Lynn’s Learning Center | Dorr, MI Frequently Asked Questions
What subjects/grades do you teach?
We Teach/Tutor students from Young 5’s through 8th Grade in all subjects. For High School Mathematics we go through Algebra II.
How does online tutoring work?
We meet via the platform ZOOM. High speed internet and a computer with a webcam are needed. There is a “white board” we can make use of if needed and can share documents. If there is specific homework, we ask that you email the link/assignment so we can share the document to make things easier.
Will my child get homework from Lynn’s Learning Center to work on in-between sessions?
The answer to this is variable. It depends on what your child is in need of. If your child needs help keeping up with homework, then probably not unless it is to give them extra practice in a difficult area. We don’t want them to feel overburdened. If it is reading, then I always want students to read each night for at least 20 minutes, or quickly go over some vocabulary. Summertime is another story all together. It is a time to keep up with what they have learned and look ahead to what is to come in the next year. I ask for about 1/2 hour a day in various learning activities + 20 minutes reading. This keeps them accountable and promotes good study habits. I have started a Google Classroom for both my online and office students to keep up with their work.
What are your hours?
My office/online tutoring hours (EST) are:
Monday 9:00-12:30, 1:30-7:30
Tuesday 9:00-12:30, 1:30-7:30
Wednesday 9:00-12:30, 1:30-7:30
Thursday 9:00-12:30, 1:30-4:00
How often do you recommend tutoring for a student?
The answer to this is variable as well. It depends on your child. Are they behind in school? I would say 3 times a week. Does your child need help with one subject only a little as a reassurance then I might say only once a week. It completely depends on your child and their needs. It may be that your child may start out 3 times a week but later may change to 2 times then eventually only once as a check in or boost.
Do you allow drop ins?
If your child has been a student of Lynn’s Learning Center for a while and has “graduated” from tutoring but all of the sudden has a big test that they are anxious about, then yes, they are welcome to drop in for a little help. If it is someone shopping for a tutor and they just want to drop in to see, then no. The relationship between a Tutor and Student is important and it takes time to build that relationship of trust for the student to accept the help they need.
How much do you charge for tutoring?
$30/hour – Quite reasonable compared to many tutors. I want this to be affordable for those that need it.
How do you accept payments?
Office Visits – I accept Cash, Check, PayPal (which accepts all major credit cards) Online – I invoice through PayPal (which accepts all major credit cards)
Payment is expected at the time of service or you may prepay if that is more convenient.
How do I sign up for tutoring for my child?
Please go to the Contact Us page and fill out the questionnaire. I will contact you soon and we can talk in person to see how I can help you and your child. We can schedule your first appointment at that time.

Note on Frequency of Inspections
Centers, Group Homes, and Licensed Family Homes::
In 2014, legislation was passed that changed the number of unannounced visits from two per year to one per year in Child Care Centers, Group Child Care Homes, and Licensed Family Child Care Homes. As a result of this new law, you may see a decrease in the number of deficiencies listed on this website for these types of providers. Unannounced visits are still made in response to a complaint, and visits are scheduled with the facility during the re-licensing process, which occurs every two years.
Registered Family Homes:
Most family homes are registered, not licensed. In 2014, legislation was passed that allows Child Care Licensing to make one unannounced visit to these homes each year. As a result of this new law, you may see an increase in the number of deficiencies listed on this website for Registered Family Child Care Homes. Unannounced visits are still made in response to a complaint. Click here for an overview of each facility and the requirements they must meet according to state law.

Interactive School Ventilation Tool
Updated May 27, 2022
Print
This tool is designed for building managers or school administrators who are familiar with the school’s current ventilation systems.
Small particles that people breathe out can contain virus particles, including the viruses that causes COVID-19 and influenza (flu). Good ventilation, along with other preventive actions, can help prevent virus transmission in schools.
A window exhaust fan can reduce virus particles in a classroom by up to 95%.
Select the options below to see how particle levels change as you adjust ventilation settings.
The risk of getting COVID-19 varies according to individual susceptibility and the number of virus particles to which a person is exposed. The fewer virus particles in the air, the better.
This tool does not contain all scenarios. However, you can layer strategies for even better ventilation results.
This tool uses data from the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
The results are estimates and might not be exact in the real world. Our model assumes an infected occupant (teacher or student) inside a 790 square-foot classroom for 6 hours. The model shows the reduction in particles over those 6 hours in the classroom. To see the effects of these ventilation settings on different room sizes and HVAC system types, see this report from the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
Due to limits of the current model, the tool does not contain all scenarios, including opening a window or using multiple enhancements at one time. However, layering strategies will help clear out virus particles in rooms faster.
The model assumes that if you select Terminal Unit or Central/Rooftop Unit, the unit would be operating continuously during school hours.
The base filter in the “No HVAC” system is no filter, in the “Terminal Unit system” is MERV 6, and in the “Central/Rooftop Unit” is MERV 8. For this model, a “premium” filter is based on one rated for MERV 13 filtration. Learn more about HVAC filters and portable air cleaners. Visit Ventilation in Buildings to learn more about MERV ratings.
The portable HEPA air cleaner is assumed to be operating at high speed (300 cfm).
The exhaust fan is assumed to be 1,200 cfm.
The 100% Outside Air option is only available on the “Central/Rooftop Unit” and means that no air is recirculated.
All scenarios are compared against a classroom with no central ventilation system with no filter, no HEPA air cleaner, and no exhaust fan.

And child care, at its best, fosters children’s development. So how did we come to treat them so differently?

This summer, as debate raged among lawmakers, school districts and parents about whether it was safe to send kids back to school, something strange happened in Howard County, Md.
The Howard County school system decided to remain remote for at least the first semester. But to help parents deal with the lack of in-person care for their children, the county offered elementary school students a spot in parks and recreation programs, which provide “support for virtual learning assignments” along with “work sessions” and “crafts, physical activities, and games” — activities not totally unlike, say, school.
Little mention was made of the adults who will supervise the children during this child care. There was no hand-wringing about classroom configurations or safety guidelines. The catch? Unlike regular public school, which is guaranteed and free, the spots were limited — and cost $219 each week for a full day.
Similar programs have been created in places such as Texas, Vermont, Boston and New York City. Even before the school year began, child care providers never shut down in many places and were mostly left on their own to figure out how to keep their doors open while keeping everyone safe.
What is going on? Why would we endlessly debate the safety of putting children in classrooms, but put them in day care settings without anyone batting an eye — and certainly with no national debate?
In reality, there is no magical distinction that leaves children and adults immune to the coronavirus in a child care setting but not in a school. And yet throughout the pandemic we’ve operated as if there is.
It has taken a once-in-a-lifetime crisis to reveal what was always true: School is — whisper it — a form of child care; child care, at its best, fosters children’s development.
We have long drawn a sharp distinction where there shouldn’t be one. School is, first and foremost, about education. But it is also a safe place for parents to send their children while they’re at work. That fact became torturously clear as school was yanked away, throwing families into chaos. At the same time, while child care allows parents of young children to go to work, the early years are also critical for children’s development, making the educational aspects crucial.
The dichotomy we’ve set up between the two doesn’t serve anyone now, but it didn’t work under normal circumstances, either. Separating child care from the larger K-12 educational system forces many of us to live with an expensive, patchwork, private system for children up to age 5. And ignoring the fact that school is a place where children both learn and are kept safe while their parents work means we haven’t reconciled short school days and academic calendars with a typical working parent’s schedule.
How did we ever let such a bifurcated system grow so established in the first place? The story begins, for a University of Pennsylvania education historian, Jonathan Zimmerman, when formal school was first established in this country. In the 1800s, school was transformed state by state from a few weeks of instruction by a teenage girl in a one-room house into a system of formal classrooms with grades and professional teachers. Educational reformers like Horace Mann and Henry Barnard insisted that children needed more formal schooling in order to be informed citizens upholding democracy.
But that same reform push also excluded the nation’s youngest children. When “school” still meant a one-room schoolhouse, working mothers were happy to send babies along with their siblings — which doesn’t mean that this was a good outcome. “They would park the babies in front of the fireplace and the babies would fall asleep and fall backward,” Mr. Zimmerman said. “Kids were injured.” Horace Mann insisted that babies ought to remain at home, to allow the other children to get a better shot at a real education.
“Nobody’s wrong here,” Mr. Zimmerman said. “Mom’s right that we need a place for the 6-month-old, and Horace Mann is right that kids don’t actually belong in the schoolhouse.”
But no one swooped in to help Mom get what she needed — even as a broad consensus formed across the country that all children above the age of 6 had a right to a publicly financed education. “Public support for education starting in grade 1 has never really been a question,” Mr. Zimmerman said, even if we’ve frequently — and vehemently — fought over the particulars of how it’s carried out. School was never about alleviating a burden for parents. It was, for a new republic, based on the idea that the country needed an educated population to make democracy function. It was a civic service.
Child care, on the other hand, was guided by an entirely different logic. “There’s a common thread that runs through the history of child care in this country,” said Chris Herbst, an Arizona State University associate professor who studies child care policy. “And that’s employment.”
Mothers have always worked outside the home. During Mann’s time, they were in mills and factories alongside men. Their presence in the workplace then was controversial, as it remains today. Convincing the public that there should be a service available to take care of their kids while they worked was “a really heavy lift,” Mr. Zimmerman said.
In fact, mothers didn’t get any help from the government until the government needed them to work. During the Great Depression, the Works Progress Administration operated a network of child care centers aimed at helping unemployed mothers get jobs. Then, in the midst of World War II, President Franklin Roosevelt built a network of centers across the country. By then, men were fighting abroad and the ranks of childless women were running thin. But without child care, the nation was subjected to an array of horror stories about what happened when mothers went to work, such as children locked in cars near factories or chained to trailer homes.
And so, between 1943 and 1946, the country had a publicly funded, universal child care system built on the idea that women needed to leave the home to keep America running. It was “one of the earliest examples of child care policy in this country,” Mr. Herbst said. And it sprung directly from an economic need. “It was not designed specifically with education goals or child development goals in mind,” Mr. Herbst said. “It was all about parent employment.”
The centers shut down when the war ended, and the country has yet to create a universal child care program since. It has barely even invested public resources in it. But the few times it has, work has nearly always been the driving priority. In the 1990s, the federal government created programs like the Child Care & Development Block Grant and child care subsidies in the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program with the goal of “quickly moving mostly unmarried mothers with young children from welfare to work,” Mr. Herbst said. “These were employment programs.”
So child care has always by default been ensnared in the thicket of debate over the role women are meant to play at home and in public. School has rarely come into conflict with that debate. The basic premise that children deserve to learn — and that education is important for the country as a whole — hasn’t been disputed.
And yet the two suffer from being divided from each other. “In both realms, we’re only having half the necessary conversation,” Mr. Herbst said.
Even before the pandemic, school misaligned with parents’ needs. The school day barely resembles the typical demands of a job. The median school day ends at 2:50 p.m., and nearly all are closed by 3:30, yet most of us work until 5 or 6 p.m. When functioning normally, schools still close for nearly 29 days during the school year, more than two workweeks longer than what the average private-sector worker gets in paid vacation and holidays — and that’s not even touching on summer vacation.
At the same time, an academic consensus has emerged about the importance of the first few years of a child’s life to brain development and later life outcomes. To neglect the developmental, if not educational, importance of high-quality child care is to do an enormous disservice to the millions of children who are in child care on a typical (non-pandemic) day.
Now this arbitrary dividing line has left child care providers all but abandoned while struggling to safely stay open and pick up the slack when school districts have decided to go remote. The fact that K-12 schools get public funding and oversight means they are also subject to public debate. Child care has been relegated to a lesser status and has less power to make demands on lawmakers, even if the demand is simply for some canisters of disinfectant wipes.
The answer is not that we must drag K-12 education down to child care’s level — to say that teachers are merely babysitters who deserve to make barely over minimum wage and that parents should be forced to pay for school themselves. The answer is to make child care more like public school. What Howard County is doing might seem strange at first glance, but in fact, school districts offering child care for school-aged children could lead us to the right place.
We still don’t know what this school year is going to look like. It’s yet to be seen if schools invite students back in only to shut down as cases spread, or if they’re able to put in place enough safety measures to keep the virus at bay. But when we emerge on the other side, it would be foolish to return to normal, to a system where children’s needs are neglected at young ages and parents’ needs go unheeded at older ones.

LEARNING CONDITIONS
WORKING HOURS
Kindergarten – primary school “Rostok” is designed for children from 7:30 am to 19:30 pm, the most comfortable conditions are created here so that every child feels at home.
For 12 hours, both kids and schoolchildren are under the supervision of educators and teachers. In the kindergarten, the day for pupils begins with breakfast, then the teachers work with the children:
modeling;
drawing;
music;
physical education;
development of speech or logic.
In elementary school, lessons are held in the first half of the day, and in the second half, students are engaged in sections and circles of additional education (physical culture and sports, artistic and aesthetic, cultural and scientific and technical orientation), take part in project activities, do homework can rest or take a walk.
EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM
The educational system in the kindergarten – elementary school “Rostok” is built in such a way that children have the opportunity to prepare for the transition to the next stages of education. Through active participation in project, competitive and creative work, kindergarten students and primary school students develop the ability to:
self-improvement and self-education;
learn to solve logical problems for the formation of thinking and consciousness;
learn initial competencies in intellectual, information and other fields.
COMPREHENSIVE CLASSES IN ROBOTICS
In the elementary school of PEI VO TAU, as part of the development of a diversified modern student, four stages of education of children in the direction of robotics have been implemented. This is due to the need to develop algorithmic thinking and a creative non-standard approach to solving problems among students and training future technical specialists. Training takes place according to the STEAM methods (science – science, technology – technology, engineering – engineering, arts and math – art and mathematics) Lego Education and individual methods developed by the teachers of the Academy. The first two stages, for students in grades 1 and 2, are implemented on the basis of Lego WeDo 2.0 constructors. Further education is based on Lego Boost building blocks and adapted for Scrath programming. During each lesson, children will explore the world around them, constructing interactive programmable models from functional assembly elements.
UNIQUE PROGRAMMING TRAINING SYSTEM
CODEWARDS is an educational program specially developed by Redmadrobot for elementary school students (grades 1-4). Redmadrobot is professionally engaged in the design, development of mobile applications for the leaders of the Russian market.
The “CODEWARDS” training system is built on the principle “from simple to complex”. That is, starting from the study of a simple theory and passing easy tasks, the child can move on to solving complex problems, studying more interesting material.
In the process of learning, children receive not only basic programming skills, but also learn to solve logical problems, work in groups and master new skills.
9 0010 DEVELOPED INFRASTRUCTURE
The territory of the kindergarten – elementary school is quite spacious and picturesque. “Rostok” is visited by preschoolers (children aged 2.5 to 6.5 years) and schoolchildren from grades 1 to 4. The building consists of several buildings. Preschool groups are located on the 2nd floor of the building, and classrooms and infrastructure premises (swimming pool, library, music and sports halls, administrative and utility rooms) – on the 1st floor.
All classrooms are equipped with interactive equipment (interactive whiteboards, projection equipment). General physical training classes are held both indoors (gym, swimming pool) and in the surrounding areas. Physical development and health improvement are one of the priorities of our activity.
COMPLETE FOOD
Both the kindergarten and the elementary school provide five full meals a day. The menu is compiled for a week based on the wishes of the children and medical recommendations. If the child has any food restrictions, then this is taken into account, for example, gluten-free, casein-free, protein-free and other diets.
All dishes are nutritious and rich in vitamins so that children during their stay in the walls of “Rostok” are active and perform all the tasks that educators or teachers give them.
SECURITY SYSTEM
The Academy has special requirements for the safety of its students. Rostok is located in a fenced area and is constantly guarded by employees from the own security service of the Togliatti Academy of Management. Service employees control the order and access control, and the complex is equipped with video security system . We have also developed a program to prevent child road traffic injuries.
INDIVIDUAL APPROACH
All classes in kindergarten (except music and physical education) are held in subgroups of 7 to 10 people. Classes are limited to 20 students. This approach to learning helps the kindergarten – elementary school “Rostok” to achieve the following goals: the formation of students’ abilities for self-development, logical thinking, communication and the initial level of key competencies.
diagnostics are carried out twice a year – specialists look at the dynamics of development of each ward, and then plan their further individual development trajectory with their parents.
MEDICAL SERVICE
Medical care is provided in the kindergarten – elementary school. Control over the health of preschoolers and students is carried out by qualified nurses. Also, the medical staff not only monitors the health of children, but also consults for parents, draws up a children’s menu and organizes children’s health-improving physical gymnastics.
CONTINUITY
One of the principles of education in kindergarten – elementary school “Rostok” is continuity in education. It is carried out as follows: from the preparatory group of the kindergarten, the child goes to the 1st grade of the elementary school. The children’s team remains at this stage practically unchanged. The place of education and development of the child does not change, since both the kindergarten and the primary school are located in the same building.
ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS
On the basis of the kindergarten-elementary school “Rostok” additional programs are being implemented to prepare for school.
Attendance at extracurricular programs can help your child prepare for school, gain basic reading skills, and develop logic and fine motor skills.
INFRASTRUCTURE OF ACTIVE TIME
Directions of extracurricular activities in the kindergarten – elementary school “Rostok” are very diverse:
traditions;
basics of project activities;
sports events;
intellectual contests;
corporate events;
circles and sections;
outdoor events and summer playground.
Employment in extracurricular activities helps Rostok students gain new knowledge and have fun.

I am a 23-year-old college student looking for a babysitting job. I am majoring in early childhood education. I have many years of experience dealing with children. From teaching 19, 3-5 years old in a preschool setting, to simply babysitting in a home setting. I have worked in a infant/ toddlerroom in a daycare for a couple of years. I am CPR certified and have a fun personality that children love. I have reliable transportation….

Fun Sitter With 5 Years Experience In Behavior Therapy
Background Check
I have 10 years of experience with children. I have a 4-year-old son of my own. I have worked in schools for kids with behavior disorders and special needs. I also was a private in home behavior therapist for 3 years. I am comfortable with animals. I have my own transportation.
Sarah can also help with: Light cleaning, Carpooling, Grocery shopping
Background Check
I love working with kids because of how unique each of them is! Most of my experience is working with large groups of children, at day cares and summer camps; these have taught me how important it is to give each child the individual attention they need! These are formative years for them and I wantto help you keep them safe and entertained.
Also, I do have reliable transportation and am very comfortable with pets. I’ve got a Maltese-shitzu at home(who I love) and have dog sat bigger dogs before as well! I also had a variety of pets growing up (from lizards to ferrets to cats), so when I say pet lover, I mean pet lover!
In my free time, I love doing crafts and reading and spending time outdoors, so I’d be more than happy to do that kind of thing with your little ones!
Overall, I would describe myself as organized, dependable and honest. I want you to know I am fun-loving, but I also take safety and well-being very seriously.
I am also willing to help around the house!…

I Am A Fun Loving, Creative, Project Provoking, Nurturing Care Giver.
Background Check
I have been teaching for 16 years. I have taught in many classrooms: Twos, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten. Before I taught, I had a home day care where I watched children who were infants up to age five. Because of covid, the teachers at my school were put on leave. During that time, Iwas approached by one of my student’s parents and asked if I would run a mini preschool in their basement. I did that for a year. I love children, and I love teaching and watching them grow. I am good at planning fun learning experiences for children. I also like to get down on the ground and play with them. I especially love reading stories, doing science experiments and art projects….

James Evan Wilson
Head of Oncology at Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital. House’s best friend, whom he met shortly after graduation during a medical conference in New Orleans, when Wilson threw a bottle at the mirror in a bar and was arrested, and House posted bail for him.
James Wilson was born into a Jewish family and has two brothers. Wilson received his medical education at McGill University in Montreal, Columbia University and Pennsylvania University . . He was married three times (the first wife was Sam, the second was Bonnie, the third was Julia), and also met with Amber, one of the candidates for the House team, and with his first wife Sam. In episode 16 of season 8, we learn about another passion of Wilson – Beth – with whom they broke up 11 years ago. James has no children.
Met House shortly after graduating at a medical conference in New Orleans, when Wilson threw a bottle at a mirror in a bar and was arrested, with House bailing him out.
Wilson and House’s friendship is largely based on the attraction of opposites. The sociable and open Wilson is completely different from the withdrawn and rude House.
Probably for the same reason, Wilson is attracted to “Merciless Bitch” Amber, the female version of House, who is completely different from his other women. According to House, Wilson is usually driven by pity and a desire to “cure” them (one of Wilson’s girlfriends was a cancer patient of his), and after he succeeds, he is the first to lose interest in them and begins to cheat.
In contrast to the sleazy House, Wilson always wears a medical gown with a pencil and pen protector on the left pocket. At work, he is usually seen in a suit and tie; in informal settings, he wears a sweater.
Wilson’s work is often associated with the death of patients, and he is always ready for sympathy and compassion. Wilson rarely assists House on an investigation on purpose, but it’s often during conversations with him that House has brilliant insights that lead to the resolution of a medical case. House also sometimes turns to him when it is necessary to persuade a patient or his family to accept the proposed treatment.
Wilson always tries to help and justify House even in the most critical situation, although House constantly jokes and mocks him. To protect House, he is even willing to lose his job.
But Wilson does not always endure House’s jokes without a murmur and is quite capable of sawing his cane, for example. In an attempt to “fix” House, he often acts on the sly, outsourcing the main job to Cuddy.
And despite the fact that Wilson constantly lectures House, driving him into a rage, his own life is also far from ideal, and he even secretly suffers from clinical depression.
In addition, according to House’s file, Wilson is House’s primary care physician, and Wilson is also listed as the person to contact in case of an emergency with House.
In the episode “Soul and Body” (season 8, episode 18) it turns out that James has cancer (stage 2 thymoma). Experimental treatment, in order to reduce the tumor to an operated one, did not help Wilson and it became known that he had no more than 6 months to live (season 8, episode 21). At the end of the series, he is present at House’s imaginary funeral, where at first he gives a touching speech, but then he begins to tell the offensive truth about House, angry that he left him at such an important time for him. After Wilson learns that House is alive, they decide to make the last six months of Wilson’s life the best they can and leave to travel on motorcycles.

Why can’t my healthy child go to kindergarten?
Almost every parent at one moment has a question: “Why is the child planted when he is healthy?” or “Why are they not allowed into an educational institution without a certificate?”.
Let’s try to answer these questions, for this we will use logic, medical practice and regulatory documents. Sooner or later, any child in the team will face a situation where acute gastroenteritis (hereinafter referred to as OGE) or any other disease requiring quarantine measures appears in his group.
In this case, a set of measures is taken to identify the source and prevent the spread of the disease. Practice shows that an average of 7 days is enough to work with acute gastroenteritis of viral etiology (excluding complications) and after this period we can be sure that the patient is healthy, will not infect anyone and will not suffer himself. And now, the official regulatory documents “METHODOLOGICAL INSTRUCTIONS 3.1.1. PREVENTION OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES. INTESTINAL INFECTIONS EPIDEMIOLOGICAL SURVEILLANCE, LABORATORY DIAGNOSTICS AND PREVENTION OF ROTAVIRAL INFECTION GUIDELINES MU 3.1.1.2957-11″ paragraph 11.2.3 “In order to localize the focus, a complex of sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures is being taken based on the results of a preliminary epidemiological investigation in three areas – in relation to the source of infection, the routes of infection transmission and the susceptible organism.
Regarding the source of infection:
– the patient is isolated at home or hospitalized according to clinical and epidemiological indications;
– isolation of patients with mild forms of rotavirus infection is carried out for 7 days, after which the sick person can be admitted to an organized team (including children) on the basis of a doctor’s certificate of recovery without additional virological examination;
– persons exposed to the risk of infection are placed under medical observation for a period of 7 days; during this period, special attention is paid to the implementation of hygiene measures – thorough washing of hands; when caring for sick children and the elderly – treating hands with alcohol-containing skin antiseptics; timely replacement of underwear and bed linen, ventilation of the premises.
Regulatory documents sound complicated, so we will try to convey the essence in simple words. – The sick person is treated at home or in the hospital (depending on the severity of the illness). – The patient is treated for 7 days, after which he can receive a certificate from the doctor, according to which he can attend an educational institution. -Other patients are also treated at home or in the hospital (depending on the severity of the disease) for 7 days or more if necessary.
If, for some reason, during quarantine in a group/class, your child had to miss a day (even if for family reasons), admission back to an educational institution is carried out through a district pediatrician with a health certificate.
For each disease there is a regulatory document that regulates the terms of quarantine / treatment and the procedure for discharge, this document is “guidelines …” (where this is the name of the disease), they are all publicly available on the Internet and everyone can familiarize themselves with them on the particular case of interest.
Let’s analyze in which cases a certificate is needed to get into an educational institution, there will be two fundamental points: 1 pass for family reasons, 2 pass for health reasons.
Decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation dated September 28, 2020 No. 28 “On approval of sanitary rules SP 2.4.3648-20 “Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for organizations of education and training, recreation and rehabilitation of children and youth”
2.9.3 . Persons with signs of infectious diseases are not allowed to enter the facilities. When identifying persons with signs of infectious diseases during their stay at the facility, the economic entity must take measures to limit or exclude their contact with other persons by placing them in premises for the provision of medical care or other premises, except for auxiliary ones,9before the arrival of legal representatives (parents or guardians), before transfer to a medical organization or until the arrival of an ambulance.
2.9.4. After an illness, children are allowed to visit if they have a medical certificate (medical certificate).
Thus, we see that a certificate is required for: 1 absence due to illness (no matter how many days were missed), 2 absence from an educational institution for family reasons. (If the educational institution has a local regulatory document in which the number of allowable missed days without a certificate is less than in SanPin, the educational institution must notify you of this and this requirement is acceptable).
Clarification of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation dated February 25, 2022 N AZ-213/03 “On the number of days the child is absent from an organization engaged in educational activities for educational programs of preschool education, after which a medical report is required”
According to paragraph 2.9.4 of SP 2.4.3648-20 after suffering a disease, children are allowed to visit a preschool educational organization (hereinafter referred to as PEO) if they have a medical certificate (medical certificate). The issue of mandatory provision of a certificate to the preschool for the period of absence of a child not due to illness does not apply to sanitary and epidemiological requirements and, accordingly, SP 2. 4.3648-20 is not established.
At the same time, we note that Article 53 of the Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation” dated December 29, 2012 N 273 establishes that the basis for the emergence of educational relations is an administrative act of an organization engaged in educational activities, and in the case of admission to study under educational programs preschool education, the issuance of an administrative act on the admission of a person to study in an organization engaged in educational activities is preceded by the conclusion of an agreement on education for educational programs of preschool education, the approximate form of which was approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated January 13, 2014 N 8 (hereinafter – the form of the agreement).
In accordance with clause 2.4.7 of the contract form, parents (legal representatives) are required to provide a certificate after the illness, as well as the absence of the child for more than 5 calendar days (excluding weekends and holidays), indicating the diagnosis, duration of the disease, information about the absence contact with infectious patients.

cost and terms – TSM
Where can I get the packaging?
When placing a request for delivery, tell the manager that you need packaging. The courier will arrive with envelopes and safe packages. If sending abroad will be through an office in Moscow, then a specialist on site will reliably and compactly pack the contents of the parcel, in accordance with international rules.
If I call TSM next time, will I have to tell you again about what and where to deliver?
From the first contact with the TSM international courier express delivery service, a personal manager is assigned who maintains a customer card. On the next call, the client gets to the assigned manager of the TSM company.
Is TSM open on weekends?
On weekends and holidays there is always a manager on duty who is ready to advise on delivery issues, fill out an application, set a date and time for pickup on a weekday, but couriers do not work on weekends. If the client has a deadline, then we connect an air courier who is ready to urgently deliver the shipment to the addressee.
Do you have branches/offices abroad?
Time Saving Machine is an aggregator to which 128 Russian and international courier services and logistics companies are connected, so TSM has representative offices even in corners of the planet remote from megacities.
How can I track my shipment?
After the courier picks up the parcel, cargo or documents, the personal manager sends the carrier’s website and a tracking number, thanks to which each stage of delivery is visible in real time.
Is it possible to send a bank card abroad by courier service?
TSM sends bank cards from Russia to abroad every day. In order for the envelope to pass customs control without hindrance, the sender or addressee must be the owner of the payment card. The bank statement with a blue seal must be attached to the card.
Are envelopes and parcels opened at customs?
Items are not opened, but X-rays are used during inspection. If the customs service finds undeclared contents, the parcel can be opened, arrested, destroyed, or, at best, returned to the sender.
Do you have delivery within 24 hours in Russia?
If you need urgent delivery between cities in Russia, then TSM has a solution. Within 30 minutes after the application is made, the courier picks up the shipment and, bypassing warehouses and sorting centers, goes to the airport to transfer documents or a parcel on the next flight, thus saving the client’s precious time. In the city of destination, a local courier hands over the shipment to the addressee, that is, you do not need to go to the airport and meet the desired flight. Thus, the delivery cycle usually takes up to 12 hours, depending on the distance of settlements from airports and the availability of flights.
Tell us more about the air courier service
The air courier service is the fastest way to deliver from Russia to abroad and from abroad to Russia within 24-48 hours, depending on the distance of the countries and the availability of flights. The team has a staff of proven reliable air couriers who have visas to all international destinations. Delivery of items is carried out by one person from hand to hand without sorting centers, warehouses and points of issue of orders.
When will the courier arrive?
The manager appoints a courier at a date and time convenient for the client after signing the contract and paying for delivery services. The courier calls 30 minutes before arrival, please do not ignore the calls, otherwise the collection of the departure will have to be rescheduled for another day.
Who completes the supporting documentation?
The logistics department of the international courier service TSM takes over the task of filling in invoices and waybills. Also, if necessary, we help to collect the accompanying documentation for sending parcels abroad.
Why send photos of the package contents to the manager?
If you plan to send a parcel abroad, it will go through customs control, for which you must provide invoices and waybills filled in English and Russian. Thanks to the photographs, the logistics department will enter the data on the cargo into the accompanying documentation as accurately as possible – this will allow you to freely pass through the customs services.
What do I need to apply for the delivery of a shipment?
Contact the TSM manager in a convenient way – by phone, e-mail, instant messengers;
Please state the weight and dimensions of the shipment;
Specify the urgency of delivery;
Please provide addresses, contact numbers, full name of sender and recipient;
Send photos of the shipment;
To conclude a contract for the provision of delivery services, send a scan of your passport to the manager;
Choose the tariff that suits you from those offered by the manager;
Pay for TSM’s delivery service;
Tell us a convenient date and time for calling a courier;
Hand over the envelope or parcel to the courier.
How to save on parcel delivery?
The cost of courier delivery directly depends on the size and weight of the shipment. By packing the shipment compactly, the client will save a lot of money. If there is no urgency for the delivery of a parcel or documents, then choose an economy tariff with a delivery time of 21–28 working days.
Will you make a discount?
The more affordable the cost of international courier delivery services, the more often legal entities will be able to exchange commercial documentation, product samples and goods with foreign partners, therefore, when concluding an agreement, we provide discounts.
For individuals, we provide weekly discounts for the delivery of items to 10 Russian and 10 foreign cities. Keep track of updates weekly, probably in your direction there will be a promotion.
When sending parcels or documents from 9:00 to 10:00 and from 18:00 to 19:00 from the office located at Moscow, Shukhov 17, building 2, for individuals we give a 10% discount on international delivery services.
Do you sign contracts with customers for delivery services?
For the peace of mind of customers and for the accounting of TSM, it concludes two types of contracts with individuals and legal entities: for a one-time shipment and for the provision of delivery services on an ongoing basis.
In what currency do you accept payments? Can I pay for delivery services while abroad?
TSM made sure that customers from any country could pay for the services of courier delivery of parcels, documents, cargo, therefore, in March 2022, they opened a foreign currency account abroad, which makes it possible to accept payments in any currency, including dollars and euros.
How do I pay for TSM delivery services?
The following payment methods are available for TSM clients: in cash at the office located in Moscow at ul. Shukhov 17, building 2; through the Internet service for receiving payments Robokassa; to the account of the organization. For foreign clients, TSM has a foreign currency account, so we accept payments in dollars and euros from payment cards issued in Europe, Turkey, the CIS, and the USA.
Can the recipient pay for TSM delivery services?
Anyone can pay for courier delivery — the manager generates a link for paying for services through the Robokassu online payment service, sends it to the customer, and the customer sends it to the addressee. After payment, Robokassa issues a check, which must be sent to the manager of the TSM company.
When do I pay for TSM delivery services?
We provide courier services on a 100% prepayment basis. For your confidence and security, we draw up a contract, after payment we issue a check.
How much does door to door delivery cost?
Hand-to-hand courier service is already included in all Time Saving Machine rates. It is enough for the sender to contact the TSM manager in a convenient way, provide information for filling out the application and appoint a courier for a convenient date, time and place. In the country of the recipient, the shipment will be delivered by the courier to the addressee.
What is the cost of TSM’s international delivery of parcels, documents and cargo in 2022?
Please provide your TSM personal manager with the following information to calculate the cost of delivery:
weight and dimensions of the shipment;
indices and addresses of sender and recipient;
urgent delivery.
The cost will not seem to be what the client expects. Indeed, the prices of international courier services have risen, this is due to the increase in the route of the supply chain, currency fluctuations and the increase in fuel costs.
What is the delivery method, but planes don’t fly?
In March 2022, TSM opened an office in Asia, where we deliver shipments by air, then arrange shipment to Russia. Aviation in the direction of Asia-Russia-Asia is operating normally.
What is the delivery time for parcels/documents from abroad to Russia or from Russia abroad?
Personal manager, depending on the client’s request, selects the optimal tariff. In 2022, we deliver items from hand to hand in 24-48 hours, 7-12 days, 10-15 days and 21-28 days. The faster you need to deliver a parcel, cargo, documents, the more expensive the cost of delivery services.
Do you deliver parcels from Russia abroad? / Do you deliver parcels from abroad?
In March 2022, TSM opened an additional office in Asia, through which parcels, cargo and documents transit to Russia, so delivery to and from Russia works as usual.

Business plan for a private kindergarten with calculations
Despite the fact that kindergartens quickly attract customers, during the launch of a business, it is necessary to carefully consider a marketing strategy and draw up a marketing plan.
It is necessary to start the advertising campaign of the kindergarten one month before its opening. Several tools are used to successfully enroll children in kindergarten:
signboard,
window advertising,0008
internet,
cross-marketing,
word of mouth.
Kindergarten sign
The sign is a very effective tool to attract customers, because the kindergarten services are mainly used by those parents who live in the immediate vicinity. However, using a sign as a tool to attract customers is possible only if the kindergarten is located on the ground floor or in a private house. We not only develop a bright, memorable layout of a sign, but also pass on the algorithm for its approval.
Advertising in kindergarten windows
Advertising in windows is the second most effective marketing tool, but, again, it has limitations. It can only be used if the kindergarten is located no higher than the third floor. The higher the floor, the less effective such advertising works. Layouts are developed for our Partners, individually for each room.
Kindergarten leaflets
Nowadays, people are tired of the huge number of leaflets they receive in mailboxes and on the street. However, this tool can be very effective. Indeed, in leaflets we describe the advantages of our kindergarten, and clients receive recorded contacts by which they can be contacted. In order to increase the credibility of the leaflets and prevent the client from throwing them into the nearest bin, we, firstly, develop a colorful design project, and secondly, we entrust the distribution of leaflets to our branded life-size puppet, with which children can play and take pictures.
Kindergarten Internet Marketing
The Internet is of great importance in the life of a modern mother. Therefore, the first thing we do is create accounts on the most popular social networks. From the very beginning of our activity, we have been actively recruiting an audience with the help of targeting and interesting publications.
In addition, information about the Partner and his contact appears on the main site, and requests received from the site are immediately transferred to the Partner.
Be sure to place a point on Yandex and Google maps. This helps customers find a kindergarten faster.
Cross-marketing of the kindergarten
7 children’s goods stores,
pharmacies,
shopping malls.
Cross-marketing is a good tool for informing about the services of a kindergarten, when we agree with related businesses on mutual advertising, i.e. we distribute our leaflets on their territory, and they place theirs with us. All companies that also focus on selling goods or services for mothers are suitable for such interaction.
Before starting work, it is necessary to draw up a marketing plan, in which it is necessary to prescribe the budget, frequency and duration for each tool.
In the future, the marketing plan is adjusted based on their statistics and its effectiveness.
Open a private kindergarten: a business plan with calculations
How to open a private kindergarten, the business plan of which depends on ambitions, initial funds and organizational capabilities? This type of business can hardly be classified as highly profitable; it is not suitable for every locality due to the high cost of the services provided. At the same time, the project itself is not able to bring excess profit to its owner, the monthly income is limited to 100-150 tr.
General
A private kindergarten is best located in a separate house, which can provide all the necessary playgrounds for children. It is difficult to do this in an apartment, since the yards of modern houses are poorly equipped with playgrounds, they constantly have a lot of vehicles that pose a threat to the life and health of children.
In some cases, they go to convert apartments into private kindergartens. In such options, it is necessary to provide a separate game room and bedroom, kitchen and dining room. The room should be equipped with a sports corner, in which there will be horizontal bars, wall bars, gymnastic balls, and there should be mats on the floor.
Keep in mind that parents will pay from 10 to 25 tr. for each child. per month. This is a lot of money, and parents will want to make sure that they are not giving it away for shabby walls and poor furnishings. The room should be in good repair.
The main value of such an institution is the child development program. Parents will constantly compare the development of their children with others who attend public or other private kindergartens. Therefore, the main criterion for evaluation will be the development of children, their abilities and skills. Emphasis should be placed on the development of reading, counting, visual arts skills. On the other hand, a small number of children allows educators to objectively pay more attention to children, which will certainly affect their level of development even with conventional training programs.
Don’t be fooled by the high cost of services. Groups in such gardens are small – 10-15 people. The number of groups is 1-2, no more. And the company’s income is mainly spent on rent, payroll, food for children. In order to increase the income of such an enterprise, it is necessary either to build (rent) a large room in which 5 groups or more can simultaneously be located, or to develop the project by opening branches throughout the city.
An important point! Such establishments are not successful in regions where the average salary is below the general level in the country. If a family with two working parents earns 35-40 tr. or less, then give 15-20 tr. for a private kindergarten it will be unprofitable for them.
What documents need to be issued?
If a private kindergarten is not going to disguise itself as a development center, then its activities are carried out in accordance with the law “On Education”. This means that any legal entity that carries out educational activities is required to issue a license for this. It is issued by the State Educational Authority of a specific subject of Russia. You will have to apply to the relevant education authority of the region – the ministry, committee or department.
The following documents must be submitted to this authority:
constituent documents of the enterprise;
lease agreement or documents for the ownership of the premises;
conclusions of the sanitary and epidemiological station (SES) and firefighters on the compliance of the premises with the requirements of sanitary, building and fire standards;
detailed educational program;
data on teaching staff and their qualifications;
data on the estimated number of children in the institution;
information on the availability of educational and methodological literature;
data on the material and technical base.
But most often they go the other way. The good news is that there is no need to obtain a license for developmental and educational activities. Recreation licenses are not required. This means that you do not have to coordinate the selected premises with a representative of government agencies. To do this, you need to call a private kindergarten a development center. In this case, you will have to deal only with representatives of the SES and firefighters, who will periodically come with a check. Only the organizers of the development center will have to explain to the inspectors why children who are in the center part-time need cribs.
Selection of premises
We have already mentioned in passing the premises required to open a private kindergarten, but we should dwell on this issue in more detail. Such premises should not be located closer than 50 m to parking lots, garages, gas stations, freeways and any harmful environmental objects. The ceiling in the room must be at least 3 m high, and the window sills must be located at a height of at least 60 cm from the floor. The main windows should face south and east.
There should be no concrete floors. They must have an insulated base. Make sure that the walls of the rooms are resistant to moisture. One child is entitled to 6 m 2 – this should be taken into account when forming a group. 15 children will already demand 90 m 2 . For a kindergarten, the law necessarily requires the presence of a playroom, a bedroom, and a locker room with a dining room.
In the case of strict adherence to the law, it will not be possible to obtain a license for a room that has been converted from an apartment.
Kindergartens can only be organized in non-residential premises.
It is very problematic to transfer an apartment from a housing stock to a non-residential one. It is best to rent a private house, the rent of which will cost from 20 tr per month. Such a house already has its own courtyard, which can be used for a playground.
Even better if you can rent premises in the kindergartens themselves. They have already been made taking into account all the requirements, and renting them costs 1.5-2 times cheaper. But it is problematic to find empty premises of existing kindergartens. You can count on luck only in the old areas, in which many preschool educational institutions were previously built. In order not to search in vain, contact the district State Administration, the department that deals with communal property. In it you can find out exactly which premises suitable for kindergartens are currently idle. Additionally, in this department you can find out about the current regulations, and about the authorities to which you need to contact.
Expenses and incomes of the project
It was mentioned above that the kindergarten will not bring much income. How does it look in numbers? The room itself still needs to be prepared for a kindergarten. The business plan for a private kindergarten should include the following expenses:
repairs – 150 tr;
purchase of furniture (tables and chairs, beds and lockers) – 60 tr;
purchase of educational games, toys and children’s books, consumables in the form of pencils, albums, plasticine – 25 thousand rubles;
Total, the cost of preparing the premises will amount to 315 tr. What expenses should be provided for the enterprise per month? If a kindergarten or center is designed for 15 children, then it is necessary to hire two educators and one nanny, so the payroll will be 60 thousand rubles.
The rental of premises, as indicated above, will take from 20 tr. You will have to spend 35 tr on food. Utilities will cost 7 tr. Unforeseen expenses – 10 tr. The total amount that will be withdrawn monthly is 112 tr.
Payment for the services provided per child is 15 tr. There are 15 children in total, which means that the income of the enterprise will be 225 tr. We subtract monthly expenses and taxes, it remains 106 tr. net profit. It cannot be said that the income of the enterprise is low. And if the room allows you to keep 2 groups of 15 people, then the income will already exceed 200 tr. per month.
But keep in mind that the rent can be twice as high, the cost of the service is cheaper, and the payroll will require more money. In addition, the occupancy of groups is 60-80%, which further reduces the profitability of the enterprise.
Organization of the institution
The main product that is provided to customers is the preparation of the child for school, his general development. If a license was issued for an institution, then the education program is adjusted in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. This does not mean that you cannot introduce your own methods that will more effectively prepare and develop children. But the minimum requirements that are put forward to the licensee will have to be met.
The program must include visits to theaters and museums, parks and architectural monuments. Plan special events in the form of children’s birthdays, sports activities.
To stand out with some advantage over other similar private and public institutions, focus on some benefit. It can be entry-level English or memory development. If children begin to show high performance, there will be no end to customers who are willing to pay big money for the services provided. This will be a signal that you need to expand your business, create separate branches.
Other services can be provided on the basis of such a kindergarten.
