Oberlander, Law Enforcement Leaders Tour Keystone SMILES, Discuss Challenges of Child Care and Pre-K Education :: exploreClarion.com

KNOX, Pa. (EYT) – Pa. State Representative Donna Oberlander and local law enforcement leaders on Wednesday toured Pre-K Counts and Keystone STAR 4 child care provider Keystone SMILES Community Learning Center and held a discussion on the continued challenges of the early care and education sector.

(Photos and videos by Dave Cyphert of ProPoint Media Photography)

Participants in the discussion were Representative Donna Oberlander; Knox Borough Police Chief Nicole Bauer; Clarion County District Attorney Drew Welsh; Bruce Clash, Pennsylvania State Director, Fight Crime: Invest in Kids; and Tracy Weaver, Outreach and Communications Coordinator, Pennsylvania Association for the Education of Young Children (PennAEYC).

Monica Weeter, Director of School Readiness Programs at Keystone SMILES Community Learning Center, discussed the impact that staffing shortages are having on the children they serve.

“We know turnover has a really negative impact on a child’s development because the most important indicator of a quality program is the teacher in the classroom. The interactions between teachers and children are critical to a child’s healthy development,” Weeter explained.

Throughout Clarion County and the entire commonwealth, early learning providers are experiencing significant staffing shortages due to a lack of applicants, in part because the average child care worker makes $10. 69 per hour. Speakers made it clear that the child care staffing crisis is very real and impacting local families’ ability to access the care they need in order to work. Now, more than ever, children, their families, and businesses in Clarion County need to have high-quality programs accessible to ensure businesses have the workforce they need.

The panel stressed the need for direct action to boost wages for early care and education professionals.

Given that Governor Wolf’s budget proposal flat funds Pennsylvania’s Child Care Services and Child Care Assistance line items for the third consecutive year, advocates are urging state policymakers to allocate $115 million in sustainable state and/or federal funds to provide a $2 per hour wage supplement for teachers and staff. This would help child care providers retain their current workforce.

Expanding access to state-funded high-quality pre-k for more eligible children was also discussed.

Knox Borough Police Chief Nicole Bauer (pictured below), noted the significant long-term research showing that young children who participate in high-quality early learning programs are less likely to be held back in school, are more likely to graduate from high school, and are less likely to have problematic social and self-control behavior that can lead to later juvenile and adult crime.

Also participating was Clarion County District Attorney Drew Welsh. He described important benefits that children receive when early learning providers engage parents to help their children become eager learners. Healthy child development and being ready to enter school put children on the path to success instead of delinquency, he said.

Bruce Clash, Pennsylvania State Director of Fight Crime: Invest in Kids, added, “Law enforcement leaders know that our best strategy to increase public safety is to expand programs like high-quality pre-k.”

Governor Wolf’s proposed 2022-23 state budget includes a $60 million increase for Pre-K Counts and $10 million increase for the Head Start State Supplemental Assistance Program, which continues the tradition of expanding access to high-quality pre-k. This new funding will serve approximately 2,300 additional children in these high-quality early learning programs and would provide a rate increase for providers to increase teacher compensation, bolster the early education workforce, and enhance program
quality.

Localized data was also provided, showing that 94 percent of the 570 eligible children under age five in Clarion County are not served by Child Care Works (CCW), the Pennsylvania state-subsidized child care program based on family income. Additionally, 241 children – or 45 percent of eligible children – do not have access to high-quality publicly funded pre-k in Clarion County.

Pre-K for PA launched in 2014 with the vision that every 3- and 4-year-old in Pennsylvania will have access to high-quality pre-k. Learn more at www.prekforpa.org.

Start Strong PA launched in 2019 to support healthy child development, working families, and the economy by increasing access to and affordability of high-quality child care programs for young children. Learn more at www.startstrongpa.org.

The river forms in Johnsonburg in the center of Elk County at the confluence of its East and West Branches. The Eastern Branch, approximately 24 km long, originates in northeastern Elk County and flows southwest across the East Branch Lake of the Clarion River to join the Western Branch. The river generally flows west-southwest through western Pennsylvania along a narrow meandering course past the Ridgway and Clarion. It joins Allegheny from east to west. Clarion County is about 8 miles south of Emlenton.

Clarion is a designated part of the National Wild and Scenic River Program.

History

Until 1817, the Clarion River was more commonly called “Tobeco”, probably a corruption of Tuppik-Hanne meaning a stream flowing from a large spring. French explorers named the river Rivière aux Fiel. Settlers named it Toby or Stump Creek as early as 1809. The name Clarion was given by surveyor Daniel Stanard in 1817, who said that the water sounded like a distant loud sound. [5]

In the late 19th and early 20th centuries much of what is now the Allegheny National Forest and surrounding areas were cleared, in part to make room for the oil boom that followed Edwin Drake’s discovery of oil near Titusville on August 27, 1859. but also for wood chemistry. [6] The bark was especially in great demand for local tanneries that produced huge quantities of leather. This deforestation significantly degraded the upper Allegheny watershed as a whole, leading to flooding in the lower reaches (particularly in Pittsburgh), and eventually to the declaration of a national forest in 1923, but in the case of the Clarion River, runoff from tanneries exacerbated the problem, as did acid mine drainage. [7] Clarion was an important part of the lumber industry, allowing timber to be transported downstream to Allegheny, then Ohio, and eventually the Mississippi. The Clarion River has become the most polluted waterway in Pennsylvania.

The regrowth of the forest did much to restore the Clarion River, and a major cleanup was carried out in the 1980s. Today the river is used for fishing, canoeing and other recreational activities. [8] and passes through extensive areas of wilderness and forests, including 4,241 acres (17.16 km 2 ) of an inventoryed roadless area proposed as a national nature reserve. [9] In 1996, the 83.2 km section of the Clarion River was designated a National Wild and Scenic River. [10] The Cooksburg Bridge is in western Clarion County, passes through the narrow peak of Forest County in the middle, and is in Jefferson County in eastern Jefferson County. 9 “Clarion River Archived 2009-07-14 at the Wayback Machine,” National Wild and Scenic River System

<£ MUSIC SALON GOOD SOUND at REASONABLE PRICES Clarion radio Let's suppose you have purchased a new domestic car and are morally ready to buy a music system. Naturally, you want to spend not a lot of money, but get the maximum pleasure. Where to start? You need to start with the radio. In this case, it is worth immediately considering the possibility of connecting a C-Di-changer. If you have a CD library (or are about to acquire one), then you can’t do without it. It is desirable that the radio has a built-in amplifier, otherwise the cost of a music complex for a car will increase several times. Most radio tape recorders on our market have built-in amplifiers. They give out power from 20 to 35 watts per channel, but there are four channels. Do not forget that the maximum output power is indicated here, and the nominal power is one and a half times less, however, and this is quite enough to sound the interior of your car. Devices with a two-channel amplifier are already completely outdated. For the future expansion of the music system, it’s not bad at all if the radio has a line output. When buying, pay special attention to the radio tuner. It must be completely electronic (with digital indication, without rotary knobs on the C-Di-changer “Clarion”. Construction) with a sufficiently capacious memory. The presence of the Russian range of ultrashort waves, known as VHF (66.8-74.0 MHz) European – FM, 87.5-108 MHz), is optional – it’s a matter of your taste. Remember that most likely there will be no stereo sound on this range – the radio tape recorders simply receive it, but do not decode it into stereo sound. There are few exceptions to the rule. For example, Sony-XRC553SP and XR-C543SP radios with a stereo plus system allow you to listen to stereo sound in both FM and VHF bands. Location of the music system in the car: 1 – radio; 2 – tweeters on the front panel; 3 – speakers in the doors; 4 – rear coaxial speakers; 5 – CD changer under the rear shelf The next step is probably the most difficult: the selection of acoustic systems or speakers. In our market you can find almost the entire range of acoustic systems produced in the world. So it’s easy to get lost. Based on the ratio of price and quality, spaced acoustics in front and three-way or two-way coaxial rear seem to be optimal. During installation, problems may arise with the “front acoustics”: a mid-frequency speaker cannot always be placed in the Alpine Amplifier staff. At the time of this writing, 16 stations were operating in the FM band in Moscow. Some of them broadcast in other bands (VHF, MW). In turn, VHF stations can be found in the range of medium, long waves and FM. Therefore, if there is no VHF band, this is not God knows what a loss. By the way, for the tuner to work properly, do not forget to purchase an antenna. 76 DRIVING 6/97th place due to … the lack of it. It is provided, for example, in front-wheel drive “frets” only with “high” pas-Three-way speaker system “Clarion”. Two-component acoustic system JBL. instrument panel. You can try to install these speakers in the front doors, but remember that the musical image is created precisely by the front acoustics and there is no point in putting speakers aimed at the legs. The location of the speakers imposes a limitation on their size – the diameter of the cone is 10-13 cm (the larger – the better the sound, so a diameter of 13 cm is preferable). The high-frequency speaker (tweeter) must be placed higher – next to the mirrors or in the corners on the panel next to the glass. The crossover (filter), if any, is easy to hide under the high panel. Here you can advise to purchase a subwoofer – a special low-frequency speaker. An active one, that is, with a built-in amplifier, will be quite sufficient. That’s when the line-out of the radio comes in handy. And if it is not there, you can connect a subwoofer in parallel with the rear speakers. Remember only that its power should be approximately equal to the total output power of the radio. Noise in the high-frequency region most often occurs due to the poor quality of the wires, so immediately buy good ones, since their price is low -1.5-2.5 dollars per meter. When connecting all components, do not forget about the polarity, otherwise the sound will be blurry and as if from nowhere. So, the choice is yours. Of course, you can purchase an FM unit and connect the entire set, but this will cause a lot. the rest are all frequencies above 15 kHz. This is how cars have to – either in a shelf, or they are mounted to do it when they get a radio tape recorder, to regular places. Putting a dynamo in them that does not provide for connecting a mic with a main cone of more than 13 cm of changer (see the beginning of the article), and then it is very difficult, but if you use a shawt to expand the system, note that this is not the best option. shelf, there are no restrictions. How to install To listen to cassettes of such a com, it’s up to you, but it is necessary to fix the plectrum quite enough, but you, firmly and preferably inside the base of an automono, want the beat to sound in the car. The data bank allows you to enter into compact discs (CDs). In fact, for them to wash up to a hundred disc names and listen, you can not buy a disc identification cassette on the screen, an illuminated radio tape recorder, but immediately purchase a CD name, so a player should be in the radio tape recorder. Development of creative abilities of preschool children in project activities

about us

We are pleased to welcome you to the official website of the state budgetary educational institution of kindergarten No. 37 of the combined Vasileo VAMS SENT Petersburg!

“The purpose of teaching a child is to enable him to develop further without the help of a teacher”

E. Hubbard

Our mission: “We accompany the child in the beautiful world of childhood, develop the best, help fight difficulties, play and surprise you, give you calm and educate family values.”

Our mission determines the meaning and content of the activities of the kindergarten, emphasizing its most important role in a child’s life. Our pupils and their families, their needs, interests and desires are the basis of all activities of the kindergarten as an organization. The kindergarten’s mission also sets out the ambitious goal of our aspirations to become one of the city’s leading preschool educational organizations and highlights how important its employees are to the kindergarten, and how the realization of its goals is impossible without the realization of their personal and professional goals. High goals are achieved by a team of like-minded people who are united by a common system of values.

The policy of GBDOU Kindergarten No. 37 of the Vasileostrovsky District reflects the basic values of modern preschool education and its best traditions, orients the teaching staff towards meeting the leading needs of students, parents as their legal representatives and the constant self-development of the teaching staff itself. We provide conditions for the protection of life and strengthening the physical and mental health of pupils; socio-communicative, cognitive, artistic, aesthetic, speech and physical development of children. We carry out qualified correction of deficiencies in the speech development of children. We create conditions for social adaptation, socialization and development of tolerance for children from 3 to 7 years old. The main value for us is the strengthening of health and the comprehensive development of the child, taking into account individual and age characteristics. Therefore, highly qualified teachers work in our preschool educational institution, constantly improving their professional competence. This requires the participation in the educational process of a psychologist teacher, physical education instructor, music director and speech therapists who carry out correction, prevention, development and rehabilitation of pupils. We actively and fruitfully cooperate with medical institutions, the district network community of physical education instructors, which allows us to carry out activities to improve the health of our pupils. We promote the values of “family”, “parenthood” and “childhood”. To do this, we interact with the families of the pupils. In our preschool educational institution, interaction with the families of pupils is carried out by creating conditions for interactive communication between parents and children, providing advice to parents on the mental development of children and correcting their speech, health improvement, and methodological assistance on the upbringing and education of children.

Anti-Semitic graffiti was painted on the doors of a school in Minneapolis, the 17th such incident reported by Jewish communities this year.

Graffiti found on August 1 at Lake Harriet High School in Minneapolis included a swastika and the words “Kids Must Die!” According to local media reports, the graffiti was painted over on the afternoon of 1 August. On August 2, students at the school used chalk to create some street art to spread messages of love and reconciliation. The work included the “Star of David” and messages such as “My place, your place, we all live here” and “Love everyone!”. A second “Chalk Walk: Love Lives Here” was scheduled for August 4.

Steve Hunegs, executive director of the Minnesota and Dakota Jewish Community Council (JCRC), said this is the 17th anti-Semitic incident reported to the JCRC in 2019. “The perpetrators of these incidents intend to spread a message of hate and challenge the openness and respectful atmosphere of our community. We must collectively reject these frightening acts and the hatred they represent,” Hunegs said in a statement. He said the Council is in close contact with the principal and law enforcement officials and that “we appreciate their prompt response to this disturbing incident.

Minneapolis Public School Superintendent Ed Graff said in a statement, “Minneapolis Public Schools condemns anti-Semitic graffiti at Lake Harriet High School in the strongest terms. Our schools must be safe and welcoming places for all of our students, families and communities. And we will join forces against hatred in all its forms.”

“People who did this work are long gone”: photographs by Boris Ramses from an expedition to Xinjiang

Boris Ramses, despite the danger of arrest, travels to Moscow in the summer of 1937 to receive funds to continue work in China. However, since he is under suspicion, not one of the high-ranking employees of the People’s Commissariat of Heavy Industry dared to meet him. The expedition was defeated, and soon curtailed its work, although oil and gold were found. Boris Ramses himself miraculously escaped arrest, despite the fact that a number of his closest colleagues wrote a denunciation against him to the NKVD.

Chaucer and radiocarbon dating

“O young Hugh of Lincoln, tormented by the accursed Jews”? Kashkin and Rumer did not have this! Of course, it wasn’t: the whole of The Prioresses Tale (“Abbess’s Tale”) was not printed in the USSR precisely because of its medieval anti-Semitism. After all, it describes a real blood libel – one of many in England of the XII-XIII centuries. So from Chaucer I learned about this terrible story. And a few weeks ago, a sensational discovery by scientists became public knowledge…

Traitors

What kept them? Definitely not love for Crimea, Ukraine, Russians or Tatars. Podolsky’s life revolved around Judaism and Israel. He looked after the synagogue, unlocked the doors on Saturday mornings. He wore a khaki army cap as a sign of solidarity with the Jewish settlers. He closely followed the development of events in Israel, read newspapers in Hebrew on the Internet… What prevented him from returning to where his soul was definitely striving?

Sad Jew Edelman

Marek Edelman’s life did not last four years under the Germans in the ghetto, and then the remaining 65 years “normally”. It lasted four years in the ghetto, including months of deadly sorties, fights, hiding, leaving for the “Aryan side”, returning behind the wall, behind the wire. This so radically changed the composition of his blood that he lived the remaining 65 years of his seemingly normal life to the fullest, just like those four, just like those months on the verge of death.

History

Heart of the Earth Survival School was founded in January 1972 [2] through the American Indian Movement. [3] Title VII of the Education Act of India enacted by Congress on June 23, 1972 contributed to the creation of the Heart of the Earth. [4] This act allowed the Indians to control the education of their people; a policy different from the US policy previously applied by boarding schools that dominated Indian education for 19and 20 centuries. [4]

Heart of the Earth / Oh Day Aki became a charter school in 1999. [5] [6] Minneapolis Public Schools terminated the district’s sponsorship of the school in August 2008 after an audit found over $160,000 in financial mismatches. [7]

In 2010, former school principal Joel Pourier was sentenced to 10 years in prison for stealing over a million dollars from the school, a crime that closed the school. [8]

Campus

Location The school on 4th Street Southeast was located in the Dinkytown neighborhood of the Marcy Holmes neighborhood of Minneapolis.

Curriculum

Survival School is an alternative to public and Bureau of Indian Affairs schools most commonly offered to Indian communities on reservations. Survival schools provide instruction in native languages such as Ojibwe and Lakota. Courses, even basic ones, focus on Indian culture. [9] Part of the original purpose of Heart of the Earth was to teach urban Indian children life skills that had disappeared, such as “hunting, fishing, picking maple syrup and picking wild rice”, and to help Indian students understand their culture. [10] The school originally provided practical training to Indian students who did not want to pursue higher education.

Angels’ Place Childcare

Our daughter Elle started Angels Place Daycare in 2021. She is our baby and our first child that has attended daycare. I was extremely nervous and had a lot of anxiety prior to Elle starting. I remember first meeting Ms. Rina and instantly feeling like I have known her my entire life. She sat andtalked to me for about two hours and reassured me that Elle would be in great care. That meant a lot to me. She did not have to, but she took her time to explain many things to me and answer my many questions lol. Elle is a pandemic baby and was home with me for her first year and half. She had separation anxiety and would cry entering a new space with unfamiliar faces. Ms. Rina was very experienced with this and reassured me daily that Elle would adjust. Now, when I come to pick up Elle in the evening, there are days she does not even want to leave. I could not have found a better provider for Elle. Ms. Rina communicates effectively throughout the day and sends reminders when necessary. I am incredibly grateful for Ms. RIna and Cailyn, they are excellent with the children, and I honestly do not know what we would do without them….

Recent Review:

We could not have picked a better daycare provider for our infant daughter. Annie takes such great care of her. She sends picture updates throughout the day and she also sends a daily report card at the end ofthe day detailing what our baby did all day and how much she ate throughout the day. Annie cares for our daughter as if she were her own. When my husband and I met Annie, we immediately knew that she would be the best caregiver for our daughter. We are SO lucky!…

Recent Review:

Our daughter Elle started Angels Place Daycare in 2021. She is our baby and our first child that has attended daycare. I was extremely nervous and had a lot of anxiety prior to Elle starting. I remember firstmeeting Ms. Rina and instantly feeling like I have known her my entire life. She sat and talked to me for about two hours and reassured me that Elle would be in great care. RIna and Cailyn, they are excellent with the children, and I honestly do not know what we would do without them.

AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED

We’re so proud!

Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

SCHOOL-READY

What Learning Looks Like

Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.

Germantown KinderCare Programs

Infant Programs (6 weeks–1 year)

Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our
centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with
you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant
classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and
ready to explore their world.

Toddler Programs (1–2 Years)

Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s
because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the
place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll
help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.

Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)

This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.

Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)

This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!

Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)

When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community.  Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.

Before- and After-School Programs (5–12 Years)

You can count on us to provide reliable care for your school-ager while you’re
at work, with safe transportation from our center to your child’s school and
back! Whether your child wants to start a drama club, build a volcano, or
create a comic book, they will have a place to follow their dreams. Your child
will start and end the day with a whole lot of fun!

School Break Programs (preschool, prekindergarten, and school-age)

Winter break, spring break, summer break—when school’s out (but you still need to work), you
can count on KinderCare to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that’s focused
on fun. We welcome children ages 5–12 during school break times and make sure they have a
sensational, screen-free experience they won’t forget.

Participating Child Care Aware Center

KinderCare partners with Child Care Aware® of America to offer fee assistance for
Active Duty military families and flexible support to fit their needs when care at a Child
Development Center on the installation is not available.

Learning Adventures – Enrichment Program

Cooking Academy™ (3 – 12 Years)

In Cooking Academy, kids learn new recipes from cultures around the world and
develop a healthy relationship with food. They’ll whip up everything from Southwest
rainbow lettuce wraps to pumpkin muffins, building their skills in STEM, communication,
and more along the way. And yes—little chefs get to eat their culinary creations!

Music Explorers™ (2 – 4 Years)

KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning
Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play
instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math,
science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare
way of learning the foundations of music.

Phonics Adventures® (2 – 4 Years)

Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love
books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program.
From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters
and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who
attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we
have the data to prove it.)

STEM Innovators (3-8 Years)

You’ve probably heard a lot about how important STEM education is for your child, but
what does that really mean? Our STEM Innovators program takes kids’ natural ability to
make sense of the world and applies it to robotics, chemistry, coding, geology, and
more. While your child experiments, they’ll discover how to use technology to do
amazing things!

Our Teachers

We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.

Meet just a few of our amazing KinderCare teachers!

A KINDERCARE TEACHER WITH

An Artist’s Heart

“My classroom is full of art!” says Mary Annthipie-Bane, an award-winning early childhood educator at KinderCare. Art and creative expression, she says, help children discover who they really are.

We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We’re so proud to have been named one of Gallup’s 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award.
When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience
an amazing place to learn and grow.

Ponomarev: “Karpin went too far with experiments, some kind of kindergarten”

17 November 2022 • 21:15

Share:

Football expert Vladimir Ponomarev in an exclusive interview for the online publication Euro-Futbol.Ru shared his opinion about the match between the Russian national team and Tajikistan.

– Disappointed with the result?

– Well, why be disappointed? Karpin put up an experimental composition. The team must be a team. Players should give their best as if we are playing in the World Cup. And no more than two or three newcomers should be allowed into the squad. And he exposed the youth. What did he expect? What will the new Pele appear? In such an environment, he will not appear. This requires leading figures who have already played in the national team. And Karpin released the composition on the field to see what happens. This is not how national team players are brought up. Nothing good has come of it.

– Who was more interesting to watch from this line-up?

– I wanted to see Sychevy. What he really is. He played in the second half, but I didn’t see him. I thought he wasn’t on the field. There is a lot of talk about him, but he showed nothing today. Why put these guys? It is necessary to release newcomers gradually, and then on the condition that we win. And you must always win. This is the task that our team should face in every match. Whoever they play with. And the goal – to view the players, it seems to me, is wrong. Karpin went too far with experiments. Kindergarten of some kind, it turns out.

– Many experts were sure that Russia would easily beat Tajikistan. Why didn’t this happen?

– It doesn’t happen like that. It was necessary to put a normal composition that is able to win.

Apparently, Karpin decided to release close to the main squad for the next match with Uzbekistan. But playing in two days on the third is normal. Moreover, as we now play in friendly matches – we go on foot. We do not show any speed qualities. Departed two halves today and all.

– So you didn’t see the motivation of our footballers?

– No. I even wonder. Motivation should always be, since you play in the national team. The eyes must be on fire. Well, they would run around the field. At least it could be done. And they all walked across the field.

– Pinyaev became the youngest debutant in our national team in history, overtaking Akinfeev. How would you rate his game?

– He alone on the left flank showed that he could beat someone. And this is a debutant. The rest didn’t do that either. How they played in the yard. Only through the pass. In order not to lose the ball, God forbid, and then they were not reproached for it. They were all afraid of it. In addition to Pinyaev, no one was remembered at all. Zakharyan came out, tried to do something in the middle of the field. Bridge also did not notice. Nothing interesting was shown by our team.

– Pesyakov was injured. How would you rate this episode?

Advertising

– He is to blame. The field was artificial. I heard that they just laid a carpet, probably of the very first generation, on a concrete base. He sprained his ankle. It’s OK. You just had to hit the ball, and he began to think of something.

– Why were there no scoring chances today?

– I didn’t see any at all. There were no shots on goal. How can you play football in such a way that you never break through?

– Are the forecasts more optimistic with Uzbekistan or vice versa?

– The game will be more interesting. We have to show ourselves better. And I’m just ashamed to watch matches with such a line-up. Guys can’t. They are all newbies. Here is the disastrous result. It was necessary to score at least two goals with such an opponent. And we saw an incomprehensible running around.

Pre-school educational institution “Skazka” became a bronze medalist in the nomination “The best practice of dispatching consulting”. Kindergarten counseling center established in 2019year. As part of the national project “Education”, teachers provide psychological, pedagogical, methodological and advisory assistance to parents on the upbringing and education of children. – Consultations, useful tips, recommendations given by experienced teachers and specialists of our kindergarten are intended for parents of children from birth to 18 years old. Description:

Why chose an In home daycare? Parents see their daycare provider every day of the week and in most cases, she is the only one, there are no other teachers or assistants. It’s just the provider which means thatall your communication and interactions are with that one person. Parents also likely get to know a provider’s family and they have access to her business five days a week, these are things that most people only share with friends and family, not business clients. For the children, the provider becomes someone that they can trust and feel safe with. Someone that encourages them to try new things and explore the world around them.
Providers also become a great source of support and advice for parents. They work together as a team to create behavior, social, and educational goals for the child. Unlike daycare centers, which have very large staff turnover rates, a home care provider is dedicated to her business and can be someone you can rely on. Your child will be able to bond with them without the threat of having to separate from them in order to move to a different room because of age or having staff that is continually rotating. Consistency is so important for kids and having a stable caring provider helps them feel secure when mom and dad are not around.

What do we know about the history of the New Year’s electric garland?

The tradition of decorating the Christmas tree dates back hundreds of years. People have always strived to dress her up so that she is the most beautiful heroine of the holiday. A variety of toys, sugar sticks, various crafts, and golden tinsel were used. Literally everything was done to make it sparkle and shine.

People have always wanted a tree to shine with its own light. Already in the middle of the 17th century, many European houses began to use small candles to decorate the Christmas tree, which were securely attached to the Christmas tree branches. They were lit on New Year’s Eve. In fact, these were the prototypes of modern garlands. Naturally, it was quite dangerous. Both the golden tinsel and the spruce itself could flare up from the fire. Because of the increased danger, they were lit for one night, but this spectacle was all the more valuable and exciting. People for the sake of creating a festive atmosphere were ready to give up even security! In order to prevent fires, some wealthy families even kept a special servant who was tirelessly on duty near the spruce. And a bucket of water next to the Christmas tree was in every house.

There is a biblical tradition about how the trees – palm, olive and spruce – wanted to congratulate the born Christ on his birth. But there was nothing to present to the baby except for its prickly needles and sticky resin – and the tree friends ridiculed her. The angel watched what was happening and took pity on the modest tree, at the wave of his hand the stars from the sky decorated the thorny branches with many bright lights, and it was to them, the cheerful lights, that the divine baby reached out.

In July 2006, in the Valley of the Kings near Luxor, archaeologists discovered a tomb containing eight sarcophagi. The remains of garlands were found in the last sarcophagus. These are ornaments with woven gold threads and flowers. It is believed that they were worn on the shoulders by members of the pharaoh’s family. The bodies of royal persons were also decorated with garlands even after death. Before this discovery, garlands were seen only in ancient Egyptian drawings.

Flower garlands discovered in the eighth sarcophagus

The authorship of the first electric garland is controversial, it is attributed to the American Edward Johnson, assistant to Thomas Edison, and also to the Englishman Ralph Morris. In 1882, Edward Jones connected together 80 small electric light bulbs, which were painted in different colors: red, blue and white. He invited journalists to the presentation of his invention, but, alas, they did not show due attention to this event. Only one journalist responded to the invitation, and even he did not appreciate Johnson’s work. Therefore, Edward’s invention went unnoticed.

Ralph Morris was a telephone operator. The idea of an electric garland came to his mind in 1895. Regularly observing the chains of electric light bulbs in telephone switchboards, Morris came up with the idea to hang strings of light bulbs on a Christmas tree. His idea was quickly taken up.

In 1895, the first electric Christmas garland was made in the USA, which decorated the fir tree in front of the White House. The next appearance of outdoor Christmas trees with electric garlands was in Finland in 1906 year.

The real breakthrough in the use of electric lights as decoration did not come until 1917, when a fifteen-year-old teenager Albert Sadakka, after reading about the tragic fire of Christmas tree candles in New York, decided to create a truly safe and affordable garland himself. He closed the chain of light bulbs into a single grid, thus creating what in the modern concept is an electric garland. A few years later, this invention brought Albert a fortune.

In Soviet Russia, the first garlands began to be produced only in 1938, because during the First World War, in 1916, the Holy Synod considered the Christmas tree a “German custom” and condemned its use. A few years after the October Revolution, in 1924, the authorities banned Christmas, considering it a “priestly holiday.” Only at the end of 1935, people were allowed to officially celebrate the New Year with decorated Christmas trees. Only by 1938 in Russia, finally, did the mass production of electric garlands begin.

Of course, the samples of electric garlands of the 30s were radically different from those existing today. These were ordinary car light bulbs, soldered to one wire, painted with varnishes and paints. Despite their primitiveness, the garlands of the Moscow Electric Lamp Plant were popular. This is quite understandable, since in the difficult war years there was no time for excesses, and they carried comfort and warmth.

At the end of the 1950s, garlands – toys appeared: a filament was fixed inside a figure made of thick glass, and the figure itself was inserted into a base, which was fixed on a wire.

In the 60s, mass production of electric garlands began. At the same time, the fastening of garlands with clothespins appeared.

The beginning of the space age was also reflected in the theme of New Year’s garlands: asteroids, satellites, rockets, flying saucers – the main topics of that time.

In the 70s, garlands in the form of lanterns of various types and shapes came into fashion. The familiar simple garlands were still the decoration of Christmas trees, but they somewhat changed their appearance.

Over time, the electric garland has undergone a number of changes in form and principles of operation. With the development of electronics, control units arose that set various programs for turning on or off individual luminous elements.

Currently, there are several types of electric garlands.

Apache2 Debian Default Page: It works

Apache2 Debian Default Page

This is the default welcome page used to test the correct
operation of the Apache2 server after installation on Debian systems.
If you can read this page, it means that the Apache HTTP server installed at
this site is working properly. You should replace this file (located at
/var/www/html/index.html) before continuing to operate your HTTP server.

If you are a normal user of this web site and don’t know what this page is
about, this probably means that the site is currently unavailable due to
maintenance.
If the problem persists, please contact the site’s administrator.

Debian’s Apache2 default configuration is different from the
upstream default configuration, and split into several files optimized for
interaction with Debian tools. The configuration system is
fully documented in
/usr/share/doc/apache2/README.Debian.gz
. Refer to this for the full
documentation. Documentation for the web server itself can be
found by accessing the manual if the apache2-doc
package was installed on this server.

The configuration layout for an Apache2 web server installation on Debian systems is as follows:

/etc/apache2/
|-- apache2.conf
| `-- ports.conf
|-- mods-enabled
| |-- *.load
| `-- *.conf
|-- conf-enabled
| `-- *.conf
|-- sites-enabled
| `-- *.conf

  • apache2. conf is the main configuration
file. It puts the pieces together by including all remaining configuration
files when starting up the web server.
  • ports.conf is always included from the
main configuration file. It is used to determine the listening ports for
incoming connections, and this file can be customized anytime.
  • Configuration files in the mods-enabled/,
    conf-enabled/ and sites-enabled/ directories contain
particular configuration snippets which manage modules, global configuration
fragments, or virtual host configurations, respectively.
  • They are activated by symlinking available
    configuration files from their respective
*-available/ counterparts. These should be managed
    by using our helpers

    a2enmod,
    a2dismod,

    a2ensite,
    a2dissite,

    and

    a2enconf,
    a2disconf
. See their respective man pages for detailed information.

  • The binary is called apache2. Due to the use of
environment variables, in the default configuration, apache2 needs to be
    started/stopped with /etc/init.d/apache2 or apache2ctl.
Calling /usr/bin/apache2 directly will not work with the
    default configuration.

By default, Debian does not allow access through the web browser to
any file apart of those located in /var/www,
public_html
directories (when enabled) and /usr/share (for web
applications). If your site is using a web document root
located elsewhere (such as in /srv) you may need to whitelist your
document root directory in /etc/apache2/apache2.conf.

The default Debian document root is /var/www/html. You
can make your own virtual hosts under /var/www. This is different
to previous releases which provides better security out of the box.

Please use the reportbug tool to report bugs in the
Apache2 package with Debian. However, check existing bug reports before reporting a new bug.

Please report bugs specific to modules (such as PHP and others)
to respective packages, not to the web server itself.

Dmitry Petrov on how one rock festival changed humanity

Sometimes a few breakthrough hours in the space of culture are more effective than months of political struggle. 50 years ago, the Woodstock Festival became a powerful challenge to the mainstream and one of the most important events in the history of music of the 20th century. And at the same time, he influenced the worldview of mankind.

… At the end of July, the Internet informed the Russians that on August 3 and 4 a festival would be held in Moscow. Say, “the American Woodstock-50 has been canceled, and you can relax in Gorky Park” – to appreciate the classic and exotic, fish-meat-vegetable kebabs. Free admission!

And people appreciated. On Pushkinskaya embankment. And on Pushkinskaya Square and in other parts of the capital at that moment, other Muscovites demanded fair elections. And in the park above the river Chaif, Spleen, Bravo, 7B, Uma2rman, Tequilajazzz, Olga Kormukhina, Sveta Surganova, Yulia Chicherina and others played.

They kind of replaced the crowd Creedence, Jefferson Airplane, Grateful Dead, The Who, Joan Baez, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix and other heroes of Woodstock – a festival held in the States on August 1969th. And, as many believe, “changed modern culture.”

But what is “modern culture” anyway? After all, culture is constantly changing. Although sometimes other styles and codes dominate for a long time. But they also give way to unprecedented, unheard of, and even rejected at first movements, in turn changing the picture of the world of huge audiences.

In the 19th century, the Impressionists go through this – they are vilified in devastating articles and pictures, but the public accepts them. The same thing happened to futurism at the dawn of the 20th century, which declared itself the cultural weapon of the revolution. And in the USSR – with jazz and avant-garde in painting, sculpture, literature. The authorities see them as “the harmful influence of the West.” And she’s right.

The impulse of freedom charges the public, crumbles the concrete of socialist realism – one of the foundations of the “red project”. And Khrushchev’s pogrom hysteria at the avant-garde exhibition in the Manezh in 1962, the demolition of the rebellious “bulldozer” exhibition in the South-West of Moscow in 1974, the persecution of the authors of the Metropol who rebelled against censorship in 1980 are not accidental.

And in the “malicious West” everything (or almost everything) begins to change in the 50s. This time with music. The invasion of the world of other music is profusely described. Another thing is that it has merged with social protest for a long time – from hippies to movements for peace and the renewal of society. There were even people-signs of this rebellious community Joan Baez, Janis Joplin, Bob Dylan, John Lennon and many others.

This colossal ferment, invisibly to its participants, began to take in millions of dollars: fashion, music, lyrics, lifestyle flourished an incredibly financially capacious market for beauty, simplicity, social energy and rebellious ideas. All this cost a lot of money. In vain, perhaps the leader of the “Paris May” of 1968, Daniel Cohn-Bendit, called his memoirs about that brightest countercultural outbreak Le Grand Bazar – “The Grand Bazaar”.

Rock music, on the one hand, is a banner and an advertising banner, on the other, an aura, and on the third, the fuse of the 60-70s rebellion. And its important episode is a festival near the town of Woodstock (New York), named after him.

This plot is described in detail. But here’s what’s important: the producers want to sell 50,000 tickets. But they see: there will be many more people. And when the venue of the festival is moved again three days before the start, it remains for them either, by powerfully strengthening the fence and security, to cut off many guests (which is expensive and can cause a scandal), or to spend time and money on building a stage. They choose the second. The fence is being removed.

Admission is free! For nearly half a million members. And the producers, without making money on tickets, go down in history as the authors of a unique cultural event of the century.

The stage is set at the foot of the hill, which descends like a natural amphitheater to the pond, where soon the guests of the festival will swim naked to the music.

The people are pouring in. New York Governor Nelson Rockefeller calls: “I’m sending 10,000 policemen to you.”

– No! the hosts call. – Only not this!

And they try to explain: the arrival of the police is dangerous. Listeners and their favorite music will annoy law enforcement officers with backward tastes. And those – to piss off rock fans who remember how in Chicago the police just a year ago beat up liberal youth who cursed the Vietnam War. Do we need this hostility to escalate into a massacre? The wise governor hangs up. But the state of emergency in the county where Woodstock is located is still being introduced.

However, later it turns out: this is superfluous. For nearly half a million people, there are few accidents: one person dies from an overdose; the second – falling from a high structure; the third is under the wheels of the tractor.

“Everyone who has been to a big open air has, in a sense, been to Woodstock,” says Dan Shilnikov, a musician who has played with many Russian bands. — This is the prototype of the festivals as we know them today. With catharsis, chaos, dancing in the mud and showdowns behind the scenes. But that’s not why he’s a symbol. There have been big shows with big folk rockers before. But at Woodstock, for the first time, the audience became actors no less than the stars. People came from all over America and turned the festival into something more than a series of numbers. As for the music… Taking into account the participants, it couldn’t be bad there. Although personally, I would hardly listen to anything other than the killer set of Ten years after and Hendrix’s textbook version of the US anthem. Woodstock is more of a social phenomenon than a musical one.

Correct. This is an example of self-organization of people. The embodiment of their motto: “Make Love – Not War!” “Make love, not war!” And there is a sea of love. Hundreds of thousands of people live on it, music and freedom for three days. Their behavior is a manifesto: a world without violence is real.

And the manifesto is a challenge to a different vision of the world. The one where struggle is a condition for development; freedom is the camouflage of Orwellian slavery; violence is the main instrument of politics; dominance is a key function of power.

Music, songs, lifestyle of musicians, their fans and those who thought and felt like them, they say to America and the whole world: if today – 25 years after the wild world war – we want to live in harmony with our values, protect the free the world from the Soviets and Red China and be its beacon, if this is not a propaganda stamp, then it’s time to change yourself. Nobody likes this. This is hard work. But we have to.

We don’t have a reform program? She is. Not everyone, but there is. It is articulated by young liberal activists from the Students for a Democratic Society and Free Speech movements. Maybe we don’t all understand that we won’t always be young. But many are aware that soon one of us will replace legislators, officials, the military, “steering stock exchanges”, “industry captains”, “media and show business stars.” In the meantime, we are “rushing” from music, love and freedom in Woodstock. Let’s get together: Love And Peace Forever – “Love and peace – always!”

“Woodstock has made massive what used to be the lot of relatively small groups,” festival producer Alexander Cheparukhin sums up the essence of the matter with a succinct aphorism. “He turned a subculture into a culture.”

There are quite a few people who have been taught and taught: beautiful mottos hide evil thoughts, bright emblems hide dirty goals, gentle songs set up emotions, and pathos is bad.

It also happens. But the idealists (and, paradoxically, the pragmatists) of America and Europe in the 1960s did not think so. As now, millions of those who know: change is inevitable; sing about them and act for them.

What is the result?

Sometimes the world takes turns, after which it cannot remain the same. Oleg Chilap, leader of the Optimal Variant and Pchela-Band groups, believes that “they set a new coordinate system in the perception of the present and the future. If you look into the kaleidoscope labeled “Art”, then … academic music shuddered and changed forever after the premiere in 1913 of Stravinsky’s ballet “The Rite of Spring” … But the role of the “Woodstock Music and Art Fair”, now called “Woodstock” – more. She announced: the world is not black and white and linear, and the new generation is not the pawns of the “masters of life”. It’s a blessing to say, “I’m the Woodstock generation.” And “All you need is Love…”.

What to do if your child is missing

Together with the TASS news agency, we tell you what to do if your child is missing: there is not a minute to lose.

Where to go?

The parent, guardian or legal representative of the child must immediately report the loss by filing a police report or calling 112 (the unified emergency number).

Important: there is a misconception that you have to wait three days from the moment a person disappears in order to file a police report. Contact immediately – the duty officer does not have the right to refuse to accept your application.

If the missing person is found on his own in a couple of hours, no one will fine you, and the probability of finding a child, and even an adult who finds himself in a difficult situation, is much higher if you start looking for him immediately.

What to tell the police?

Take with you to the department documents proving your identity, if possible, documents of the child. Tell us about the special signs and clothes of the missing person, bring his photographs, give the number of his mobile phone or tablet.

If the child’s gadget is issued not to the parents, but to a third party, his statement of consent is also required.

Search and Rescue Squad “Lisa Alert” recommends that you take the contacts of the employee who will deal with your case in order to quickly contact him if the missing person returns home or new information appears about him.

What will the police do?

Police officers will issue a decision on the start of operational search activities using geolocation. This means that the police will be able to obtain information about the latest calls from the minor’s phone and the location of the gadget. The police will notify the court of the start of the operation. Within 48 hours from the start of the search, law enforcement officers will be required to obtain court permission to use the gadget in the search.

“The court will refuse only in exceptional, rare cases, if the procedure for starting the search for a missing child is violated – for example, there is no statement from parents or other legal representatives, or the child was found before consideration of the decision of the body of inquiry in court. This procedure is regulated by the law on operational-investigative activities,” explained Vasily Piskarev, Chairman of the Committee on Security and Anti-Corruption.

Piskarev
Vasily Ivanovich

Deputy of the State Duma elected as part of the federal list of candidates put forward by the All-Russian political party “UNITED RUSSIA”
.

Prior to the entry into force of the law to simplify the search for missing children, the police did not have the right to use the data from the child’s phone until a court decision. There is no opportunity to use the geolocation of gadgets when searching for adults even now.

Who else can help?

Assistance to law enforcement agencies in the search for missing persons is successfully provided by the volunteer detachments “Search for missing children” (8-499-686-02-01, around the clock) and “Lisa Alert” (8-800-700-54-52, around the clock ). They can also provide broad informational support and psychological assistance.

Such organizations will never ask you for money and will require you to file a complaint with the police first.

What should parents do?

Lisa Alert advises to thoroughly search the house and surroundings, as the child may have hidden or fallen asleep in the closet, in the attic, under the bed, or in some other secluded place.

Call the child’s friends and relatives, they may have the information you need.

Searching for a child on your own using social media posts can be a waste of time. “Psychics will call, false employees of anything and offer their services for money, assuring that they know exactly where the child is,” explains the coordinator of the Lisa Alert search and rescue team, senior in the Education and Forest in touch” Oleg Leonov.

The same applies to posting ads around the city with a photo of a child. However, if the orientations are compiled by a search organization or the police, and they contain the contacts of these organizations, then your help in distribution will only be welcome.

90,000 “Acquaintance with the northern deer” NOD in the senior group

compiler:

Jazova Fatima Khasanovna,

Educator

MBDOU DS Yanao G NEW Urengoy

Targe : Development of cognitive interest in children

Tasks: To expand children’s knowledge and ideas about the features of the appearance of a deer, habits and adaptation to the tundra habitat, to expand children’s ideas about animal life in the conditions of the Far North. about the basis of life on Yamal.0003

Preliminary work: Outdoor games “Catching deer”? “The deer has a big house” – looking at illustrations, reading art literature.

Vocabulary work: Branching antlers, reindeer herder, roaming, herd,

Educator : Guys, I’ll give you a riddle, and you, having solved it, will find out who it is about.

He is a good friend to everyone

in the tundra, where the Arctic Circle is.

Has horns and warm fur,

what keeps everyone warm in winter.

Carries sleds far,

is easy with him in the North.

Searching for reindeer moss all day long. (reindeer)

Guys, who was at the holiday of the peoples of the North?

Did you see reindeer at the festival?

What are they? What does a reindeer look like?

Children’s answers…

Educator. Guys, Yamal – our small homeland is called the “deer land”. Yamal has the largest herds of deer in Russia. The reindeer is a resident of the Far North. He is not afraid of either severe frosts or deep snows. Deer in Yamal is considered a sacred animal.

Consideration: Guys, what can you tell about the deer? What is he?

Children’s answers…

Guys, look how interesting and beautiful deer’s antlers are. What are they?

Children’s answers…

Educator : The deer’s branched antlers are the most noticeable decoration of this animal. The horns are long, thin and curved. The horns of the animal are covered with fine wool. Change of horns necessarily occurs once a year. In their place, new ones immediately begin to grow. The main function of deer antlers is defense and attack.

Reindeer use their antlers as tools, digging snow with them to get their food.

Teacher: Guys, why do you think deer don’t get cold in winter?

Children’s answers.

Educator: That’s right, deer skin is covered with fur, in summer the fur is thin and short, and in winter it is covered with long and thick fur. The reindeer tolerates frost well, due to the dense hairline, which does not let the cold wind through. The color is light gray in winter, with a brown tint in summer.

Educator : Guys, why do you think deer don’t fall into the snow?

Children’s answers…

Educator: Guys, look how thick the deer’s hooves are. When a deer walks on soft soil or snow, the hooves move apart, so it stands more firmly on its feet, is stable and does not fall.

What are deer?

– Wild and domestic.

Educator : Children, what do you think is the difference between a wild deer and a domestic one?

Children: They live and roam the tundra, get their own food, and domestic reindeer live near people.

Educator: Right. Wild reindeer roam the tundra by themselves. Usually wild reindeer are kept in herds, in which many animals gather. Domestic deer are kept in herds and are looked after by humans.

Teacher : What is the name of the person who looks after the deer?

Children: Reindeer breeder

Educator: Let’s look at the screen and compare the images of 2 deer: wild and domestic

Children describe deer: They are very similar. The reindeer has an elongated squat body. On the neck is a short, not always noticeable mane, the muzzle is elongated. Coloration brown in summer, gray in winter. Little deer are one-colored. Both males and females have horns. They are very long and thin.

Teacher: Wild deer are taller and somewhat larger.

And now let’s play a game

Physical minute game “A deer has a big house”0034

Big house (hands over head “house”)

He looks (with his right hand above his eyes)

Into his window (with both hands, first vertically, then horizontally the window is depicted) (

Hare palms to the head, like the ears of a hare)

runs through the forest (clench hands in fists, bend elbows, pretend to run)

Knocking at the door: (knock with fist)

“Knock-knock

Open the door (depict how the door opens)

There in the forest (point backwards with your thumb over your shoulder)

The hunter is evil!” (angry face)

“Hare, hare, run (make a hare again)

Give me a paw!” (give a hand)

Educator : Well done! Guys, let’s get to know the reindeer further.

Where do reindeer live? Who knows?

Answers of children. Reindeer are travelers. Huge herds roam the tundra, making great transitions. And at the head of the herd is the leader – the most experienced and strong deer. Deer live in large herds, so it’s easier to find food and fight off enemies.

Educator : Guys, what do reindeer eat? Who knows?

Answers from children…

Educator: favorite delicacy is reindeer moss. This moss grows like a solid carpet in the tundra all year round. Possessing a sharp sense of smell, they can smell reindeer moss even under a thick layer of snow. And in summer, deer eat mushrooms, berries, leaves of shrubs.

Educator: In winter, tundra reindeer move to reindeer moss – lichen, which is also called “reindeer moss”. They gnaw their horns, drink sea water. They have a very developed sense of smell, they can detect food that is under the snow at a depth of more than a meter. But it takes a lot of energy for these animals to dig out food, so they always try to leave for less snowy areas, that is, they roam.

Teacher : Guys, what is the name of the person who looks after the deer?

Children: reindeer herder.

Educator: Right. And now I propose to play the game.

Outdoor game “Catching deer”

Purpose : exercise in running; learn to follow the rules of the game;

Rules of the game: run lightly; catch deer on a signal; the circle closes when a larger number of players are caught; deer try not to get into the circle, but once they get into the circle, they no longer break out.

The players are divided into two groups. Some are deer, others are shepherds. The reindeer herders join hands and stand in a semicircle facing the reindeer. Deer run around the outlined area. At the signal “Catch!” reindeer herders try to catch the reindeer and complete the circle.

Educator: Guys, why do you think the deer does not freeze in winter?

Children: They have warm coats and get fat in winter.

Educator: Deer feel great in the harsh northern nature. Their body is covered with thick and long hair. Especially thick hair on the neck. In winter, hair thickens, air forms under it, which prevents heat loss. By winter, deer get fat.

Educator: What is the name of the deer in the herd,

Children: Vazhenka

Educator: Who is the leader in the deer herd?

Children: …

Educator: what are the names of deer cubs

Children: Deer.

And now let’s play the game “Vazhenka and deer”.

There are hoops around the hall. In each of them there is a woman and two deer. The wolf sits in the corner.

An important woman is wandering in the tundra,

Deer cubs are with her,

Explains to everyone

Everything that is not clear…

Stomping in the puddles

Little deer,

Patiently listening

Mother’s instructions.

Playing reindeer freely run around the hall, bend over: eat grass, drink water. To the words “The wolf is coming!” deer and deer run away to their houses. The captured deer is taken away by the wolf

Educator: The deer is called the tramp of the North, because it constantly roams the tundra in search of food. Quite often, a blizzard catches them on the way. Deer prefer areas where there is a lot of moss and alpine grasses that make up their food. Reindeer make annual journeys, in the spring from the forests to the tundra, and in the summer, when clouds of mosquitoes appear there, they run back to the forests. Such migrations are carried out in large herds.

Educator: Guys, do you think deer have enemies?

Children: Yes, the most terrible animal for a deer is a wolf.

Educator: The main enemies of the reindeer in the tundra are wolves. They literally follow the herd, attacking young, not yet strong, and old individuals. Wolves usually hunt them in packs.

Educator: Who else do you think can harm deer?

Children: People.

Educator: A man develops the tundra, develops new deposits of gas and oil, but the deer suffers from this. The technique spoils the vegetation of the tundra. A deer cannot exist without food.

Educator: The deer have trampled the path, so they will walk there. They retain this instinct of wild life. Our task today is not to violate these paths. And in order not to disturb these paths, people came up with the idea of raising a gas pipe above the path, or placing it deeper into the ground.

Educator: listen to the verses that Sveta and Sasha have prepared for you

Love your native nature

Lakes, forests and fields

After all, this is ours with you

Forever native land!

You and I were born on it

You and I live on it

Let us all be together, children

We treat her kindly.

Educator: Guys, there is probably no more useful pet in the world than a reindeer. From time immemorial, it has served people as food, clothing, transport, without a deer, the life of the indigenous people in the harsh climate of the north is impossible.

The reindeer is a part of the nature of the northern region, the basis of life on the territory of the region of white snows, it is a symbol and pride of Yamal.

Let’s preserve and protect our nature. After all, it depends on us how animals will live in it.

Summing up.

Children discuss what they liked and why.

    AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED

    We’re so proud!

Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

    SCHOOL-READY

    What Learning Looks Like

Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.

    Pleasanton KinderCare Programs

    Kindergarten Programs (5–6 Years)

Welcome to kindergarten: the gateway to grade school and everything that
comes next! Offered in select centers, our kindergarten programs have small
class sizes and curriculums that mix learning and fun. The basic building
blocks of reading, writing, math, and science are key in kindergarten, so we
make sure they get lots of practice in all of these areas.

    Family Stories

Don’t take our word for it. Hear what our families have to say about our amazing center!

    • I wanted to take a moment to tell you how wonderful you, Ms. Brenda, and the teachers are at the Pleasanton KinderCare office. We have been a part of your preschool for several months now, and are thrilled at the level of professionalism, love and care you provide our children. All of your teachers and staff members have been outstanding in their interactions with us. There are a few that have stood out that I would like to mention. Ms. Nicole has been very encouraging to our son Jaitin, to get proficient with toilet training. Her patience and loving nature to keep him motivated has been very helpful to us. We can truly see the love she has for this age group, and helping them learn life-long lessons in independence. Ms. Ashley has a bright smile and positive energy that she radiates to the parents and children alike. She’s genuine in her comments and follow-up to ensure our son is always taken care of. Ms. Shubra’s sincere excitement to teach our daughter is infectious! Shreya is excited to tell us about her day, repeat the lessons learned, and get her homework started. This is a fantastic foundation for her to learn that school is fun, and there is a whole world to explore.

I also wanted to mention that we had a short time with Ms. Evan and Ms. Samita before our daughter moved to the new classroom, but even within that short amount of time, we could see their dedication to welcoming our daughter in their class room with open arms and smiling faces. They were very patient in answering all of our questions, and orienting us to the rules of the classroom.  We are also looking forward to Jaitin moving up to Ms. Minnie’s class. She too has taken time to introduce herself to us, and to share how happy she is that Jaitin will be a part of her room. This is a great feeling, and something we are all looking forward too.

And of course, a big thank you to Ms. Brenda and Ms. Narinder. We were so nervous having to move to a new city, and start a new daycare all at once. You both have been very welcoming to our family, and we feel like we’ve been with you for years!

      With warmest regards,

      Payal and Benjamin

Payal and Benjamin – KinderCare Parent
    • This is my fifth year having my daughter at Pleasanton KinderCare. To start with, the staff is phenomenal! Every teacher we have encountered has been amazing with my daughter and the same can be said for the directors and all office staff. As we walk into this center every morning, we are greeted with smiles, welcoming hellos and excitement. And every night we leave with the same smiles saying good-bye! The educational program is fantastic, from the early years of learning, like how to eat with a spoon, to most recent years of reading. Every classroom my daughter attended, I felt I left her in the most caring and loving arms. KinderCare offers a great mix of play and education. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have my daughter learn to make friends, be a friend and prepare for elementary school.

      J. Family – KinderCare Parent
    • Both of our kids have been at KinderCare since they were about four months old and we couldn’t be happier with their development socially and academically. Our four year old begs to come to school on the weekends and when we take vacations she is eager to return to school and her teachers and friends. Because of the warm environment she has an overall love of learning and takes pride in her academic accomplishments. We see a vast difference between her knowledge bank and friends who attend other day care or in home day care facilities. Our daughter is light years ahead of other kids from an academic and social aspect.  The staff and teachers at KinderCare treat our children like one of their own and because of this it makes it much easier to go to work each day knowing that our kids are being taken care of, loved and are learning!

      Zimmerman Family – KinderCare Parent
    • KinderCare has been truly an amazing experience for my family. My family moved to a new city with no family and we had to put our daughter into daycare for the first time at 11 months.  It was daunting to think about the idea that she would be in the hands of someone else for a large part of the day. When she started, she only took bottles (formula), and had a sporadic nap schedule. She was also still crawling when most of the kids in her room were already walking. The staff at KinderCare ensured me that she would eat and nap like all the other kids in a short time, and she’d adjust to the schedule and program. Within one week, the teachers at KinderCare had my daughter eating only solid food, napping once a day, and walking like all the other kids.  I was so shocked that she adjusted so quickly.

My daughter loves going every morning and looks forward to seeing her friends. She has blossomed into a lovely and social little girl. At 18 months, she is speaking numerous words and is always sharing the new things she learned at KinderCare. KinderCare is more than just a daycare to us  – it is a loving and nurturing environment that gives us peace when we are away at work because we know she is in great hands. We are so fortunate to be part of the KinderCare family.

The head of Tver checked how a school and a kindergarten are being built in the city

They are located in the Yuzhny and Yunost microdistricts.

On October 25, during an inspection trip, the head of the city of Tver, Alexei Ogonkov, checked the progress of construction and repair of educational facilities – a new kindergarten in the Yuzhny microdistrict and secondary school No. 15 in the Yunost microdistrict.

This year, as part of the implementation of the national project “Demography” in Tver, the construction of two new objects of preschool education was carried out. On September 1, one of them opened its doors – the Cheburashka kindergarten on Sklizkova Street.

Currently in the active phase of work on the second object – on Levitana street. External work – the installation of a ventilated facade, roofing, entrance groups – is 90-95% completed. The internal engineering systems – water supply, sewerage, heating, ventilation, electrics – are in a high degree of readiness; work is also being carried out on finishing the building, landscaping and outdoor lighting.

    – At this facility, construction work is being carried out with good dynamics, – said the head of the city of Tver, Alexei Ogonkov. – Now it is very important to solve the problem of heating the building, for this a separate local boiler house is being built. The contractor understands his tasks, works in compliance with the schedule.

In the same block as the new kindergarten in the Yuzhny microdistrict, another significant project is being completed – the construction of a new highway on Levitan Street. In addition to the roadway, a whole range of works on the construction of road infrastructure facilities is being carried out at this facility. To date, the bulk of the volume has already been completed – engineering communications have been arranged, a new roadbed and the lower layer of asphalt pavement of the roadway have been laid, the foundation for parking lots, sidewalks and a bike path has been completed. In the near future, it is planned to complete the installation of rainwater drainage, lay the top layer of the coating, as well as carry out landscaping and landscaping.

Another significant social facility currently undergoing renovations is secondary school No. 15 in the Yunost microdistrict. It became the first general educational institution in the city of Tver, where a major overhaul was launched within the framework of the state program “Development of Education”. This federal project includes the modernization of educational institutions, which will take place until the end of 2026.

Overhaul of the building of secondary school No. 15 started in September this year. To date, the contractor has completed all work on the repair of the basement and blind area, for 93% of the roof was repaired, work is being done on the installation of the facade of the building and the modernization of the ventilation system. At the same time, work is underway on internal engineering networks. In particular, the bulk of the repair of the heat supply system was completed.

    – It is assumed that within the framework of the federal program for the modernization of the education system, the school will work in a completely new way, – said Svetlana Vasilyeva, director of secondary school No. 15. – It is planned not only to overhaul and supply new equipment for the school building, but also professional retraining of the entire management and teaching team of the school. The system of vocational guidance will be developed, the socio-psychological service will be organized in a new way, there are many ideas that can be implemented as part of the educational process.

The entire scope of work on the overhaul of the building of secondary school No. 15 is planned to be carried out before September 2023, and the purchase of modern school equipment is also planned for next year.

we are glad to welcome you on the site
MDOBU of the child development center of kindergarten No. 86!

We respect childhood, because it is a unique, valuable period in a person’s life, it’s time to lay the “foundation” for further development. It is in childhood that the assimilation of moral universal values takes place and the attitude to the world is formed.
We strive to ensure that our kindergarten becomes a place of joyful communication between a child and the world of peers and adults, a “childhood home”, in which he is understood and accepted.
We are sure that a preschool child is a person who plays, therefore learning should enter the child’s life through the gates of children’s play.
We know that every day in a kindergarten should be full of bright and amazing discoveries, opportunities for fulfilling the personal needs of pupils.
We want our graduates to be proactive, independent, self-confident, inquisitive, capable of strong-willed efforts, accepting themselves and others.

And all this – together, in collaboration with the families of our pupils!
After all, a child comes to kindergarten not alone, but with his family.

2022 Babysitting Rates: National Average & by City

This is UrbanSitter’s 11th year tracking average babysitting rates and caregiver pay across the nation. They analyze the tens of thousands of babysitting jobs booked across the website and app to find out what the average is for the nation and in individual cities. While caregivers typically base their rates on experience, job responsibilities and the local cost of living, these averages can help set a baseline when you’re hiring a babysitter, nanny, or caregiver; or when you’re deciding how much to charge for babysitting. Looking for the average babysitting rate for your city? Check out the chart and infographic below.

Overall, babysitting rates rose significantly in the past year: an 11% increase, outpacing inflation at 7%. Given that rates rose just 3.9% from 2019 to 2020, this is a big increase. If you’re looking for a sitter you’ve likely seen higher rates, with the national average being $20.57/hr for 1 child and $23. 25/hr for 2 children.

Area/U.S. City Hourly Rate for 1 Child Hourly Rate for 2 Children
    National $20.57 $23.25
    Atlanta, GA $18.43 $22.78
    Austin, TX $18.62 $21.93
    Boston, MA $19.96 $22.82
    Chicago, IL $17.62 $19.75
    Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX $15.84 $21.07
    Denver, CO $18.12 $20.67
    Houston, TX $18.39 $22.73
    Las Vegas, NV $14.75 $19.12

    Phoenix, AZ $19.81 $21.15
    Portland, OR $18.79 $20.28
    Raleigh/Durham, NC $19.94 $20.21
    San Antonio, TX $12.70 $15.66
    San Diego, CA $17.53 $21.61
    San Francisco, CA $23.32 $26.42
    Seattle, WA $21.23 $23.57
    Washington, DC $19.79 $21.35

More fun facts about 2022 caregiver rates:

    • The least expensive city for a sitter is in San Antonio at $12.70/hr for 1 child and the most expensive city is New York City with an average rate of $23.45/hr for 1 child.
    • 40% of nannies nationally make between $30,000 – $50,000 a year.
    • The average pet sitter rate is $16. 07/hr and the cost of a dog walk is $18.31.
    • Want a clean home? The average housekeeping rate is $27.83/hr.
    • If you’re in need of a house sitter, 56% pay between $25-50 per day.

What should you consider when determining how much to pay a babysitter?

    1. Location.
      • Start with the average rate in your city, then consider your specific neighborhood – are you conveniently located in the city center or in a suburb? For instance, if you live near a university where many babysitters live, babysitting rates will probably be much more affordable than a far away suburb that requires a long commute for sitters.
    2. Job responsibilities.
      • First, consider how many children will the babysitter be caring for. Rates won’t double or triple, but they will increase a dollar or two with each additional child.
      • Next, ask yourself if there are additional responsibilities such as driving, homework help, meal preparation, laundry, cleaning or walking the family dog. You can expect to pay more for these additions.
    3. Skills and experience.
      • Experienced sitters will certainly charge more than a high school sitter. Sitters with specialized certifications and Early Childhood Education degrees will command a higher rate.
      • You can typically get a feel for the sitter’s experience by asking about how many years they’ve been babysitting and what age groups they’ve worked with (newborn, infant, toddler, preschooler, grade schooler, etc).
    4. Transportation.
      • Some sitters expect parents to cover their cost of transportation to and from the job — either by reimbursing them for mileage or funding a subway or bus card.
      • If your child needs to be driven by the sitter (either in their car or yours), then consider a gas credit card specifically for the sitter’s use.
    5. Additional expenses.
      • Besides transportation, the sitter may have additional expenses while on the job including meals, babysitting supplies, and children’s activity costs. Decide what you will cover, then factor this in when determining your overall child care budget.
    6. Special needs.
      • If you have a child with a disability, you should also expect to pay a higher babysitting rate for someone with qualified experience.

How Much to Pay Your Sitter

Whether you use a daycare, employ a nanny during work days or stay home with your kids, there’s a good chance you’ll need to hire a babysitter at one time or another. Maybe you need someone to pick up your child from a weekend playdate, or watch your little one while you go off on a much-needed date night. When the need arises, finding a trustworthy babysitter can be tough enough (good news: there are apps for that), but figuring out how much to pay a babysitter can feel downright daunting. You of course want to compensate them well for taking good care of your kids, but overpaying a babysitter can set up unrealistic expectations for future bookings (and nobody likes feeling overcharged). So what’s a reasonable going rate for babysitting? Here, we breakdown the national average, as well as the various factors that can affect babysitting rates.

    The Average Babysitting Rate

According to Sherri Reed, managing editor at Care.com, an online service that connects families with caregivers, the 2018 national average babysitting rate was $15.83. Naturally, that means some families pay their sitter more than $15 per hour, and some much less. When it comes time to figure out a reasonable babysitting hourly rate, you can start with the average and then ask yourself if it’s a fair rate for your family and your needs. If you have a laundry list of qualifications your babysitter has to meet, it may bump up the price. Keep reading to learn what criteria can affect babysitting rates.

    Factors That Affect Babysitting Rates

Babysitting rates aren’t an exact science—they can fluctuate widely based on your particular needs and location and the babysitter you ultimately hire. For example, the price for a teenage babysitter who’ll look after your kid while you run to the grocery store is going to vary dramatically from the cost of an infant CPR-trained babysitter with 10 years of experience who’ll be taking care of your newborn, helping your older child with homework and doing a few loads of laundry every Wednesday night. Here’s a closer look at what can affect babysitting rates.

Location, location, location. It’s probably no surprise that the going rate for babysitting is subject to change based on where you live. “Sitters in urban areas tend have higher hourly rates than those in rural areas,” Reed says. If you reside in one of the most expensive zip codes in the US, you’re likely going to pay more for pretty much everything, babysitters included.

Ages and number of kids. A family with four kids should expect to pay their sitter the same rate as a family with only one, since the workload is far from equivalent. Many parents start with the average babysitting rate for one child and add between $0.50 and $1 per hour for each additional child, according to Reed. Babysitting prices are also typically higher if you have a newborn who needs more hands-on care versus an older child who may be more independent.

Sitter’s skillset. Is your sitter CPR-certified? Has she taken an online babysitting or nanny course? If so, you may want to bump up her rate as compensation for the added value. According to Care.com’s 2017 Babysitter Survey, 66 percent of parents said they would pay more for a sitter with CPR and safety training.

Job description. In general, a babysitting gig involves a sitter coming to your home and caring for your kids while you’re away for a few hours. That may involve basic tasks like light meal prep or handing the pizza guy money at the front door. Depending on how long you’re gone, it may also involve putting the kids to bed. But that’s about it. If you’re looking to tack on additional duties, like driving your kids to different places, housework, laundry or homework help, you should consider paying slightly higher babysitting rates. “An important thing to remember is to make those expectations of the job crystal clear to any babysitter candidates you interview,” Reed says. That way, you can discuss a fair babysitting hourly rate at that time.

Frequency. Found a babysitter you love? If you’re looking to turn their occasional help into a regular gig, it’s probably time to consider paying higher babysitting rates. It shows your sitter you’re committed to an ongoing relationship. It also dissuades them from taking other assignments during your designated time.

Last-minute care. As parents, life can throw you a serious curveball from time to time. If a can’t-miss event comes up without warning, you need a last-minute sitter! But giving little advance notice typically means higher babysitting rates. “Scrambling for last-minute child care can be stressful, so it’s common for families to pay a last-minute sitter more than the average babysitting rate,” Reed says. In fact, according to Care.com’s 2017 Babysitter Survey, 50 percent of parents would pay at least $3 more per hour for a last-minute sitter.

Still not sure what babysitting hourly rate you should pay? Care.com offers a handy babysitter pay calculator that helps you determine a fair rate for your babysitter based on your zip code, the number of kids you have, how many years of experience your sitter has and how many hours you’ll need them for. Babysitting rates made easy!

I used to do just that: from the age of 6 I took my brother in a wheelchair, then my children to all circles and classes. Now they have grown up, but I got KidsWay to continue the important and necessary work!

My children (whom I take) are collected, responsible, punctual, smiling, sociable, understanding, smart, educated and cheerful. I love them all!

    Anna

The advantage and uniqueness of KidsWay is that it is not like in many companies here: we are like one big family! And the most amazing thing is that all women! I have been with the company since November 2018. I was looking for an opportunity to earn extra money, but it seems that I found something more. Each child is interesting in its own way:

Fedya is so serious, collected, he always comes out on time.

Maxim is very charming, pleasant in communication, responsible.

Anya is a cheerful little bird. But each of them is a personality!

    Elena

Member of KidsWay since 2018. I decided to do something good and useful. My wards, it seems to me, are the best children in the world:

when I take Maryana K., I listen with tenderness as she talks about her equestrian training – you will listen!

    Anfisa and Fedor are well-mannered, purposeful, punctual guys;

    Elina and Aleksandra – two little cheerful beauties;

Alexey, Katya and Sasha – future Olympic medalists: stubborn, collected, purposeful; and Mashenka D. is already like a niece!

    Svetlana

When I heard about KidsWay on the radio in 2018, I realized that I definitely needed to come here. After all, I have been doing the same thing for 16 years, only for free.

My little passengers inspire and energize me for the whole day:

On the way to school, Polina says new words in Chinese that she has learned; Sasha is getting ready for rhythmic gymnastics. When you look at how much they do in a day, you want to take an example from them!

    Marina

I have been working at KidsWay since September 2018. I have a medical education: I worked as a cosmetologist for a long time. Then my children appeared and I devoted all my time to them.

Now they have grown up, and I happened to meet KidsWay and I firmly decided to help other mothers. What a lack of service like this! The work is responsible, but very pleasant.

    Natalia

At the beginning of 2019, I saw an ad for KidsWay on Instagram and realized that this job was for me. And so it turned out: a friendly team, wonderful and educated children. They always tell how their day went. And even if the child is silent, then I try to win him over and the conversation turns out to be constructive.

Formerly worked in insurance, held management positions. Then I realized that I want to devote more time to myself and loved ones. I found it in KidsWay.

Here you can feel the teamwork, and I am glad that the service is automated and modern! The team is attentive and responsive, managers actively support car nannies.

    Irina

I have been working at KidsWay since April 2018.

It is always a pleasure to work with children: they share their experiences and joys; most often they are very tired after class, they want to complain, speak out. I always listen to them, empathize or rejoice with them. They are all so different and at the same time similar.

    Elina is a very gentle and responsible girl;

Timothy – inquisitive, loves history; every morning we talk with him and develop some historical theme.

    Mary is a particularly amazing girl, because she is French, she has a completely different idea of the world and people;

    Tatiana

For a long time I was looking for something to my liking and in February 2019 I read about KidsWay on Instagram.

What do I like here? Children!

I think this is the perfect job. Every child you carry is a new world. They are so different: someone is silent and focused, responsible in their studies and training; someone on the contrary, talkative and chatting about everything; someone loves games and all the way we can play words or listen to the children’s radio and sing along.

They are all different, but what unites them is their inexhaustible interest in learning about life!

    Ekaterina

For many years I worked as a financial director and consultant in management and financial accounting. Prior to that, several years on television – a writing journalist and translator.

Since 2018 in KidsWay. I was interested in the idea of the project itself. It was interesting to look at its implementation from the inside. And I’m glad that it has completely changed my life.

Children are so different, but each one is interesting in its own way: someone is always positive, tells news, about friends, plans. Someone is very serious and collected. It is always nice to chat with one child on the road on almost any topic, and the other is a silent person. Some listen to music, others prefer to take a nap on the way. It is interesting to watch each of them as they change, grow up.

    Irina

All her life she was a housewife, raised and raised her children. And for more than a year now I have been with KidsWay, which attracted me with the opportunity to work in a flexible schedule with interesting tasks.

We have an amazing new generation growing up: you can and should learn a lot from them, and sometimes you can see your reflection in them. Pleased with optimism, spontaneity, activity and readiness for our ever-changing life! They are more clearly tuned than we once were: there are specific plans, aspirations, beliefs – and this brings a sense of pride for being close to them. They are our beautiful future!

Hi there, I am Yadira.. Yara for short.
I have a great time learning from children’s personalities and especially teaching them new activities or subjects. . I usually accommodate myself really well with everychild. However, I do understand every kiddo won’t always be the same. In which case I am always ready for a challenge.
I have had the privilege to work in daycare, home-tutoring (Math & English are my strengths but I have found myself able to understand and teach all other subjects), Special Ed., newborn assistance and toddler intro to Pre-K.
I am CPR certified and I have had extensive training on all ages. (newborns – 14-year-olds) Along with some classes on educational psychology.
The only reason I got a 1-star rating from someone is because the parent and I were speaking and she wanted me to meet her somewhere an hour away and I refused to drive that far for a meet and greet.
I didn’t actually meet or work with her children.
I do have other references, of course….

I have 3 very hyper and silly triplets and she was just absolutely delightful with them. Of course, like any nanny would she would lightly discipline them (with my permission) and I was shocked to find out thatthey began behaving in areas I was struggling with. I would and still do recommend her to any friends looking for a nanny….

Experienced And Friendly Nanny Looking To Help Your Child Learn And Have Fun!

    Description:

Hi there! I am 23 years old and have babysitting/nannying since I was 12 years old. I started out babysitting small children, then as I got a little older it started to range from ages 2 months to 13 years old.My last nanny job I took care of the sweetest, Autistic boy. My brother is also ADD/ADHD so I have knowledge regarding working with many different special needs kids. I’ve been told I am a “Child Whisperer” because of how easy children connect with me. I love arts & crafts, painting, swimming, being outside, and all things Disney! While nannying, I was in charge of meal prep, errands, grocery runs, and house cleaning. Oddly enough, I love to cook and clean anyway! I also worked at a daycare as a teacher for 4-5 years olds so I do have knowledge in teaching young children. While there, I received my CPR training. Being around children either as a daycare teacher, nanny, babysitter, etc, has always been a passion of mine and I hope to meet & help your family soon :)…

How can I find child care near me in Cleveland, TX?

Care.com currently has 31 child care providers near you in Cleveland, TX. You can search for caregivers by their distance from Cleveland, TX and by hourly pay rate. You can also read reviews from other families in Cleveland, TX that have worked with the child care providers you’re interested in.

What interview questions should I ask a Cleveland, TX child care provider?

You want to find a child care provider that will get along with your kids, but also follows many of the same parenting ideas you have. Structure your questions around how your kids behave in certain situations and what the provider thinks is the best action to take. And because there are plenty of activities to do in Cleveland, TX, you should ask questions about the fun things each child care provider would do to keep your kids happy and entertained. Finally, ask each provider about their past child care experience, references from other families in Cleveland, TX and if they are certified in first aid and CPR.

What type of child care services are available near me in Cleveland, TX in November, 2022?

Different child care providers are willing to offer support in different ways. For example, some can provide after-school transportation and others can help with light housework and cleaning. The first step to finding the right type of child care is to outline what you’d like from a candidate before starting your child care search. Think about how much you are willing to pay, the level of experience you wish them to have, if you want them to have any first-aid certifications, and if you need them to handle additional duties beyond taking care of your kids. After this is completed, create an account on Care.com and answer a few questions to find child care providers near you that match your needs. You can then either post a job that can be seen by our extensive pool of caretakers, or search for child care providers on Care.com based on years of experience, hourly rate, availability, distance from your area, etc. After you have selected your candidates, you can schedule interviews, check references, request additional background checks, and hire the child care provider that best meets the needs of your family.
