light bulb with food in the dog’s brain will be destroyed, and saliva will cease to be produced.
So how many times does a word need to be repeated in order for it to stably move from short-term to long-term memory?
The German psychologist Hermann Ebbinghaus developed the Forgetting Curve, which characterizes the amount of information lost over time in the absence of repetition. During the first 20 minutes after learning the words, we will already remember 60%, and within 1 hour we will lose more than 50% of the information. Then, over time, more and more information will be erased, and by day 3, only 20% of the information will remain in memory. Thus, if you miss at least one day in repetition, you will not return the forgotten words.
The conclusion is obvious: no repetition anywhere . Use words in speech, make up stories using new words, play flashcards on your smartphone for at least a couple of minutes a day – all this will help you save the learned words. Otherwise, the time spent on their initial study will simply be wasted.
We suggest using the following repetition schedule:
10-15 minutes after learning the words;
After 50-60 minutes;
Next day;
After 1 day;
After 2 days.
After that, most of the information will be fixed for life.

HOW TO EXPRESS THOUGHTS FASTER?
I really want foreign words to flow from my mouth without requiring excessive brain tension and several minutes to formulate a phrase. There is an opportunity to accelerate the formation of foreign speech – this is the development of muscle memory. By muscles here we mean the muscles of our articulatory apparatus. These muscles, like the muscles of the legs when riding a bicycle or the muscles of the fingers of a pianist, have a memory that allows you to perform automated movements almost unconsciously.

What can private enterprises do?
Private businesses need to take action to be more inclusive. Marginalized groups such as women, youth and indigenous peoples are often excluded from decision-making processes, even though they play a key role in transforming
agri-food systems. Ensuring inclusive growth helps to make everyone equal agents of sustainable development.
Food systems are responsible for more than one third of global anthropogenic greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, significantly influencing climate change. The consequences of this disproportionately affect the rural poor around the world,
who makes a living from agriculture. The private sector should take the lead in promoting responsible production and consumption practices, and the food industry should be able to procure sustainable ingredients,
reduce food waste and favor more environmentally friendly packaging.
nine0003
The food industry should provide, produce and promote the consumption of affordable and nutritious foods, and the hospitality sector should include minimally processed healthy foods and work to increase
food safety and quality. Public institutions such as schools, universities or hospitals should first require food service organizations to provide healthy food.
nine0003
Private enterprises must participate fully in global sustainable development by contributing to the goals of the 2030 Agenda. They need to create inclusive markets, prioritize standard
principles of development, human rights and accountability, and to support international organizations and local non-governmental organizations in their work in developing countries.
Approximately one third of the world’s food is wasted or wasted. However, hunger continues to rise as the recent demand for food bank support even from some countries
world’s most developed economies. The food retail and hospitality sectors can play a key role in helping to reduce food waste and ensuring that hungry people are not left behind.
without food. Supermarkets and restaurants can join programs to donate safe food to food banks or relief organizations that would otherwise go bad or be thrown away.
nine0003
Increasing rural poverty is often accompanied by additional negative social impacts on the rural population, such as increased migration or child labor in agriculture. Parties concerned
from the private sector can help increase the profitability of agriculture and enable people to stay at home when it is safe to do so by increasing rural inclusive investment and providing access
to financing.
nine0003
Science, innovation and technology are the main components of sustainable development. Increased investment in these three areas can help the furthest behind by stimulating economic growth, promoting social inclusion and protecting the environment.
If private enterprises increase investment, they can develop and maintain existing socio-economic and political structures that promote knowledge creation.
Businesses must create business models that respect human rights, promote decent work and protect employees. The high level of informal employment in agriculture is a major obstacle
for many, not just the poor, limiting their access to social protection. This leaves many workers exposed to the effects of shocks. The provision of social protection should not be viewed as a cost, but as an investment.
It not only protects employees, but also increases their economic and productive potential, and in the long run also benefits employers.

Private Entrepreneur (FOP) and Private Enterprise (PE)
In this article we will demonstrate the main differences between such organizational and legal forms of doing business as private enterprise (PE) and private entrepreneur or, as it is also called, – individual entrepreneur (FOP), business entity (SPD).
Only the notion of individual entrepreneur received legislative consolidation and private enterprise , all other names (for example, SPD) duplicate the official ones and are used mainly in everyday everyday communication. Sometimes the concept of a private enterprise means a limited liability company or another organizational and legal form of management, but this is a misconception – these are radically different concepts.
0049 Individual entrepreneur is a form of direct participation of a person in entrepreneurial activity.
Private enterprise is the organizational and legal form of a legal entity , which operates on the basis of private property of one or more individuals or legal entities with or without hired labor.
Second, note what are the main differences between a private entrepreneur and a private enterprise? nine0003
participation in management – a private entrepreneur acts alone, while there may be several founders or participants in a private enterprise at once, these can be both individuals and legal entities.

Vocabulary work grades 1-4
Which of the teachers does not know
that the richer the active vocabulary of a person, the more meaningful, intelligible,
more literate and beautiful his oral and written speech. In the initial course
grammar, spelling and speech development, great importance is attached to vocabulary
spelling work, during which children learn words from
unchecked and difficult to check spellings given in special lists.
Unstressed vowels, being in a weak
positions of pre-stressed and post-stressed syllables are subjected to varying degrees
reduction – weakening the articulation of sound and changing its sound. Precisely graphic
the designation of these sounds with letters causes the greatest
difficulties and often leads to errors.
Pronunciation discrepancy
sounds and their designation in writing with letters is an essential feature
Russian spelling. “ Vocabulary work is not an episode in the work of a teacher, but
systematic, well-organized, pedagogically expediently built
work related to all sections of the Russian language course, it is carried out from 1 to
Grade 11, ”wrote the famous methodologist A.V. Tekuchev.
These words are confirmed
and in the book by V.P. Kanakina “Work on difficult words in primary school”, and
in the book by G.A. Bakulina “Intellectual development of younger schoolchildren in the classroom
Russian language”, and in the articles of many authors of the newspaper and magazine “Primary school”.
Each teacher develops his own specific system for mastering
spelling of vocabulary words.
I want to share some of my
accumulated experience in the successful acquisition of spelling by students
dictionary words.
In elementary school
The Russian language provides for the obligatory study of words whose spelling
rules are not checked. One of the main challenges facing us is
The task is to teach the child to write these words without mistakes. Make the learning process
difficult words more effective – the task is difficult, requiring a great deal from the teacher
creative work.
It is not enough for a student
got acquainted with the grammatical meaning as such. It is important to ensure that
knowledge was consolidated so that the student could “transfer” them to other
him the phenomena of language. As a result of exercises on the vocabulary word, students
master knowledge so that they develop skills and abilities quickly
and accurately apply the acquired knowledge about the word in practice.
Exercise not only strengthens,
but also the knowledge of children is clarified, the skills of independent work are formed,
thinking skills are strengthened. Children are constantly
analyze, compare, make phrases and sentences,
abstract and generalize. Through exercises, knowledge is systematized and
are automated.
In language, all sides are interconnected,
Therefore, it is advisable to organize the process of teaching schoolchildren in such a way that in
a certain relationship, work was carried out on phonetics, spelling, word formation,
morphology, vocabulary and syntax, so that all sides of the word are considered in
unity. Thus, conditions are created under which students develop
diversified approach to the word.
As a result, you can
classify the types of exercises over words with unchecked vowels according to
directions that traditionally make up the language system.
1. Phonetic exercises.
Basic meaning of phonetic
exercises is that children learn to easily hear the sounding word,
each sound separately and the position of this sound, were able to analyze
the sound form of words during their internal pronunciation. All this contributes
the formation of phonemic hearing and speech motor skills.
Great role in teaching juniors
schoolchildren are given visual perception. This type of memory is very important for
familiarity with vocabulary. Therefore, it is important to work on
words using cards, picture dictionary dictations, dictionary
dictations.
2. Spelling
exercises.
The subject of special attention in the classroom
Russian language is the development of students’ spelling vigilance. In these
For this purpose, children perform exercises to emphasize “dangerous” places in a word, i.e.
spelling, find in the texts what the author “hidden”, use this form
exercises, like writing with “holes”, i.e. skip the letter in which you can
make a mistake, find an extra word with a different spelling. Also students
carry out work on editing material that contains grammatical
error.
3. Word-building exercises.
Students are very interested in
work on the composition of the word. As a result of the repetition of the morphemic composition of the word
the ability to recognize and select single-root words is improved,
deepens students’ understanding of the word-formation role of prefixes and
suffixes, the ability to parse words by composition is formed, the ability to
accurately use dictionary words with prefixes and suffixes in written speech.
4. Morphological
exercises.
Morphological exercises have
its goal is to make students aware of the morphological structure of the Russian language.
When learning parts of speech
various types of practice exercises help to combine individual words
to certain groups distinguish and determine the forms of parts of speech: declension,
case, tense, person, number, in order to consciously use words with
unchecked spelling in speech and writing in the correct form.
5. Syntactic exercises.
Syntactic exercises put
the task is to consolidate the theoretical information that children have received
in syntax, show schoolchildren the role of language units in speech, in communication
between people, help to understand the structure of simple in its construction and
composition of phrases and sentences, consciously compose phrases and
offers.
6. Lexical exercises.
A child who came to school to study,
can already speak. But his speech arsenal is not enough to express new
thoughts, concepts, feelings that he receives at school from the first days of training.
First of all, he lacks words for this. The challenge before us is
activate children’s vocabulary.
In connection with the study of grammar
lexical exercises are carried out, i.e. children explain the meaning of words
direct and figurative, find out the ambiguity of words, understand
relations between synonyms and antonyms, make up phrases with them and
offers.
In conclusion, I would like to note that
that, based on personal experience, the use of a variety of methods, techniques, forms
and teaching aids in working on difficult words, the activity of children is activated,
interest in mastering the riches of the native language increases,
attention to the word, vocabulary is enriched.
I want to offer cards with
differentiated tasks for studying the spelling of vocabulary words in 2-3
classes, work on which contributes to the rapid and lasting assimilation
unchecked spellings, as a result of which the skill of competent writing is formed
words that students encounter both orally and in writing.
For easier memorization
students spelling words with unchecked spellings, a dictionary of each
class was divided into thematic blocks. With each block, children work in
for 6-10 lessons, performing various exercises, through which they
knowledge is systematized and automated
So, for example, in the second grade there was
the block “Animals” is highlighted, which includes the following words: cow, bear,
fox, dog, hare third grade words: garden, vegetable, potato,
cucumber, tomato, carrot were united in the block “Garden”.
I will give examples of differentiated
tasks that I use when students study words from these blocks.

Orthoepy
Spelling
And today we will start studying a new section, and which one you have to determine for yourself …
Words on the board:
Many words on earth…. There are daytime words, –
The blueness of the spring sky shines through them.
There are nocturnal words that we talk about during the day
We remember with a smile and with shame.
There are words – like wounds, words – like a court,
They don’t surrender and don’t take prisoners.
You can kill with a word, you can save with a word,
With a word you can lead regiments behind you…

-What is the task of lesson ? (Learn to determine LZ words, expand your vocabulary.
IV Opening new knowledge ..
1) and the epigraph to today’s lesson I took the words
K. Paustovsky 9000
“For everything that exists in nature… in the Russian language there is a great variety 9 good words and names”
Teacher:
How many words are there in Russian? Can we say that there are as many of them as there are stars in the sky? No. There are only about 3 thousand stars visible in the sky, but there are many more words. In modern Russian there are more than 200 thousand of them, plus foreign words (30 thousand), terms – 10 thousand, dialects – 200 thousand, names – 25 thousand, obsolete – 30 thousand. No one can count absolutely all the words of the modern Russian language, neither scientists nor the most powerful computer. That is why linguists have come to the conclusion that language is quantitatively incalculable.
How many words are there in Russian? (Many)
– More specifically?
(Can’t tell)
– Why not?
(Some words appear, some disappear)
Guys, what can be determined by a person’s speech?
Let us recall a quote from the funny book by Ilf and Petrov “12 Chairs”: “The dictionary of William Shakespeare, according to researchers, is 12,000 words, the dictionary of a Negro from the cannibalistic tribe “Mumbo Yumbo” is 300 words. Ellochka Shchukina managed easily and freely with 30 words.
What to do to reach the level of a highly educated person ( read, expand your vocabulary)
2) Our task is to expand our vocabulary.
– It is very important for every person to replenish, enrich their vocabulary, to be able to discover a word, to replenish their vocabulary – this means learning new words.
In today’s world, beautiful and rich speech speaks of culture and good education. The rich vocabulary of the Russian language testifies to the level of intellectual development of a person. Society perceives a person with a rich vocabulary as an intelligent and creative person. People with a rich vocabulary get jobs faster, move up the corporate ladder more successfully, and are generally listened to more often and more carefully. The larger a person’s vocabulary, the more likely they are to succeed in life
— Guys, what is a word and its lexical meaning?
3) (Working with the textbook 6 exercise 58 – orally.
“Insert” technique
Individual work, independent reading of the text. The teacher asks to make notes in the text as you read the article:
\/ – I know this information;
+ – this is new information for me;
? This information is not clear to me.
After reading the text conversation:
– What information was familiar to you?
– What new information did you note for yourself?
– Is everything clear? What questions have arisen?
– What are the ways of explaining the lexical meaning of a word?
So:
– the word names concepts, objects, persons, signs, actions, evaluations.
– word – a significant unit of the language, has an outer shell (sounds and letters, and an inner shell – the meaning and meaning of the word.
– the word has a lexical and grammatical meaning
Fizminutka
(pick up words with the same root or refer to an explanatory dictionary.

Mary Jones: The most dangerous woman in the USA
The old woman in the photograph is Mary Harris Jones (1837-1930). Better known as Mother Jones. She only looks like a dandelion. In fact, President Theodore Roosevelt himself had every right to call her “the most dangerous woman in America.” Indeed: an incredible number of strikes, a revolution in Mexico, several prison terms, charges of conspiracy, murder preparation and murder (the last charge was almost brought against her when she was over 80). Colleagues and friends called Mary Mother Jones and, like the president, they had every right to do so. Below is a compilation of several articles and her autobiography. A highly instructive story.
The life of this woman was, in general, formed quite ordinary at first. Born into an Irish immigrant family, she worked as a teacher, then set up a sewing workshop. She married a metallurgical worker, an active participant in the trade union movement, left the workshop due to constant traveling. She was widowed and lost her children during the yellow fever epidemic of 1867. She returned to her favorite seamstress craft and, I must say, got a good job: she had a rich clientele in Chicago. She showed no particular interest in politics. Everything changed in 1871 after the Great Fire, when Jones joined the Knights of Labor.
(founders of the Knights of Labor, photographed in 1886)
The Industrial Revolution was in full swing in the USA. Huge reserves of labor for coal mining and metallurgy were formed from immigrants and ruined farmers. They worked in terrible conditions and received beggarly wages. Mary traveled all over the country, organized strikes, helped their participants. In 1877 she helped organize the railroad strike in Pittsburgh and Baltimore. The intensity of passions there was no joke. The degree to which the mutual bitterness of the parties has reached can be judged from the pictures below: conducts educational lectures. Her motto is: “Sit down and read. Prepare for future battles.”
On May 1, 1886, the unions went on strike in Chicago under the slogan of the eight-hour day. Two days later, the strike escalates into clashes with the police, two strikers die, several people are injured. On May 4th, under the influence of leaflets claiming that the workers were killed on the orders of the factory owners, thousands of workers gather in Chicago’s Haymarket Square for a rally. At first, the participants remained calm, but when the police ordered them to disperse and, having lined up in battle formation, began to attack the crowd, a bomb was thrown from the crowd, killing a policeman (seven more policemen died later). The police opened fire, which killed 11 people. Many of the wounded did not dare to ask for help, fearing arrest.
(Explosion during a demonstration)
(Execution of anarchists accused of riots)
Jones began to consider this day her birthday (by the way, in her autobiography, she calls the year of her birth not 1837, as is customary in literature, but 1830; according to one of the authors, she shifted the date of her birth in order to strengthen her image of an old woman). The major strikes Mary Jones participated in were the Birmingham, Alabama railroad strike of 1894, the Pennsylvania miners’ strike of 1902, the Ludlow miners’ strike of 1913, and the 1919 nationwide steelworkers’ strike. her political biography included strikes by house workers, silk mill workers, weavers, brewers and taxi drivers. She said about herself: “I am not a humanist, I am a fiend.” Another of her famous sayings: “Pray for the dead and fight like hell for the living” She warned the miners not to trust the church, because the owners own the churches and they pay the priests. One priest demanded that she stop the meeting in the house of God. To which she replied:
“Oh no, this is not the house of God. This is the home of the coal company. The Lord Almighty would never come to a place like this.” Jones herself was a Catholic, but never particularly advertised this fact, because she believed that the official church distorted the idea of Christ, who was a genuine revolutionary who would rather die than betray the poor.
“Pray for the dead and fight like hell for the living”
On June 20, 1902, she was arrested at a rally in Clacksburg, West Virginia. When she learned that they were going to keep her under arrest in a hotel room, she demanded that she be transferred to prison along with the others. Later, she would be repeatedly arrested and expelled from the cities, where she would return again and again. Mary actively involved workers’ wives and children in the strikes. Together with the fathers of families, they stood in pickets and went to demonstrations. She advised women not to be afraid of arrest, and if they are nevertheless arrested, they should slave and sing, but louder, so that the police would get tired of it and let them go as soon as possible. With regard to children, Jones fought against the use of their labor, especially from the time of several strikes in textile factories in 1903. She describes the appearance of children that struck her: small hands can easily get inside). They crawl under cars to oil them. Six-year-old children with the faces of sixty-year-old men work eight hours for ten cents a day.” Mary was particularly impressed by the extent of injuries among children: missing fingers, hands, or feet is common. A video illustration of Jones’ impressions is available to those who wish:
She initially tried to gain attention from journalists on the issue, but they refused, explaining that the owners of textile mills own a large share of the shares of their newspapers. To this, Mary replied that she was one of the shareholders of the children and owns a large share of their interests, and she would take care of the publicity of the necessary facts herself. The first step was a children’s rally led by Jones in front of the Kensington, Pennsylvania City Hall. After the city government simply closed the windows tightly so that they were not disturbed by their noise, she staged the famous crusade of children to President Theodore Roosevelt. Despite all attempts to detain the crusaders (the police, who were given the appropriate orders, did not find the strength to step over themselves and raise a hand against the children; there were cases when, instead of arrest, they gave them accommodation and food), Jones, at the head of her army, arrived under the windows of the White House and held a rally there.
(Jones and the children of the strikers at Ludlow, 1913)
The children’s slogans were “We need time to play!” and “We want to go to school!”. The keynote of Jones’ speeches was her words: “Child labor is the best means to fill prisons, lunatic asylums, almshouses, juvenile detention centers, slums and drinking establishments. This remedy is more effective than all those that are taken by the reformers for the correction of society.
Another problem that Mary eventually became concerned about was the situation of Mexican workers. She helped them create trade unions, organize strikes and collect donations for the needs of the Mexican revolutionaries, who were preparing to overthrow the dictator Diaz. After this coup, she visited Mexico at the invitation of the new president, Francisco Madero.
At the age of seventy-six, Mary Jones was sentenced by a military court for conspiracy to commit murder and sentenced to twenty years. The uproar that caused the whole affair led the authorities to launch an investigation into working conditions in the mines, and the newly elected governor of West Virginia ordered the release of Jones. She immediately returned to the fight and went to Colorado, where she spoke at a rally, saying:
“Stand up and fight, fight to the last. We’ll go together and we won’t give up! Remember guys, if you don’t have a union, you ain’t got a damn thing!
Mary Jones was arrested several more times: in private company prisons and officially imprisoned twice. She was relatively lucky once: two months in the prison hospital. Another time less – almost a month in a real cell, in the basement. After that imprisonment, she was expelled from the city, where she immediately returned on a train with striking railroad workers.
In 1924 she was tried for slander, insults and sedition. The following year, the publisher of The Chicago Times won a claim against her for a fantastic sum: $350,000. In the same year, she was attacked by two bandits when she was visiting friends. She fought back, forced one to flee, and seriously injured the other. He, a fifty-four-year-old man, died from his injuries. The reason was a head injury from a blow with a black leather boot, one of those that were part of Mary’s signature style. She was arrested, but soon they decided to hush up the case: it turned out that the bandits were connected with one of the local businessmen. It must be said that at the end of her life, Jones enjoyed a certain authority and respect from official politicians. Survived her photo with President Hoover:
The last time she performed in public was in 1926. After that, she appeared in public only in 1930, during the celebration of her centenary (in fact, she was ninety-two years old)

5.2. Footprints on the ashes. Three million years BC
5.2. Footprints on the ashes
5.2.1. Letholil and Mary Leakey
Letholil is located 60 km south of Olduvai. In contrast to Omo, Afar, Koobi Fora, the climate here has hardly changed over the past 5-10 million years. There has always been a rich lake district, teeming with game. It was bordered by dense tropical forest. And now there are several lakes and a lot of vegetation. This region is also rich in ancient finds. An analysis of potassium-argon isotopes showed that there are especially many layers of time between 3 and 4 million years ago.
Human remains have been searched here for a long time, for several decades. In 1935, Louis Leakey tried to find them, but left empty-handed. What he didn’t know was that the teeth he sent to the British Museum, recognized as simian, were the incisors of a human ancestor. This was the first discovery of an adult Australopithecus since the Taung “baby”. However, the teeth lay undetected in the museum until 1979, when they were first brought to light by museum staff Peter Andrews and Tim White.
And Louis Leakey never found out that he was holding the oldest adult hominid in his hands. Then he abandoned Letholil and moved to Olduvai.
Even earlier in 1938-1939. the German Kol Larsen visited Letolil and found here a bunch of fragments of the upper jaws with several teeth in them. However, then no one could have thought that these were the remains of hominids. And if someone had expressed such a thought, then this thought would then be considered schizophrenic.
Another thing 70s. – after Olduvai, Omo, Koobi Fora.
In 1974, Mary Leakey decided to go to Letolil to look for traces of a fossil man. At first, one of Richard’s best field experts, Kamoi Kimeu, was sent there for reconnaissance. Kimeu cut through the ancient deposits with a trench and went out to the hominids. Now Mary Leakey moved there with a detachment. At 1975-1976 she and her assistants found 42 hominin teeth, some of which had fragments of the jaws. One lower jaw has 9 teeth. However, now, in the late 70s, it was difficult to surprise with the remains of a human ancestor. In Hadar, an almost complete skeleton of Lucy was found. However, in Letolila there was something that was not found anywhere else – the footprints of the footprints of the ancestor.
5.2.2. How the prints on the ashes were preserved
Letolil stood out from all the sites in the world with footprints. Until now, no one could have imagined that they could survive for so long, more than 3 million years!
Sadiman volcano was near Letolila. It exists even now. Four million years ago, it periodically exploded. Once he threw out a cloud of ash and powdered the surrounding landscape with a layer no thicker than a centimeter. Then the eruption stopped. Of course, this ashes that covered everything was unpleasant for animals and birds. However, apparently, it did not really interfere with their lives, because they stayed there. Following the ash cloud, it began to rain, the ashes got wet and became like cement recently laid on the road, on which the footprints of everyone who walked on it began to be clearly imprinted: giraffe, antelopes, elephants, hares, rhinoceroses, pigs. There were traces of birds and ostriches and even small centipedes.
The hot sun of Letolila quickly dried the wet ash. The layer hardened, retaining the imprints that streaked its surface. Then Sadiman “spoke” a second time. Another cloud of ash fell to the ground, covering the first layer. And so many times for no more than a month. As a result, a layer of volcanic tuff was formed about 20 cm thick. Since Sadiman periodically threw out ash, he also periodically solidified from the small rains that usually accompany eruptions. Because of this, the tuff layer became like a cake with 15-20 thin layers. Some of these layers have recently appeared on the surface after the destruction of the upper sediments. They looked like gray turf with an uneven surface.
5.2.3. What the game sometimes leads to…
In 1976, one afternoon in 1976, the most noisy members of Mary Leakey’s detachment amused themselves by throwing pieces of elephant droppings at each other. This game did not seem particularly elegant, but the youth needed to somehow warm up after working on the excavations. One of the players, Andrew Hill, a paleontologist from the National Museum of Kenya, dived over the crest of a hill from a piece flying into it, began to look for something to strike back and froze … He found himself standing in a dry bed of a stream on exposed ancient ash. One of the dents in the ash struck him as unusual. Hill looked at her. It seemed to him that it was an imprint of the footprints of an animal. Everyone reacted with doubt to his find. However, soon another imprint of the animal’s tracks was found in a completely different place.
This was not given much attention at first. In 1977, Mary Leakey’s son, Philip, already found a whole bunch of elephant tracks. The same traces were found by the expedition member Peter Jones. They began to study the tracks and noticed that some of the footprints were suspiciously similar to human tracks.
The world learned about footprints the next year. In 1978, Mary Leakey came to the US and reported on the prints in a series of press conferences and interviews. To many this seemed unbelievable. Such ephemeral footprints as hominid footprints could not survive for so long. But Mary Leakey had confidence in them. She even said that the creature walked admirably upright, perhaps dragging its feet only a little. She also reported that there may be footprints of walking on the joints of anthropoids in Letolila. She believed that there were large puddles of water in Letolil, around which animals and birds gathered. She even saw some panic in the footprints. She assumed that the animals were frightened by the eruption.
These revelations shocked everyone. Mary Leakey announced that for the next season, letolila would be doing a special study of footprints. She invited the well-known American fingerprint expert Louise Robins there.
5.2.4. Traces 3 million 600 thousand years
When Mary Leakey and Louise Robins arrived in Letolil, there were already three other scientists waiting for them – Peter Jones, Paul Abel and Richard Hay. They were joined by Tim White and other specialists. They all didn’t believe what Mary Leakey said about footprints in the ashes.
Hay examined the footprints of walking on the joints of anthropoids and found that they were left by large, now extinct, baboons. Jones stated that there was no panic among the animals, because the birds would have flown away in a panic, and they continued to run on the ashes, which was clearly visible from the intersection of their tracks. Hay found no evidence that there were puddles of water.
All these discrepancies have caused controversy. There was a particularly heated debate about the traces of the hominid. Everyone doubted them.
However, Paul Abel, who spent the whole day studying these footprints, declared that they were prints of human feet. White and Jones, who had been dubious at first, now agreed with Abel. They proposed to immediately begin excavations in the area of traces. However, Louise Robins, an expert on footprints, announced that everything that was mistaken for human footprints was the footprints of ungulates. She told Mary Leakey that further research on the footprints was a waste of time. White and Jones objected.
Mary Leakey is fed up with all this arguing. She announced that there would be no more footprint excavations. Jones, now convinced they were hominids, kept asking her to let them excavate. But Mary Leakey was adamant. The camp was full of important things.
Louise Robins, as always, authoritatively stated: “If the excavations are to be continued, then let those who can do nothing better do it. ” She pointed to Ndibo, who had the least archaeological background.
Ndibo completed the task. The next day he returned to the camp and reported that he had found traces of not one, but two people. The legs of one were very large. He spread his arms about 30 cm.
“Those Africans always exaggerate,” said Mary. But I went to take a look anyway. There were traces. Now White was allowed to begin excavations.
The direction of the footprints showed that those who left them went to the north, at some distance between them. The task was to identify an undamaged ash surface with traces. That was hard. After all, there were a dozen or more thin layers in the ashes – it was difficult to clean out layers 1-2 cm thick. White had extraordinary patience and was extremely persistent. He found one print, and then another. He began pouring some water into them. The water prevented the tufa from drying out. He added hardener to the traces. White worked by counting thin layers of tufa millimeter by millimeter and exposing the one with footprints. The footprints of the two hominids became more and more clear.
The attention of the entire camp was focused on White. He was joined by other employees and more than 50 prints were cleared to a length of about 30 m. Interest in footprints was revived with Louise Robins. She confirmed that indeed, there are footprints of two hominids. They apparently walked together: one (with slightly large prints) was a male, the other, apparently, was a pregnant female. Judging by the footprints, such hominids walked upright a long time ago, at least a million years. The tuff on which the footprints were imprinted was 3.7 million years old. After 30 m, the tracks disappeared under the ash covering them.
The footprint excavation has been abandoned because the season is over. They were continued in 1979 by Ronom Clark.
Tim White was very involved in the excavations at Letholil. His disputes with Louise Robins over the interpretation of footprints led to the fact that he was no longer invited to Letolil, as well as to Lake Rudolph. They don’t like critics.
Of course, more prints would have been found if they had been handled with the utmost care. They are extremely fragile and the slightest mistake in excavation can destroy them completely. They are not as strong as the fossilized bones of fossil animals. Footprints are only space, only form in a relatively soft and easily collapsing matrix.
So, as a result of an impossible chain of events, the footprints of the human ancestor have come down to us… The Sadiman volcano threw out a special kind of ash. Rain fell almost immediately following the fall of ash. The hominids passed in a short break between the eruption and the rain. The sun came out and quickly hardened their footprints. Then another outburst of Sadiman, and they were already covered in ash before another erasing shower washed them away. This happened in just a few days. And if the volcanic eruption had not coincided with the beginning of the rain, the prints would not have been preserved.
A month earlier, during the dry season, the ash would have left no footprints. They would be hopelessly destroyed, as footprints are now being destroyed on the dry sand of the sea beach. If this happened later, during the big rainy season, they would simply be washed away. The beginning of the rainy period was necessary, when the rains sporadically wet the surface, interspersed with the hot sun.
5.2.5. The ancestor walked straight as we do
Such an incredible combination of circumstances in Letolila preserved the footprints of our ancestor. It was like a miracle. It confirmed what Lucy’s skeleton at Hadar showed: human ancestors were fully upright already more than 3 million years ago. In Hadar, this was proven – in the shape of the bones of the legs and feet. In Letolila, where the fossil remains are worse preserved (only in the form of teeth, jaw pieces, etc.), without the discovery of footprints on tuff, it would be impossible to know how our ancestors walked.
Experts unanimously say that there can be no mistake, since the footprints are exactly similar to the footprints of a modern person. The external form of the prints is the same: here, as well-formed as the modern one, the heel with a strong arch and a good hemisphere of the foot in front of it. The thumb is lined up. He does not move aside, as in anthropoids.
Of course, minor differences can be found in the footprints of modern humans and Letolils. However, there is no doubt that they walked as straight as you and I, and did not drag their feet, as many scientists have long argued.
At first, Lucy’s skeleton from Hadar told scientists about upright walking, now – footprints in Letolil. All this was unusual.

How much are emergency workers paid in the US in different states
Any resident of the United States who finds himself in a critical situation can count on the help of emergency services. But according to a study by GOBankingRates, these service workers, who often risk their lives, don’t get much for it. The publication analyzed data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics regarding the wages of ambulance, fire and police workers in all 50 states.
In California, police officers receive a little over $100,000 a year. But in Mississippi, their annual income does not exceed $36,000. The same is true for firefighters, whose annual income is slightly lower than that of the police, and the work can be even more dangerous.
Ambulance doctors and paramedics receive serious education for several years. But such intensive preparation for work does not affect their income. Firefighters devote just as much time and effort to training, they are trained at a certified fire academy, physical and written testing, an interview, and then receive an EMT certificate. Police officers must meet strict personal and physical standards even after graduating from the training academy.

How to easily find the right kindergarten
There are several ways to quickly find the right kindergarten to pay for meals.
From the list on the service page, select the desired preschool educational institution or the city where it is located. Kindergartens from all over Ukraine are displayed here. For example: “Kindergartens of Kyiv”, or “Kindergarten “Swallow” Kotsiubynske”, or “Shostkinskiy DUZ No. 9”.
You can significantly narrow the search area by selecting a specific region of Ukraine (search by region is next to the name of the service page).
Another option is to use the search service by name on the main page of iPay.ua. Here you can enter different keywords from the name of the kindergarten: “kindergarten”, “DUZ No.” or others.
How to pay for kindergarten meals
Payment for kindergarten via the Internet is carried out in several steps.
1) Entering the payer’s data
It is necessary to indicate the number or name of the preschool institution, the child’s last name, first name, group and amount to be paid. On some services, data can not be entered manually, but selected from the proposed lists.
2) Entering card details
At this step, you need to enter bank card details (16-digit number, expiration date, CVV – three digits on the back of the card). It is also possible to pay using Google Pay.
3) Payment confirmation
At the last step, you need to click the “Pay” button and receive a payment receipt (download or send to your e-mail).
Note that paying for meals in kindergarten through your personal account on iPay.ua is even more convenient. In your personal account, you can create templates, use cards from the Masterpass wallet and not enter data manually, save all payment receipts, and receive additional bonuses.
Is it possible to pay on iPay.ua without a commission? Note that the size of the commission may vary depending on the service paid by the user.
