The doctors at this place doesn’t care about their patients they only want a paycheck my daughter is having a very different pregnancy and emails here doctor daily about her pregnancy sometimes she responds and sometimes she doesn’t but when she does respond it’s like she doesn’t care.

I’ll give zero if there is option. They offer $5 parking voucher but it doesn’t work. I still need to pay for $5 for only 30 mins visit. I even went to the 8th floor twice to get another voucher but it still didn’t work. Waste time and money. Don’t go that location if you have other choice.

  • November 2021

Now initially I was going to disregard the cleanliness of the lobby and continue with my child’s doctor visit. Until I encountered a medical assistant that was very rude without fail.

In Pyt-Yakh, the first group for children of such an early, toddler age was opened. Moreover, the mode of stay can be full, not short-term. A nursery appeared in the Golden Key kindergarten.

These are the youngest kindergarteners in Pyt-Yakh. They don’t even crawl yet. The nursery in the “Golden Key” was opened for babies from 2 months. The baby can be left for a full day, for 12 hours – from 7 am to 7 pm. At the same time, parents can leave for a few hours, bring the baby at any time.
nine0007

Anastasia Senyushkina: “We don’t have grandparents. This is our circle of salvation so that you can leave the baby and go about your personal business. We also have an older daughter, when you need to go to the hospital with her, it’s very convenient.”

When equipping the group, the experience of colleagues, in particular those from Nizhnevartovsk, was taken into account. Equipment thought out to the smallest detail. This is noticeable from the dressing room.

Elena Malakhova, deputy director for methodological work of the Golden Key kindergarten: “We have a special screen here, if the child is breastfed, the mother has the opportunity to feed the child. It is also possible to process hands, for this we have everything. Individual lockers for children. And there is also a place where mom can take off her outerwear and start the procedures.” nine0013

Everything is selected in accordance with age characteristics. In all rooms there are changing tables, in the bedroom there are special beds with mobiles and shelves for diapers and diapers. In the playroom there are walkers, electric cradles, a lot of toys: rattles and squeakers, there are high chairs for feeding. Another large group arena with high sides will soon be purchased here.

Marina Bukreeva, head of the education department in Pyt-Yakh: “The peculiarity of this group is that there are not many children here, 10 people. A medical worker must be present at the time of the filter, when the child enters the kindergarten, he is examined. Meals are provided for up to six months on an individual basis, which is supposed to be determined by a medical worker.

Rhythm of the day

Rhythm of the day is an important part of every child’s development. And when compiling it, it must be remembered that a change of activity is important for a child. Therefore, mobile classes should be replaced by more calm ones, group classes by individual ones. Over time, the child will get used to such a daily routine and will perceive it as a self-evident course of life. In drawing up our daily routine, we were guided by this principle. And our day in the garden goes like this:

9.00 -9.20 -reception of children
9.20 -9.30 -Morning greeting
9.30 -10.00 -Breakfast
10.00 -11.00 -Free game
11.00 -11.15 -Fruit snack and cleaning of group
11. 15 -11.30 -Musical -rhythmic game
11.30 – 13.00 – walk
13.00 – 13.15 – fairy tale
13.15 – 13.40 – lunch
13.40 – 16.00 – daytime sleep
16.00 – 16.20 – afternoon snack
17.00 – going home

90 There is also the rhythm of the year in our kindergarten.

Rhythm of the week

The weekly rhythm is associated with the need to create a calm, familiar expected environment for children every day of life. So for example:
every Monday we sculpt with wax,
every Tuesday we do needlework
every Wednesday we prepare a vegetable salad for lunch
every Thursday we bake pies for afternoon tea
every Friday we paint with watercolors

Due to the weekly rhythm, each day of the week has its own their own coloration, by which children eventually begin to recognize the days of the week.

Rhythm of the year

The rhythm of the year in our kindergarten is connected with the rhythm of nature – autumn, winter, spring, summer.

The period of early autumn ends with the Harvest Festival;
Late autumn – Lantern Festival;
Special pre-Christmas time – Merry Christmas;
Maslenitsa – comes with the beginning of spring;
Significant Christian holiday Easter;
And finally, the big summer period – the kindergarten leaves for the country!
Each such period includes specially selected activities of educators and children, its own characteristic set of games, songs and fairy tales.

Holidays of the year

Weekly and daily rhythms in this home kindergarten are components of the annual rhythm. Everything in the group is subject to this rhythm. Children learn the change of seasons by doing some household chores that are specific to a particular season. This is especially necessary for children who constantly live in the city, not being able to observe and feel changes in nature in the same way as their peers from the countryside.

Changes that occur during the year, i. e. its rhythm often ends with a traditional holiday, which is typical only for a certain, specific period of time.

For example, the end of early autumn is always followed by the Harvest Festival. The symbols of this period are various seasonal vegetables, fruits and berries, from which they make preparations for the winter. Also, the kids are clearly explained all the stages of the process of converting ears of wheat into flour, and then into bread.

At the end of late autumn, children celebrate the Lantern Festival. Thanks to this holiday, children learn that the night becomes longer and the daylight hours decrease.

And what about traditional winter celebrations? New Year, Christmas, Christmas time. They are also given a lot of time in this Walddor kindergarten.

Shrovetide is one of the most favorite children’s holidays. Delicious pancakes with various fillings, rituals showing that winter is leaving. Spring meeting.

Great attention is also paid to an important religious holiday – Easter.

The group educators of this home preschool educational institution determine all these stages themselves, which last approximately 3-4 weeks, prepare various activities and the festive event itself at the end.

Free play

What is free play? Free play is the time of the day when the child plays alone or with other children without any prompting from the teacher. At the same time, what kind of game and how to play the baby chooses for himself. Here, no one limits him, it all depends on the flight of his imagination. After all, the essence of the game lies precisely in freedom. Every day we devote from 1 to 2 hours to this pastime, usually in the first half of the day.

The task of the educator is to provide children with everything necessary for the game. It can be anything: a variety of fabrics, boards, pillows, game stands, scarves and other natural materials. In general, everything that is in the playroom is at the complete disposal of the kids. With the help of their imagination, children turn even the most ordinary things into something new, fabulous and interesting.

The caregiver is present at this time and behaves appropriately. Because children love to copy the behavior of adults. Therefore, teachers do not do anything that the child should not imitate.

While playing, children communicate with each other, develop their social skills. At the same time, kids communicate on an equal footing with older children, thereby increasing their vocabulary.

The teacher monitors the maintenance of a positive atmosphere in the group and is responsible for creating favorable conditions for active and creative play.

Music-rhythm game or “Raigen”

Raigen is a composition consisting of music and a literary part. During it, the children are in a circle, sing, play, recite poems, counting rhymes, run. In general, they are constantly moving, they can even lie on the floor or somersault. The main thing is movement!

This type of exercise must be carried out in the “Domovyonka” every day, and can last up to 20 minutes. This game helps kids to realize themselves not only through words, but also through active body movements. Thanks to the daily repetition of these exercises, the pupils of this home kindergarten form willpower and train their memory.

Of course, it is clear that it is not easy for all children to establish contact with their peers at once, and the game “Reagan” helps them to cope with this much faster. The physical health of babies also improves, since during this exercise they are constantly moving.

“Reagan” is always associated with the season and the upcoming holiday, so children not only develop physically, but also learn something new in the world around them.

Fairy tale

Children, and adults too, love fairy tales very much. They allow us to plunge into the magical world with fairies, knights, elves, attend balls, visit magical countries. Fairy tales are very good at developing imagination and stimulating the mental activity of kids.

Great attention is paid to fairy tales in the kindergarten near Moscow “Domovyonok”. They are selected in accordance with the age of the child and be sure to teach and educate him.

Educators tell fairy stories calmly, without excessive dramatization, but always in roles, so that it would be more interesting for children to listen to them and understand on behalf of which character the story is being told.

After the story, the teacher “Domovenka” does not analyze what he heard with the children, and also does not force the children to memorize the fairy tale. At the same time, they can, if they wish, use fairy-tale characters in their games or play the plot of the story itself.

Puppet show

Teachers organize puppet shows every month. To do this, they choose stories designed specifically for this event and at the same time make their own dolls.

The holiday itself is accompanied by an atmosphere of mystery, tranquility and beauty. The tale is narrated in a calm, even voice without dramatization. Before the fairy tale there is always a small performance – a rhyme or a small song is said, a candle is lit and the fairy tale begins.

According to the law of imitation, children carry the puppet theater to free play. They create their own puppet theaters, compose fairy tales and love to watch them very much.

Working with parents

Successful upbringing of a child is not only the concern of kindergarten teachers. This is the concern of his parents. And in order for education to be very productive, it is necessary for the educator and parents to cooperate. This is exactly what our kindergarten does. When enrolling a child in our preschool, we interview parents, and then communicate closely at parent meetings. We also make gifts for kids together, organize holidays. Such joint activities of adults create an atmosphere of trust and cooperation in the kindergarten.

Waldorf Pedagogy – Home Garden “Merry Dwarf”

*Please note!

The information presented on the site is of an advertising nature and is not a public offer.
Day care and childcare services are provided by individual entrepreneurs who have official registration.

Waldorf pedagogy is the most discussed and completely controversial methodology of recent times. Its supporters are convinced that it is capable of educating creative and free-thinking people, and this is fully in line with human nature. There are others that the opinion is based on the obsolescence of this method of education, they say, in the conditions of the development of nanotechnologies, it is stupid to offer children to play with leaves and acorns. Therefore, we propose to carefully understand the basics of such education.

The history of Waldorf pedagogy

The philosopher and artist Rudolf Steiner, born in 1861 in Austria-Hungary, was the creator and founder of this methodology. His three hundred and fifty volumes of works in the field of the theory of science and philosophy were the result of graduating from school and college with honors. The birth of the Waldorf method occurred in the family of a Viennese entrepreneur, to whom the young Rudolph got a job as a teacher. Among four children, one suffered from hydrocephalus and required a special approach.

The young teacher took this circumstance as a sign that it is possible to hone all his knowledge in the field of psychology and physiology in practice and set about teaching the child. For two years of study, the kid caught up with the lost time in the general school, passed the exams and entered the medical university, becoming a successful doctor in the future.
When a young teacher was asked how he managed to achieve success, he confidently asserted that it is not worth burdening a child’s childhood with unattainable goals and assessments, the desire of parents to load a baby with overwhelming knowledge is contrary to the laws of nature. Disclosure of talents in kids should occur in a timely manner, do not get ahead of emotional, psychosomatic and social development. The learning process should develop not only the head, but also the heart and hands, and the intellect is only a component of the personality, and not its fundamental.

When teaching the first teachers of the Waldorf movement, Steiner paid special attention to the characteristics of each child. Forcing an individual into standardized learning is a basic mistake. The child should learn the world not through letters and numbers, but through art, music, needlework, without causing violence on the mind of the baby. Supporters of this theory are sure that the personal example of adults, where there is no place for bad examples, is able to grow a good person.

Principles of the Waldorf system of education and upbringing

In order to be sure that this system of education suits your child, you need to familiarize yourself with its principles. The rules are so simple that they freely adapt to the normal life of the baby.

Creating an atmosphere of love

Children always very clearly feel the attitude towards themselves by the facial expressions and mood of adults. A kind smile and sincere attention not only raise the mood of the child, but also speed up the metabolism, affect psychosomatic health. Usually, such an attitude contributes to the fact that children run to the home kindergarten “Domovenok” as if for a holiday.

Of course, not all parents want to send their children to Waldorf kindergartens, there can be many reasons for this: from lack of desire to lack of opportunity. Yes, I meet excellent teachers in state kindergartens. But the task is not just to meet the baby kindly, but to create an atmosphere of love for him so that he does not experience discomfort, but rather hurries to his kindergarten every morning.

Followers of Steiner pedagogy are sure that the unfavorable or negative aspects of a child’s preschool life will certainly affect their emotional and physical health. Therefore, the atmosphere in our groups is reminiscent of a meeting of grandchildren of different ages visiting their grandmother, which is fundamentally different from the one that prevails in state preschool institutions.

Teaching by personal example

Rudolf Steiner was sure that up to the age of seven a child would imitate adults, so he would grow up like his environment, repeating their behavior model.

Often, parents do not even notice that they can punish the child for actions that are acceptable to them. Or, trying to punish disobedience, they themselves do not keep their promises. Indeed, threatening the restless fidget never to feed him again if he does not eat porridge, no mother will leave him hungry in the future, but at the same time the child understands that any threats will not come true. But actions that are built on deceit, high demands on the child, the lack of consistent actions, a condescending attitude towards oneself are in stock for every parent.

Our teachers do not call for keeping their promises, they simply recommend not to make them. And only in this way the child will learn not to make those promises that he cannot keep.
We pay special attention to the self-education of the educators themselves. Steiner believed that the development of kids depends on the behavior of the teacher (his attitude to classes, manner of movement, manner of speaking). Each educator is obliged to monitor his behavior so as not to inspire children with a certain stereotype of behavior that will need to be eradicated.

We play a lot

Childhood is impossible without play. And unlike a regular kindergarten, ours is a constant game. Every morning begins with various active games that are not limited to the framework. The content of the game is determined by the children, their mood and unpredictability. An unexpected change in the development of the game allows you to have fun, which is the most important thing in the Waldorf method of education.

The principle of the educator’s work does not allow shouting or scolding for scattered toys or excessive playfulness, because before the age of twelve it makes no sense to appeal to the conscience of the crumbs. The child must learn the world through the game, and to diversify his games is the task of an experienced teacher.

And here is the daily musical game – the performance “raigen”, where the teacher, armed with a vivid image, poems and melodies, depicts the movement of people and animals, shows the kids a mini performance, carrying them along through the opportunity to repeat and imitate, becomes a fairy tale in which children – Main characters.

The duration of such a game is up to twenty minutes, and this time is enough for children to memorize poems and songs without special memorization. In this game, everything is aimed at developing the child’s feelings and imagination, improving the quality of speech and gestures.

A huge number of jumps, squats, bends develops the child’s body, like physical education. Worthy props

In order for any game to benefit the baby, it is necessary to create special conditions. Therefore, children are offered multifunctional toys that do not constrain their imagination. For example, a favorite game of sellers immediately finds understanding among educators. The children immediately get the necessary interior, and as the goods sold, shells, acorns, chestnuts or leaves will perform perfectly.

Even better, set up an exclusive production for sale, and here do-it-yourself dolls, gnomes or elves from improvised material (buttons, rags, cotton wool, leaves, cones) will give odds to Chinese-made factory counterparts. And in general, such toys are not held in high esteem in our garden, the game should develop imagination, and ready-made toys leave no room for imagination. Particular attention is paid to finger games, music lessons, and folk amusements. Drawing with wooden pencils or modeling with fragrant wax can immerse kids in a beautiful fairy tale.

Keeping the rhythm

The main condition for the correct development of the child is the harmonious and rhythmic organization of the life of the whole group. Everything in this world lives according to a strict rule: inhale/exhale, day/night, spring/autumn. One phase is replaced by another, the creative disclosure of the potential of the child is replaced by respect for adults.

All classes alternate, setting a special correct rhythm. One activity is replaced by another, creating the polar opposite of dull matinees. Here is a place for treasure hunting or baking pies, and in winter for mischievous sledding. Children who are accustomed to living in a certain rhythm are more calm and flexible, they know exactly what awaits them, which means they learn to plan, which will favorably affect their further development.
Therefore, on Mondays we are happy to sculpt from wax, on Tuesdays we do various needlework, on Wednesdays we prepare a delicious salad, on Thursdays we always bake pies, and on Fridays we draw with paints.

Thanks to this rhythm, babies learn to recognize and remember the days of the week.

The rhythm of the year is also important, where autumn is replaced by winter, and winter is spring, spring is replaced by summer, and it is replaced by autumn.
Therefore, in the fall we celebrate the harvest festival, in the winter – Christmas, in the spring – Maslenitsa and Easter, and in the summer we go to the country. Special games, songs, fairy tales and performances are selected for each holiday.

Listening to fairy tales

One of the most significant places in the pedagogical process is a fairy tale. Thanks to her, children’s fantasy, imagination, emotional component develops and speech is enriched. Every day, at a certain time, children listen to a fairy tale, getting used to the images of various heroes and feeling inner peace.

It is extremely important that the fairy tale be told and not read. The competent speech of the educator allows children to imitate sounds and words and focus on what they hear. Kids perceive all the wisdom of a fairy tale precisely when the teacher gives it orally.

A fairy tale, in the Waldorf method of education, does not require analysis, it does not need to be memorized or recounted, children simply use the plot in their games, experiencing the different meanings of the story.

Playing adult activities

Joint work of children and caregivers, like in a big family, to do the necessary homework: cleaning, cooking, sewing clothes for dolls, table setting, decorating the room allows for the comprehensive development of kids, instilling in them the need to help adults .

Contact with the world of plants is also important. Working in a garden or garden serves as an opportunity for the holistic development of the child in the environmental component of the activity. Depending on the season and the upcoming holidays, the teacher chooses one or another activity for the kids. By showing by personal example the joy in performing a difficult process, the educator instills in children the ability to perform any work with pleasure, joyfully immersed in the process.

Celebrating holidays

A holiday for every child is always a bright and joyful event that leaves an unforgettable impression. All holidays are connected with the rhythm of the year, the events of our lives and ancient traditions.
Every holiday is held in the atmosphere of songs, fairy tales, games and dances. Some holidays are attended by parents, and some we spend in the circle of the group. Each of these activities makes the child kinder and more responsive. And specially designed costumes, musical compositions and scenarios allow each kid to become a part of a fairy tale.

Preparations for the holiday last up to four weeks. Every day, kids perform the appropriate musical and literary compositions, repeating after the teachers, which does not require special memorization. And all the props are prepared together with the parents.

Performing already familiar compositions in front of their parents along with festive tea drinking, children experience joy and are ready to share it for several more weeks after the end of the holiday.

”I love that everyone is so friendly and helpful! I love that our son is learning and having fun while doing so! Learning should be fun! I want our son to not only learn, but have a passion for learning! Thanks for helping keep that passion for learning going!” – Janelle B., Academic Reading

”The teachers here truly care about what they do. My son has truly developed a love for reading that he didn’t have before. He has confidence and all the tools he needs to be successful for the upcoming school year.” – Lakesha W., Academic Reading

”I appreciate all of the hard work that they put in with my child. My child began at Sylvan two grade levels behind, and by the end of the school year, she was more confident than ever, and scoring at or above grade level. They have helped her confidence so much, it really shows.” -Johanna E., Academic Writing

My daughter loves going to Sylvan and this is a child who grumbles about anything to do with school. She never asks to skip. She loves the instructors. And best of all, she feels better about herself because she can go to class with her homework done and not be embarrassed or ashamed because she couldn’t do the math. Thank you.” – Cherie K., Advanced Study Skills

Popov Igor Vasilievich

higher mathematics

Thanks a lot! Thanks to the teacher, I was able to prepare for tests in a short time, the subject became logically clear. Accessible understanding of the presentation of the material.

nine0067

Ignatovsky Anton Yurievich

higher mathematics

Anton professionally and clearly explains the material and patiently helps in mastering difficult topics. We are very satisfied with the teacher and continue to study with him.

Tutors sorted by metro stations

Higher mathematics often becomes a “stumbling block” for applicants and students. Admission to a technical university implies an excellent knowledge of the subject, but in the humanities, students also have to study and pass higher mathematics for 1-2 semesters. Private lessons face to face with an experienced tutor is the only sure way to study one of the sections of exact science to the desired level. nine0003

Need to improve academic performance – choose a tutor

All registered applicants are well versed in the program of educational institutions. The questionnaire provides comprehensive information about the teacher:

  • education, seniority, work experience;
  • level of complexity of professional interests:
  • the possibility of studying at home or remotely.

From simple to complex

Almost every teacher offering services has a wide range of knowledge. Students of economic universities will find tutors in mathematical statistics and forecasting. Future engineers will be able to fill in the gaps in any section – from simple analytical geometry to complex linear algebra. Anyone who plans to study abroad will improve the subject and at the same time advance in learning English. nine0003

Focus on results

Methods used in training are designed for quick results. The trainee saves a lot of time and money. The price per hour of classes corresponds to the qualifications and experience of the tutor.

On our site you will find active university professors with academic degrees practicing in private. All information in the questionnaires is true. The choice is yours!

It is not necessary to shift the entire responsibility for the education of children to the school. Parents should also be involved in this0001

Parents often forget that not only the school, but also themselves should take care of their child. It is not enough to dress, put on shoes and feed a child, you also need to participate in his education. You don’t have to shift everything to the school, it doesn’t work that way.

For some reason, it is customary for us to blame only the school for the poor progress of children. Poorly explained, not checked, the topics are driven one by one, they do not deal with children. But, excuse me, the teacher does not have the opportunity to deal with each child individually. There are several dozen students in the class, and it’s impossible to devote even five minutes to each lesson. nine0003

Teachers explain the topic, and homework should help the child to consolidate knowledge of it, to understand independently those moments that are incomprehensible. If the child cannot do it on his own, then parents should help. Yes, dear mothers and fathers, this is your duty.

This is a school program that each of us went through with some degree of success. You do not need to be seven spans in the forehead to read a paragraph and explain to your own child what is there and why. You are adults, it is children who may not be able to work with information, they do not yet have this skill, but an adult does. nine0003

Of course, you don’t feel like doing it after work, but who should do it for you? If you don’t want it yourself, then look for other ways out of the situation, but you don’t have to immediately smear teachers with black paint. They have programs and plans according to which they work, they cannot sit on one topic for a month until each child understands this. And this is not their whim, this is how the education system works.

You may say that the teacher is obligated to teach, but this is not true. The teacher is obliged to give the material, and how it will be learned is a separate conversation. To hammer knowledge into the head of every student is an impossible task. Parents still need to monitor the progress of their children. It’s in their interest. nine0003

After all, a teacher has dozens of children, and parents most often have no more than three. Do you understand the load difference? In addition, you know your child much better, at least you should know. And the teacher cannot adapt to everyone. One understands only on some specific examples, the other does not perceive information by ear, the third needs more time to digest what he heard in his head and he can receive information only in parts. Everything is very individual.

But now it is more convenient for many to accuse teachers and the school of dishonest performance of their work than to have a hand in the education of their own child. The most common explanation is “we work, we have no time, this is your job, so you teach.

Barcelona, New York, Rome – TOP-5 fashionable neighborhoods in the world

Real Estate

In the architecture of the 21st century, the desire for excessive luxury and non-functional elements of not only an apartment, but also living space in general, has practically disappeared. The trend is minimalism, convenience, practicality, the proximity of parks, green areas and natural materials – and all this must be perfectly integrated into the environment. We have compiled the TOP-5 world quarters that have absorbed all the requirements of modernity, and included the St. Petersburg microdistrict of the business class CBC Chernaya Rechka into the list: the project team professes the same principles of creating a comfortable environment as progressive architects around the world. nine0006

New York. Residential complex 520 West 28th Street

Let’s start with New York, whose skyscrapers and new architectural ideas were admired by the great Le Corbusier. Like a hundred years ago, the Big Apple sets the tone for creating the human environment of the 21st century. A futuristic project without corners by Zaha Hadid Architects, this home features a private garden, pool, spa and High Line views from wide balconies and a roof terrace. On 11 floors there are 37 apartments with their own lobbies and elevators. nine0003

Barcelona. Rabassa Lofts

Barcelona is one of the most exemplary cities in the world when it comes to the mix of industrial spirit and modern super-comfort. The Rabassa Lofts project in the center of the metropolis, surrounded by boutiques and bars, is an apartment on the site of a former factory in a loft format, with a separate parking lot. Inside there is a lot of space and light, and in the project as a whole, the architects combined the “industrial” spirit with first-class finishing of business class housing, with a spacious living room and Italian-style kitchens. The quarter is separated from the hustle and bustle of the big city by local parks and gardens. nine0003

Rome. “City of the Sun”

Citta del Sole ( ln. city of the sun – ed. ), which is located near the modern building of the Tiburtina Roma Station, was initiated by the municipality and the city’s public transport authority ATAC as part of a new construction program to attract to a sparsely populated area of Rome as many inhabitants as possible. The project was developed by the architects of the Italian bureau Labics: on the site of the former bus depot, they built a large geometric residential complex with an area of 11,800 m2. In addition to housing, there are shops, offices, public spaces and parking on the territory. Dwellings are divided into two types – city villas and tall houses. Villas are isolated duplex apartments with access to a rooftop terrace. nine0003

Vancouver. Multifunctional residential complex Aperture

The Aperture project in Vancouver is a full-fledged city block with 6-storey buildings and 2-storey “asymmetric” villas. The task of Arno Matis Architecture was to design an apartment complex in urban traditions, but with a “human face”. The distance between the buildings is occupied by passages decorated with bamboo plantings and micro-ponds, which enhances the play of light and shadow. During construction, wooden panels were created specifically for the complex, protected from ultraviolet exposure by glass with a reflection effect – while the beauty and warmth of the natural material is not distorted, but emphasized. The project is thought out in such a way that it creates an environment for communication between neighbors, friends and family: picturesque courtyards, fountains, benches and a roof terrace with a place for children’s games, barbecues and urban horticulture. nine0003

Petersburg. CDS “Chernaya Rechka”

For its new time project, the CDS Group has chosen one of the most successful districts of St. Petersburg. The European business-class microdistrict should be harmoniously integrated into the existing buildings and the environment. The location of the Chernaya Rechka quarter on Vyborgskaya Embankment made it possible to realize all this. On the one hand, the complex is located near the center of St. Petersburg, on the other hand, it is easy to get to the Kurortny district from here. The Black River Embankment, Stroganov Garden or Yelagin Island are suitable for walking. nine0003

Oleg Kaverin

chief project architect of the CDS Group

Any building determines its location. Everything must be appropriate. It is impossible to build an elite house in an open field, just as it is impossible to build rather simple and wretched housing in the center of St. Petersburg. The feature of our quarter is its location in close proximity to the city center. It is located practically in the historical zone and from its upper floors there are beautiful views of the Neva and the city center.

When designing, the architects of the quarter thought about comfortable zoning. The space of the Black River CDS is divided into different components: street and courtyard, external and internal. You can communicate with the residents of the complex on the inner street of the quarter, while in the private area of the courtyard it will always be calm and quiet. For relaxation, terraces were arranged in the form of small amphitheatres, and for the atmosphere in the courtyards, more relief and greenery were used, as well as multi-level lighting.

Part of the concept in the spirit of the 21st century was the eco-approach of the architects of the Chornaya Rechka CCC. So, in the decoration of the ventilated facades of the complex, ceramic terracotta, clinker brick tiles and natural stone were used. The combination of smooth and embossed plates creates a visual effect of man-made, and a variety of shades give the surface a natural look. The plinth of the building is made of dark gabbro granite, which was brought from Karelia. Durable materials will keep the architectural design of the project for many decades. nine0003

Life of Others – Rome (Italy) with Zhanna Badoeva

This edition of the program “The Life of Others” is dedicated to one of the most beautiful and romantic cities on our planet – the capital of Italy, the eternal city of Rome.
Rome is a place where almost everything breathes history: the walls of this city have witnessed the greatest historical events. For many centuries, Rome was considered the cultural capital of Europe and the center of the Christian world, where the greatest sculptors, architects, writers and poets, musicians and other world famous figures lived and worked. However, Rome is also a city of ordinary people who do not seek fame, do not create masterpieces of architecture or painting, but simply live, spend time with family and friends, study, work and love their city madly. nine0003

It is the facts about the life of ordinary Romans that Zhanna Badoeva shares in the new issue of the program “The Life of Others”. How do ordinary Romans live? What do they love and what do they hate? How are children raised and which kindergartens do they prefer? How do they treat crowds of tourists? What happens to the coins that tourists throw into the famous Trevi Fountain? What unusual experiments are being carried out by the city authorities?

You will learn the answers to these and other important questions by watching the new release of the program on our website.

The life of others Rome – watch online

Most Roman parents dream that their children were born in the Fatabenefratelli hospital in the heart of the Old City – this is quite symbolic, because it was here that the great city of Rome was born several thousand years ago. The birth in this hospital is a true honor for every Roman.

Roman women do not stay on maternity leave for years, because a successful career plays a significant role in the life of Italian women. As a rule, kindergartens accept children as early as three months of age. Private kindergartens are becoming more and more popular, the advantages of which are fresh food prepared by their own chef, as well as a convenient working hours from 7 am to 7 pm, which allows you to combine work and parental responsibilities.

nine0003

“In Rome, there is a law that children from 3 months old cannot sleep in cribs (in cradles, as children usually sleep), because the teacher must see. If she sits on the floor and plays with the children, she will not see what the child is doing in the cradle. And so – on the mattress lies, a three-month-old – she sees him ”

If you are an ordinary Roman, then you can safely forget about traveling around the city center in your car, because the historical center of Rome, as well as the neighboring areas of the city, are included in the restricted traffic zone. Only residents of these areas, utilities and those who work there are allowed to enter this zone. That is why many Romans have already switched to public transport or motorcycles. The great advantage of two-wheeled transport is that you can freely travel almost throughout the city, including its historical center, without being afraid of traffic jams, which the Italian capital is so famous for. nine0003

“You can’t just drive into the city center in your own car… Things are a little easier with other modes of transport. Now it is not surprising that there are so many motorcyclists and moped enthusiasts in the city”

Rome’s public transport is also good for getting around the city, but it’s not always easy to find a vending machine or a nearby tobacconist or newsstand where you can buy tickets.

“In Rome, buying a ticket for public transport is not so easy if you don’t know where to buy it. And there is one great way out – plastic bottles.

I am a sophomore in the IB program. I am enrolled in two AP classes, two DP (Diploma Program) classes, one standard, and the rest are IB MYP. Most of my peers take one or two APs, and about half take one DP. I participate in one club and one sport, and the workload is manageable though requires focus. I’ve met some really great people here and made some amazing friends. Some of my teachers could improve their teaching styles, but I have good things to say about many of them. My physics teacher is fun and teaches an arguably difficult subject very effectively. My chemistry teacher is passionate, sympathetic with the students, entertains the class, and teaches subject matter clearly. The reason I don’t give North Mecklenburg High a 5.0 is the facilities; due to lack of funding, there are several construction flaws and the great majority of the buildings are ancient. Like many other things, money would fix this.

I am a sophomore in the IB program, and I love it here! This school is what you make of it, and you have to put in hard work to get back satisfying results.

The students at this school are a joke. All they want to do is slide by with a D or C and hang out with their friends, skip class, and sell things to eachother. It starts as simple candy sales. Buy packs of candy fro a local Walmart and sell them to students. But othes sell illegal drugs on cmpus! The teachers are joke. Some spend 25% of the classtime actually teaching while the rest of the time s devoted to talking o a movie everyday! Especially one teacher, Mrs. Vicky Armstrong. She is a racist teacher who spent all day talking. If one student had their phone out, if they’re back, they get a warning to ut it away. But if she didnt like them, she confiscated it the first time with no warning! She even allowed one of her students to talk on the phone and have a conversation right in the middle of class! She spends all of her time sitting behind a desk. Her Level 2 class makes the lesson for Level 1 while she sits back and do nothing. She lets students who are not in her class walk in and spend time they should be in their own clsses learning! It is a wonder why he is still working at school for such conduct.

the school was okay. The food was not the best. There was no nurse at the school so if you felt sick you were better off just calling your parent

This school is not excellent, but more average. Some would say below average. Parents and students are constantly concerned about the safety of the school. The IB program is great though.

Great school overall, great sports especially. Teachers here actually teach and help with schoolwork. There are also great afterschool programs.

I really enjoyed the cheer team my 9th and 10th grade year. My teachers have been an inspiration throughout my years there and my film class is awesome. Only thing I would change about North Mecklenburg High School is all the assignments you have to do when your IB student..

North Mecklenburg High School biggest problem it the front office, and safety issues. There’s no point to call up there and ask questions because they don’t know. Just easier to call to the guidance office. Safety wise we have to go through metal detectors and still about every two weeks there’s a gun threat. Oh almost forgot majority of us don’t have actual teachers teaching us. Probably just edgenuity classes.

My experience at North Mecklenburg High School has been pretty good. I am not a very outspoken individual, so I don’t have too many friends. But my teachers are really good on making sure that students stay focussed in class. I have my good and my bad days, but overall, this school isn’t too bad.

I had a fine experience with North Mecklenburg High School. All the teachers I had have been nice and very understanding.

Was in the IB program and the had amazing teachers who genuinely try to make you succeed and teach you. Also the college coordinator is such a helpful person who doesn’t judge you and honestly answer any question you have.

So far I am currently enrolled as a rising sophomore in the IB MYP at North Mecklenburg High. My freshman year wasn’t like the movies, but along the way, I met a lot of new and old people and began to connect with some. However, I often felt as though I didn’t truly have a group to connect with or rely on. My teachers always did an amazing job of supporting me however the counselors and other staff weren’t of the best help when I truly needed it.

North Mecklenburg is a good school. There’s a lot of opportunities for students and a lot of help. North Meck also has a lot of programs like Cosmetology, Culinary, and World language. Resources are available throughout the campus and are also announced.Even though it’s a good school there are some safety concerns but it’s slowly improving.

I enjoyed my time at North Meck. I loved all of my teachers. I was only here a short time because of COVID. During COVID my teachers were very understanding. All of my teachers made sure I was successful. The campus is huge and mostly outside which you should take into consideration the weather. The cafeteria food was ok but the staff was friendly and helpful when I needed it. My counselors made sure I was ready to graduate. My transcript was messed up but immediately corrected which I appriate.

My experience at North Mecklenburg School High is the classes were too big and the teachers were over worked. The students that struggled seem to fall through the cracks. The teachers did not put in grades timely. I like the friends that I had and my teachers that love their job.

At Northmeck I had some friends and even had some games that I was cool with, but that didn’t erase the teachers that didn’t care about what they were talking about, or the lack of mental sickness awareness, nor how to deal with it. The only reason some of the ratings on the are even average is because of those teachers that cared about not only teaching their students but also building a connection with them and being almost a safety beacon. Even with those good teachers and staff it sometimes want enough and student could and sometimes would go over the edge. I was one of those student. Eventually though they helped those students me included. Northmeck without those teachers is way below average, but with them their I hope the school does well.

I honestly love this school. The way it shaped me into the person I am today is amazing. The people I have met, and the culture I was able to surround myself with are so lovely. The academics have truly prepared me for a successful first year in college and though rigorous, make me feel confident in all that I do.

The school contains mostly great teachers and staff, but there are a lot of unnecessary rules and regulations that just don’t improve the safety of the students. A procedure like this includes police sirens going off between 7:09-7:15 am on their max volume. This makes us as students feel like animals that are stuck in a cage trying to be controlled. This also I believe contributes to the recent reckless behavior performed by some students.

I switched to this school my sophomore year; this school is great! I’ve only been here for a short while, but I have been introduced to so many programs to help build me up for the future. This school doesn’t only look at their students as scholars, but they also see us as the future. They acknowledge their students strengths and help boost up their weaknesses. This school is a great school to attend if you love reading because their Library’s reading selection is so wide-ranging. Overall this school is great and diversely broad.

Its not the best high school theirs kids who vape cuss and smoke in public so If your parents are ok with that go right ahead. The teachers are average nothing to special about them they come to teach get there pay check and leave.

Germany is one of the most popular foreign countries among students from Russia. Every year about 12,000 of our compatriots go there to study.

Pre-schools and schools

Children from 3 to 6 years old go to kindergartens (Kindergärten). There are also pre-school classes (Vorklassen) and kindergartens at schools (Schulkindergärten). Kindergartens in most German states are paid, and there are usually not enough places: to get a place for a child, parents have to wait from several months to several years. nine0003

There are about 50,000 schools in Germany with more than 12.5 million students. School education is free. Nine classes are compulsory. The school education system is designed for 12-13 years.

Primary school (Grundschule) starts at the age of six and lasts for four years. After the children are divided according to their abilities into different groups. The weakest students are sent to the senior level of the folk school (Hauptschule), where they study for five years. After graduating from this school, you can start working or continue your education in the vocational education system. Students with average results go to a real school (Realschule) and study there for six years, after which they can get a job. The most capable continue their education in the 11th-12th grades of the gymnasium (Gymnasium). Students of the thirteenth grade of the gymnasium are considered applicants and are preparing to study at universities. nine0003

Universities

There are 379 accredited universities in Germany: 240 public, 99 private and 40 run by the church. Students can choose from 14,000 educational programs.

Technical universities are highly valued in the country. Among the best universities are Ruprecht Karl University Heidelberg, Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich and Technical University of Munich.

Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München

Before applying for admission, the applicant needs to find out about the requirements on the website of the university or contact the International Relations Department (Akademisches Auslandsamt or Dezernat Internationales), where you can get individual advice on choosing a specialty and study conditions.

Documents required for admission:

  • completed application form;
  • a certified copy of the matriculation certificate with a translation into German;
  • certificate of knowledge of the German language;
  • an extract from the student’s record book, translated into German.

When submitting an application, you need to find out whether education acquired in your home country is recognized in Germany. Information about this is available on the Anabin.De website. A matriculation certificate obtained in one’s home country may not be enough to enroll in a German university, and a “permission to study at a university” (Hochschulzugangsberechtigung) may be required. In Germany, this admission is the general school-leaving certificate (allgemeine Hochschulreife or Abitur) or a special school-leaving certificate that gives the right to enter universities of applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife). A certificate can be obtained by enrolling in a university in your native country for the specialty that will be studied in Germany in the future, or in a German college for pre-university training (Studienkolleg). nine0003

Documents are accepted to many German universities through the uni-assist service (Application Services for International Students). Its head office is located in Berlin. This service cooperates with approximately 160 universities in Germany. Students submit documents to uni-assist, service employees study them, and if the papers meet the requirements, they are transferred to the appropriate university. Usually, the deadline for submitting documents for the winter semester ends on July 15, for the summer semester – on January 15. It takes four to six weeks to process an application. nine0003

Most universities in Germany do not have entrance exams, but foreign applicants are required to prove their knowledge of the German language. The exceptions are creative universities, which require a competition, and medical universities, which sometimes provide for a special test.

Studying at almost all universities is free, but students must pay a semester fee (Semesterbeitrag) – from 50 to 250 euros, in order to be able to use canteens, dormitories and travel tickets. In some federal states of Germany, tuition fees are charged at state universities (Studiengebühren, Studienbeiträge) – up to 500 euros per semester. nine0003

Students can live in dormitories (Wohnheim), student communes (Wohngemeinschaft, WG) or individual apartments. Renting private housing costs at least 300 euros per month. In total, the average monthly living expenses in Germany range from 550 to 740 euros.

In Germany, there are many cities where the number of vacancies is growing due to the economic boom, while the average rent remains low, scientists from the IW Institute in Cologne have found.

https://p.dw.com/p/33c8v

Advertising

Germany is experiencing an economic boom and a severe shortage of skilled labor. Therefore, the German government is now preparing a law on the targeted attraction of foreign labor migrants. At the same time, foreign specialists with higher or secondary technical education are expected not only and not so much in large, but in medium and even small German cities. nine0003

Million-plus cities: rent eats up salaries relatively low level. This, experts point out, increases the attractiveness of such cities for labor resources and becomes a serious competitive advantage of German regions over million-plus cities. nine0003

There are four such cities in Germany: Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Cologne. Here, of course, you can find a variety of interesting and highly paid jobs. For example, in Berlin, the German capital of start-ups, over 20,000 new jobs in the IT sector have been created in recent years, the authors of the study note. At the same time, it indicates that the rent for housing in the capital of Germany, depending on the area, is 130-142 percent of the average rental level in the country.

And this is not the limit. In Munich, the city with the most expensive real estate in Germany, the so-called Kaltmiete (rent without taking into account the cost of electricity, water and telephone) reaches 170 percent of the German average. Due to such a high cost of living, employers in Munich often pay bonuses to highly qualified specialists, but middle-income workers do not receive them, IW scientists emphasize.

Opportunities in the south, west and university towns

In such a situation, firms in medium and small German cities in dire need of qualified personnel should actively advertise favorable housing conditions in their area, experts recommend. Well, for those who want to find a job and are ready to change places, they advise to look specifically for regions where good employment opportunities are combined with low rents in the housing market.

At the same time, scientists formulate a kind of “golden rule”: the chances of finding an attractive job are higher in the south and west of Germany than in the north and east. nine0003

The study provides a number of specific examples. For example, the city of 100,000 people Jena in the south of the former GDR, which was known to many in the Soviet Union thanks to the various optical products of the Carl Zeiss Jena factory, is today the most important high-tech center in the state of Thuringia. This medieval city has two universities, including a university, and this is actually a guarantee of a large number of knowledge-intensive jobs, since research institutes, highly specialized firms, clinics are usually grouped around universities in today’s Germany. nine0003

In Jena, the number of vacancies is 67 per 100 registered unemployed (against the German average of 47 vacancies). If we take into account, IW scientists write, that employers usually report only half of the available vacancies to the labor agency, this means that there are actually more vacancies in the city than job seekers. From a statistical point of view, this indicates an acute shortage of qualified personnel. And the rent for housing in Jena and in the vicinity of the city is 81 percent of the German average. nine0003

Small towns, small businesses and hidden champions

Scientists from the Cologne Institute consider the southern part of Westphalia in the west of Germany another attractive region for well-trained personnel. For example, in the city of Iserlohn with a population of nearly 100,000 and its environs, there are 57 vacancies per 100 unemployed, and only 78 percent of the average rent in the country is paid for an apartment or house.

This forested and mountainous region of North Rhine-Westphalia has no major industries, but there are more than 150 Hidden Champions, according to an IW study. This is the name of small highly specialized firms, most often machine-building, which work mainly for export and in certain segments are among the world leaders. nine0003

In some regions of Germany, the number of officially declared vacancies even exceeds the number of registered unemployed. One of them is located in Lower Saxony in the northwest of the country, on the border with the Netherlands. In the city of Nordhorn with a population of 50,000, there are 111 vacancies per 100 job seekers, and housing costs 78 percent of the German average.

Bavaria: high technology in the old towns

forty thousand people and in the region around it. Here, as in Nordhorn, not so much specialists for high-tech firms are required, as owners of “ordinary” professions. nine0003

Still, the various regions of Bavaria are of greatest interest to those who are looking for both a well-paid job and affordable housing, IW scientists point out. As an example, they cite the city of Regensburg, founded by the ancient Romans, whose ancient center is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Today, about 140,000 people live here, and many “large and small enterprises are developing new technologies, especially digital ones,” the study notes. nine0003

The authors chose Regensburg and its surroundings as an example also because the cost of renting housing here is almost the same as the German average, while the number of vacancies per 100 unemployed is more than twice the average, amounting to 101 vacancies .
