Apache2 Debian Default Page: It works
Apache2 Debian Default Page
This is the default welcome page used to test the correct
operation of the Apache2 server after installation on Debian systems.
If you can read this page, it means that the Apache HTTP server installed at
this site is working properly. You should replace this file (located at
/var/www/html/index.html) before continuing to operate your HTTP server.
If you are a normal user of this web site and don’t know what this page is
about, this probably means that the site is currently unavailable due to
maintenance.
If the problem persists, please contact the site’s administrator.
Debian’s Apache2 default configuration is different from the
upstream default configuration, and split into several files optimized for
interaction with Debian tools. The configuration system is
fully documented in
/usr/share/doc/apache2/README.Debian.gz. Refer to this for the full
documentation. Documentation for the web server itself can be
found by accessing the manual if the apache2-doc
package was installed on this server.
The configuration layout for an Apache2 web server installation on Debian systems is as follows:
/etc/apache2/ |-- apache2.conf | `-- ports.conf |-- mods-enabled | |-- *.load | `-- *.conf |-- conf-enabled | `-- *.conf |-- sites-enabled | `-- *.conf
-
apache2.conf is the main configuration
file. It puts the pieces together by including all remaining configuration
files when starting up the web server. -
ports. conf is always included from the
main configuration file. It is used to determine the listening ports for
incoming connections, and this file can be customized anytime. -
Configuration files in the mods-enabled/,
conf-enabled/ and sites-enabled/ directories contain
particular configuration snippets which manage modules, global configuration
fragments, or virtual host configurations, respectively. -
They are activated by symlinking available
configuration files from their respective
*-available/ counterparts. These should be managed
by using our helpersa2enmod,
a2dismod,a2ensite,
a2dissite,and
a2enconf,
a2disconf
. See their respective man pages for detailed information. -
The binary is called apache2. Due to the use of
environment variables, in the default configuration, apache2 needs to be
started/stopped with /etc/init.d/apache2 or apache2ctl.
Calling /usr/bin/apache2 directly will not work with the
default configuration.
By default, Debian does not allow access through the web browser to
any file apart of those located in /var/www,
public_html
directories (when enabled) and /usr/share (for web
applications). If your site is using a web document root
located elsewhere (such as in /srv) you may need to whitelist your
document root directory in /etc/apache2/apache2. conf.
The default Debian document root is /var/www/html. You
can make your own virtual hosts under /var/www. This is different
to previous releases which provides better security out of the box.
Please use the reportbug tool to report bugs in the
Apache2 package with Debian. However, check existing bug reports before reporting a new bug.
Please report bugs specific to modules (such as PHP and others)
to respective packages, not to the web server itself.

The Village Montessori School
At The Village Montessori School, they understand that your kid’s education and well-being are top priorities and that the decision of child care is critical. Since 1954, they have proudly served the community by providing a secure, loving environment for children. Did you know that several of their present parents used to be students at their school?
In many areas, the Montessori Program provides exciting resources, and engaging curriculum, and a developmentally balanced approach to learning. Your kid will gain confidence, awareness, independence, and self-control. Their objective is to inspire a lifelong love of learning in children via the use of hands-on materials and their own active observations.
Practical Life activities are the first activities offered to the child in the Montessori classroom. The chores are ones he sees grownups accomplish daily: cleaning, dressing, and greeting one other. Cleaning a table, folding a cloth, pouring water, and learning to clothe oneself are all real-life activities that quickly satisfy the child’s inner wants and aspirations while simultaneously expanding his or her vocabulary.
These exercises have direct goals of self-care, environmental care, eye-hand coordination, small/large muscle coordination, and social skill development. Indirect goals include self- and environmental respect, healthy hygiene practices, and social grace and civility. Movement, exercise, and bodily coordination are all possible with Practical Life exercises. Order, focus, discipline, and independence are all taught to the youngster. All of this teaches the youngster responsibility, which is an essential attribute for living in the world’s big civilization.

Got A Question?

Privacy PolicyKindergarten: to love or not to love
Every weekday I persuade myself to go to kindergarten. I can hardly take my head off the pillow, rearranging the alarm clock a couple of times, I quickly get myself together and cook porridge. And then I wake up my girl, who sleeps so sweetly. But while my daughter is only 3 years old and she weighs 15 kg, I can take her in my arms, take her to the kitchen so that my dad does not wake up, and let her wake up gradually to the sounds of my favorite cartoon.
As soon as Marusya was born, I immediately got in line! It was the first turn in the life of my child – in kindergarten! I was very worried that I would be left without a place. What to do then? How to live? After all, you have to go and persuade, but I really don’t like it.
But maybe because we don’t live in a residential area, we had a place. And there were only 14 children in the group.
And so, having delayed the date of entering the garden to the maximum, we have arrived. It was October. I remember Mashin’s first day in kindergarten! She was looking forward to it and went there like a holiday! Certainly! After all, before we only looked at the playground of the kindergarten from behind the fence. I can imagine how interesting it was for her to go where they were not allowed before! It’s a miracle for a baby – fantasy becomes reality.
Masha really wanted to be an exemplary girl, so at breakfast she diligently choked on a casserole, which she doesn’t like. From the smell and dirty clothes, I guessed the fate of the casserole. For some reason, the teacher did not tell me about this episode. Masha wanted to remain a good girl and pretended that nothing had happened. I don’t know, maybe they said something to her in the garden, or she didn’t want to upset her mother. As a result, the baby sobbed the next two mornings: “Mamaaaa, I don’t want to go to kindergarten!” At the same time, she reluctantly left the garden.
I tried to find out why my sociable and cheerful girl, who is used to parting with her mother and knows that her mother always comes back anyway, throws tantrums in the morning? It turned out that she just didn’t want to have breakfast in the garden!
This is the solution! We have breakfast at home, and Masha runs into the garden with pleasure!
As a result, I realized that any lack of a garden can be compensated for at home. Any problem related to the child’s perception of this institution can be solved with the help of loving parents!
Kindergarten teacher has about 20 children. And she does not have time to look for an individual approach to everyone. Correctly setting up the child, explaining to the teacher the peculiarity of your baby and getting attention to him is the task of the parents. Educators who know how – a rarity! More often there are those who are sure that the parents who raise the child incorrectly are to blame for everything.
How can you help your child fall in love with kindergarten?
- First of all, try not to give your child away for the whole day at once. Start with a few hours.
- Try to get to bed early. Changing the regimen is bad for well-being and leads to a weakening of the immune system. I know from my daughter that it is very difficult to put her to bed earlier, but a shift of 10-15 minutes every day is quite a feasible task. Sometimes I succeed.
- Do not rush your child in the morning. It’s better to wake up 10 minutes early, but give the opportunity to get ready without stress. And do not wake up shouting “Company, rise!” For the baby, rituals are still important. Both for falling asleep and for getting up. Music will help someone, light will help someone, massage will help someone. You can take your favorite toy and wake the baby on her behalf. Mine wakes up in my arms, trying to see the cartoon with sleepy eyes. I loved waking up so much. If you don’t want to, open your eyes.
- You can give your child a favorite toy, promise to do something together in the evening. My Masha loves to dress up and show her outfits to the kids. Well, let! Yes, she can get her pretty dress dirty at dinner! But then the boys in the group tell their mothers that Masha again had a new skirt! Once, when we didn’t go to the garden because of a cold, she was so upset when she saw the pre-prepared dress! “Aaah! I won’t show the dress baby!” I had to be allowed to walk in this dress at home.
- And most importantly, tell your child more often that you love him! Praise him for what he did! Do you know that the child understands what cannot be done, and what is good – he does not know? What do you say more often: “It’s impossible!” or “What a good fellow you are!”? The child tries to get your attention with whims and pranks. And if he notices that you respond with praise to his actions, then he will want to do it again and again!
And in conclusion, I highly recommend reading Noel Janice-Norton’s book “Stop punishing, yelling, begging, or How to deal with children’s whims without scandals and hassles. ” The book is about how to turn your baby from a brawler into an obedient and attentive.
When I decided to try to praise my daughter for obeying the first time, getting dressed quickly, putting away toys herself, after 30 minutes of endless praise she said: “Mom, you are so good! I love you so much!”
Love your children, make them happy and they will do the same to you!

Oak Grove UMC Christian School
Enrollment
Each April the enrollment list is made for that August’s classes. Currently-enrolled children
are “moved” (on paper) to the next appropriate class for their age and
development. After this process is completed, the open spaces in each classroom
are revealed. The children on the waiting list are the first to be entered into
empty spots. The highest level of priority on our waiting list is for siblings
of our currently enrolled children. The second level of priority is given to
members of Oak Grove United Methodist Church. After that, spaces are filled
according to various factors such as child gender, age, and order of when the
person was placed on the waiting list. *If you are offered a spot and choose not to take it, we will go to the next person on the waiting list. It might be the next August or later before your child is able to get a spot again.*Infant Enrollment
The infant room, like all of our classrooms, enrolls once a year in August. The highest level of priority on the waiting
list goes to siblings of currently-enrolled children and the second level of
priority goes to OGUMC members. All infants born after August will have to wait
until the next year to get a spot, even siblings and church members. Infants born during the summer will have to
pay for the infant spot each month starting in August, regardless of when the baby starts
attending. Any spots that are
vacated during the school year will be filled by children on the waiting list
first. If no one is waiting, we will advertise the open spot.
*If you are offered a
spot and choose not to take it, we will go to the next person on the waiting
list. It might be the next August or later before your child is able to get a spot
again.*PreK Enrollment for 2023-2024

Oak Grove United Methodist Church Child Development Center | Child care center
We are committed to providing the very best early childhood program for our children. Our goal is to create a Christian environment where children are loved and encouraged to reach their highest social, emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual development. The Child Development Center provides a full day program for infants and children (6 weeks-5 years. ) This program is directed by Barbara Naish.
Oak Grove CDC has two After School Programs and provides transportation from the following Elementary School Preschools: Oak Grove, Briarlake, Coralwood, Hawthorne, and Henderson Mill. Schools that we pick up from might change according to our enrollment. (Coralwood pick up is for Pre-K and K only – not the 3-year-old program.)
Cordella Tarantine is the younger After School (ages 4 – 8) and Summer Camp Coordinator. The older After School Kids’ Club is for children ages 8-11. This program is directed by Lynnda Levitt and is located in the “Kids’ Club House” adjacent to the church parking lot. The Kids’ Club House Number is 404-315-1135.
About our enrollment : Our center is currently fully enrolled. Once our classes are formed they usually stay fully enrolled. We follow the Dekalb County School System calendar and closings (with a few exceptions,) so our classes begin in August and change the next August. We make our class lists in March for the upcoming August. We visually “move” the currently enrolled children to the next classroom appropriate for their age and development. Once this move has been tentatively made, we can see what spots are available in which classrooms.
As a courtesy to members of Oak Grove United Methodist Church, we can take their names and information on a waiting list. This is the only waiting list we have. Unfortunately, because we are usually full, church members have to wait. In March, as we make our Fall list, we will see which spaces are available. We check our waiting list to see if any current families or church members are waiting for that spot. If no one is waiting, we will post the available spot on this “Home” page of our website. If you’ve never seen us post an available spot, it’s because they are rare; however, they do exist! Thank you for your patience and your interest in our program.

“He set the door on fire.” The official version of the death of a teenager in Oak Grove | Right | Society

Aif. ru found out that according to the materials of the pre-investigation check conducted in the Ramenskoye Ministry of Internal Affairs and appointed on the fact of the death of 11-year-old Andrey (name changed), who burned down in the village of Oak Grove, the child himself set fire to the barn door. And those teenagers, whom the villagers suspect of killing the boy, first locked the barn from the outside, and then, on the contrary, tried to save the guy who was captured by fire.
“They fooled around and played hide-and-seek”
Eyewitnesses described what happened to the aif.ru correspondent as follows: people saw a barn engulfed in flames, a sobbing girl ran out to meet them, shouting: “We beat, locked and set fire to a friend.” After the fire was extinguished, Andrei’s body was found inside.
According to eyewitnesses, along with the deceased, in addition to this girl, there were two more boys before the tragedy – 13-year-old Ilya and Kostya (names have been changed). The locals call Ilya the “thunderstorm of the village”, claiming that this boy terrorized local children, taking away their money and personal belongings.
Subsequently, the children retracted part of their testimony, stating that they had indeed beaten and locked Andrey in the barn, but did not set him on fire.
As it became known to aif.ru, the materials of the pre-investigation check say that Andrey, Ilya and Kostya “fooled around, talked and played hide-and-seek” near abandoned sheds. At the same time, it is emphasized that Ilya and Kostya are not registered with the PND. Further, it is said that Andrey went inside an abandoned barn, where his friends locked him from the outside.
“Tried to save a friend”
“Andrey, being in a closed room, set fire to the door, which caught fire,” the materials say. “It was seen by underage friends who tried to open the door, began to call for help, filled bottles of water from a nearby swamp and watered the door, but they couldn’t open the door. ”
After that, as follows from the document, the guys saw another of their minor acquaintances and asked him to bring a crowbar to open the door. The boy went for a crowbar and on the way called the rescue service 112.
That is, judging by the materials of the pre-investigation check, the teenagers, whom the whole village suspects of Andrey’s murder, not only did not set fire to him, but, on the contrary, tried to save him.
Previously, aif.ru wrote that, according to the relatives of the deceased boy, they were trying to “slow down” the case. Perhaps, relatives believe, due to the fact that Ilya’s father “serves in the police.”
Despite the fact that the audit material clearly states that the deceased fourth-grader set himself on fire, the Investigative Department of the Ramensky District opened a criminal case under Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Murder). Whether someone will be charged with it, time will tell. It is also possible that the case will be closed due to the lack of corpus delicti.

90,000 most important care tips. The best article-reminder for moms and dads
Tips for young mothers on caring for a newborn baby: what to prepare for the birth of a baby, how to care for, feed, walk, bathe, put to bed. Answers to the most popular questions of moms.
Contents
Moms who have given birth to their first child are sometimes in terrible confusion: preparation for the arrival of the baby and caring for him raise so many questions that you simply do not know where to run and what to do. Worry and despair are useless here, because the newly-made parents already have enough reasons for worrying. This article contains the main rules and tips for caring for a newborn, so it can be safely used as an instruction on all issues of concern to parents.
Preparing a dowry for a child
There is a superstition that it is impossible to buy anything for an unborn child, so some mothers do not prepare dowry for their children on purpose. These are just prejudices. For future parents and all relatives, it is a real pleasure to go shopping, choosing tiny hats and undershirts. Preparing a “dowry” for a future mother helps to tune in to imminent motherhood. In addition, when the baby is born, there will be such a turmoil that it will be simply impossible for the baby to calmly choose, wash and stack things in piles. So, what you need to prepare for the appearance of crumbs into the world:
- Diapers (In total, you will need about 20-25 of them. The ratio of thin and warm diapers is determined based on what time of the year the baby is born. By the way, knitted diapers are very convenient: they are very soft, stretch well and fit the body).
- Blouses or bodysuits (Unfastened vests are no longer relevant, because they are not comfortable. It is best to buy several blouses with a button or ties and several bodysuits).
- One-piece overalls (Insulated overalls will be enough for the first time, but you can buy several thin ones).
- Hats (Knitted hats without ties are the most convenient. 2 thin ones and one warm one are enough).
- Socks (Soft knitted socks are useful even in the warm season. You can safely buy 4-5 pairs).
- Warm wool blanket.
- Flannelette blanket or plaid.
Some purchases can be left for later and, if necessary, entrusted to grandmothers. These include, for example, mittens – anti-scratches. Not all children resist cutting their nails, so mittens may not come in handy. Another purchase from this series is a pillow. Babies up to a year old can sleep without a pillow, using a folded diaper instead.
We also read: a list of things for a newborn baby
In addition to things, you need to prepare a first aid kit for the arrival of the baby:
- Baby oil for treating wrinkles (you can do with sterile vegetable oil), baby cream;
- Pipette, hydrogen peroxide, vial of brilliant green for the treatment of the umbilical wound;
- Zinc ointment for rashes and diaper rash;
- Bathing herbs, potassium permanganate;
- Vapor tube, cherry-stone heating pad, carminatives (Bobotik, Sub-Simplex, etc. (see all anti-colic products)) in case of colic;
- Wet wipes, cotton pads, sterile cotton, spout rinse – for hygiene procedures.
- Antipyretic (better in suppositories), antihistamine (Fenistil) (see all preparations for fever).
- Absorbent diapers and diapers for newborns.
Depending on the situation, it will be possible to purchase diaper cream and powder.
View and download the complete list of first aid kit for a newborn baby – list here
Something for mom
After leaving the maternity hospital, mom will also need some things to buy in advance:
- Bepanthen cream for cracked nipples.
- Absorbent breast pads.
- Comfortable nursing underwear.
- Sanitary napkins (either special postnatal or normal but with maximum absorbency).
- Postpartum bandage (for better recovery of the abdominal muscles).
- Breast pads for feeding (what are they for and why).
- Breast pump (how to choose and pump).
If everything is ready for the appearance in everyday life, it’s time to figure out and master the basic procedures that a young mother will have to perform daily and more than once.
Morning toilet: wash eyes, clean nose
Morning toilet is an analogue of our washing. Prepare a small bowl of warm boiled water, cotton pads and sterile cotton. We wipe the eyes with cotton pads moistened with water, making movements from the outer edge of the eye to the inner. Then, in each nostril, we instill 1-2 drops of special drops for washing the nose (you can use saline). We wait a few minutes until the crusts are slightly soaked. At this time, we twist small flagella from the fleece and gently clean the nose with them, making circular movements. You can not put the flagellum too deep. We clean the ears with the same flagella. Remember that a newborn baby can only toilet the nose and ears with cotton flagella. Children’s cotton swabs with restraints are intended for children from 1 year old. (See detailed articles on the topic: eye care, how to clean the baby’s nose and the article: caring for the baby’s ears)
In the morning, the umbilical wound must be treated. To do this, with a clean pipette, drip a few drops of hydrogen peroxide into the wound. The peroxide begins to foam, separating the crusts and “bringing” them to the surface. We remove these crusts with a clean cotton swab, and then apply brilliant green to the wound with another stick (details on the treatment of the umbilical wound).

Changing a diaper
Most modern mothers prefer to use disposable diapers. A baby has to change a disposable diaper about 10 times a day: the child should not be in one diaper for more than 3-4 hours, and besides, you need to change the diaper every time the baby has pooped. The second point, moreover, must be performed even at night, because the feces are not absorbed by the diaper and irritate the skin.
Wash your baby before changing a diaper. If he crap one’s pants – with soap, if not – with warm tap water (if it is not possible to wash it – wipe it with wet wipes). If there is irritation, you can apply a diaper cream on the skin, if not, just let the skin dry.
Be sure to take care of the umbilical wound and make sure that the diaper fastener does not rub it. There are special diapers for newborns who have a notch in place of the navel. If you use others, fold the edge of the diaper or cover your navel with a piece of sterile bandage.

Let’s go for a walk
If the child is healthy, you can walk with him from the first day of life. Regarding children’s walks, the rule “nature has no bad weather” is true. You can cancel a walk only if there is severe frost, abnormal heat or other extreme weather conditions outside. In bad weather, you can take the cradle with the baby to the balcony.
Babies usually sleep in the stroller, so the mother can choose the time for a walk at her own discretion. It is better to start walking from 30-40 minutes, gradually increasing the time of the walk. Over time, you can walk up to 4-6 hours a day, dividing this time into 2 “sets”.
The most important thing is to dress your baby according to the weather, take wet wipes, a changeable diaper and a rain cover for the stroller.
We feed
If there are no contraindications, the child should only be breastfed. WHO recommends exclusively breast milk up to 6 months, which means that even water should not be given until this age, not to mention juices and fruit purees.
Feed the baby on demand. This means that for any crying and anxiety, the mother offers the baby a breast. The baby can stay at the breast until it releases itself. It is not worth interfering in this process and trying to regulate the sucking time: nature and instincts are “smarter” than our mind, the child himself knows how much and how often he needs to suckle.

Bath procedures
Bathe your baby every day. The temperature of the water for bathing should be about 37 degrees, but here it is better to focus on the child: someone behaves calmer in cooler water, someone in warmer water.
Boiling water for bathing, as was done in the past, is now not recommended, but until the umbilical wound has healed, it is better to add manganese to the water – it acts as an antiseptic. The potassium permanganate solution should be pale pink. After the wound has healed, if there are skin problems, you can bathe the baby in herbs.
For newborns, it is better to use a small bath. For the first baths, you can wrap the baby in a diaper so that he is not scared of the water. You can wash your child with soap and other products 2-3 times a week, and the rest of the time you can do with water. When bathing, do not forget to wash your hair. At the end of bathing for hardening, you can pour cool water over the baby’s legs.
After bathing, the baby should be well wrapped in a warm diaper or towel. The head also needs to be covered.
Details: how to bathe newborns
After bathing
After bathing, you also need to perform some procedures:
- Treat the umbilical wound in the same way as we did in the morning.
- Trim nails while they are soft with water.
- Wipe all wrinkles with oil (including the area behind the ears – crusts often form there).
Watch a video of how the baby is bathed:
Going to bed
Most breastfeeding babies fall asleep at the breast. You can rock the baby in your arms, and then carefully transfer it to the crib. The experience of mothers shows that it is better to swaddle babies for sleep: so their own movements do not cause them any concern, they are not afraid of their own arms or legs. By the way, it is better to buy a cradle for a newborn baby, not a crib. Limited space is more comfortable for a baby than a spacious bed that is not proportionate to his body.
The room must be ventilated before going to bed. It is believed that the optimal temperature for the room where the baby sleeps is about 20 degrees.
It is impossible to put the baby to sleep on his back – in a dream, the baby can burp and choke on vomit. To prevent the baby from rolling over on his back, laying him on his side, support his back with a small pillow or a folded blanket. The position of the sleeping baby should be periodically changed, shifting it from one side to the other. This is necessary so that the bones of the skull are not deformed.

The most popular questions that concern young mothers
A quivering young mother shudders at every sneeze of her baby and falls into confusion in front of many unfamiliar phenomena. Let’s try to deal with the most common questions of young mothers.
Odd color and dryness of the baby’s skin
The skin of a newly born baby may have a reddish, yellowish tint. The first is due to a very thin layer of subcutaneous fat: the red tint is the blood vessels that show through the skin. Yellowness (jaundice) is the result of an increased content of bilirubin and goes away when the liver begins to work more actively.
Dryness and flaking of the skin is also normal. In this way, the skin adapts to the new air environment. Usually peeling disappears a month after birth. You can speed up this process by lubricating the flaky areas with baby cream or oil (see article: Why do newborns have flaky skin on the head and body – what mom needs to know) .
Details: proper skin care for a newborn baby
Baby hiccups
Many babies begin to hiccup in the stomach. Usually, hiccups in babies occur due to excess air that has entered the stomach during feeding. The best way to get rid of it is to scold the baby with a “column” and give a tummy massage ( article on hiccups and how to deal with it ).
The child spit up
The regurgitation is a consequence of the underdevelopment of the digestive system and a special children’s mechanism of “fight” with overeating. As a preventative measure, make sure that the baby is properly latching onto the breast (so he does not swallow too much air), and keep him in a “column” after feeding. In general, regurgitation is not at all dangerous. Normally, once a day, a child can even burp with a “fountain”. If this happens more often and regurgitation lasts longer than 6 months, you should consult a neurologist ( see regurgitation article ).
The child sneezes and coughs
If there are no signs of a cold (runny nose, high temperature) – these are natural self-cleansing reflexes of the body from mucus in the throat and nose.
Important:
- Child’s cough (how to treat)
- Temperature (how to treat)
- Runny nose (how to treat)
How to dress your baby
The baby’s body is still bad at retaining heat and maintaining a constant temperature. This must be taken into account both at home and on the street. Excessively wrapped up, the child can easily be overheated, and leaving undressed – on the contrary, supercool. The main dressing rule for a toddler is to dress as you are + one layer of clothing.
Baby clothes should be made from natural fabrics, have a comfortable design and secure fasteners. It is best to choose blouses and overalls that can be easily put on without twisting the arms and legs of the child and without pushing the head into the narrow neck. All accessories (buttons, buttons) must be of high quality and securely sewn so that the little one cannot tear off and swallow a small piece of clothing.
How to know if a baby is warm
The temperature of the arms and legs does not mean anything in this matter, because they are often cool in babies due to poor thermoregulation. To understand if the child is warm, you need to touch his neck: if it is cool, it is better to dress the baby warmer.
Can I give my baby a pacifier?
If there are plans for successful and long-term breastfeeding, it is better not to, in any case, up to 6 months, until lactation is fully established. The nipple confuses the child, he begins to confuse the mother’s breast and its silicone substitute, and may refuse the breast altogether. In addition, there is an opinion that sucking a nipple has a bad effect on the formation of bite. We read on the topic: how to choose a pacifier and how to wean it from a pacifier
What to do if a child sucks his thumb?
Thumb sucking is a manifestation of the sucking reflex characteristic of infants. The first thing to do is to offer the baby a breast: he may be hungry. Thumb sucking can be a stress response: the baby sucks to calm down. In any case, this cannot be ignored. Try to understand the cause and eliminate it ( see how to wean a child from sucking fingers ).
Is it worth it to run to the child at the first cry and take him in your arms?
The answer is unambiguous – yes. Whatever the reason for crying, it cannot be ignored. A child may cry not only from hunger and physical discomfort. He may simply need his mother’s affection and warmth – this is the same vital need that must be satisfied ( see how to understand the reasons for the crying of a newborn baby ).
How to deal with colic?
Prevention is always better than cure, therefore, as part of prevention, lay the baby on the tummy, do a gentle massage of the tummy, wear it in a “column” after eating. If the attack nevertheless began – give the medicine, attach something warm to the tummy (a heating pad, a diaper heated with an iron). In emergency cases, when nothing helps and the attack does not go away – put a gas outlet tube Important: how to save a child from colic.
How to deal with a child so as not to frighten him?
Newborn babies react very specifically to sounds: under the monotonous rumble of a vacuum cleaner, the baby can sleep peacefully, but sharp loud sounds scare the baby very much. It is absolutely not necessary to surround the baby with silence, but so that the child is not afraid, harsh sounds should be avoided.
In general, all movements and actions of the mother should be smooth. The baby can be very frightened if, when bathing, he is abruptly immersed in water, or if he is abruptly put on the changing table. Until the child has adapted, everything that surrounds him in the “big world” can cause anxiety, so caution is needed in everything.
Reading on the topic: What to do if your child is afraid of loud noises
What to do if diaper rash appears?
Almost all mothers face this trouble. Red crusts and severe irritation appear when the baby’s skin is in contact with moisture for a long time. Contrary to prejudice, diaper rash in a child appears much less frequently in disposable diapers than in diapers. If the diaper is not overfilled, moisture is absorbed into it quickly and the baby’s skin has almost no contact with it, so it is not worth abandoning the diaper in favor of diapers in case of diaper rash.
Irritated skin needs healing and hydration. It is not necessary to constantly wash the baby with soap with diaper rash: soap dries the skin a lot and only increases the feeling of discomfort. It is necessary to wash the baby with water, and then lubricate the irritated area with oil or a healing cream (Bepanten, Bübchen). Be sure to arrange air baths, that is, leave the baby just naked, without a diaper and a diaper. When bathing in the evening, you can use herbs (chamomile, string) – they also have a healing effect.

Advice for dads
Read: Why are you tired? You are sitting at home! Or a memo to husbands who do not understand all the “charms” of maternity leave
The main advice for dads is to properly prepare for the meeting of his wife from the maternity hospital. Flowers, balloons, and room decorations are great, but any mom will appreciate more if you free her from homework, which can accumulate a lot in a few days in the maternity hospital. After discharge from the hospital, you want to get home as soon as possible in order to finally wash in your bath and lie on your bed, so that mountains of unwashed dishes and scattered things will not please your spouse at all. In addition, not all women are ready to flutter after childbirth. Most feel unimportant: weakness, pain from stitches, fatigue. This must be taken into account not only at the time of discharge, but also in general for the first time after the birth of the baby. To get into the rhythm and start coping with the child and household chores, a young mother needs time.
Caring for a newborn only at first glance seems to be something very complicated. Within a month, any mother does all the manipulations “with her eyes closed” and, by the intonation of crying, she understands that her beloved child is worried. The most important thing in caring for a baby is to do everything with love and “get involved” in the life of a little man as much as possible. It is this, and not “mechanical” care, that makes the child happy, calm and healthy.

Basic tips for caring for a newborn “Persona Childhood”
Specially for our readers, a pediatric neonatologist of the highest category, deputy chief physician for pediatrics at the Persona clinic, S. I. Kapustina, told several important rules for caring for newborns.
When caring for a newborn child, one must remember that his skin is very delicate, and various inflammations easily occur on it, and even slight friction can injure the skin.
A baby’s day should start with a morning toilet. First, it is recommended to drip into both nasal passages any preparation of sterile sea water, 1 drop or 1 injection. As you treat the eyes and skin, the contents of the nose will soften and be easier to remove. Eyes are treated with boiled water or freshly brewed tea using a cotton pad. Each eye is wiped with a separate disk from the outer corner to the inner. Face is washed with boiled water. Ears are cleaned with a Q-tip dipped in oil (Vaseline, Peach or Baby) from the outside only. A stick cannot be inserted into the ear canal, and it does not require cleaning. Nose is cleaned with cotton turundas, which are screwed into the nasal passage and then removed from there. In this case, the head must be held with the free hand, placing it under the back of the head.
After washing the face , all the folds of the body , knee and elbow bends, hands are processed with a cotton pad soaked in oil. Special attention should be paid to the treatment of the external genital organs. In boys, the foreskin is not retracted, and the skin around its opening is treated with oil. In girls, it is necessary to carefully process the fold between the large and small labia. This is also done with a cotton pad with oil.
During the day it is necessary to wash the baby after each stool with running water at a temperature of 37-38 degrees. Before placing your baby under running water, always check the temperature with your hand to prevent burns. For washing, use baby liquid soap. After washing, blot the skin with a diaper or soft towel and apply diaper cream, it will protect the baby’s skin from the irritating effects of urine and feces. You can use wet baby wipes between washes.
Bathing in the evening. Bathe the baby daily before feeding. The water in the bath should be 37-38 degrees (checked with a special thermometer). In the first 2 weeks of life, bathing is carried out in boiled water with the addition of a solution (by no means crystals) of potassium permanganate to a pale pink color of the water. 2-3 times a week when bathing, soap or bathing agent is used and the baby’s head is washed.
The child is immersed slowly in water and the skin and all folds are washed with a hand or a soft glove, then shampoo is taken (no more than 1 tsp) and foamed on the head, then the soap is washed off the head from the jug, water is poured on the forehead (try to she did not get on the face, it can scare the baby). In conclusion, the child is raised above the bath and doused from a jug. Gradually, the temperature of the water for dousing may become lower than the water in the bath. After bathing, the umbilical wound is treated with solutions of 3% hydrogen peroxide and an alcohol solution of brilliant green using cotton swabs. Next, skin folds and the nasal cavity are processed as described above.
Quite often, in the first weeks and months of a child’s life, parents are confused and do not understand how best to organize his life. At such moments, a competent, knowledgeable, experienced assistant is very necessary, who will tell you how to overcome the difficulties that have arisen and answer all questions. A pediatrician should become such an assistant, observing the child from the very first days, knowing and loving him.
Therefore, in the children’s department of the Persona clinic, we tried to create the most comfortable conditions for mothers and babies. Before the birth of a child, future parents can get a lot of useful information from experienced doctors and specialists in the Happy Motherhood cycle at the School of Future Parents of the Persona clinic.
However, a lot of questions arise when the baby is already born. In this situation, the doctors of the children’s department of the clinic “Persona” are always ready to help you. Patronage programs are compiled individually for each little patient. Thanks to this, the pediatrician and other doctors have the opportunity to pay maximum attention to the baby and his parents. The doctor will be constantly in touch with you, so at any time he will be able to answer all your questions related to nutrition, vaccination, treatment, hygiene of the child. An important advantage of patronage is also the fact that all examinations, examinations, vaccinations are carried out at home – in a familiar environment for the child.
The observation schedule for patronage programs fully complies with the state standard , but at the request of the parents, it can be adjusted so that specialists can examine the baby more often. There are several patronage programs that differ in organization and price, so that everyone can choose the appropriate option for themselves.

Working on maternity and parental leave
In today’s article we will look at the possibility of additional income on maternity and parental leave e. Let’s take a closer look at whether you can earn extra money at the job you worked before your maternity leave or another job you find while on maternity or parental leave.
Working on maternity leave
First, we will start with working on maternity leave, where the conditions for earning are slightly different from working on parental leave. Maternity leave is registered by the Czech Social Security Administration , from which maternity benefit is also paid . The amount of PPM depends on how much you earn (health insurance contributions) from your job. During maternity leave, you cannot explicitly perform the same activities as before maternity leave . If you want to work for the same employer, they must change your employment contract. It is recommended that you conclude, for example, an employment contract (DPC) or a performance contract (DPP) for a different type of work than the one for which you have a basic employment contract (HPP). If you had a signed HPP contract before you took your maternity leave, you can also work on maternity leave as a self-employed person. If you have a main job as a self-employed person prior to maternity leave, and therefore PPM is calculated based on trade advances, you cannot operate a trade license during maternity leave . If before you went on maternity leave you were self-employed, engaged in secondary activities, then during maternity leave there are no restrictions on this. For example, follow the link to read a similar article about finding a dream job.
Work in the postpartum period
In the sixth week, the same conditions apply to work as during the entire maternity leave. A woman can work, but under a completely different type of employment contract, and must also perform a different type of work in accordance with the contract than she did at her main job before going on maternity leave. The same applies to the self-employed. The employer must comply with the rules regarding high-risk occupations in which pregnant women are not allowed to work before giving birth, nursing women, and underage workers.
Dad on maternity leave
Can’t stay at home with the baby and return to work? The father of the child may also receive maternity benefit. The father can apply for PPM from the 6th week after birth. In the sixth week, this is not possible. The sixth week is for the rest of the woman after childbirth. Do you know how to calculate the amount of PPM? You will find detailed instructions on the website of the Czech Social Security Administration.
Working while on parental leave
You can work as much as you like while on parental leave, and you also do not have to be encumbered by an employment contract, but you must comply with the rules established by law . You are required by law to provide child care throughout the day if you want to go to work. If you work and receive parental benefit at the same time, you must not place your child in a daycare, daycare, nursery or similar facility for more than 46 hours per month, and by law, a child is not required to attend nursery for more than 4 hours a day . The type of employment contract is not decisive here because the parental allowance is paid by the relevant employment office and therefore these are state social assistance benefits that are not tied to the amount of deductions from the work that you did at HPP.
An ideal job while on parental leave
What does an ideal job look like while on parental leave? It depends on your capabilities. Do you have babysitting or do you need to take your kids everywhere with you? If there is no one behind them look after , you will probably look for a job on the Internet from the comfort of your home, so you can work while the kids are sleeping. If a grandmother looks after them, a wider field of activity opens up before you.
How to effectively select childcare?
You don’t have a grandmother to take care of the kids, but can you get a well-paid office job? Find babysitter . You can quickly and conveniently get it on the website https://nasha-nyanya. ru. Our babysitter is portal based on neighbor help . In your area, you can find babysitters or cleaners to help you when you need it. Advantage – lower prices per hour, than if you hired a specialized agency. You can search through the helper profiles you’ve inserted, or you can enter your ad in which you’ll write requests for a nanny and you’ll start getting responses. Which option you choose is up to you.
How to find a job?
Looking for a job with children? No problem. Take a look at https://nasha-nyanya.ru/ where you can choose a job in your area without leaving your home. You can schedule your classes however you see fit. For example, at a time when children can take care of children. In Domelia you will find offers for cleaning, babysitting, housekeeping, you can help care for the elderly , earn extra money with fitness, massage, beautician or housekeeper . To make it easier to find help, you can register on the site and use the services of Domelia members.

If the problem persists, please contact the site’s administrator.Debian’s Apache2 default configuration is different from the
upstream default configuration, and split into several files optimized for
interaction with Debian tools.
ports.conf is always included from the
main configuration file. It is used to determine the listening ports for
incoming connections, and this file can be customized anytime. -
Configuration files in the mods-enabled/,
conf-enabled/ and sites-enabled/ directories contain
particular configuration snippets which manage modules, global configuration
fragments, or virtual host configurations, respectively. -
They are activated by symlinking available
configuration files from their respective
*-available/ counterparts. These should be managed
by using our helpersa2enmod,
a2dismod,a2ensite,
a2dissite,and
a2enconf,
a2disconf
. See their respective man pages for detailed information. -
The binary is called apache2. Due to the use of
environment variables, in the default configuration, apache2 needs to be
started/stopped with /etc/init.d/apache2 or apache2ctl.
Calling /usr/bin/apache2 directly will not work with the
default configuration.
By default, Debian does not allow access through the web browser to
any file apart of those located in /var/www,
public_html
directories (when enabled) and /usr/share (for web
applications). If your site is using a web document root
located elsewhere (such as in /srv) you may need to whitelist your
document root directory in /etc/apache2/apache2. conf. The default Debian document root is /var/www/html. You
can make your own virtual hosts under /var/www. This is different
to previous releases which provides better security out of the box. Please use the reportbug tool to report bugs in the
Apache2 package with Debian. However, check existing bug reports before reporting a new bug. Please report bugs specific to modules (such as PHP and others)
to respective packages, not to the web server itself.Manufacturer of children’s play equipment in Moscow

NAEYC created is accreditation program in 1985 to set professional standards for early childhood education and to help families identify high-quality child care and early eduaction programs. To earn NAEYC’s accreditation, a program conducts a self-study to determine how well it meets the standards. After necessary improvements are made, the program is observed by independent, professional validators and then reviewed by a national panel. Programs are accredited by NAEYC for a five-year period.”We are proud of this accreditation,” said Dr. Debra Nelson, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction. “This lets our employees know that their children are in a program that is providing the best care and early learning experiences possible. The staff should certainly be commended.”This prestigious accreditation is awarded to less than 4 percent of all licensed child care centers, and there is only one other center in Frisco with this endorsement.

With many young families in Frisco and more moving to the area every day, the number of early childhood centers in the area continues to increase.
For those families without the financial means to send their child to an independent center, however, Frisco ISD offers its Early Childhood School, which includes a prekindergarten, a Head Start program and a preschool program for children with disabilities.
“The Early Childhood School supports three early intervention programs for children ages 3 and 4,” said Laurie Tinsley, area director for elementary instruction. “The goal of the district is to support high-quality early learning that promotes Kindergarten school readiness for children.”
The school, which opened in 2009, currently enrolls about 640 students.
Before the ECS campus opened, services were offered to students on the individual campuses, Tinsley said.
Prekindergarten
The prekindergarten program is a half-day program offered in either the morning or afternoon for 4-year-olds who meet specific criteria.
That criteria includes having a language barrier, being educationally disadvantaged, defined as homeless, a child of a military member or a child who has ever been under conservatorship by the Department of Family and Protective Services.
The program is funded by federal, state and local money. Families apply for the program each year in July.
Head Start
Head Start is a full-day program funded jointly by federal, state and local agencies.
“Head Start is a federal program that promotes the school readiness of children ages 3 and 4 from low income families by enhancing their cognitive, social, and emotional development,” Tinsley said.
The program supports growth in language and literacy, cognition and general knowledge, physical development and health and social and emotional development.
Services offered to participants and their parents include health, nutrition, social and other services, as well as education and cognitive development services.
“Head Start emphasizes the role of parents as their child’s first and most important teacher,” Tinsley said.
Preschool Program for Children with Disabilities
Children in the PPCD program—ages 3-5—are provided with special education and related services for children with disabilities.
The PPCD services do not necessarily take place at the Early Childhood School, Tinsley said.
