“Do you want a pantry or a keller?”: a new trend has appeared in Tyumen new buildings – October 1, 2020
But it can be noted right away that this is a very useful room

the word “keller”. What does it mean and why is it for new settlers? Explains GK “TIS”.
If we look into the English-Russian dictionary, we will find the word cellar – basement, storage. From English, the word came into use throughout Europe: in Germany, and in Italy, and in Greece, kellers are storage places that are located in the basement or basement of the house.
It is the location that distinguishes the keller from the usual pantry: it is always located outside the apartment. In our country, this term is not yet very common, so they most often say “pantry”.

The practice of organizing storage places in an apartment building existed back in Soviet times: often, along with an apartment, a newcomer received a tiny room in the basement. Used them to store vegetables and homemade products.
In today’s Russia, basement pantries began to appear about 10 years ago. Initially, developers offered them only to buyers of premium and business class housing. But over time, pantries appeared in the “comfort” and “economy” segments. For example, there are kellers in all residential complexes built by the TIS Group of Companies.

— Kellers allow you to conveniently store seasonal items: wheels, barbecue grills, barbecue grills, snowboards, skis and bicycles. By putting everything rarely used in the pantry, the owner can organize the space of the apartment more rationally without overloading the interior with cabinets. In addition, the cost of a square meter of a keller is approximately one and a half to two times lower than the cost of a meter of an apartment, so buying kellers is profitable, – said Tatyana Paletskikh, sales director of TIS Group.

And it will be even more profitable not to buy a keller, but to receive it as a gift from the developer. Such a promotion is valid with the TIS Group when buying 2-room and 3-room apartments in OK Salut*. By signing the contract before November 21, the client will receive a 3.25 sq. m. m. They are located in the basement, you can go down by elevator, which is very convenient. The area of the premises is from 2.7 to 5.82 sq. m.
The purchase of a keller is formalized in Rosreestr, so that the owner can sell, donate or bequeath his pantry at any time.
The two houses of the first stage of OK Salut are already ready, the keys will be issued in October, so you can immediately start the renovation. And Keller will be your good assistant.

enemy near the village of Yaroslavitsa (1914) – named by military historians
“the last equestrian battle” not only of the great war, but of the entire world military
stories. In Room 1914 Empress Alexandra Feodorovna spoke of him: “… Count
Keller is doing something incredible. With his division, he had already crossed the Carpathians
and, despite the fact that the Sovereign asks him to be more careful, he answers
Him: “I go ahead.” He is a great fellow … “Lieutenant General, commander of the 3rd
cavalry corps (1915-17). Awarded: Order of St. George 4th (1914)
and 3rd (1915) degrees and St. George’s weapon (1916).
One of two corps commanders who spoke openly in
telegram to the request of the traitor general Alekseev against the abdication of the Sovereign
Emperor. Here’s how it happened. General Keller, having gathered representatives
from every hundred and squadron of units entrusted to him, he said to them: “I received
a dispatch about the abdication of the Sovereign and about some kind of provisional government. I am your
the old commander, who shared with you both hardships, and sorrows, and joys, I do not believe
so that the Sovereign Emperor at such a moment could voluntarily throw to death
army and Russia. Here is the telegram I sent to the Tsar (quoting from memory):
“The 3rd Cavalry Corps does not believe that You, Sovereign, voluntarily renounced
Throne. Command, King, we will come and protect You.” A. G. Shkuro recalls:
“Cheers cheers! shouted the dragoons, the Cossacks, the hussars. – We will support everything, we will not give in
insult to the Emperor. “The rise was enormous. Everyone wanted to rush to the rescue
captured, as it seemed to us, the Sovereign. Frightened Traitor Generals
sent to the headquarters of the 3rd cavalry corps, stationed in Orhei, the head of the 12th
Cavalry Division of Lieutenant General Baron K. Mannerheim. For all
persuasion of this traitor general “to sacrifice personal political
convictions for the good of the army,” Fyodor Arturovich answered firmly: “I am a Christian.
And I think it is a sin to change the oath.” Soon threatened announcement
rebel general Keller was removed from command of the corps.
Having obeyed, he said goodbye to the troops passing by him to the sounds of
Russian National Anthem “God Save the Tsar”
Refusing to swear allegiance to the Provisional Government, the general ended up in
reserve ranks at the headquarters of the Kyiv military district (April 1917). In a telegram
from Kharkov to Petrograd he wrote to Prime Minister Kerensky (1917): “In
in view of the fact that my service to the Fatherland in the army is obviously no longer needed,
I petition the Provisional Government for permission to follow
Sovereign Emperor Nikolai Alexandrovich to Siberia and about permission for me
to be with the Person of His Majesty, remaining at your discretion in reserve
ranks or being dismissed with a pension due to me in retirement. Their Consent
Majesties to have me with Himself I will consider for myself a special favor, about which
in view of the impossibility for me personally to apply for it, I kindly ask you
to request the Sovereign Emperor and, in the event of His consent to this, not to refuse
order to hastily send me a pass to Kharkov for unimpeded passage
and residence at the residence of Their Majesties.
After the creation of the Volunteer Army, abandoning the dubious “honor”
to serve in it, in June 1918 he wrote to General Alekseev: “The unification of Russia
great thing, but such a slogan is too vague, and everyone, even your
the volunteer feels something unsaid in him, since each person
understands that it is possible to collect and unite the scattered ones only to one
certain place or person. Are you talking about this face, which can only be
born, legitimate Sovereign, you are silent … “” It is true that you, Mikhail
Vasilyevich,” he wrote further, “it’s hard to admit one’s delusion, but
for the benefit and salvation of the motherland … you must go for it and repent frankly
and openly in your mistake … and announce to the people that you are going for the Tsar.
He once spoke about another white leader: “Kornilov is a revolutionary
general… let him try to save Russian democracy… I can
to lead an army only with God in the heart and with the King in the soul. Only faith in God and
the power of the Tsar can save us, only the old army and the repentance of the people
can save Russia, not the democratic army and the “free” people. We
we see what freedom has led us to: to disgrace and unprecedented humiliation. However
less, according to Lieutenant General P.I., who knew General Keller well.
Zalessky, Count “to take an active part in the fight against the Bolsheviks . .. very
wanted, but only on the condition that this struggle be waged openly in the name of
Autocratic Tsar of All Rus’. Such an opportunity seems to him
introduced herself. While still in Kharkov, he set about forming a headquarters
Northern Army (“North-Western Pskov Monarchist Army”). IN
issued “The call of the old soldier” General Keller wrote: “During three
years of war, fighting with you on the fields of Galicia, in Bukovina, on
Carpathian mountains, in Hungary and Romania, I made often risky decisions,
but I never led you on adventures. Now it’s time for me to call again
follow you, and I myself leave with the first departing train to Kyiv, and from there to
Pskov … For the Faith, the Tsar and the Fatherland, we swore to lay down our heads –
the time has come to fulfill your duty … There is no time to lose – every minute
road! Remember and read the prayer before the battle – the prayer that we
read before our glorious victories, overshadow yourself with the sign of the cross and with
God’s help forward for the Faith, for the Tsar and for our whole indivisible homeland
Russia”. Upon arrival in Kyiv (1918) he keeps gathering around him
officers. The sleeve insignia of the army was installed – Orthodox eight-pointed
silver cross. (There was also the so-called chest “Cross of General Keller”
– white Maltese cross, emblematic similar to the cross of a votive knight
Order of Malta – about which information has been preserved as an award). IN
Kyiv, a few days before the planned departure to Pskov, Met. Anthony
(Khrapovitsky) served a prayer service in the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, giving gr. Keller
your blessing. Patriarch Tikhon also blessed him. At 1967 “Ms. E. B.”
(we are talking about E. N. Bezak, nee Shipova (1880-1971), wife of F. N.
Bezak (1865–?), a well-known Kyiv monarchist) testified:
“Patriarch Tikhon sent then (in 1918) through Bishop Nestor
Kamchatsky to Count Keller (knight of honor and devotion to the Sovereign) neck

AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED
We’re so proud!
Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.
SCHOOL-READY
What Learning Looks Like
Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.
Clifton KinderCare Programs
Infant Programs (6 weeks–1 year)
Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our
centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with
you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant
classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and
ready to explore their world.
Toddler Programs (1–2 Years)
Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s
because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the
place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll
help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.
Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)
This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.
Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)
This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!
Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)
When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.
Kindergarten Programs (5–6 Years)
Welcome to kindergarten: the gateway to grade school and everything that
comes next! Offered in select centers, our kindergarten programs have small
class sizes and curriculums that mix learning and fun. The basic building
blocks of reading, writing, math, and science are key in kindergarten, so we
make sure they get lots of practice in all of these areas.
Before- and After-School Programs (5–12 Years)
You can count on us to provide reliable care for your school-ager while you’re
at work, with safe transportation from our center to your child’s school and
back! Whether your child wants to start a drama club, build a volcano, or
create a comic book, they will have a place to follow their dreams. Your child
will start and end the day with a whole lot of fun!
School Break Programs (preschool, prekindergarten, and school-age)
Winter break, spring break, summer break—when school’s out (but you still need to work), you
can count on KinderCare to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that’s focused
on fun. We welcome children ages 5–12 during school break times and make sure they have a
sensational, screen-free experience they won’t forget.
Learning Adventures – Enrichment Program
Cooking Academy™ (3 – 12 Years)
In Cooking Academy, kids learn new recipes from cultures around the world and
develop a healthy relationship with food. They’ll whip up everything from Southwest
rainbow lettuce wraps to pumpkin muffins, building their skills in STEM, communication,
and more along the way. And yes—little chefs get to eat their culinary creations!
Music Explorers™ (2 – 4 Years)
KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning
Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play
instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math,
science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare
way of learning the foundations of music.
Phonics Adventures® (2 – 4 Years)
Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love
books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program.
From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters
and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who
attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we
have the data to prove it.)
Spanish
Spanish Adventures provides young learners with a foundation for later success with
the Spanish language. Music, games, children’s Spanish literature, and other tools give
children multiple opportunities to hear, practice, and see Spanish language to develop
vocabulary and conversation skills. Curriculum includes lessons on greetings, numbers,
colors, animals, family, body parts, and pets, as well as how to engage conversationally
during common scenarios at home, a restaurant, or at the zoo.
Our Teachers
We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.

Student Assignment / Attendance Boundaries
NOTE: In spring 2022, the School Board approved new attendance boundaries as part of our Student Assignment Plan. New attendance boundaries will go into effect beginning in the 2024-2025 school year. New Attendance Boundaries (Begin 2024-25 School Year)
In March 2022, the School Board approved changes to student attendance boundaries as part of the District’s new Student Assignment Plan. Students are assigned to a school based on where they live.
Boundary changes are necessary to accommodate students who will be assigned to attend the new school to be built in Evanston’s 5th Ward and also to reduce transportation needs across the District. The Student Assignment Planning (SAP) Committee extensively looked at different scenarios for boundary considerations during the 21-22 year. This included consideration of student enrollment projections, building capacities, and most importantly maintaining neighborhood schools throughout the district.
The new attendance boundaries are all within approximately one mile of students’ homes.
Beginning in the 2024-2025 school year, all newly enrolled students will be assigned to their school based on the newly approved attendance boundaries. To support the transition and minimize disruption, current students may remain in their school beyond the 2024-2025 school year. However, there will be no transportation provided by the District. In addition, while elementary students may remain in their current school through fifth grade, they must attend their newly assigned middle school beginning in sixth grade.
There is no change to the middle school feeder pattern.
Interactive Google Maps have been created to show current and future elementary and middle school attendance area boundaries.
Maps are intended for planning purposes only. Boundaries are subject to change.
Tips:
Click on ‘View Google Maps’ to view in full screen mode.
Use the checkboxes on the left-side of the map to toggle on/off current boundaries and future boundaries.
Enter your home address (using the magnifying glass in the larger view option) to see your current and future attendance boundaries (note it may be necessary to zoom in/out).

Rockford, USA – travel on the map Located in Winnebago County, in the northwestern part of the state, near the border with the state of Wisconsin.
History
In 1834-1835 from Galena (English) Russian. the first settlers arrived in the person of Germanicus Kent, Thatcher Blake and Lewis Lemon, who settled on the west bank of the Rock River, as well as Daniel Shaw Haight, who founded a settlement on the east bank. The community was located in the middle between Galena and Chicago, and at first was known as “Midway”, but soon the name “Rockford” stuck to it, in connection with the ford located here (eng. ford ). A post office opened in 1837. In 1839, the settlement received the status of a village, and in 1852 it was registered with the status of a city. From 1840, the first weekly newspaper began to be published, and in 1877 a commercially successful daily newspaper appeared. In 1847, the Rockford Female Seminary was founded, which in 1892 became Rockford College (English) Russian, and since 1958 co-education has been introduced here. The most famous graduate of the college is Jane Addams (1881), founder of Hull House (English) Russian. in Chicago and Nobel Peace Prize winner (19thirty). Rockford Public Library, which opened its doors in August 1872, became the second in the state of Illinois.
Today, Rockford is the county seat of Winnebago County, but until the 1850s it was a small, unremarkable village. However, the Rockford Water Power Company formed in 1851 and the Galena & Chicago Union Railroad reaching Rockford in 1852 made the settlement a town. By 1860, Rockford had become a significant, fast-growing industrial center, famous for the manufacture of agricultural implements. By 1880, furniture industry enterprises appeared here, where the labor of Swedish craftsmen was actively used, and in the first half of the 20th century, Rockford became the second largest furniture manufacturer in the United States. After the First World War, the production of agricultural machinery fell into decline, and during the Great Depression and the Second World War, this fate befell the furniture industry. By the end of 19In the 1960s, both industries finally disappeared. In the 20th century, the industry of the city was represented by the branches of machine tool building, heavy engineering, automotive and aerospace, as well as the production of packaging.
Modern Downtown Rockford
The first settlers were primarily from New York State and New England. In the 1850s, immigrants of Irish origin and a few Swedish immigrants arrived here. After the civil war, Swedes arrived in large numbers and soon became the dominant ethnic group. The Swedish language was spoken here as well as English, up to 1920s. After 1880, Italians appeared in Rockford, after 1900 – Poles and Lithuanians, after 1970 – Laotians, Vietnamese and Hispanics. One of the founders of the city, Lewis Lemon, was an African American (a slave who bought his freedom), but the black population was very small until the First World War, after which they began to arrive from the southern states, in particular from Arkansas and Mississippi.
During the six years after the Civil War, Rockford was well known in baseball circles for the Forest City baseball team. Moreover, this name became so popular that it was fixed outside the city as a pseudonym. nine0003
In the first half of the 20th century, Rockford was also an important military town. In 1917, Camp Grant was opened here for the training of soldiers, in 1921 he suspended work, and in 1924 was transferred to the state of Illinois as a permanent training center for the National Guard. In 1940, the camp became a US Army base and served as a recruiting center and later as a training center for corpsmen. In 1943-1946, German prisoners of war were kept here, a little over 2,000 people. In 1946, Camp Grant was closed, and its territory was divided by Rockford International Airport and Seth Edwood Park. nine0003
In the last decades of the 20th century, Rockford experienced a decline in industry, the need for urgent reconstruction of dilapidated buildings, and severe unemployment. In 1989, an initiative group of concerned citizens launched a campaign to end segregation and racial discrimination in the state’s school system. Other notable events during this period included the founding of Rock Valley Community College, the establishment of the Rockford Medical College at the University of Illinois, the construction of a community center, and the opening of important regional financial, healthcare, and entertainment centers in the city. nine0003
Geography
According to the US Census Bureau, the total area of the city is 158.2 km² (61.08 mi²), of which 155.95 km² (60.21 mi²) is land and 2.25 km² (0.87 mi² ) of the water surface.
The Rock River flows through the city.

In addition to the 50 states, the United States of America owns the Virgin Islands, Eastern Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam and several small islands. The country is bordered by Canada in the north and Mexico in the south. It is washed by the Atlantic Ocean in the East, the Pacific – in the West and the Gulf of Mexico – in the south. nine0059
The lowest point – 86 m below sea level – Death Valley, California.
The highest point is 6194 m, Mount McKinley, Alaska.
The southernmost point is the Florida Keys – a chain of limestone islands and coral reefs, stretching over 200 km from the southern tip of Florida.
The westernmost of the islands and the southernmost city in the United States is Key West. The size of the island is 6 km long and 3 km wide.
Climate:
Due to its large territory, the climate in the United States is varied. In most of the territory – temperate, in the south – subtropical. In the northern states, winter is usually severe, and in the southern states, such as Florida, summer does not end all year round. nine0003
Time Zones
The United States is divided into six time zones.

TRANSPORT
The US has a well-developed network of ground and air transport. In large cities, you can travel both by bus and by metro, which will significantly speed up the movement from one end of the city to the other. If subway platforms are usually not very attractive, then the cars are quite comfortable. In city buses, fare is paid directly to the driver, while it is not customary to ask for change, so it is better to stock up on change in advance. Bus service is well developed not only in cities, but also between them. Each city has bus stations from which you can travel from one city to another on a comfortable modern bus. Bus tickets are best purchased in advance. nine0003
In the cities it is also very convenient to travel by taxi, which can be ordered by phone, called from the hotel or stopped on the street with a thumbs up.
Of course, the most common form of transportation in the country is a car. Roads in the USA are of excellent quality, gasoline is not expensive. In order to rent a car, you must have a driver’s license and be over 21 (sometimes over 25). Quite high fines are provided for violation of traffic rules, and some violations can lead to deprivation of rights. The most serious violations include: speeding, the presence of open bottles of alcoholic beverages in the car. The driver is also required to give way to pedestrians at controlled crossings. nine0003
Hitchhiking is not recommended in the US due to the high accident rate on the roads. Of course, the fastest way to travel between cities is by plane. Ticket prices vary depending on distance and class of service. In the US, there is an electronic form of tickets. All American airlines are non-smoking.
Border control and customs regulations
To cross the border, you must have a foreign passport with a valid visa and a completed customs declaration (issued on an airplane/ship or directly at the border crossing point). Detailed instructions and comments on filling out the declaration can be found on the US Customs and Border Protection website. nine0003
Every foreign citizen entering the United States is entitled to duty-free entry of 200 cigarettes (1 block) or 50 cigars, not more than 1 liter of liquor (for persons over 21), personal effects and household items. Gold items and diamonds are subject to declaration. It is forbidden to import any “pirated” (counterfeit) products, drugs, dangerous medicines, any food products. Without a declaration, the export of 10,000 US dollars from Russia is allowed. It is allowed to import into the United States without a declaration up to 10,000 US dollars. If an amount of more than 10,000 US dollars is imported or exported, then it must be indicated in the declaration. This rule also applies to travelers checks. From the islands of Hawaii, you can export goods worth up to $ 300 duty-free. nine0003
FLIGHT
If your flight to the USA has a connection in one of the American ports, you need to go through passport and customs control in this city. After passing through passport control, you must collect your luggage and check it in again at the check-in point for a transit flight. OTHERWISE YOUR BAGGAGE WILL BE LOST. This rule applies to all connecting flight options, even if they are operated by the same airline.
On board the aircraft, you will be given an immigration card (forms I-9) to complete.4), in which it is necessary to indicate the name and address of the hotel (the first of the planned ones), the dates and purpose of the visit. When crossing the border, the immigration officer will set the period of your permitted stay in the United States. This voucher must be kept with your passport for the remainder of your stay and returned upon departure from the United States.
Porter service is available at the US airport. The cost of each piece of luggage is $ 1-2.
The cost of the transfer, if ordered by you, includes 40 minutes of waiting at the airport after the arrival of the aircraft. If you are late, you must pay the driver an additional waiting time at the rate of $ 45 for each hour of waiting. nine0003
Air flight from Moscow takes approximately:
New York – 9 hours
Miami – 11 a. m.
San Francisco / Los Angeles – 13 hours.
Domestic flights:
New York – Miami (or Orlando) – 2.5 hours
New York – Los Angeles (or Las Vegas) – 4.5 hours
Los Angeles – Las Vegas – 1 hour
San Francisco (Los Angeles) – Hawaii – 4.5 hours.
Baggage on international flights: in addition to carry-on baggage (its volume should not exceed what can fit under the seat), as a rule, you are allowed to carry 20 kg of baggage free of charge if you are flying in tourist class (ECONOMY CLASS) or 30 kg if in first (FIRST CLASS). Food and drinks served by flight attendants are included in the ticket price of any airline. nine0003
Baggage on domestic flights within the United States is generally carried for an additional fee in Economy Class, and free of charge in First and Business Class. The cost of the first piece of baggage is about 25 US dollars. Be sure to check the baggage allowance conditions with your manager: they depend on the airline and class of service.
US DOMESTIC BAGGAGE REGULATIONS AND REGULATIONS

When flying from US airports, please be aware of the following restrictions regarding liquids and gels in the cabin. nine0003
All liquids must be in separate containers with a maximum capacity of 100 ml. each.
Each passenger’s canister must be packed in one transparent, resealable plastic bag that does not exceed 20×20 cm (equivalent to a 1 liter container) and must be presented separately at airport security checks. All liquids, gels and aerosols in containers exceeding the specified volume must be carried in checked baggage. nine0038

Insulin and other medical preparations required by the passenger and dispensed without a prescription
Please note that liquids are also considered:
Water and other drinks, soups, syrups
Creams, lotions and oils
Perfume
Perfume products in spray bottles
Gels, including shower gels and hair gels
Contents of pressurized containers, including shaving foam and other foams and deodorants
Pastes, including toothpaste
Mixtures of liquids and solids
Eyelash and brow mascara
Other substances of similar consistency
CHECK-IN FOR DOMESTIC FLIGHTS IN THE USA
At self-check-in kiosks, passengers choose a seat in the cabin and indicate the number of pieces of checked baggage.
The kiosk shows you how much to pay for luggage. Priority card payment. If passengers only have cash, they need to go to the check-in desk.
The kiosk prints boarding passes and baggage checks. Customers themselves stick baggage receipts on the handles of suitcases and go to the “Drop off point” counter. nine0038
Airline employees check the weight and dimensions of luggage. If everything corresponds to the norm, the luggage is accepted, the tag is stuck on the boarding pass, the passengers go further to the departure area.
The check-in procedure may differ depending on the airline.
HOTEL
Check-out time at the hotel – 15 – 16 hours of the day. If you arrive earlier, you will only be able to check in if rooms are available. In any case, you can leave things in the storage room. nine0038
Check-out time from the hotel is 12 noon. If your flight is later, you must check out and leave your luggage at the hotel’s storage room.
Most hotels in the United States of America do not allow people under the age of 21 to enter unaccompanied persons over the age of 21.
The American Standard for hotel accommodation generally does not include meals. At the request of customers, it is possible to book breakfasts separately, but not all hotels offer this service
When using electrical appliances, be aware that the mains voltage is 110 volts. Your electrical appliances must have a switch, or be sure to use adapters.
Each hotel, depending on the class, has safes located either in the room or at the reception desk. Please do not leave documents and valuables in the room without placing them in the safe.
Upon check-in at the hotel, you will need to provide a credit card to guarantee payment for additional hotel services. The average deposit amount is $100 per day, in 5*** category hotels the deposit amount can exceed $300 per day. Upon check-in, this amount will be blocked on your card. At check-out, you pay the hotel bill and the deposit is fully refundable. Based on the practice of Russian banks, this amount will be unlocked only after 30 days!!!! Please take this into account when planning your trip! nine0038
If you want to make a phone call from your room, you must leave a deposit to the hotel administrator to connect your phone. The average deposit amount is $100
Calls within America: 1 + area code + phone number. International calls: 011 + country code + area code + phone number
In order not to get lost, we recommend that you always have a business card of the hotel where you are staying with you. A business card can be taken at the reception desk. nine0038
Most hotels have an automated messaging system. If someone called you and left a message, the light on your phone will flash. In order to listen to the message, you need to pick up the handset and dial the key combination indicated on the device. If there are messages, the machine will announce the time of the call and play the recording.
BED TYPES
The size of the beds is indicative and may vary by a few centimeters in different hotels. nine0003
Main types of beds (mattresses):
Single or Twin – single bed, mattress size 96 x 190 cm;
Double or Full – narrow double bed, mattress size 135 x 190 cm;
Queen – double bed, mattress size 152 x 190 cm;
King – the largest double bed, mattress size 193 x 202 cm;
California or California King – extended double bed, mattress size 183 x 212 cm;
Extra beds:
Extra Bed (rollaway bed) – an extra bed (usually a folding bed with a mattress), in most cases used to accommodate a third adult or child in a room with one bed.
Pull-out sofa – a pull-out sofa can be used instead of an extra bed, if provided in the room. nine0038
Children’s bed (Crib) – for small children a 60 x 120 cm crib (crib) can be placed in the room. By default, two people share one bed.
With an extra bed, if possible, these rooms can accommodate 3 people.
Rooms with a pull out sofa can also accommodate 3 people or, less commonly, 2 adults and 2 children. nine0059
Accommodation of the third (and/or fourth) person in the room on an extra bed or on an existing sofa bed is charged separately. The cost of installing an extra bed can be either included in the cost of placing the third (fourth) person, or highlighted as a separate item. Sometimes a baby cot in the room is paid separately.
The cost of a DBL room is usually the same as the cost of an SGL room – the cost of single occupancy in any type of room is usually equal to the cost of double occupancy (excluding meals and possible additional services). nine0059
The exact cost of accommodation, taking into account all the features and nuances, must be clarified before booking. The conditions and cost of different types of accommodation in different hotels can vary greatly.
Rooms with two beds
Two Twin – rooms with two single beds of twin size. Assume double occupancy on two separate beds.
The name Twin Room may indicate that the room has 2 separate beds of any size. The number of people that can be accommodated in a room, in this case, must be specified based on the types of beds and accommodation conditions offered by the hotel. nine0059
Double Double (Two Double) are rooms equipped with two Double beds. Typically, these rooms can accommodate up to four people.
Two Queen (Double Queen) are rooms with two queen size beds, also for a maximum of four people.
The basic cost of these rooms assumes double occupancy. Additional payments are provided for each additional (third and fourth) person in the room.
Free placement of a child in a room with two adults using existing beds usually requires booking these rooms with two double beds. nine0059
Extra beds are usually not available in rooms with two beds. In suites, it is sometimes possible to use a sofa bed in the living room (if provided).
The equipment and size of rooms with one King (or Queen) bed, as a rule, completely coincides with the size and equipment of similar Double Double (or Two Queen) rooms. The possibility of accommodating four adults in such a room does not, in most cases, imply any additional space in the rooms for suitcases and personal belongings. Please pay attention to the size of the room and its description. nine0003
US RECOMMENDED TIP Amount:
Tipping is expected at all lunch bars and for all small services at airports, hotels, etc. On average, tips are 15% of the amount paid. Tips are not automatically included in the bill, they are usually left on the table, especially if they are calculated at the cash desk.
Suggested tip in the US:
Restaurant: Waiter – 15% – 20% of the total order
At the hotel: porter – $1 – $2 per bag, porter – $1 per taxi call
In the casino: to the dealer and the staff of the gaming table – the standard reward is a small bet
In a restaurant, for rooms without a reserved seat, a tip of $5 – $20 to the headwaiter will secure the desired table
In a taxi: 15 – 20% of the total bill
It is customary for the guide to leave $1 – $2 per person
Valet – $2
Maid – $2-5 per cleaning
Tips for other services (theater workers, cloakroom attendants, etc. ) are also welcome
Phones and mobile communications:
to call from a mobile phone from the USA to Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan or another country, dial in sequence: (country code) + (area code) and then the number.
For example, a call to Moscow: +7 495 XXX XX XX
Call to Kyiv: +38 044 XXX XX XX
Call to Almaty: +7 727 XXX XX XX
Calls within the United States from a mobile phone: +1 (country code) + (area code) followed by
We recommend that you check the dialing rules with your mobile operator before traveling abroad. nine0059
Pay phones in the US can be seen everywhere. All cabins have their own number, so the interlocutor can call you back.
Stores:
Stores are usually open from Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 17:30, however there is no official closing date for shops and clear working days, and many shops are open on weekends and until late in the evening. Large shopping centers are usually open Monday to Saturday from 09:30 to 21:30 and Sundays from 12:00 to 17:00.

Abstract
Purpose:
The 24-Hour Movement Guidelines (24 hMG) provide specific recommendations, including physical activity (PA), screen-time and sleep-duration, which preschoolers should achieve for a healthy day (24 h). The aim of the current study was to analyse preschooler’s adherence with the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines.
Methods:
The sample comprised 739 preschool children. PA was accelerometer-derived. Screen time and sleep duration were parent-reported through questionnaires. Preschoolers were classified as meeting/not meeting in each guideline and as well as for the overall 24hMG.
Results/findings:
According to the 24hMG, we found high percentages of preschoolers that met sleep guidelines (80.6%), only around 1/3 of preschool children met PA (28.6%) and a lower proportion met screen-time guidelines (20.3%). We found that 31.7% of the children met at least 2 of the recommendations and that more than half only one (52.8%). Overall, 4.5% of preschool children complied with the 24hMG and 11.1% of the children did not comply with any of the three recommendations.
Conclusions:
Few preschoolers met PA and screen-time recommendations, which deeply impacts the preschooler’s adherence to the 24hMG. Future work should focus on finding solutions for promoting better adherence and mainly identifying ways to reduce screen time and increase PA at these ages.
Keywords:
Preschoolers; early ages; physical activity; screen time and Sleep duration.

Abstract
Background:
Meeting the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines (physical activity, screen time, and sleep duration) has been associated with positive health indicators. However, there are no previous meta-analyses that have examined the overall adherence to the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines from pre-school to adolescence across the world. Therefore, the main purpose of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to examine the overall (non)adherence to the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines among preschoolers, children, and adolescents worldwide.
Methods:
Four electronic databases (MEDLINE, Scopus, Web of Science, and Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews) were searched for quantitative studies published in Spanish and English between January 2016 and May 2021. Studies that were conducted with apparently healthy participants and reported the overall (non)adherence to the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines in preschoolers and/or children and/or adolescents were included.
Results:
Sixty-three studies comprising 387,437 individuals (51% girls) aged 3-18 years from 23 countries were included. Overall, 7.12% (95% confidence interval (95%CI): 6.45%-7.78%) of youth met all three 24-Hour Movement Guidelines, and 19.21% (95%CI: 16.73%-21.69%) met none of the 3 recommendations. Concerning sex, adherence to all recommendations was significantly lower in girls (3.75%, 95%CI: 3.23%-4.27%) than in boys (6.89%, 95%CI: 5.89%-7.89%) (p < 0.001). However, there were no sex differences regarding adherence to any of the 3 individual recommendations (girls, 15.66%, 95%CI: 8.40%-22.92%; boys, 12.95%, 95%CI: 6.57%-19.33%). In terms of age group, adherence to the 3 recommendations was 11.26% (95%CI: 8. 68%-13.84%), 10.31% (95%CI: 7.49%-13.12%), and 2.68% (95%CI: 1.78%-3.58%) in preschoolers, children, and adolescents, respectively. Conversely, 8.81% (95%CI: 5.97%-11.64%) of preschoolers, 15.57% (95%CI: 11.60%-19.54%) of children, and 28.59% (95%CI: 22.42%-34.75%) of adolescents did not meet any of the recommendations. South America was the region with the lowest adherence (all: 2.93%; none: 31.72%). Overall adherence to the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines was positively related to country Human Development Index (β = -0.37, 95%CI: -0.65 to -0.09; p = 0.010).
Conclusion:
Most young people fail to meet the three 24-Hour Movement Guidelines, particularly adolescents, girls, and those who are from countries with a lower Human Development Index. Moreover, 1 in 5 young people did not meet any of these recommendations. Therefore, these results highlight the need to develop age- and sex-specific strategies to promote these movement behaviors from the early stages of life.

90,000 Round-the-clock nursery opened at the request of Surgut residents | Society
Surgut kindergartens have opened several specialized groups for preschoolers. Preschool institutions began to accept children from 6 months to a year. In addition, parents have the opportunity to leave their children around the clock, and 2 groups have been formed for children with gluten intolerance.
In Surgut, parents working on night shifts have the opportunity to enroll children from 3 to 7 years old in a group with round-the-clock stay. It is located in the preschool institution “Krepysh”. In addition, groups for babies from 6 months to a year have appeared in kindergartens in Surgut. They are located in kindergartens “Krepysh” and “Mishutka”. There are currently 30 kids enrolled.

Ekaterina Angelova, a resident of Surgut: “This is a great opportunity to calmly adapt the child. That is, before going to work, I can safely accustom to attending a kindergarten. Personally, from our experience, we were taught to drink from a mug, and this makes me very happy. We couldn’t do it at home.”
Elena Kadyrova, Director of the Department of Preschool Educational Institutions: “When we opened these preschool groups for infants, we focused on medical workers who work in the “red zone”. Today, if such a need arises among the residents of the city, we are ready to open similar groups in other educational organizations.”
nine0005
Especially for kids in the kindergarten, the room was redesigned so that everything needed for this age could be placed here. Teachers and nannies have been retrained. And for the kids themselves, they developed a special daily routine with five meals a day and a double sleep hour.
Regina Zakharkina, Acting Head of MBDOU No. 89 “Krepysh”: “Of course, there were many questions from parents about how we will work in the nutrition format. Food consists of two parts – dairy and non-dairy. A five-time meal, which includes vegetable products, including a multi-component meal, these are vegetables, fruits, dairy products, compote and bread.
nine0005
In addition to nurseries with children up to a year old, two more specialized groups began to operate in the city, in which the city really needed. We are talking about working with preschool children with gluten intolerance. Special kitchens have been made in the gardens, now food for such babies is prepared separately and even special bread is baked on rice and corn flour. But, as educators say, products are only one part, in addition, any contact with materials containing gluten must be excluded.
nine0005
Irina Kulikova, head of MBDOU No. 78 “Ivushka”: “The chef, cook, leader, educator, junior educator were trained, refresher courses on organizing dietary nutrition for preschool children with celiac disease. Strict control is not only food, but also consumables for creativity. This is plasticine, and modeling dough, glue and paints. These materials may also contain gluten.”
But the most important thing, teachers say, is to accustom the child to a new diet. Indeed, in ordinary life, due to their peculiarity, they are not found with many products. For example, kids were very afraid of bread made from corn and rice flour, comparing it with ordinary baking.
nine0005
Elina Ruzhbekova, a resident of Surgut: “When a child was in a group, at first, of course, he refused. The food was unfamiliar to him, because there are a lot of contraindications for the baby. That is, you can not use everything that is given to children in normal nutrition. But now the child has already begun to get used to it, it is such an incredible feeling when parents can be calm for the life and health of their child. Where there are no dangers.”
As they said in the city administration, before opening the groups in this direction, they carried out a lot of preparation. And doctors played a major role in this.
nine0005
“I want to say thanks to our medicine in the city of Surgut. They got into our problem. They, like no one else, understand the situation, because first of all they work with such children. And today we have developed a ten-day menu for children aged 3 to 7 years for the summer and winter periods, and medical workers helped us with this,” said Elena Kadyrova, director of the Department of Preschool Educational Institutions.
For now
At the moment, groups accept 25 kids. But the work didn’t stop there,
soon additional groups may appear in the city ready to accept children with
gluten intolerance. nine0005

Outreach Projects
Our school strives to nourish a servants heart in our students and families. We participate in at least one outreach project per semester.
Sometimes God calls us to do more and when he does we answer with willing and gracious hearts.
Winter – 3:11 Ministry Christmas Angels
The Episcopal Church of the Holy Trinity Church and Holy Trinity Preschool have partnered with 3:11 Ministries to share Christs love in our community. The Church parishioners take an angel from a tree and provide Christmas presents to the children of Midland. Our Preschool kids bring items to feel up stockings for all the angels. These children and families provide about 80 plus stockings each year.
Spring – FoodDrive for the Jubilee Center
The Episcopal Church of the Holy Trinity Church and Holy Trinity Preschool have been long time supporters of the Jubilee Center of Midland. Every summer when school gets out the need for easy kid friendly meals and snacks goes up, so before school lets out for summer, we try to help with this need. Each year our families and kids break their previous record. Our highest amount was over 900 pounds of food for the Food2Kids program at The Jubilee Center of Midland!
All of this shows that even the smallest of us can make a big difference!

Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrei Pominov explained that such ratings of schools are not valuable in themselves, but are important for improving the quality of education. Nevertheless, the head of the education department, Ilsur Khadiullin, noted that it is planned to compile ratings of educational institutions in the future, without relying on the results of the USE. So that schools do not sacrifice students for the sake of getting into the rating.

The main points when choosing an educational institution
The educational website educations.com asked 32,000+ current and future students of different nationalities and age categories what they look for when choosing a university. The results were surprising: trends are changing and university rankings no longer play a major role.
Source ICEF Monitor.
Ratings are not required. Short:
The ranking of a foreign university depends on the number of students who choose to study there.
Decision making is increasingly influenced by reviews, virtual tours and videos, tuition and accommodation costs.
Students are ready to consider any profitable and attractive offers, even if this is not the country they dreamed about.
Twenty-eight percent ago
Just a couple of years ago, a university’s global ranking and reputation played a key role in attracting foreign students to a university. Today, the interest in the reputation of the educational institution among future students has fallen by 28%. They compare the quality of teaching, the cost of living, and only then the ranking of the school or university.
A growing number of applicants are recognizing that attending a highly ranked school or university does not guarantee that they will enjoy learning and living on campus and succeed in the future.
Some statistics
Interest in the reputation of the educational institution among prospective students fell by 28%.
Interest in the content and quality of the curriculum increased by 21%.
Interest in the availability of scholarships and their availability increased by 50%.
Increasingly, tuition fees and admission requirements are taken into account.
Give up the dream in favor of common sense
Students are increasingly considering alternatives to the dream country and making a choice not in its favor if another direction is more profitable. They want to be sure that they will receive a quality education, that they will not give their last money for education, and that they will find a promising job in the future.
Key factors in choosing an educational institution based on survey results:
living wage,
opportunity to work after studies,
teaching quality,
friendliness and hospitality.
For example, for students from North America, the decision to study abroad is 200% dependent on the possibility of obtaining a work visa after graduation. They are less interested in learning a particular language and prioritize safety, cost of living, and the ability to travel.
Popular destinations
The top 10 destinations for bachelors, masters and graduate students are the same, with one exception: China is in the top 10 only for bachelors and masters, and Italy is for graduate students. Otherwise, the list of countries in order looks like this:
USA.
UK.
Canada.
Australia.
Germany.
France.
Netherlands.
Sweden.
Italy (China for bachelors and masters).
Switzerland.
