Many years ago I decided to add a daily walk around our neighborhood to our morning schedule. We started out small by walking around our long block. There are parents who want it for their kids and many who pay providers to transport their child to and from school and preschool. Classes in all Academies (ABC) and in Yeysk take place from Saturday to Saturday, in Zavidovo in all Academies from
Sunday to Sunday.

Training takes place in a group, which is led by one instructor throughout the Academy. Maximum amount
students in the group – 6 people. When practicing in ABC Kitesurfing from the moment students reach the stage
confident piloting, a second instructor is added to the group. Classes run 6 days a week, 5
hours in
day. Pupils in a group are engaged in special methods of integrated education, combining theory,
practice, general physical training, balance training, stretching, muscle recovery,
video debriefings of key training points.

For example, when studying at ABC for the Kitesurfing course, each day 2-3 hours will be devoted to
theoretical and practical lessons with a kite (if there is a wind :)) and another 2-3 hours a day, depending
from the schedule and weather conditions – training on professional trampolines, and / or training on strength
And
balance machines and/or climbing walls. And all this in the form of simple, understandable and fun tasks.
in a group of like-minded people :). If there is no wind, the schedule changes towards classes on trampolines,
climbing wall, and simulators, practicing self-rescue options, analyzing and discussing video materials, etc.
That is, even
if you are unlucky with the weather conditions (which can happen at any surf station in the world), then in
water areas
Summer in a week you will get the maximum knowledge and practical skills that will help you quickly
progress into
in the future, you will learn a lot of useful exercises for pumping up and relaxing specific muscle groups,
involved in your chosen sport, receive recommendations on sports nutrition, essential
improve your physical fitness thanks to classes on professional trampolines and balance simulators,
meet positive people who share your passions, and find out how many cocktails
“Eysk deer” should be drunk after 3 hours of intense wheelchairs in order to be on exercises in the morning at 8. 00
absolutely
cheerful and happy ☺.

In all directions of the ABC, groups are initially formed based on the level of preparation of students. Beginners
are engaged with beginners, improving – with equal skills.

At the beginning of the race, the instructor finds out the personal goals of each student for training in ABC, finds out the problems and
fears that the student encountered earlier in training, tests students on the level of skills and
basic physical data. After that, the instructor selects the optimal personal training program for
each student in the group, depending on your goals and objectives.

At the end of the race, a sports jam session is organized, where each trainee demonstrates the trick
which he himself likes the most – everyone wins with us!

How does the program of the ABC Aquatoria Leta differ from numerous
camps on the same
directions?

  • Ideal natural conditions
    sports.

Frequent thermal wind, 3 spots (beaches) for any wind direction, shallow, rapidly warming sea, no stones and dangerous animals in the water.

  • Experience

Aquatoria Leta team has been working and improving training programs since 2005. During this time
we have opened up the world of surfboard sports and recreation to more than 52,000 of our students. On
Based on this experience, special programs were developed for the most effective, intensive and
productive training for the Aquatics Academy.

  • Comprehensiveness

Water Sports Academy programs include not only physical and
methodological aspects of training, but the issues of psychological preparation, proper nutrition and
    proper post-workout recovery.

  • Independence from the weather

In the Aquatoria Leta and in Yeysk, and in Zavidovo Wake Park, our sites for
training in ABC are equipped with professional trampoline complexes 14-meter climbing wall, a platform for
yoga classes, specialized static and dynamic balance simulators, which
    combined
with a comprehensive training program, help to prepare as much as possible for classes on the water. That’s why
even for training in wind types of recreation, at least a couple of days with the wind are enough. And according to 20 years of statistics
during the week there is always wind at our spots 🙂

  • Video recording

Analysis of difficult moments and correction of lead-up exercises directly in the process
workout. We analyze the mistakes and give a look at ourselves from the outside in order to compare with the correct one.
by the instructor performing the element directly during the training – it’s better to see it once 🙂

  • Instructor motivation

Surf instructors are usually people who love to ride. Our instructors
of course, they also love to ride and do it “according to the masters”, but besides this, they get a sincere
pleasure in the progress of their students. In the Aquatoria Leta, we annually conduct trainings for
instructors to help them better teach and understand the characteristics of each student. From his psychotype,
    before
the way in which he absorbs information better. Therefore, do not be surprised when the instructor
    acquaintance
with your group will pester you with the question – who are you, visual or kinesthetic? (Joke. Or not ☺) Well,
in addition, the awards of each instructor in the Aquatory of Summer are directly tied to the success of training
each person in his group. And it works. So don’t let your favorite instructor down, learn
    Fine!

  • Variety of workouts

Variety of muscle workouts and on-shore training throughout the day. If all the time
overload the same muscle groups, trying to do the same movements on the water, then the muscles in
at best, they will stop working, and at worst, everything will end in injury. ABC teaching methodology
Leta’s water area combines exercise and relaxation, plus during the day thanks to switching
activities, for example, for jumping on a trampoline complex or for game training, we give the opportunity to work
almost every muscle in your body (including your brain ☺). Complementing this with the maximum amount
“leading” exercises on the shore, we achieve the correct work of the muscles, which allows students
do tricks on the water easily and without injury.

  • Lifeboat

Safety is our priority. Therefore, at the Aquatoria Leta surf station in Yeysk,
there is a duty officer who monitors the situation on the water. As soon as you issue a distress signal to which you
teach at the very first theoretical lesson, then a rescue jet ski immediately comes for you.
Water rescue is included in all ABC fares.

  • Atmosphere

You study among people who are passionate about the same. There are no random people in the Academy – that’s why
no sad ones either :). And the instructors of the Water Area of Summer traveled half the world in search of wind, waves or
    “flat” and
they will be happy to share with you the secrets of the spots they skated on. Well, like all surfers
people, they also know how to light it ☺.

  • Online program

We have an online training program
to practice before the start of the season. Follow the link and get 5 free lessons to prepare all muscle groups from 2-time world champion Masha Popretinskaya.

Who definitely does not need to go to the Academy of Water Sports and the Water Area of Summer
Yeysk

  • Lovers of a quiet relaxing holiday. We are neither quiet nor calm, usually parties
the beach ends three hours before the start of classes :).
  • For those who like to tell what a cool hotel they spent their holidays in. Hotel Aquatoria Leta in
Yeysk is a very Spartan place. Despite the fact that our pool is the only one in the city and near
    him
    Cool
take selfies, and the menu of our restaurant is the most diverse and really tasty and healthy –
    numbers
Summer waters are just a place for functional sleep between classes :). Yes, and the sea in Yeysk,
    if the wind is blowing
it almost always blows :)) – yellow in contrast to Anapa, Gelendzhik or Sochi. This
    healing clay from
mud volcanoes, but it’s too hard to explain for an Instagram photo ☺.
  • For lovers of any type of foreign holiday. Yeysk is an ordinary southern Russian city and what
    on Bali
    or
in Morocco it is perceived as exotic, here it is perceived a little differently :).

Country Style: How Diana Hendrix Became America’s Richest Self-Made Woman

Diana Hendrix had a baby at 17, worked as a waitress at a Playboy nightclub, beat cancer twice and survived the death of her husband, and went on to become the most successful woman in American business history and a generous sponsor of the Republican Party. Over the past five years, the entrepreneur has tripled her wealth to over $12 billion today. She returns with a small American flag badge on the lapel of her fitted jacket. “I love my country very much. How lucky I was to be born in America! she exclaims. “There have never been locked doors on my path. And I never had to think about the fact that I am a woman and cannot do what I do.

Hendrix’s patriotism is evident throughout the 880 sq. m of her home in southern Wisconsin. In her office, she has a statue of Ronald Reagan on horseback, a photo of herself with Donald Trump, and next to it is a stack of books with titles like The MAGA Doctrine, Land of Hope, and Back in the Game. On the ground floor is a limited-edition large-format print identical to Trump’s White House print of ten Republican presidents (Dwight Eisenhower holding a glass of whiskey and teetotal Trump drinking a Diet Coke). Outside the window is a bronze sculpture of a life-sized Great Plains Indian vigilantly watching three Clydesdale horses that used to be promoted by the beer brand Budweiser.

Hendrix’s Beloit, Wisconsin-based roofing supplier ABC Supply has a slogan “Fulfilling the American Dream since 1982” and “Pride in America” as one of the company’s seven core values. All managers of the firm are shown a video clip for the song by country musician Lee Greenwood “God Bless The U.S.A.” (English “God bless the USA”), and the performer himself often performs at corporate events.

Hendrix believes in the American dream because she lives it herself. She became a mother as a teenager and worked as a waitress for a time to support herself. At 19In 1982, she co-founded ABC Supply with her husband Ken, which went on to become the largest roofing, siding, and window wholesaler in the United States. After the death of her husband in 2007, the entrepreneur continued the rapid expansion of her business, bought competitors and more than doubled her network of outlets, to 900 locations. In 2021, revenue was a record $15 billion. “This year, sales will be approximately $18 billion,” the business owner predicts. We are no longer a small company. Since Ken passed away, it has grown five times bigger.”

Hendrix owns 100% of the business, owns a real estate developer and holding company with shares in 18 other businesses. Her fortune is estimated at $ 12.2 billion. Over the past five years, the value of her assets has tripled, and no other entrepreneur in US history has yet managed to surpass this mark. For comparison: the fortune of the second richest self-made woman in America, Judy Faulkner, who became a pioneer in the field of electronic medical records and also lives, by the way, also in Wisconsin, is estimated at “only” $6.7 billion.

“I don’t think Ken could have done what Diana did,” says Rob Gerbitz, CEO of real estate agency Hendricks Commercial Properties. The firm recently paid $42 million for a hotel in Santa Barbara, California and built a $40 million Minor League Baseball stadium in Beloit.

On the way to success, Hendrix gives all his best. She seeks to influence everything from national policy and job creation to cancer research and school reform.

“Everyone knows I’m a conservative,” says Hendrix. Since 1992, she has donated over $40 million to Republican candidates, including $5 million in gifts to former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and $50,000 to Scott Pruitt, the controversial Environmental Protection Agency administrator, so that he can pay off the lawyers who represented him in a series of ethical proceedings.

One of the biggest problems facing businesses today, according to Hendrix, is the small number of people who truly value their work. “Before, any work was a joy. Everyone was proud of their work, she reflects. “I’m so old and I still go to work because I’m still sane. I feel like I’m doing it all for a reason.” Hendrix herself, by the way, wakes up on weekdays at 5:00 in the morning, and at 7:00 she already leaves the house.

Her work ethic was nurtured by a dairy farm in Osseo, a country town of nearly 1,800 in Wisconsin. Diana was the fourth of nine daughters. She wasn’t allowed to milk cows or drive a tractor (which her father said was “a man’s job”), but she had plenty of responsibilities around the house, including looking after her younger sisters. By the age of 10, the girl realized that she wanted a more interesting life than housework. “I don’t want to be a farmer, I don’t want to marry a farmer,” she thought then. And she wanted to wear a suit and work in the city – Minneapolis, the nearest metropolis to her home.

But in 1964, her plans fell apart when, at the age of 17, she became pregnant and had to drop out of school. She married the child’s father and moved 300 km to Janesville. The couple divorced three years later. In the status of a single mother, Diana got a job as a waitress at the Playboy nightclub. “Things happen in life,” Hendrix recalls.

Soon she was selling real estate throughout southern Wisconsin, and she also began selling custom homes. So at the age of 22, she met Ken Hendrix, a roofing contractor. At 19They married in 1976, and over the next three years, they bought up 200 old houses, refurbished them, and rented them out to college students. “I cleaned a lot of toilets,” Diana recalls.

In 1982, they mortgaged all their property and received a $900,000 loan from the bank to buy two building materials stores where things were not going well. The idea was to buy materials directly from manufacturers and then resell them to contractors and builders like Ken. The level of customer service unheard of in the industry was a unique offering. Within five years, ABC Supply had grown to 50 stores and generated about $140 million in annual revenue.

In 1998, sales reached $1 billion. At the same time, the Hendricks couple invited David Lack, a top manager from the Chicago office of the Japanese auto parts manufacturer Bridgestone, to the position of president of the company. Having made him president, the couple began to look for new projects for their business. “She, along with my dad, was eager to help companies in trouble, so they saved many from bankruptcy and mortgage foreclosure,” explains Konya Hendrix-Shu, one of seven (including four adopted) children of the entrepreneur.

And then the roof collapsed – literally. On December 21, 2007, Ken returned home from a business dinner and went to check on the new garage roof. The roof collapsed under him, and he died in the operating room that evening.

Related material

Many expected Hendrix to go out of business. The company was offered to buy out one of the competitors. “They thought that since I was a woman, I would sell everything,” says the owner of ABC Supply. But instead, she asked Luck to become CEO and named herself chairman of the board.

It was a difficult time, and not only because she lost her husband, with whom she lived for 40 years. Sales fell 7% from 2006 to 2009 as the real estate market crashed. The company had to close stores for the first time.

However, in all this confusion, Hendrix saw new perspectives. Taking advantage of a sharp drop in prices, in 2010 she pulled off the largest deal in the history of ABC Supply, buying a competing company Bradco for $1.6 billion. To raise funds, the entrepreneur lost a 40% stake in ABC Supply to a third-party buyer can be bought back. She bought it out less than four years later. “I still can’t remember it without shivering,” Hendrix admits. – Because I understood that I was risking a company that I wanted to give to the management of children. We will never sell our company. In 2016, Hendrix acquired Chicago-based building materials supplier L&W Supply for $674 million.

Since then, Hendrix has gone to great lengths to expand her legacy beyond roofing.

Charter elementary schools

Generally speaking, any student can apply for admission to a Texas charter school, though the school’s charter can specify certain restrictions. A typical example of this would be that a student must reside in a specific town or city in order to apply for admission. In most cases, the school’s admissions policy also will describe its lottery process. A charter school must use a lottery process when the number of applications to the school exceeds the number of available spaces.

“I love SACS because my children wake up each morning excited for school. The teachers at SACS care about my children’s growth as a person, not just as a student. We chose SACS because of their commitment to Christ, their rigorous (but achievable) academics, and opportunities to participate in strong athletics and Fine Arts programs. My children have grown in every aspect of life since starting SACS. My only regret is not enrolling them sooner.”

Degree: She has a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction

Teaching Experience: Public School for 10 years and this is her first year at SACS!

“Being entrusted to lead students in the classroom is a blessing I am very grateful for. I treasure the relationships that have been built with these children and their families and I am thankful that I get to spend my days here doing what I enjoy at a place I really enjoy. I cherish getting to work alongside individuals who love Christ and want to lead and love students well.”

We have made significant investments to keep our students physically and emotionally safe. This commitment starts with campus safety (secure facilities and technology solutions) and people safety (faculty/staff background checks, safety drills, secure drop-off/pickup).

At SACS, our teachers model godly values, and our optimal class sizes mean that our faculty and staff can get to know, love, and pray for each student. This dynamic helps us understand each student’s gifts, challenges, and potential.

The emphasis we put on safety creates an environment that helps children thrive. We know that’s what you want for your child — to see them flourish and excel as they build confidence and develop the skills they need for middle school and beyond.

Why attend a San Antonio charter school?

Charter schools can help children succeed with a more rigorous curriculum. Charter schools have the power to design and manage their curriculum, but they are often maintained at a higher level than traditional public schools.

Top 8 reasons to choose a charter school over private or public

Parents choose a charter school for their children for several reasons, from small classes to diverse students.

Charter schools offer affordable alternatives to private instruction.

Charter schools are funded by public funds. This means that some will charge you for various activities and programs, but there is no tuition fee to send your child to school. The absence of tuition fees is a great benefit for parents, especially for parents with many children, and is one of the main reasons why many families prefer charter schools to private schools.

Charter schools have a variety of student groups.

Some critics claim that charter schools are exclusive and independent, but most encourage diversity. This diversity is in stark contrast to the many nearby public schools, which reflect the population of the surrounding area. Charter schools are open to all students and their diversity helps students prepare for their lives and work to succeed in an increasingly diverse and multidimensional society.

Charter schools are often more innovative.

While there are public school rules that charter schools must comply with, you can still create your own rules and guidelines. Charterers are free to set their curriculum to help them achieve their goals.

Charter schools can help children succeed with a more rigorous curriculum. .

Charter schools have the power to develop and manage their own curriculum, but they are often maintained at a higher level than traditional public schools. They have to do it because they are funded by the state

They must abide by the rules that apply to public schools, but they are also responsible for their own laws. Failure to meet these criteria may result in reduced enrollment, loss of school status, and school closures. This greater responsibility allows charter schools to fulfill all aspects of their educational responsibility to students and their families.

Class sizes tend to be smaller.

Most charter schools typically have hundreds of students, not more than 1,000, but are designed for smaller classes than traditional public schools. The smaller the class size, the easier it is for students to access educational support and the more opportunities for individual contact between students and teachers, making it easier for teachers to assess the needs of each student.

Parents often take an active part in the education of their children.

Parents are encouraged to participate in charter schools and as a result parents become teachers and partners of the school. This collaboration is important to facilitate learning with subsequent guidance and guidance from parents.

Charter schools offer various disciplines .

If disciplinary actions affect a child’s academic performance and social well-being in traditional public schools, they may also benefit from the more intimate atmosphere and individual attention provided by charter schools.

Hyland Turby, Secondary Intervention Specialist at Uplift Peak Preparation, who previously taught at a local school district, said charter schools like hers may have better strategies for dealing with the underlying issues that cause discipline problems. I think. “We’re dealing with the same things that public schools are struggling with, but we’re taking a different approach to intervention,” he says. “We don’t have 1,400 children.

We have 450 children, which gives us time to think about how to help our students succeed and solve major problems.” She is detained. They say that instead of being or removed, they are being redirected in such a way that they can better understand themselves.

Business schools contribute to a safer and stronger community.

Charter schools typically engage local businesses and other organizations to provide resources and services to schools and their families. Many charter schools function as community centers. Whether it’s a vibrant, vibrant downtown area or a family reunion in the countryside, charter schools contribute to strengthening the power and safety of the community. Given the many benefits that charter schools offer, it’s no surprise that more and more parents in Texas and across the country are choosing this type of education for their children.

“STUDY AT SCHOOL, STUDY AT SCHOOL, STUDY AT SCHOOL” – Our Texas – Russian Newspaper in Houston, Dallas, San-Antonio, Austin, Texas

Vadim Yarmolints’ Blog

Parents of students at the prestigious Dalton School in Manhattan gasped when they learned that their first-grade children are taught that masturbation should, after all, be behind closed doors, and not in public. I’m not kidding. Especially when you consider that this briefing is given to FIRST GRADE STUDENTS !

A group of parents reported this to the New York Post, from where the story spread to other conservative publications.

On the one hand, of course, we place a lot of pressure on the school, including the sexuality education of our children. It is embarrassing for us to talk to them about such an intimate subject, and we often rely on the fact that the child will gain the necessary knowledge himself. And let it be better at school than in the yard, as it happened with us. But I don’t know if we are ready for sex education to start at the age of six or seven? When did you first have questions about your anatomy?

Perhaps the answer to this question has nothing to do with audience age, biology, or parental awkwardness. It is associated with the financial reward of lecturers, whose income depends on the size of the audience. At the Dalton School, the sexual education of students was entrusted to a well-known expert in this field – Justine Eng Fonte. A trained psychologist, she has dedicated herself to decolonization and the harmonization of racial, social and intimate relationships. Fonte speaks at prestigious universities, conducts seminars and attends conferences that discuss a wide range of sexual topics, including attitudes towards pornography in all its diversity.

Admittedly, in Dalton the topic is discussed in the most accessible form of a cartoon for children. The teacher explains to the children that, firstly, the organs that they call by their funny baby names should be called for real – the penis and vagina. One of the smaller characters immediately uses a new word for the question: “So how is it that my penis sometimes gets big and looks up?”

“This is called an erection,” the teacher explains.

“Sometimes I touch my penis because it feels good,” the boy continues.

“Sometimes when I’m in the bathroom or when my mother puts me to bed, I like to touch my vagina,” adds his fellow practitioner.

“You have a clitoris there, Kayla, and probably Keith also likes to touch his penis,” the teacher explains. “But have you noticed that older children and adults do not touch these places in public?”

“Um, is that right?” the student is surprised.

“Yes, Keith. It’s okay to touch yourself to know how different parts of your body react to it, but it’s better to do it in private.”

“And I pay 55 thousand a year for this!!!” one of the mothers exclaims.

In response, Fonte assured parents that she did not use the term “masturbation” in class and that she taught children to understand what is called “mutual consent” in intimate relationships. It is important that the child understands that in the sexual sphere everything should happen amicably. This explanation also does not satisfy everyone.

“Now I literally have to ask my child if I can hug him,” one parent resents.

Fonte’s lessons for first graders include the topic of gender dysphoria and the human right to choose one’s gender.

“Children have at least five lessons on gender identification, which is pure indoctrination,” says one mother who is wary of giving her name to a journalist. “Ironically, our children are taught to get the consent of the other for intimate contact, but this school did not take care to obtain consent for this training from the parents.”

Parents are wary of speaking out against school management, believing that this may reflect badly on their children. To be honest, I don’t feel sorry for these parents. If they can’t get the education they pay $55,000 a year for, they can at least take their kids out of that school and use their own money to find an alternative form of education.

What happens in Dalton happens in many prestigious private schools, and the city’s schools are not far behind. Wealthy people with progressive views help them to plant a new culture. Dalton was able to hire Fonte thanks to a $450,000 grant from billionaire Bill Ackman. His ex-wife Karen is a member of the Dalton Trustees.

Dalton’s official response to the parent’s reaction was: “Dalton’s Health Schedule ‘Sex and Body’ includes two fact-based videos that have been approved for children four years of age and older. These videos are consistent with nationally recognized methodology and standards. We constantly review the health lesson plan to make sure the content is age appropriate and adjust it as needed. We will continue to listen carefully to parents and answer their questions in detail in order to build lessons in the best interests of students, respect the values of our community and align them with best practice.”

In other words, go to hell, dear parents! Because such “concerned” parents, as follows from Dalton’s position, are a small group. And if they don’t like something, good riddance.

One problem is that the school schedule really reflects the trend in the country and it is difficult for some parents to find a replacement for a prestigious school. Although some find And some are at war with the new formation and its luminaries.

Arizona’s Top 12 Vocational Schools in 2023

Here’s an article discussing Arizona’s top vocational schools and the trade program they offer.

Arizona vocational schools offer vocational courses in a variety of areas of study. Whether you want to pursue a career in health sciences, construction, paralegal training, or information technology, technical colleges in Arizona are institutions you can rely on.

Vocational schools are institutions where skills are acquired through proper training. Vocational schools offer hands-on training and provide students with resources and hands-on materials to enable them to gain first-hand experience in specific job skills.

Several professional schools in Arizona offer short-term certificates, diplomas, and associate degrees. Trading programs are available in comparison to those offered in a four-year college.

Why choose a trading school?

Vocational school is focused on teaching and educating students in various specialties. Unlike a four-year college where students take general courses, professional schools only focus on educating students in a specific area of study.

The programs offered at these schools are affordable, which means you spend less on tuition. Students in the state benefit more from attending professional schools.

We can all agree that four-year colleges and universities have higher tuition fees than professional school tuition. Vocational schools in Arizona not only offer affordable programs but also provide financial assistance to eligible students.

Many people have taken advantage of the affordable programs offered at vocational schools. It only takes about two years or less to complete a certificate, diploma, or associate’s degree from a vocational school.

In addition, professional schools also offer online programs for students.

What are the career and salary prospects for a trade school?

Trade school graduates are educated and trained to excel in a variety of industries. They get jobs as skilled electricians, paramedics, dental assistants, HVAC technicians, paramedics, and construction workers.

According to the National Center for Education Statistics, people with vocational education have higher employment rates than those with academic education.

Now, when it comes to the salaries of vocational school graduates, there are several important factors to consider. Work experience, role and location are factors that determine the salary of vocational school graduates.

The average graduate of a technical or vocational school earns over $55,000 per year. Some of the highest paid professionals are dental hygienists and avionics technicians.

Dental hygienists in Arizona earn an average annual salary of over $84,000 and avionics technicians earn over $60,000.

What is the average cost of trade schools in Arizona?

In the 2019-2020 academic year, students enrolled in public vocational schools in Arizona paid $11,072 in in-state tuition fees, while out-of-state students paid $27,417.

Tuition and fees in the four-year private institutions in Arizona was $12,895 in the same academic year. In the same academic year, the cost of in-state tuition at Arizona’s two-year public schools was $7,642. People from outside of Arizona had to pay $10,000 in tuition and fees.

You will spend less money on a public or private professional school in Arizona if you are a state resident. In private schools, tuition fees are higher than in public schools.

Financial Aid for Trade School Students

In addition to offering affordable programs, professional schools in Arizona also provide financial assistance to eligible students.

Unlike a four-year college or university, vocational schools offer affordable education. Tuition and fees at Arizona’s four-year public institutions are in excess of $10,000.

Attendance at Arizona Public Vocational School costs about $2,000.

Arizona vocational students may be eligible for financial assistance. So what are the requirements for receiving federal financial assistance?

To be eligible for federal financial assistance, students must file a FAFSA every year. Just so you know, federal financial aid can include scholarships, work and study programs, grants, and loans.

Job and Salary Trading in Arizona

A college degree is not the only guarantee of a good salary in Arizona. Professional skills are in high demand in various industries, with dental hygienists and avionics technicians among the highest.

Below are some trading skills with their average yearly salary.

First Day of Potty Training a Disaster

I have a confession to make. My very first attempt at potty training was truly a disaster. My oldest son had just turned 2. I was determined to get him out of nappies and into big boy pants, despite the arrival of our second baby a few weeks earlier.

I totally bought into the “everyone else is potty training their 2 year old and so can I” story. I just went along with the crowd determined to prove that I was an awesome parent who had it all under control.

I didn’t stop to think about what was the perfect age to potty train and whether there were any medical side effect of potty training too early. I didn’t stop to think about whether my son was showing signs of potty training readiness. (OK, I thought about it and convinced myself he was). And I didn’t stop to think about our family circumstances and the fact that I had a 5 week old baby.

I just went straight ahead regardless.

Day 1 of My Potty Training Disaster

I remember that first day of potty training. I had carefully and clearly explained what we were going to do. He’s a bright child, I knew he understood.

I left him happily playing in the living room and popped up stairs to shower.

When I returned, I found him sitting in a pile of…Well, I’m sure you can image.

My friend texted me.

How’s the potty training going?

Not. Great.

🙁 Ha. Ha!

A few days later we went to the zoo. A 2 hour drive away.

We arrived in triumph. Dry pants. Result!

🙂 We’re rocking this potty training lark! 🙂

Better get him to squeeze out a wee.

Humph!

What do you do when your child refuses to even try?

I decided to feed the baby first. Galen played happily on the front seat. And forgot all about big boy pants and this potty training thing.

I never did manage to get the stain off the car seat. Years later, it was still there, taunting me. A daily reminder of my failed attempt to potty train my son.

Yep! I quickly realised that potty training a 2 year old AND breastfeeding a 2 month old was not a great idea. At least not for me.

I guess I learnt a few things which I’m happy to impart.

If you’re contemplating the giant step of potty training, I’d suggest being a bit more prepared than I was.

The Keys to A Successful First Day of Potty Training

  • Do it at a good time. No new babies, no moving house, no big things happening in your life. Potty training is hard work for both you and your child.
  • Block out a few days from your schedule. Potty training is hard enough without having to drag your child around social events. The best place to do it is at home, not the zoo.
  • Different children take to it differently. Some children will potty train in a weekend, others need longer. To begin with, you don’t know which your child will be. Best to plan for longer and be happy that they train quicker than frustrated that they don’t live up to your expectations.
  • Build up excitement. Potty training books, new pants, new potty. Hooray! How exciting!
  • Be prepared for accidents and frustration. Most children will have several accidents before they get the hang of going in the potty.
  • It’s normal for children to have a period of time when they regress too. They get bored of the whole “potty” thing. The excitement wears off. It’s much easier just to go in your pants. It’s what they’ve been doing for the last 2 or 3 years so who can blame them.

With my second son, there was no stress. I didn’t have to clear up any mess. It was fabulous.

Know what I did?

I sent him to nursery for a week and let them do it!

Why Potty Training is Failing

Potty training is failing for many kids and families! While many parents suffer silently, I am here to shine a light on what is truly happening.

If you started off potty training your child with feelings of hope and excitement, and that all came crashing down to a pile of resentment and puddles of pee and tears everywhere, you are not alone. Many parents are finding out that popular potty training methods are turning out disastrous and in some cases dangerous 1.

Here are five reasons why potty training is failing.

1. There is a constipation crisis!

If you ever wondered if your child is constipated, it’s for good reason! About 30% of kids are constipated according to Dr. Steve Hodges, a top pediatric urologist and author of “It’s No Accident.”

Step 1 of potty training any child is to make this a priority–not ripping away the diaper! Although you probably didn’t come across this when reading about when to start potty training.

Not only is constipation a real problem for kids but so is pelvic floor dysfunction and something called megacolon. That’s when a child’s colon stretches from loads of poo stuck in it. I’ve even seen children with softball-sized bowel movements that won’t flush down a toilet.

The truth is that most children who aren’t pooping on the toilet are actually constipated.  It’s not that they don’t want to. They really can’t, especially if their legs are just dangling from the toilet.

Yes, there are some children who are fearful about some aspects of pooping on the toilet. Being fearful of the toilet is a real thing. However, the majority of kids not pooping in the toilet are just plain constipated. Or constipated and afraid!

I talk more about how to navigate getting kids to go poop on the toilet in this video.

Putting children who are constipated in underwear can be disastrous! Dr. Steve Hodges says in “It’s No Accident” that he is relieved when new patients come into his office still in diapers because they have the best peeing and pooping habits.

My own findings while potty training hundreds of children is the same. Children who are ripped out of underwear before they are ready are more likely to worsen constipation, develop dangerous holding habits, and have terrible toileting skills compared to kids who learn to truly master toilet training.

While constipation is not an easy or quick fix, there are things you can do to help. I talk about three of the most important tools (magnesium, potassium, and water) in this video:

2. Most of the potty training advice on the internet is either bad or terrible.

While reading potty training advice on social media, it only takes me a short while to find cringe-worthy recommendations, a lot of it regarding the 3-day potty training method. Most of the advice out there is a recipe for disaster.

This type of advice should come with a giant warning that it is the quickest way to:

  • UTIs
  • Withholding
  • Power struggles
  • And peeing all over the house!

Gross! No wonder why potty training gets a bad rap.

Plus, it is usually coming from people who have potty trained 1 or 2 kids. Are you kidding me? Just because you lived through potty training a couple of kids does not mean you are the newest expert on potty training. I’ve potty trained up to 12 kids at a time, all day long for years at a time. Trust me when I say that what works for 1 or 2 kids does not work for everyone else.

If you’re wondering what advice to avoid, I share it in this video:

The worst part is that parents are made to feel terrible if these crazy potty training claims don’t work for them and their children. Hundreds of parents have come to me for potty training help through my potty training course, and over 75% of them have already tried potty training methods that have failed.

If you ever felt like a failure because a potty training method you tried turned out disastrous, you’re not alone. In fact, it turns out that you’re in the majority!

3. Parents are expected to do all the work.

If you are taking off your child’s diaper, putting them on the toilet, and dressing them, your child is not potty trained. They are parent trained! Plus, you are a busy parent who does not have time to do this all day long. That is ridiculous!!

Potty training is about independence and helping your child learn these things. Do not use potty training methods that require you to spend your days mopping up pee accidents and scrubbing poop from the couch. I said goodbye to potty training with all the accidents a decade ago, and I haven’t missed it one bit!

By the way, my motto is to throw away poop-covered underwear instead of trying to salvage it. If your child is pooping in their underwear on a regular basis, see my fourth point.

Another big aspect is that we are talking about a process that involves another person’s body. Your child needs to be part of this process and be onboard with it. Potty training is a partnership and should not feel like a tug of war. Run away from the potty training methods that encourage you to use force and tell you to “push harder” when things start getting worse.

There are better ways to toilet train! Join forces with your child and get at their level so that potty training is playful and not some type of boot camp. Children love using a potty training visual schedule. You can help them start to understand the process more with potty training books and even books about poop.

4. Popular potty training methods are outdated.

Disposable diapers have been popular since 1970, and after 50 years of them, the advice for getting kids out of them hasn’t really changed. Newsflash! Welcome to the 21st century where it’s perfectly fine to use pull-ups. And to potty train a child after three years old. Some of the smartest kids I’ve known have potty trained after their third birthday.

Teaching children to learn to go on the potty by peeing all over themselves and your furniture is completely unnecessary (and disgusting)! No wonder why public play areas for young kids were so sticky before COVID shut them all down.

I’ve read nearly every potty training book out there, and it’s almost all the same advice wrapped with a different bow or package. These methods usually skip about 30 developmental steps and head straight for the dramatic course of events. Ones that lead to way too many children developing UTIs from holding their bladders too long. Or where kids burst into tears at the mention of going potty (parents included). Not to mention, the number of kids who suffer with pelvic floor dysfunction.

When I realized that those methods were making potty training awful and only worked for about 10% of kids, I went back to my child development roots. Say hello to modern potty training!

I also ditched the concept of having children learn they needed to use the toilet by having embarrassing accidents day after day (or week after week). Instead, I started focusing on helping children feel what’s going on inside of their bodies. 15-minute timers be gone! I even have an entire potty training course on how to toilet train this way (and avoid all those crazy accidents).

5. Potty training shaming isn’t helping anything.

There’s a stigma that if your child isn’t potty trained, it’s because you aren’t trying hard enough. “Lazy” is a term that I hear thrown around a lot. That isn’t what I see at all!

I’ve connected with hundreds of parents while working with toddlers and preschoolers. The parents I know are dedicated, smart, and strategic. And they are also busy balancing all the things on their plate.

As a veteran preschool teacher, I want you to know that not all children are ready to be in underwear by three years old! It’s crazy to me that we can accommodate children with any type of developmental delay, but we aren’t allowing children into preschool until they are wearing underwear. This needs to change!

Potty training needs to be treated like the complex life skill that it is. Toilet training is not a timed test! It is a progression of over 40 developmental skills. You don’t need a bootcamp, and you can actually start teaching these skills before you’re ready to ditch the diapers.

Wondering when and how to start potty training? It starts with simple things like role modeling how to use the bathroom for your toddler and reading potty training books. If you have a toddler who is interested in the toilet, go buy a potty seat that goes on top of the toilet (these types are my favorite).

Just know this! If your child isn’t potty trained, it’s not your fault. You have not failed. You did not miss out on a small window of time that has simply vanished away. And I do not think three-year-olds are harder to train. I actually love potty training three-year-olds (and even kids who are older than that).

Potty training does not have to be grueling and awful! If you need help or want better answers, I share about potty training step-by-step, in my potty training course, Peaceful Potty Training.

Potty training a child – Healthy Russia

Your baby is already running around the house, enjoys playing with toys, trying to talk and trying to imitate adults. It’s time to part with diapers and master the potty.

Your baby is already running around the house, enjoys playing with toys, trying to talk and trying to imitate adults. It’s time to part with diapers and master the potty.

How do you know when it’s time to potty train a child?

1. Your baby stays dry for long periods of time – two hours or more . This means that the capacity of his bladder has increased, and he no longer empties on demand.

2. The child understands when he is urinating and can communicate this process with sounds or gestures. If you teach him to the pot until this moment, problems may arise: the baby will not be able to control the process that he is not aware of.

Teaching hygiene

By the age of three, a child is quite able to master simple self-care skills. Learn how to teach your child about personal hygiene.

3. The child easily takes off and puts on panties.

4. Baby can follow simple instructions. Adults take going to the toilet for granted. However, taking off clothes, sitting on the potty, washing hands after using the toilet, and so on is a very difficult process for a child. He needs parent tips .

5. The child can sit quietly for several minutes without being distracted or irritated.

6. The kid walks well. The desire to go to the toilet in children is always spontaneous. If the child cannot quickly get to the potty, embarrassment is possible.

7. Most importantly, the child shows a desire to stay dry and clean. He wants to wear underwear like adults and is interested in what his parents are doing behind the toilet doors.

Baby’s age is not the most important factor in starting potty training. It is much more important to take into account the physical and emotional development of the child.

Potty training rules

1. Do not force events . Make sure your child is ready to use the potty. If you force your child to sit on the potty, it will force him to resist and may cause unpleasant associations with using the bath. In addition, the baby may begin to endure for a long time, which is harmful to his urinary system. Approach potty training the same way you would walk and talk: move in small steps .

2. Be realistic . There is no need to set a time frame for which the baby will get used to the pot – then you will not have to put pressure on the child.

3. Don’t let relatives pressure your child . Dads, grandparents, and aunts and uncles may have their own ideas about when and how a baby should go to the potty. However, you are accustoming a child to it, which means that it is you who know best of all what your baby can and wants.

4. Don’t treat misses like a disaster . Baby failures are part of the learning process. If you are obsessed with misses, your child may quickly become accustomed to getting your attention with a puddle or a bunch. Take it easy with your child and do not forget to praise him for the successful use of the potty.

5. Do not put clothes on your baby that are difficult for him to remove . Little hands have a hard time getting through zip-ups, tights, or tight buttons on jeans. During potty training, use elasticated trousers, loose panties or shorts so that the baby has time to take off his clothes when he wants to go to the toilet. Try to start potty training in the warm season when the child has little clothing.

6. Do not count on the fact that the child will remain dry at night . Control over urination in a dream in a child is not established immediately. Bedwetting is considered normal until at least three years of age if the child does not have a urinary tract disease. A sleeping child has to solve four problems at once: keep urine in a full bladder, understand that it is time to go to the toilet, wake up and use the potty. Is he always able to cope with this while awake?

When is the right time to send your child to kindergarten?

The ability to go to the potty on their own is one of the signs that the baby is ready to go to kindergarten. Read about the rest in the article “We collect the crumbs in kindergarten.”

7. Deal with possible fears . The baby may be afraid of draining water in the toilet, fictional monsters from the sewer, or simply afraid of falling off the potty or toilet seat. Calmly discuss his fears with him, be sure to accompany the child, drive away the “monsters” together and buy a more stable pot.

8. Stop worrying . It is unlikely that your child will wear diapers at the institute. Treat potty training as you would any other activity with your child. After all, you also didn’t believe that he could assemble the pyramid or walk the entire corridor without support.

Most important

Potty training is not the end of the world, it’s just the process of learning a new skill. If you are sure that your baby is ready to use the potty, start training, but do not force things and do not perceive failures as a disaster.

After reading the forums where young parents communicate, one gets the impression that the main thing in a child’s life is to get up, talk and sit on the potty. And immediately – notorious enrollment in Harvard.

Understanding moms and dads is not difficult – just look at the prices of diapers. However, if you think about the psychological security and comfort that they give and about the stability of a person who was not rushed, then the amount, albeit quite a decent one, is lost in these universal scales of usefulness and importance.

In order to sort out potty knowledge, stock up on arguments for a neighbor, your colleague’s grandmother and God knows who else, we asked a psychologist, pediatrician and neurologist to explain to us everything about how and at what age it is more convenient to introduce a child to the potty.

Early planting

It is good to plant blackberries, roses and even houseplants in the spring if they have withered a little during the winter. But children – they are simply not needed.

There are many myths surrounding this original procedure. For example, that disembarking newborns helps with colic and constipation. Here it is worth clarifying that constipation in children at this age is rare.

Of course, there are people who like early planting. But since a child cannot share his opinion at such a young age, it is worth listening to the opinion of pediatricians. And they do not approve of early planting.

And dance and sing

First telephones, and now pots. You and I live in a world of “additional functionality”. A pen can be infinitely good, write thinly and accurately, but if its analogue also brews coffee, what difference does it make how it writes – it is doomed to become a hit.

So it is with the baby potty: in the form of a duck, which in French and Danish wishes you “pleasantly freshen up” and plays a cheerful tune every time a charming baby priest sits down to do his business – this is not at all what the doctor ordered.

Experts unanimously assure: the pot should be comfortable – and that’s it, it doesn’t have to do anything else.

Available with ergonomic backrest. And if it looks and works like the most favorite toy, then they will play with it. But do you need something else? A child should not like to spend free time on the potty and show it to guests. He must understand what to do on it and, if possible, hit it.

“Peas should be made of quality materials – plastic should not have a pronounced toxic smell. Shouldn’t be cold. Should be comfortable. You can take it with a back, if only the child is more comfortable, ”advises pediatrician Elena Lukasheva.

Excessive noise, color, pictures create unnecessary habits and associations and distract from the main thing. For example, a person will get used to “give away everything superfluous” to a song from a cartoon. And then he will hear her at breakfast, and an “accident” will happen. It is undesirable for a child to carry toys to the potty and, in general, do not turn the process itself into a game. And please don’t turn on cartoons.

Road and pots

Do you remember, when you were a child, your mother asked the neighbors in the compartment to get out, and you proudly sat on your potty as the king of the passenger train? And landscapes were rushing past the window, and no one was rushing you. Today, it is enough for children to just think about their own and at the same time be in a diaper of the right size, and it’s all in the hat – more precisely, in the pants! And not one of the passengers was hurt, not driven out of the seat.

“In public places, on a visit, on the street, you can safely put on a diaper, especially if the “probability” of accidents is high and the child does not (or does not always) want to go to the potty,” says pediatrician Elena Lukasheva.

At what age is it advisable to start

“The sooner the process begins, the more difficult and longer the path of potty training will be.

For example, if you start planting a baby at 6-8 months, then sooner or later it will bear fruit. But efforts and time will be required many times more than a child of 1.5 years.

Because at this age, children still quickly understand what adults want from them. The most productive period is considered to be from 22 to 30 months (that is, around 2 years),” Elena explains.

To ensure that you can start humane potty training, the following factors must be in place:

• The child sits, stands and walks confidently.
• May report a desire to go to the toilet.
• Knows how to take and put his potty, sit on it.

“Each child has his own pace of development. It is physiological maturity that provides adequate innervation of the muscles of the perineum, small pelvis and gastrointestinal tract. Too early and persistent potty training, when the child is not physiologically and psychologically ready for this, can turn against you. The acquired skills may turn out to be unstable, and the stress received during training can lead to a child’s general neuroticism, psychological constipation, and enuresis,” says neurologist Tatyana Stetskaya, .

Why so early

It is easiest to start teaching your child the basics of independent urination and defecation on the potty at about 18-22 months. Previously, he was simply not able to control these processes.

For a skill to be mastered thoroughly, the infant must be healthy and not currently learning something difficult and new.

For example, if you just started going to dances or modeling classes, you have to wait. Moments of moving or vacation are not suitable for learning.

The “arms” race – “and mine is already sitting on the potty” – began in Soviet times, as psychologist Anastasia Perminova explains. It was just then that early development came into fashion and mothers on the playgrounds vyingly boasted that their child already knew how to do it. Today, parents know more and listen to advice less. Therefore, you need to understand for whom you want to put the baby on the potty right now – for yourself or for the audience in the hall? And are you sure you are all ready for learning.

There is one more vital moment – just a few generations ago there were no diapers in the USSR. And if a modern mother is plunged headlong into the endless washing of diapers, you will not only go to the potty for six months, but also go to the university – away from such a life. But today you can exhale – comfortable and not so expensive, they are, and with them our life has become more or less normal.

How to teach

All children are individual. And there are many ways and means of learning. “The golden rule in the potty issue is flexibility, patience and unobtrusive help in learning,” says Tatyana Stetskaya.

“Encourage your child to take the potty on their own (it’s good if it is freely available for the child), remove the diaper, sit on the potty, etc. Praise for the successful outcome of the whole process,” advises Elena Lukasheva.

Diapers away

For potty training, a mother can refuse diapers at a time and stock up on panties that the child can take off by himself, Tatyana advises.

No pee-pee

One of the basics of going to the toilet on your own is the ability to focus on a full bladder. In order to hear, understand and remember these sensations, the baby must do it himself. And if you teach him to walk in small need under streams of water and the persuasion of adults, then mastering the skill will be delayed.

Armed for the night

You should not cut off your shoulder and if you are used to sleeping with your baby, arrange family stress. If you don’t like the one-shot learning approach, be patient. And for the night, for a visit and for a walk, still wear a diaper to the baby.

Simple diagram

“Explain – show – potty – praise good luck.” Do not be nervous, advises pediatrician Elena Lukasheva. Just systematically put the child on the potty and explain without canceling the convenience of using a diaper.

Baby Panties

This uniform is neither yours nor ours. You can take off and sit on the potty, you can forget and puff up your pants. More hygienic disposable.

Call a spade a spade

Neurologist advises: when you go to the toilet, you can do without equivocation. So the child will get used to the fact that these are normal, not condemned, not shameful needs. However, avoid being obtrusive. It is not necessary, after starting training, to call the children to look, to focus on this, – says psychologist Anastasia Perminova.

Everyone sit

At an early age, both boys and girls can write and do everything else quietly while sitting on the potty. Decide for yourself whether to talk to the boy about peeing while standing. In any case, it is worth doing when the skill is already formed and fixed.

Experts advise not to focus on gender differences at the beginning of training.

And besides, the boys most often themselves guess that this is also possible. But, before sending the boy to the toilet on his own – in kindergarten, for example – it is worth paying attention to this social norm so as not to provoke a situation with peers that is uncomfortable for the child.

If everyone understands everything, and it is convenient for a boy to pee standing up, then you can buy a children’s urinal at home. And also to teach children to relieve themselves on the toilet with a child seat.

What about the rest?

When to teach kids how to wash and use toilet paper? Not earlier than three years, experts say. And preferably before getting to places where he will already have to be able to do this – a kindergarten, for example.

“Not before a child learns to do the most important thing: to distinguish between the desire to go to the potty, to ask for a potty on their own, or to take the potty themselves,” explains Elena Lukasheva.

Praise, do not punish

That’s right. It is useful to praise for good luck, success and victories in this matter. But scolding is prohibited. Think about it, it’s like being judged for blinking. Such skills at an early age are very different in terms of the complexity of learning from what and how adults learn. It is easier to learn to drive a bicycle, a tank, and even a spaceship, since the nervous system already knows how to do it. And the child enters uncharted waters. And parents should be patient and kind.

9Yes Commenting, interrupting, pulling back – no. You can’t interfere with the process itself! In no case do not pull the child when he goes to the toilet. Even if by and not at all as you intended. It is very important. Such interventions can create a host of neurological and physical problems that neither a dirty floor nor your good intentions are worth.

Learning play

Although the pot itself is the object of the game, as we have already said, it is not useful to make it. But you can start learning by playing scenes where toys go to the pot. The bear went down, and the elephant went down, they walked for a long time and drank a lot of water, felt heaviness and tickling in their stomachs. Think, here you can dream up.

But no negative associations, for example, “they realized that if they didn’t run, they would piss” and “they were uncomfortable wet”, or “the animals knew it was not good to do this.

Talk about how convenient it is and that everyone can eventually learn, just everything has its time. Or don’t say much at all – simple non-expanded scenes will be enough. And don’t scold your child if he tries to put a plush pet on his potty. He teaches him.

Accidents and leaks

Nothing is perfect, and the child who just yesterday dragged the pot to the middle of the hall and proudly worked magic there, today, to the tune of a song and a cartoon, described (or something more interesting) your new beautiful bedspread.

Screaming? While you are going to the store for laundry detergent, you can shout. And you don’t need a child. Useless, harmful, unpedagogical – choose your word.

Coping is an unconditioned reflex. The newborn does not think about it. The task of parents is to translate it into a conditioned reflex. This must be done with patience and kindness. Punishments are inappropriate, as are pressure, irony and unsightly comparisons.

And even if you did everything right and already drank a bottle of festive juice with dad on this occasion, the child can play, think, feel bad. If at the moment he is experiencing difficulties in mastering a new interesting skill, then the ability to bring everything into the pot will be pushed back to calmer times. The main thing is not to worry and not to scold. Do you know adults who use toilets insecurely? That’s it. Or, if the first attempts to teach were made too early, a “rollback” may occur.

“You can talk affectionately, find out why you don’t go potty, but don’t push! For the psychological comfort of the child and the whole family, it is important to take this calmly. There is no need to make a “cult” out of the potty theme. Go everywhere with a potty, set up the whole family for a common cause,” Anastasia laughs, “The main thing is to relax yourself. In an atmosphere of comfort and understanding, a child will easily cope with any task, and any skill will be mastered!”

calculate the day of ovulation, online ovulation calculator, personal ovulation calendar

The service will calculate the possible and best days for conception, as well as periods of “safe” sex. There is no longer a need to keep notes on slips of paper and do complex mathematical calculations.

By specifying the date of the last menstruation, its duration and the total duration of the cycle in the ovulation calculator, you can view the days on which the probability of fertilization is quite high, as well as the days of ovulation when the probability of becoming pregnant is maximum in the personal ovulation calendar. It is generally accepted that in order to achieve pregnancy, the optimal frequency of sexual intercourse in the period before and after ovulation should be every 2 days. With more frequent sexual intercourse, sperm fertility decreases. The ovulation calculator will mark the most favorable days for you to conceive a boy or girl and display the data on the screen in the form of a color calendar.

Registered users have access to advanced features. You can change the parameters and adjust the calculator for yourself, namely: turn on the display of only the necessary elements, store, change and view the history, scroll the ovulation calendar forward and backward for any number of months – the calendar will calculate your cycle based on the last saved data.

Ovulation, which you can calculate by filling in the corresponding fields, is a short period of time in the monthly cycle when an egg can be fertilized by a sperm.

It is useful for every woman to keep a menstrual calendar with her ovulation marks, to know about the variability of her cycle. Not only do different women have a noticeable difference in the timing of ovulation, but even in the same woman, the exact timing of ovulation fluctuates in different months.

There are several ways to calculate the day of ovulation: by measuring basal temperature throughout the entire menstrual period, determine it using a urine ovulation test, examining cervical mucus or using the calendar method. Quite often, rare pulling pains in the lower abdomen on the one hand, as well as an increase in mucous discharge from the vagina, report the approach of ovulation.

Women of childbearing age who are sexually active should be able to calculate the day when ovulation occurs. For some women, this will help determine the period of time in which the conception of a child is most likely. For others, knowing the date of ovulation and “safe days” will help to avoid unwanted pregnancy, without the use of medical and mechanical contraceptives (calendar method of contraception). However, the use of a physiological method of contraception for pregnancy, based on sexual abstinence during ovulation, is ineffective for irregular periods.

Calculating the date of ovulation using the calendar method is not difficult, although this does not give a 100% guarantee.
