School age early outs and no school days will have an extra charge.
Late departure, or pick up past 5:30 p.m., will be charged $1.00 per minute, per child.
Last Week Deposit
On your child’s first day, your pre-paid last week tuition is due. This deposit is the same amount as your child’s normal weekly tuition. A two week written notice is required for a change in your schedule or to disenroll from the center. At that time, your last week deposit will be credited to your account.
Vacation Days
Vacation days will be granted after your child has attended the center for 12 consecutive months. The number of vacation days granted is equal to the average number of days enrolled for that year from your child’s start date. For example, if your child is enrolled 4 days per week for 12 consecutive months, your child will be granted 4 days of vacation. Your child must be out during this vacation time.

If a holiday is on Saturday, Generation Next will be closed Friday. If a holiday is on Sunday, Generation Next will be closed on Monday.
Normal tuition is expected for these scheduled days off and special holiday hours.
Tuition credit will not be given for center closings due to unsafe weather conditions.

The group, which consisted of three women, including a former kindergarten teacher, is considered the most violent in recent years. The “interlocutor” remembered the details of a high-profile criminal story and found out what happened to those involved in it.
Why the Amazon gang?
Near one of the crime scenes of a family gang, law enforcement officers found a knife wrapped in a rag. On it was engraved: “To my beloved Amazon.” The knife had nothing to do with the crime, it ended up there by accident, some young man ordered it for his girlfriend. But this word “Amazons” stuck to the gang.
The house stands empty and cold
If somewhere they forgot about the “gang of Amazons”, it is not in their native Stavropol village with the poetic name Divnoye, where their base was. The criminals have been operating in the Stavropol Territory and the Rostov Region for more than 15 years, killing security officials and ordinary homeowners. The stone fence around the house of the gang leaders, husband and wife Roman Podkopaev and Inessa Tarverdiyeva, reminds of the past. The “Great Wall of China” as it is called. The family gang has 10 proven murders, and now they are being tried for another series of atrocities – all thefts, robberies and murders did not fit into one criminal case.
The first beauty and the godmother

Inessa was married to Azerbaijani Arzu Tarverdiev, a watchman, when she began to have an affair first with Vladimir Podkopaev, a narcologist, and then with his son Roman, who studied in Rostov as a dentist. The younger Podkopaev was 11 years younger than Inessa, but, having fallen in love with her, did not want to share with others. At 19In 98, he killed Arzu with her consent, the crime was not solved in those years. This was not his first murder, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, before that Podkopaev had killed and robbed his teacher. After getting rid of Arzu, Inessa began to live with Roman.
Five years later, the husband and wife decided to ransack the house of their godfather, the husband of their best friend Inessa – there were a lot of hunting weapons. They got into the house when there were no adults, but the 13-year-old daughter of the godfather, goddaughter of Tarverdiyeva, unexpectedly came with a friend. The girls were killed for the sake of two guns, so as not to leave witnesses. And again, Inessa and her civil husband came out dry from the water, they were not suspected.

Since then they have killed and robbed a lot and brutally, mostly policemen. The most resonant was the murder of special forces soldier Dmitry Chudakov on the Don highway. He was shot with his wife and two children, who were finished off with knives. But there were ordinary people among the victims of the gang. Inessa and her husband took three bottles of champagne and chicken fillet from the pensioners Goncharovs, the last to die at their hands.

Inessa’s daughter from her first marriage, Victoria, took part in the “family business” – murders and robberies, when she grew up; Married to Roman, Tarverdiyeva had a second daughter, Nastya.
– She broke her elder daughter’s life, a good mother would tear her teeth, but she wouldn’t let that happen. She had a car with a boyfriend, she could leave Podkopaev at any moment, – says a local resident Tatyana Pogorelova.
The version of domestic violence and coercion comes primarily from Inessa herself, who had no choice but to cooperate with the investigation. Domestic violence is a trending topic, but in Divnoye there is no unequivocal opinion on this matter: they say that Roman Podkopaev was quiet, inconspicuous, isolated, not like a leader at school; who certainly looked like a leader in his youth was the cunning and prudent Inessa. And how can domestic violence justify participation in a gang and murders?
Roman’s mother, Galina Podkopayeva, at the first trial, of course, defended her son and said that Inessa was slandering both him and her daughter Anastasia and her husband Sergei Sinelnik. In the 90s, Galina Podkopayeva, who worked as the head of the archive department of the local administration, arranged for her daughter-in-law to be an archivist, and after a quarrel, she herself made sure that she was fired. In general, Inessa worked as an educator and archivist for a very short time, although later she was proud of her “work biography”: they say, she gave the kids a start in life.
Anastasia Sinelnik was aware of all the criminal cases of brother Roman and Inessa, accepted gifts from them – looted and taken from the dead, covers, but she herself did not participate in sorties. Her husband Sergei, a traffic police officer, rendered the Amazons an invaluable service: he supplied them with service radios and leaked operational information. This is partly why the gang could not be contacted for so long. The village considers it unfair that the first court gave Anastasia Sinelnik 19 years old, and the main “Amazon” Inessa – 21 years old. One was silent, and the other acted.
Five years later
After the trial in 2017, the mother of Roman Podkopaev and Anastasia Sinelnik went out in Rostov with pickets, demanded justice, said that her daughter was accused of other people’s crimes, that the case was beneficial to Moscow generals, that Inessa was slandering everyone.
The judgment was not reviewed. Podkopayeva took Anastasia and Inessa’s daughter Nastya to raise the children. In June of this year, Galina died, locals say that she drank herself. Her husband, narcologist Vladimir Georgievich Podkopaev, helped her for a long time, put droppers, pumped out, but alcoholism and years took their toll. He himself, according to locals, also abuses alcohol, and it is a pity for him, since he is a “normal” person and doctor.
Inessa’s daughter Nastya, who was a teenager when the gang was operating, finished school, supposedly entered a university and left the village, where her mother will never be forgotten. The mother of a 13-year-old girl who died at the hands of bandits, Inessa’s best friend, drank herself and died a long time ago.
Another person in this drama – Valentina Chudakova, the mother of the murdered special forces soldier Dmitry Chudakov – still does not believe that her son was killed by Tarverdiev and Podkopaev, and believes that the investigators are covering up for real killers who are connected with her son’s official activities. “Amazons” Inessa, Victoria and Anastasia are serving their sentences in a general regime prison; there are no high security prisons for women in Russia.

It has a lot of greenery, warmth and light.
Flowers grow in our garden,

Introduction
In our time, the promotion and popularization of knowledge about nature and plants in particular is becoming extremely important. If plants disappear, then the proud crown of nature – man with his scientific and technical progress will quietly leave the arena of life in a few weeks. And the sooner a person gets the first experience of knowing the nature around him, the more conscious will be his attitude towards it. The formation of the ecological culture of a modern person cannot be carried out only by textbooks; live communication with nature will not replace the Internet. In winter, we are almost completely deprived of the opportunity to communicate with green plants. Therefore problem of creating a winter garden is actual. If the school has a winter garden, then these losses can be replenished. We continue to work on the implementation of the project: the creation of a winter garden at school.
The purpose of the project is to create a winter garden in the school.
To achieve this goal, the following tasks were defined :
1. Select and prepare a room for the winter garden.
2. Select plants for their consistent use in school gardening and sale to the public. nine0003
3. Turn the winter garden into a relaxation room.
4. Organize excursions for children, parents and guests.
5. Conduct design and research work on the basis of the Winter Garden.
We put forward the hypothesis : if a winter garden operates in the school, then on its basis it is possible to carry out diverse design and research work, use it as a study room and an office for relaxation, to develop the environmental competence of students. nine0003
Project participants: students, teachers and parents of our school.
The main forms of organization of work are:
practical training in caring for indoor plants;
compiling a catalog of winter garden plants
design and aesthetic decoration of the room.
Parents and villagers joined the project. At one of the parent-teacher meetings, the action “Give a flower to the school” was announced. Parents willingly responded to this and carried it to school: some – a flower, some – a planter, and some – both. Within 3-4 months, a room for a winter garden was equipped, plants were selected and collected for more than six months. Library literature, Internet resources, various magazines and encyclopedias about indoor floriculture were used. Research work was carried out on the conditions for placing plants in the winter garden (shade-tolerant and light-loving). We started compiling a catalog of winter garden plants. nine0003

Like most innovations, the history of winter gardens in Russia should start from the time of Peter the Great. Under him, well-heated rooms appeared with large windows, in which plants, outlandish for Russia, grew in winter – palm trees. In the summer they were taken outside. Already in the middle of the 18th century, a winter greenhouse garden was built in St. Petersburg.
The concept of “winter garden” came into use quite recently. Although in pre-revolutionary Russia, free-standing greenhouses and winter gardens were almost an invariable attribute of every noble estate. Creating a winter garden in rooms not intended for this is a rather complicated undertaking. The room should be oriented to the south. And when planting plants, it is important to distribute them in relation to the light (Internet resources). nine0003
The main thing in the design and construction of a winter garden is decorative attractiveness, comfort, comparability and arrangement of plants.
Many people don’t remember that there was a physics room instead of the winter garden. It was necessary to clean the premises: wash and insulate the windows, decorate the walls. Next, it was necessary to select and purchase and prepare pots, planters, drainage, soil. The flowers were grown in the classrooms of biology, primary classes, were waiting for relocation to the winter garden. This is where some of the knowledge gained in biology lessons came in handy. Communities need to be made up of plants. The idea was this: to distribute the plants in parts of the world, in the territory of which they grow in natural
conditions. But I had to do it differently, as the room turned out to be small in size. It was decided to distinguish between light-loving and shade-tolerant plants.
The design will only be competent if the “light lovers” are settled near the window, and the rest of the inhabitants of the winter garden in more shaded places. Places where sunlight practically does not penetrate, it is better to take artificial plants in general, which we did.
The basis of the garden – deciduous – ornamental plants that decorate the interior all year round. (photo1) A tenth of them can be flowers. They are beautiful, but their flowering period is limited. Climbing plants in various types of hanging planters also look decorative. We used plants that have the most attractive foliage as a background for the winter garden (photo2). You can’t argue with the reasonableness of this approach: the most comfortable color for the human eye is the color of healthy living greenery. So even if you love flowering plants, the winter garden should be based on decorative foliage plants. But decorating a winter garden is not only about working with plants.
Winter garden accessories…
Other elements of nature also look great in the winter garden – spectacular driftwood, pebbles, stones, (photo3) wall decoration with light-colored fabric. Pots – ordinary buckets (plastic) from food products, decorated in the style of “Decoupage”. The flowers are made of fleece and knitting threads in a vase woven from newspaper tubes. nine0003
We used some decoration methods: the walls were dark and we decided to decorate with light-colored fabric, flower pots from unsuitable shades (matte color), as well as plastic buckets of various capacities decorated using the Decoupage technique (photos 6,7). We decorated one of the protruding corners of the room by placing a tall tree-like plant nearby – a hibiscus or a Chinese rose, and hanging a “braid” woven from an onion.
Plants with climbing and clinging stems are well decorated: various varieties of tradescantia, modest but very popular chlorophytums. We learned that chlorophytums with small white flowers purify the air very well, and most importantly decorate the interior with dignity. They planted a date palm. The most beautiful Euphorbia grows next to it. It will be necessary to study more carefully the peculiarities of agricultural technology of many plants in the winter garden. Unpretentious in growing geraniums, amazing with a variety of leaf blades, differing both in the shape of the edge and in color, which will be useful in biology lessons in the 6th grade. With proper care, these plants can delight us with elegant flowers all year round (which is very important), they are widely used in traditional medicine. We have a dream – to breed different varieties of begonias. Did you know that the name of the genus comes from the name of a great lover and collector of plants M. How can a company registered in the UAE become a member of the WPS?
To become a WPS member, you must follow the following scenario:
The company must open a bank account in the UAE if it does not already have an account in the Emirates at the time of joining the WPS.
The company must enter into a contract with a WPS agent. The Agent must be approved and authorized by the UAE Central Bank to provide WPS services. This could be a bank, an exchange office, or a financial institution.
The employer issues instructions to his bank for the transfer of wages to employees. The instructions must be accompanied by a detailed list of data for the payment of salaries. A copy of the list is sent to the agent.
The WPS will send employee and salary data and payroll information electronically to the UAE Central Bank. It will then transfer this data to the Ministry of Labor database in order to make sure that the received data matches the data registered with the Ministry.
WPS will send the approved information to the designated agent to start payroll.
An agreement must be concluded between the employer and the bank describing the services and related fees. The employer must provide the bank with a list of employees who will receive monthly wages. Updated instructions for electronic payroll transfers should also be provided.
All data is monitored by the Central Bank and the Ministry of Labor to ensure the transparency of the process and the timeliness of salary payments.
What happens if, when starting a business in the UAE, I do not join the WPS or delay my salary?
Companies that delay the wages of employees even 10 days after the deadline will face punitive action.
Thus, this ensures that, in almost all cases, workers will receive their wages no more than 10 days late from the due date.
At the same time, it is worth noting that the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization will not make any transactions with the owners of companies that are not registered in the WPS system until they are registered in the WPS.
In case of delay in payment of salaries, from the 16th day the Ministry will prohibit the issuance of new work permits.
If a company delays salary by a month from the due date, then it is considered that the company has entered the phase of salary evasion. In this case, the Ministry will inform the judiciary and other relevant regulatory authorities to take all necessary measures and penalties. This will result in a complete blocking of all other companies owned by the same employer. He will also be prohibited from registering new companies in the UAE.
If the company continues to delay payment of wages, the Ministry will take the necessary steps to use the bank guarantee. In addition, the status of the company will be downgraded to a low level. This will allow employees to go to work in other companies.
If the company fails to pay wages within 60 days of the due date, penalties will be imposed. These fines will be added to those that have already been imposed for delaying wages by a month.
The fine is 5,000 dirhams (1,370 USD) for each worker whose wages are delayed. If there are a lot of workers who have their wages delayed for more than 60 days, then the fine can reach the maximum possible – 50,000 dirhams (13,650 USD).
The Ministry may lift the blocking of offending companies and may allow them to apply for new work permits if they pay back wages within the first month of delay. For companies that delayed salaries for more than two months, the blocking lasts 60 days from the date of payment of salaries.
If the company often delays the payment of salaries, then the period of blocking after the payment of salaries is doubled.

Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. What Is the Opportunity?
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for handling first party property claims including: investigating, evaluating, estimating and negotiating to ensure optimal claim resolution for personal or business claims of high severity and complexity. Provides quality claim handling throughout the claim life cycle (customer contacts, coverage, investigation, evaluation, reserving, negotiation and resolution) including maintaining full compliance with internal and external quality standards and state specific regulations. Provides consulting and training resources, and serves as a contact and technical resource to the field and our business partners.
This position is based 100% remotely and may include a combination of mobile work and/or work from your primary residence.
What Will You Do?
Handles 1st party property claims of high severity and complexity as assigned.
Completes field inspection of losses including accurate scope of damages, photographs, written estimates and/or computer assisted estimates.
Broad scale use of innovative technologies.
Investigates and evaluates all relevant facts to determine coverage damages and liability of first-party property damage claims (including but not limited to analyzing leases, contracts, by-laws and other relevant documents which may have an impact), damages, business interruption calculations and liability of first-party property claims under a variety of policies. Secures recorded or written statements as appropriate.
Establishes timely and accurate claim and expense reserves.
Determines appropriate settlement amount based on independent judgment, computer assisted building and/or contents estimate, estimation of actual cash value and replacement value, contractor estimate validation, appraisals, application of applicable limits and deductibles and work product of Independent Adjusters.
Negotiates with multiple constituents, i.e.; contractors or insured’s representatives and conveys claim settlements within authority limits.
Writes denial letters, Reservation of Rights and other complex correspondence.
Properly assesses extent of damages and manages damages through proper usage of cost evaluation tools.
Meets all quality standards and expectations in accordance with the Knowledge Guides.
Maintains diary system, capturing all required data and documents claim file activities in accordance with established procedures.
Manages file inventory to ensure timely resolution of cases.
Handles files in compliance with state regulations, where applicable.
Provides excellent customer service to meet the needs of the insured, agents and all other internal and external customers/business partners.
Determines when to refer claims to Travelers Investigative Services and/or Subrogation Unit.
Identifies and refers claims with Major Case Unit exposure to the manager.
Performs administrative functions such as expense accounts, time off reporting, etc. as required.
Actively provides mentoring and coaching to less experienced claim professionals.
May attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, pre-trials, trials and all other legal proceedings, as needed. Obtains experts as needed and assist the Litigation Claim Unit.
CAT Duty ~ This position will require participation in our Catastrophe Response Program, which could include deployment away for a minimum of 16 days (includes 2 travel days) to assist our customers in other states.

In order to perform the essential functions of this job, acquisition and maintenance of Insurance License(s) may be required to comply with state and Travelers requirements. Generally, license(s) must be obtained within three months of starting the job and obtain ongoing continuing education credits as mandated.
This position requires the individual to access and inspect all areas of a dwelling or structure, which is physically demanding requiring the ability to carry, set up and climb a ladder weighing approximately 38 to 49 pounds, walk on roofs, and enter tight spaces (such as attic staircases and entries, crawl spaces, etc. ). While specific territory or day-to-day responsibilities may not require an individual to climb a ladder, the incumbent must be capable of safely climbing a ladder when deploying to a catastrophe which is a requirement of the position.

Among popular jobs, salary growth for customer service workers, accountants and sales agents has slowed, while software developer salaries have started to rise again. From the salary survey conducted by the salary survey agency and Estonia’s largest job search portal CVKeskus. ee, in which more than 9000 people, it turned out that compared to last year, the salaries of car drivers grew the fastest, having increased by 21% in twelve months.
The latest salary analysis shows that among common positions, the median gross salary of car drivers, i.e. a salary from which half of employees earn less and half more, has risen to 966 euros. This is 21% and 166 euros more than at the same time last year. Software developers received the largest increase in salary, with a salary increase of 283 euros, i.e. the average median salary increased to 2600 euros.
The average median salaries of sales managers (+ 250 €) and classroom teachers (+ 210 €) also increased by more than 200 euros, respectively, to 2000 euros for sales managers and 1452 euros for classroom teachers.
The median salary increased by more than 100 euros for office secretaries (+ 167 €), car drivers (+ 166 €) and skilled workers in industry and production (+ 146 €).
Significantly more modestly, by only 3%, the average median salary of accountants grew during the year, increasing by 45 €, and the median salary of store attendants, to which was added 21 €. For sales agents, the median salary remained practically unchanged during the year, remaining at the level of 1,400 euros.
According to head of the salary research agency Kadri Seeder , the increase in the minimum wage since the beginning of the year has affected the wages of every fifth employee (20%). “Analysis of changes in the wages of employees clearly shows that in the 1st quarter, the line from which 25% of employees earn less and 75% more, grew rapidly, so low-wage workers felt it increase,” commented Kadri Seeder. Seeder added that the increase in wages is also explained by the growth of economic indicators of enterprises, at the same time with which wages increased based on performance.
Commenting on salary trends, Marketing Manager of Estonia’s largest job search portal CVKeskus. ee Henri Auväert added that in order to fill many common positions, employers essentially have to buy workers from competitors, as the labor market lacks suitable free labor force. “Currently, the biggest danger of buyouts is in the sales, transport and IT sectors, where you can find many job offers and employers openly offer salaries that are much higher than the average gross salary. For example, software developers are lured with an offer of salaries that reach an average of 4,260 euros, and sales agents – 2989 euros.
“The salaries advertised for car drivers and cooks are up to 60% higher than the average gross salary, so employers must ensure that their employees’ salaries remain competitive,” added Henri Auväert.

What does your company need to increase profits? But let’s do without slogans about “new channels” or “100% coverage. ” First of all, you should figure out what your employees’ time is spent on and how much you earn on it. It is good if the agents are already automated and the mobile trading program supplies adequate data from the fields. This means that your company has a basis for building a profitable distribution system. In this article, we will consider how to “pump” sales by managing the financial motivation of a sales representative.
Agent salary: get vs earn
As a rule, an agent’s salary consists of two parts: base (rate) and bonus (interest on sales, bonuses for meeting KPIs, and so on). I suggest that you reconsider the approach to setting the rate – why accrue money “just like that” if you can pay for scheduled visits?
How does it work?
For example, on the territory of your agent, there are 100 outlets that you need to visit once a week. Thus, an employee must make 400 scheduled visits per month. Let’s say the salary (base rate) of the agent is $400. It turns out that your company pays $1 per visit. Or more if field workers deviate from the day’s itinerary. And they decline.
Control of trading teams
After the introduction of GPS control, you will see how many visits your “trade” actually makes. You can show reports to the agent, take disciplinary action, deduct bonuses… But you must pay the salary in full: you have no leverage to influence the employee’s base rate. This situation can and should be changed. When paying for completed scheduled visits, the agent understands that you need to earn not only a bonus, but also a salary.

Bonus for the performance of scheduled visits
According to our experience, a good effect is the introduction of a bonus for RPP (performance of scheduled visits), which is charged for an order made during a scheduled visit. There is an order – keep the bonus, no order – “alas”.
How does it work?
Only orders for outlets that are scheduled to be visited on the current day are credited to the agent. If an agent collects 10 orders during 20 scheduled visits, his RPP per day is 50%. The main risk of introducing an RPP bonus is that agents begin to split orders: sales remain at the same level, but logistics costs increase. How to deal with it? You can set a minimum order amount, but in practice this approach does not work well. We recommend introducing an adjustment coefficient for the RPP bonus – the average order amount.
For example, an agent placed 200 orders last month for a total of $100,000, with an average order value of $500. The next month, he made the same $100,000 in sales, but there were 250 orders, a 25% increase. The average order amount was $400, which is 20% less. So, when paying a bonus, we make an adjustment. A 100% bonus is paid when the dynamics of the growth of the average order amount in comparison with the dynamics of the increase in the number of orders is equal to or greater than zero. If the dynamics is less by 5%, as in our case, we pay 90% bonus, if the dynamics is less than 10% – 80% of the bonus, if it is 20% – no bonus is accrued.
