AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED

We’re so proud!

Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

SCHOOL-READY

What Learning Looks Like

Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.

Pleasanton KinderCare Programs

Infant Programs (6 weeks–1 year)

Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our
centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with
you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant
classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and
ready to explore their world.

Toddler Programs (1–2 Years)

Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s
because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the
place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll
help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.

Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)

This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.

Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)

This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!

Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)

When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.

Kindergarten Programs (5–6 Years)

Welcome to kindergarten: the gateway to grade school and everything that
comes next! Offered in select centers, our kindergarten programs have small
class sizes and curriculums that mix learning and fun. The basic building
blocks of reading, writing, math, and science are key in kindergarten, so we
make sure they get lots of practice in all of these areas.

Before- and After-School Programs (5–12 Years)

You can count on us to provide reliable care for your school-ager while you’re
at work, with safe transportation from our center to your child’s school and
back! Whether your child wants to start a drama club, build a volcano, or
create a comic book, they will have a place to follow their dreams. Your child
will start and end the day with a whole lot of fun!

School Break Programs (preschool, prekindergarten, and school-age)

Winter break, spring break, summer break—when school’s out (but you still need to work), you
can count on KinderCare to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that’s focused
on fun. We welcome children ages 5–12 during school break times and make sure they have a
sensational, screen-free experience they won’t forget.

Participating Child Care Aware Center

KinderCare partners with Child Care Aware® of America to offer fee assistance for
Active Duty military families and flexible support to fit their needs when care at a Child
Development Center on the installation is not available.

Learning Adventures – Enrichment Program

Music Explorers™ (2 – 4 Years)

KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning
Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play
instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math,
science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare
way of learning the foundations of music.

Phonics Adventures® (2 – 4 Years)

Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love
books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program.
From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters
and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who
attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we
have the data to prove it.)

STEM Innovators (3-8 Years)

You’ve probably heard a lot about how important STEM education is for your child, but
what does that really mean? Our STEM Innovators program takes kids’ natural ability to
make sense of the world and applies it to robotics, chemistry, coding, geology, and
more. While your child experiments, they’ll discover how to use technology to do
amazing things!

Our Teachers

We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.

Family Stories

Don’t take our word for it. Hear what our families have to say about our amazing center!

  • I wanted to take a moment to tell you how wonderful you, Ms. Brenda, and the teachers are at the Pleasanton KinderCare office. We have been a part of your preschool for several months now, and are thrilled at the level of professionalism, love and care you provide our children. All of your teachers and staff members have been outstanding in their interactions with us. There are a few that have stood out that I would like to mention. Ms. Nicole has been very encouraging to our son Jaitin, to get proficient with toilet training. Her patience and loving nature to keep him motivated has been very helpful to us. We can truly see the love she has for this age group, and helping them learn life-long lessons in independence. Ms. Ashley has a bright smile and positive energy that she radiates to the parents and children alike. She’s genuine in her comments and follow-up to ensure our son is always taken care of. Ms. Shubra’s sincere excitement to teach our daughter is infectious! Shreya is excited to tell us about her day, repeat the lessons learned, and get her homework started. This is a fantastic foundation for her to learn that school is fun, and there is a whole world to explore.

I also wanted to mention that we had a short time with Ms. Evan and Ms. Samita before our daughter moved to the new classroom, but even within that short amount of time, we could see their dedication to welcoming our daughter in their class room with open arms and smiling faces. They were very patient in answering all of our questions, and orienting us to the rules of the classroom.  We are also looking forward to Jaitin moving up to Ms. Minnie’s class. She too has taken time to introduce herself to us, and to share how happy she is that Jaitin will be a part of her room. This is a great feeling, and something we are all looking forward too.

And of course, a big thank you to Ms. Brenda and Ms. Narinder. We were so nervous having to move to a new city, and start a new daycare all at once. You both have been very welcoming to our family, and we feel like we’ve been with you for years!

    With warmest regards,

    Payal and Benjamin

  • This is my fifth year having my daughter at Pleasanton KinderCare. To start with, the staff is phenomenal! Every teacher we have encountered has been amazing with my daughter and the same can be said for the directors and all office staff. As we walk into this center every morning, we are greeted with smiles, welcoming hellos and excitement. And every night we leave with the same smiles saying good-bye! The educational program is fantastic, from the early years of learning, like how to eat with a spoon, to most recent years of reading. Every classroom my daughter attended, I felt I left her in the most caring and loving arms. KinderCare offers a great mix of play and education. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have my daughter learn to make friends, be a friend and prepare for elementary school.

    J. Family – KinderCare Parent
  • Both of our kids have been at KinderCare since they were about four months old and we couldn’t be happier with their development socially and academically. Our four year old begs to come to school on the weekends and when we take vacations she is eager to return to school and her teachers and friends. Because of the warm environment she has an overall love of learning and takes pride in her academic accomplishments. We see a vast difference between her knowledge bank and friends who attend other day care or in home day care facilities. Our daughter is light years ahead of other kids from an academic and social aspect.  The staff and teachers at KinderCare treat our children like one of their own and because of this it makes it much easier to go to work each day knowing that our kids are being taken care of, loved and are learning!

    Zimmerman Family – KinderCare Parent
  • KinderCare has been truly an amazing experience for my family. My family moved to a new city with no family and we had to put our daughter into daycare for the first time at 11 months.  It was daunting to think about the idea that she would be in the hands of someone else for a large part of the day. When she started, she only took bottles (formula), and had a sporadic nap schedule. She was also still crawling when most of the kids in her room were already walking. The staff at KinderCare ensured me that she would eat and nap like all the other kids in a short time, and she’d adjust to the schedule and program. Within one week, the teachers at KinderCare had my daughter eating only solid food, napping once a day, and walking like all the other kids.  I was so shocked that she adjusted so quickly.

My daughter loves going every morning and looks forward to seeing her friends. She has blossomed into a lovely and social little girl. At 18 months, she is speaking numerous words and is always sharing the new things she learned at KinderCare. KinderCare is more than just a daycare to us  – it is a loving and nurturing environment that gives us peace when we are away at work because we know she is in great hands. We are so fortunate to be part of the KinderCare family.

The head of Tver checked how a school and a kindergarten are being built in the city

They are located in the Yuzhny and Yunost microdistricts.

On October 25, during an inspection trip, the head of the city of Tver, Alexei Ogonkov, checked the progress of construction and repair of educational facilities – a new kindergarten in the Yuzhny microdistrict and secondary school No. 15 in the Yunost microdistrict.

This year, as part of the implementation of the national project “Demography” in Tver, the construction of two new objects of preschool education was carried out. On September 1, one of them opened its doors – the Cheburashka kindergarten on Sklizkova Street.

Currently in the active phase of work on the second object – on Levitana street. External work – the installation of a ventilated facade, roofing, entrance groups – is 90-95% completed. The internal engineering systems – water supply, sewerage, heating, ventilation, electrics – are in a high degree of readiness; work is also being carried out on finishing the building, landscaping and outdoor lighting.

– At this facility, construction work is being carried out with good dynamics, – said the head of the city of Tver, Alexei Ogonkov. – Now it is very important to solve the problem of heating the building, for this a separate local boiler house is being built. The contractor understands his tasks, works in compliance with the schedule.

In the same block as the new kindergarten in the Yuzhny microdistrict, another significant project is being completed – the construction of a new highway on Levitan Street. In addition to the roadway, a whole range of works on the construction of road infrastructure facilities is being carried out at this facility. To date, the bulk of the volume has already been completed – engineering communications have been arranged, a new roadbed and the lower layer of asphalt pavement of the roadway have been laid, the foundation for parking lots, sidewalks and a bike path has been completed. In the near future, it is planned to complete the installation of rainwater drainage, lay the top layer of the coating, as well as carry out landscaping and landscaping.

Another significant social facility currently undergoing renovations is secondary school No. 15 in the Yunost microdistrict. It became the first general educational institution in the city of Tver, where a major overhaul was launched within the framework of the state program “Development of Education”. This federal project includes the modernization of educational institutions, which will take place until the end of 2026.

Overhaul of the building of secondary school No. 15 started in September this year. To date, the contractor has completed all work on the repair of the basement and blind area, for 93% of the roof was repaired, work is being done on the installation of the facade of the building and the modernization of the ventilation system. At the same time, work is underway on internal engineering networks. In particular, the bulk of the repair of the heat supply system was completed.

– It is assumed that within the framework of the federal program for the modernization of the education system, the school will work in a completely new way, – said Svetlana Vasilyeva, director of secondary school No. 15. – It is planned not only to overhaul and supply new equipment for the school building, but also professional retraining of the entire management and teaching team of the school. The system of vocational guidance will be developed, the socio-psychological service will be organized in a new way, there are many ideas that can be implemented as part of the educational process.

The entire scope of work on the overhaul of the building of secondary school No. 15 is planned to be carried out before September 2023, and the purchase of modern school equipment is also planned for next year.

Dear guests,
we are glad to welcome you on the site
MDOBU of the child development center of kindergarten No. 86!

We respect childhood, because it is a unique, valuable period in a person’s life, it’s time to lay the “foundation” for further development. It is in childhood that the assimilation of moral universal values takes place and the attitude to the world is formed.
We strive to ensure that our kindergarten becomes a place of joyful communication between a child and the world of peers and adults, a “childhood home”, in which he is understood and accepted.
We are sure that a preschool child is a person who plays, therefore learning should enter the child’s life through the gates of children’s play.
We know that every day in a kindergarten should be full of bright and amazing discoveries, opportunities for fulfilling the personal needs of pupils.
We want our graduates to be proactive, independent, self-confident, inquisitive, capable of strong-willed efforts, accepting themselves and others.

And all this – together, in collaboration with the families of our pupils!
After all, a child comes to kindergarten not alone, but with his family.
