“Do you want a pantry or a keller?”: a new trend has appeared in Tyumen new buildings – October 1, 2020

But it can be noted right away that this is a very useful room

Share

the word “keller”. What does it mean and why is it for new settlers? Explains GK “TIS”.

If we look into the English-Russian dictionary, we will find the word cellar – basement, storage. From English, the word came into use throughout Europe: in Germany, and in Italy, and in Greece, kellers are storage places that are located in the basement or basement of the house.

It is the location that distinguishes the keller from the usual pantry: it is always located outside the apartment. In our country, this term is not yet very common, so they most often say “pantry”.

Share

The practice of organizing storage places in an apartment building existed back in Soviet times: often, along with an apartment, a newcomer received a tiny room in the basement. Used them to store vegetables and homemade products.

In today’s Russia, basement pantries began to appear about 10 years ago. Initially, developers offered them only to buyers of premium and business class housing. But over time, pantries appeared in the “comfort” and “economy” segments. For example, there are kellers in all residential complexes built by the TIS Group of Companies.

Share

— Kellers allow you to conveniently store seasonal items: wheels, barbecue grills, barbecue grills, snowboards, skis and bicycles. By putting everything rarely used in the pantry, the owner can organize the space of the apartment more rationally without overloading the interior with cabinets. In addition, the cost of a square meter of a keller is approximately one and a half to two times lower than the cost of a meter of an apartment, so buying kellers is profitable, – said Tatyana Paletskikh, sales director of TIS Group.

Share

And it will be even more profitable not to buy a keller, but to receive it as a gift from the developer. Such a promotion is valid with the TIS Group when buying 2-room and 3-room apartments in OK Salut*. By signing the contract before November 21, the client will receive a 3.25 sq. m. m. They are located in the basement, you can go down by elevator, which is very convenient. The area of the premises is from 2.7 to 5.82 sq. m.

The purchase of a keller is formalized in Rosreestr, so that the owner can sell, donate or bequeath his pantry at any time.

The two houses of the first stage of OK Salut are already ready, the keys will be issued in October, so you can immediately start the renovation. And Keller will be your good assistant.

enemy near the village of Yaroslavitsa (1914) – named by military historians
“the last equestrian battle” not only of the great war, but of the entire world military
stories. In Room 1914 Empress Alexandra Feodorovna spoke of him: “… Count
Keller is doing something incredible. With his division, he had already crossed the Carpathians
and, despite the fact that the Sovereign asks him to be more careful, he answers
Him: “I go ahead.” He is a great fellow … “Lieutenant General, commander of the 3rd
cavalry corps (1915-17). Awarded: Order of St. George 4th (1914)
    and 3rd (1915) degrees and St. George’s weapon (1916).

One of two corps commanders who spoke openly in
telegram to the request of the traitor general Alekseev against the abdication of the Sovereign
Emperor. Here’s how it happened. General Keller, having gathered representatives
from every hundred and squadron of units entrusted to him, he said to them: “I received
a dispatch about the abdication of the Sovereign and about some kind of provisional government. I am your
the old commander, who shared with you both hardships, and sorrows, and joys, I do not believe
so that the Sovereign Emperor at such a moment could voluntarily throw to death
army and Russia. Here is the telegram I sent to the Tsar (quoting from memory):
“The 3rd Cavalry Corps does not believe that You, Sovereign, voluntarily renounced
Throne. Command, King, we will come and protect You.” A. G. Shkuro recalls:
“Cheers cheers! shouted the dragoons, the Cossacks, the hussars. – We will support everything, we will not give in
insult to the Emperor. “The rise was enormous. Everyone wanted to rush to the rescue
captured, as it seemed to us, the Sovereign. Frightened Traitor Generals
sent to the headquarters of the 3rd cavalry corps, stationed in Orhei, the head of the 12th
Cavalry Division of Lieutenant General Baron K. Mannerheim. For all
persuasion of this traitor general “to sacrifice personal political
convictions for the good of the army,” Fyodor Arturovich answered firmly: “I am a Christian.
And I think it is a sin to change the oath.” Soon threatened announcement
rebel general Keller was removed from command of the corps.
Having obeyed, he said goodbye to the troops passing by him to the sounds of
Russian National Anthem “God Save the Tsar”

Refusing to swear allegiance to the Provisional Government, the general ended up in
reserve ranks at the headquarters of the Kyiv military district (April 1917). In a telegram
from Kharkov to Petrograd he wrote to Prime Minister Kerensky (1917): “In
in view of the fact that my service to the Fatherland in the army is obviously no longer needed,
I petition the Provisional Government for permission to follow
Sovereign Emperor Nikolai Alexandrovich to Siberia and about permission for me
to be with the Person of His Majesty, remaining at your discretion in reserve
ranks or being dismissed with a pension due to me in retirement. Their Consent
Majesties to have me with Himself I will consider for myself a special favor, about which
in view of the impossibility for me personally to apply for it, I kindly ask you
to request the Sovereign Emperor and, in the event of His consent to this, not to refuse
order to hastily send me a pass to Kharkov for unimpeded passage
and residence at the residence of Their Majesties.

After the creation of the Volunteer Army, abandoning the dubious “honor”
to serve in it, in June 1918 he wrote to General Alekseev: “The unification of Russia
great thing, but such a slogan is too vague, and everyone, even your
the volunteer feels something unsaid in him, since each person
understands that it is possible to collect and unite the scattered ones only to one
certain place or person. Are you talking about this face, which can only be
born, legitimate Sovereign, you are silent … “” It is true that you, Mikhail
Vasilyevich,” he wrote further, “it’s hard to admit one’s delusion, but
for the benefit and salvation of the motherland … you must go for it and repent frankly
and openly in your mistake … and announce to the people that you are going for the Tsar.
He once spoke about another white leader: “Kornilov is a revolutionary
general… let him try to save Russian democracy… I can
to lead an army only with God in the heart and with the King in the soul. Only faith in God and
the power of the Tsar can save us, only the old army and the repentance of the people
can save Russia, not the democratic army and the “free” people. We
we see what freedom has led us to: to disgrace and unprecedented humiliation. However
less, according to Lieutenant General P.I., who knew General Keller well.
Zalessky, Count “to take an active part in the fight against the Bolsheviks . .. very
wanted, but only on the condition that this struggle be waged openly in the name of
Autocratic Tsar of All Rus’. Such an opportunity seems to him
introduced herself. While still in Kharkov, he set about forming a headquarters
Northern Army (“North-Western Pskov Monarchist Army”). IN
issued “The call of the old soldier” General Keller wrote: “During three
years of war, fighting with you on the fields of Galicia, in Bukovina, on
Carpathian mountains, in Hungary and Romania, I made often risky decisions,
but I never led you on adventures. Now it’s time for me to call again
follow you, and I myself leave with the first departing train to Kyiv, and from there to
Pskov … For the Faith, the Tsar and the Fatherland, we swore to lay down our heads –
the time has come to fulfill your duty … There is no time to lose – every minute
road! Remember and read the prayer before the battle – the prayer that we
read before our glorious victories, overshadow yourself with the sign of the cross and with
God’s help forward for the Faith, for the Tsar and for our whole indivisible homeland
Russia”. Upon arrival in Kyiv (1918) he keeps gathering around him
officers. The sleeve insignia of the army was installed – Orthodox eight-pointed
silver cross. (There was also the so-called chest “Cross of General Keller”
    – white Maltese cross, emblematic similar to the cross of a votive knight
Order of Malta – about which information has been preserved as an award). IN
Kyiv, a few days before the planned departure to Pskov, Met. Anthony
(Khrapovitsky) served a prayer service in the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, giving gr. Keller
your blessing. Patriarch Tikhon also blessed him. At 1967 “Ms. E. B.”
(we are talking about E. N. Bezak, nee Shipova (1880-1971), wife of F. N.
    Bezak (1865–?), a well-known Kyiv monarchist) testified:
“Patriarch Tikhon sent then (in 1918) through Bishop Nestor
Kamchatsky to Count Keller (knight of honor and devotion to the Sovereign) neck
the icon of the Sovereign Mother of God and the prosphora, when he was to lead
Northern Army … “But the general was not destined to fulfill his intention –
“In two months, raise the Imperial Standard over the Holy Kremlin.

Just at this time, the position of the ruler since Jan. 1918 in Kyiv
Hetman P. P. Skoropadsky. The troops of the independents (S. Petliura) approached
Kyiv. At the reinforced request of the hetman, Keller takes command of “all
armed forces operating on the territory of Ukraine. Success accompanied
general, but 14 Nov. he was dismissed for the words about the transition to him all
authorities before the restoration of the monarchy, expressed by him that day on
Lukyanovka cemetery in Kyiv during the funeral of 33 officers brutally murdered
Kyiv Volunteer Squad of Major General L. Kirpichev. Less than
after 3 weeks, the power of the hetman fell. Dec 1 troops of the Directory entered Kyiv.
General Keller was arrested by the Petliurists in the Mikhailovsky Monastery along with
who decided to share the fate of their general by his two adjutants, Colonel
    A. A. Panteleev and captain N. N. Ivanov. At 4 o’clock. am 8 Dec. 1918 all
three were shot in the back by Petliurists on Sophia Square near
Monument to Bogdan Khmelnitsky. The saber of the slain general was brought to the head
ataman” Petliura. Frozen near the monument, Keller’s blood after a few
thawed for days, which among the people of Kiev gave rise to a belief that this blood will continue to
“will not dry out and will fall on the head of Ukraine.”
