About Us

Cypress

Tomball

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Building Rainbows! My daughter was there for a little over a year (would have been longer if we wouldn’t have moved). She learned so much in the time she was there with both of her amazing teachers and all of the phenomenal friendly staff. It’s been almost a year since we have been gone and my daughter still talks about all of her experiences at Building Rainbows. Her favorite activity was the annual spring gardening and painting her rock to place in her class planter. We love you all at BR and can’t wait to visit this summer for the reunion picnic!

Lindsay Bach

AMAZING school & daycare program! My 2 girls have grown up there over the past 8 years with many of the same teachers & staff (which is a rarity at many daycare facilities).
Great summer activity & field trip program for all ages & awesome playgrounds on site for all different ages.
They truly treat you like family & most importantly, my kids LOVE it there.
I highly recommend Building Rainbows to anyone looking for a daycare facility or before/after school program!

The Gamboa Girls

I was forced to put my children in daycare due to my sitter moving.
Building Rainbows is the best daycare / day school my children have ever attended. The staff is amazing and they become family. They treat children with care and compassion and genuinely care about the children, their well being and learning. Two (2) of my four (4) kids have attended thus far. The other two (2) will be enrolled as soon as they are of age. I cannot wait to spend another 10 plus years with this group of care providers for my children. You never have to worry if your child is safe or being taken care of properly. Their focus on teaching is impeccable as well. My son started school already passing kindergarten due to the knowledge he gained at Building Rainbows. Summer programs are awesome and they make sure the kids have fun while learning self discipline and general life and behavior rules. I can’t say enough about Building Rainbows.

Stephanie Reiland

My daughter attended Building Rainbows – Cypress for 5. 5 years. We had such an amazing experience. The staff will treat your child as if they are their own. They also take their time to get to know the families individually. They gave me piece of mind and a sense of security. That itself speaks volumes of a care provider. I highly recommend Building Rainbows as a learning environment for your child to grow!

R Seidel

Our history with Building Rainbows extends to over 25 years. My daughter was there for five years and then HER daughter was there until she started school recently. Miss Dawn has been a welcomed constant during that time starting out as a patient, kind teacher and now a loving, giving director. We were lucky to have found Building Rainbows and feel it was one of the best decisions we made in helping to care for our children. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Montessori Preschool in Tomball, TX

Montessori Preschool in Tomball, TX | RedRose

RedRose Montessori is a new  Montessori school in Tomball. Montessori method is developed by Maria Montessori, an Italian physician, and educator, over a century ago. She believed in the child’s individuality and independence in learning. Montessori method of education in the USA is now a well-accepted learning system among new parents.

RedRose Montessori School, located in Tomball (Texas), has programs that open creative learning opportunities for a 6-week-old infant to a 6-year-old child. Schools like RedRose Montessori School aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment for every child and play an important role in child development. The RedRose Montessori School engages the creativity of the children under their care by inducing unique activities in an independent environment. The teachers in every classroom support and guide the children at each stage of their development. This encourages the children to explore their individual strengths and interests and build confidence in their actions.

What is a Montessori School?

The Montessori education focuses on child development on all levels- physical, social, emotional and cognitive by providing a child-centered classroom. In schools like RedRose Montessori Schools, freedom within limits is encouraged within every child of a Montessori classroom, that is, the child gets to choose their activity for the day but from a list that is curated by their teacher. These teachers will act as their guide for throughout their long uninterrupted work time. The Montessori education system is based on self-directed activities, hands-on learning, and creative learning. This helps achieve maximum potential in child development. For someone who isn’t familiar with Montessori schools may find this chaotic but a visit into a Montessori classroom will change their mind.

What Is It Like Inside A Montessori Classroom?

For an outsider, the Montessori education system may seem a little out of control and not helpful in the real world. But on the contrary, the Montessori education system caters to the real world. By giving the choice of picking the activity they want to do for their 2-3 hours of uninterrupted work time encourages commitment and passion. The teachers create a list of a selection of activities that are proven to help in either physical, emotional or cognitive development. This way there is a controlled environment, but it also gives freedom to choose an activity that will install a sense of responsibility and independence to the child. Compared to a conventional school where the children are forced to follow the path their teachers have paved for them, the teachers in Montessori schools act as guides.

Unlike conventional schools, schools like RedRose Montessori Schools, have mixed-aged classrooms. This way, the younger students can learn from the elder ones, enforcing curiosity. Whereas, the elder students can help guide the younger ones, enforcing a caring personality in them. The mixed age groups in Montessori classrooms also enhance a socializing quality in the students amongst different age groups, cultures and ideologies.

Montessori schools cater to all ages from toddlers to adolescence. The Montessori education system enhances child development by encouraging intellectual independence, self- efficacy, self- confidence, and imagination. All these characteristics will foster a child who will know their place in their community, culture and the natural world.

  • My daughter attends this school and she is doing great! She loves her teachers, and looks forward to going to school everyday. She has learned alot since she first started, and I don’t doubt she will be far ahead of the curve when she starts school.I like the daily (sometimes hourly!)online updates and pictures, and quick responses to any issues. My daughter can be bit of a klutz like most toddlers, and for any little bump or scrape she gets playing,I get a phone call and an incident report when I pick her up. Love it. Take your children here, they are in safe hands.

  • We absolutely love RedRose. We were incredibly picky about where our son goes. Our little is 3 and non verbal so choosing a school was a very lengthy process. We loved RedRose from the moment we walked in. Everyone is wonderful from the director to the teachers and in between. You won’t be disappointed trusting them with the most important people in your world ❤️

  • A year ago we enrolled our 2 and half year old girl and we are impressed with her development so far. Teachers and director are amazing always straight forward and open minded, always nice. Like every mother with her first born kid my baby is so attached to me and they made that separation easier for both her and me. When I leave her there in the morning I feel that she is feeling safe there. It is always clean and it has been great experience so far.

  • We recently enrolled our one year old here and I must say RedRose Montessori is the best decision we made. Everyone in there made the transition really smooth for not just our baby, but even us parents. The teachers take such good care and invest a lot in the growth of our child. Everyday I see him hit new milestones and be amazed at how much independent and social he is becoming. They also give hygiene and security a lot of importance which is a big plus for us. We are really thankful to everyone in RedRose for doing such an awesome job in the development of our little guy.

  • My kid’s primary class teacher is awesome! They are handling any new school challenges better. They have additional activities/sessions like yoga, soccer, basketball, tae-kwon-do which you can opt to enroll. I also get to talk to my kid’s teacher whenever I have questions or periodically about the progress and front desk is super responsive.

  • Where do I begin?!? RedRose has done wonders within less than three weeks with our little one. We previously had our child enrolled in a daycare, but noticed it was not the best fit for who she was and what she needed. We began to do research of other schools focusing on Montessori schools due to the hands-on learning and it fostering a sense of independence and confidence in each child. After touring several Montessori schools in the area, we chose RedRose! Ever since the first day all the staff has gone out of their way to make sure our little girl is comfortable as well as making sure us as parents are calm. We are informed every day how she does along with receiving pictures of what she is doing from her teachers. The first few days, the office staff went out of their way to contact us mid morning and let us know our little girl was doing well. Her teachers have been nurturing and patient with her as she has adjusted. And, I couldn’t ask for anyone better. She loves her teachers and they care for their students. She is showing growth socially as well as academically. We cannot thank RedRose enough for being the right fit for our precious cargo.

  • It has been more than a few months since my son enrolled here and I have to say that it has been a great experience for us. Our son is thriving in ways that I can only say he picked up in school. The kids are curious, independent and creative. I just attended an arts show for projects that the kids did over the summer and you could see the effort that was put in by the kids and their teachers. Thank you to the wonderful teachers and staff at RedRose.

  • We recently moved our 2-1/2 year old daughter from another daycare to Red Rose and we are so glad we made the switch. The teachers and staff were so warm and welcoming, and really made the transition smooth and easy. Ms. Evelyn and Ms. Cheyenne are amazing, they do such a great job with the kids. We thought moving schools was going to be tough on our daughter, but they went out of their way to make sure she felt loved and comforted. And in no time she was excited to go to school and now we cant get her to leave sometimes! Brianna, the director, is the best. She welcomed us into the Red Rose family with open arms and will always go above and beyond to help with anything you need. The facility here is amazing, we were very impressed with how neat and organized the classrooms and common areas are. You can tell they take pride in their image. The classrooms are so peaceful and quiet which make for a great learning environment. The teachers do a great job of keeping the kids under control and not just running around. When they are not eating or learning they are on their mats with their “work” in their own space. The food is great too, lots of fresh fruits and healthy snacks for the kids. They also offer so many great extra activities, we have already enrolled her in a soccer program which she loves! We have also noticed a change in the better with the behavior in our daughter. We can definitely tell that what they are teaching them in class is translating into her everyday life. She is showing better manners, asking questions, playing more on her own. The Montessori way has been a positive change for our daughter, she is learning so much and is growing into a bright young girl. I would highly recommend Red Rose. It’s not just a place where you drop your kid off and they watch them. Here they are focused on your child and their individual development so they can become independent little thinkers who are ready to explore the world.

  • I’ve been a stay at home mom for the last 4 years. Letting go of our 2 girls and entrusting them in the hands of strangers was very hard for all of us. I visited many daycares/schools in the area….multiple times. We decided on Red Rose Montessori and so happy with our decision. We’ve now spent a month there and my girls have adjusted well and are loving their new routine. My 4 year old is enrolled in soccer and loving it. She’s excited to share with me all that she’s learning about butterflies, taking care of our earth and speaking spanish! My 22 month old is telling me correct colors, identifying animals and has no problems with me leaving in the morning. As a certified nutrition coach, I am impressed with the food and snacks they provide as well and was very important to me when making our decision to join. We are looking forward to what’s to come.

  • We absolutely LOVE Red Rose, and have seen such a big change in our toddler. I was scared to death to send my little guy to school, but it was necessary. This facility is top notch. The staff is excellent, my favorite part is we are alway greeted with a smile, a smile can set the tone for the entire day. I can relax knowing my son is enjoying himself and learning. ❤️

  • Enrolling my 2 year old daughter at Rose Montessori has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. My daughter was not getting enough attention or being challenged enough in the traditional daycare setting. She has been challenged more than I could have hoped for and truly enjoys school. The staff is first class and has really worked to accommodate my daughters need to excel and special dietary needs. Do not walk, run to Red Rose!

  • My husband and I went to the open house very sceptical. We’ve agreed that there have to be some amazing points to the school in order for us to put our 1 year old son through the change. Also, we were satisfied with our current school at the time. However, we were grabbed by the friendliness and openness of the owners of Red Rose right away. We took a tour of the facility and met with all the teachers who were extremely knowledgeable and attentive to all of our questions. The Montessori method of education is what we found to be very beneficial and we believe the teachers will do their best to develop life long skills. Another big plus for us was the quality of the food served to the children- that is extremely important for us and we will not spare any expense if our child gets better quality foods throughout the day. The activity room is also a great addition- when the weather doesn’t allow it, the children can still go there and get a change of scenery, kick ball and run around. Our previous daycare didn’t offer that and we felt like our son was stuck in a room all day long. Needless to say, we signed up our son and right away we noticed a positive change in his development. Can’t wait for the coming years!Thank you everybody at Red Rose for taking such a good care of our precious little man!

  • My 3 year old has been in school here for about 7 months now, and we have absolutely no complaints, only great things to say about RedRose! We absolutely love the staff and teachers. Everyone is so friendly and personable, and they do a great job of building a good relationship not only with the kids, but also the parents and families. Our teacher is great about keeping us updated with how our son is doing, and posting pictures and notes in the Montessori Compass tool. We can really see how much they genuinely care for our son, and know that he is in the best hands!

  • The attention given to the procedures on education for these young children is outstanding. I also been very impressed on their security which is a huge plus given our day in age. I’ve noticed my son would come home and be more involved in learning new things as well as performing tasks on his own which before, would ask for assistance. Very clean and organized, I highly recommend this place for any new and experienced parents looking for a place that actually CARES about the development and intellectual growth of the future generation.

  • We are loving Red Rose, first time having to take our baby boy to daycare and they have made it really easy transition for us. On the first day I was so nervous and worried about how he would do I called to check up on him and they gave me a full detail of how he had been doing. My favorite part is that they send me pictures of him throughout the day that just put a smile on my face knowing he is ok and having a great time. Definitely recommend Red Rose they really know how to make a parent feel comfortable and at ease

  • We are 100% happy with making the decision to enroll our daughter in the infant room. She was about 2 months when first enrolled and they made the transition a little bit less stressful for both mom and dad. Now she’s hitting milestones one after another and the communication between the director AND her teachers are great! Definitely have recommended to friends and family and will continue doing so! Thanks red rose for all you do!

  • My husband and me chose RedRose Montessori School for our almost 3 year old, who has never been to any daycare or school. We are so glad we made this decision. My girl’s transition was a breeze! Ms. Evelyn her transition teacher is the sweetest, she gave my girl all the love and comfort she wanted, to make her feel at home. They even potty trained her! (Which is a huge plus). Now my girl who is in the primary classroom absolutely loves her teacher Ms.Kelsey , and is so excited to spend her day with her. I’m so proud of my girl, who is thriving, learning and being more independent and showing better manners- Thanks to the school! She’s always excited to go to the school and literally wants the weekend to get over fast! The owners and the front office staff are so warm and welcoming. The owners make sure that your kids are comfortable and happy every single day. Special thanks to Brianna, school’s Director ,she’s the sweetest! She went above and beyond to help me when my car had a flat tire. I would strongly recommend RedRose Montessori School to any parent who wants their kids to be in safe hands.

My daughter is 3 and she’s been engaged in an array of projects, several methods of learning, and group and independent activities. Her teachers take pictures throughout the day and week and send them to us so we can see all that she’s doing – which we love. We are extremely happy with the curriculum and experience she is getting at RedRose Montessori!

There is structure to the classrooms which allows the kids to learn and not be in chaos all day. They provide Spanish and yoga for the students which is a huge plus! • We searched for 3 months to find a trust worthy childcare facility for our 2 year old daughter, we came across Red Rose by chance and are SO HAPPY we did. They are hands down the most amazing school. Our daughter who took OVER 3 weeks at her previous preschool to adjust, adjusted at Red Rose in MAYBE 1 week! The owners and staff are so welcoming and were so patient with us as we were nervous when she first started. We were those parents who called multiple times a day to check on her and they put us at ease each and every time. I have no stress or anxiety through out the day wondering how she is doing because I know she LOVES it there. I highly recommend anyone to give them a chance!

  • Red Rose has been the best decision we have made for our daughter. She was born just before the pandemic so she was not talking or socializing much and her previous daycare she did not see any improvement with that. We were recommended to Red Rose through a moms group and made the switch. Within just a couple of weeks we noticed a huge difference in her speech and confidence. She was smiling and happy to go to school every morning and LOVES her teachers!! We talk about Ms. Anelle at home a lot. She also loves Ms. Taj too. As a mom I have so much peace and comfort knowing she is loved and cared for at Red Rose and that it the best feeling. It’s always hard leaving your kids at school when they are young but they make it much easier because my daughter feels loved and welcomed every day.

We appreciate all he timely updates, and know we can call or talk to her about any concerns. Our 3 year-old daughter is thriving academically and looks forward to the different Montessori lessons. She knows so much at her age, and will be more than prepared by the time she starts pre-school. Ms. Shruti (pre-primary teacher) is the best! We transitioned from another daycare and although it took our 3 year old daughter a couple of weeks to adjust, she absolutely loves going to school. In addition, we get daily updates / pictures of her learning and interacting with friends. Most importantly, their facility is always clean and the drop off / pick up process is very convenient. There are plenty of daycare options in the area but if you truly want a family like atmosphere with great caring teachers and thoughtful owner operators, this is the day care to choose.

  • I am a first time mom that had a bad experience with a daycare and went in to RRM with the expectation of being disappointed. We just started in March and I’ve been holding back writing a review so soon, but I can’t contain it any more. I am head over heels for this school. They continue to impress me and I honestly can’t say enough good things about everyone I’ve worked with there so far. We came from a regular daycare that never quite made me feel completely comfortable with leaving my newborn there. One day I witnessed negative behaviors from the staff and we left immediately. After trusting one group of strangers with my child, I was extremely leery of leaving her in anyone’s care than family. I do not have the luxury of having grandparents keep her while I work so I HAD to find somewhere else. I’ve lived in the area my entire life. I went to a Montessori school myself, it’s still open and just the next street over. But I watched Red Rose be built, I know how long they’ve been there, it’s very clean and beautiful. My husband read everyone’s reviews, he checked out the website and I took the tour. I brought my daughter with me to check it out and I let her play with the other students to see how she liked it. She fit right in! The teachers impressed me with welcoming her on the spot.I have serious appreciation for anyone that can work in a class with children all day week after week. Especially babies that require a lot of love and dirty diaper changes. The teachers in the baby room are nothing short of amazing and genuine. My daughter just graduated from the baby room. The Admin Assistant Mariha called me ahead of time and asked me how I wanted to transition her to the next class. The communication between school and parent has been amazing. We talked over a plan and executed it the next day. I have received calls to tell me about progress and pictures of her with the bigger kids, just enjoying herself! She ended up not needing a transitional period, walked into the next class room and owned it. I was definitely less ready than she was!!!I recommend this establishment to everyone.

how to check on public services, submit an application and documents, how to change or withdraw

Six months ago, my son was born. Friends say that there is a big problem with kindergartens now and you have to sign up almost from birth. Just in 3-4 years, the turn, perhaps, will come.

I don’t understand how the queue for kindergarten can move for several years. I thought that I would apply when my son was two years old, and in six months at the most I would receive a ticket. But now I doubt: maybe those who are talking about a long-term queue are right. Tell us how to enroll a child in the queue for kindergarten, how it is formed and moves. What if I want to give up my seat? Or will I skip my turn? Details are sorely lacking.

Galina P.

Galina, your fears are correct: those who advise enrolling a child as early as possible are right. I will tell you in more detail how to do this and what generally happens with the queue for kindergarten.

How the queue for kindergarten is formed and how fast it moves

The queue for kindergarten is formed on the basis of applications submitted by parents.

Children who have the right to receive general education are taken into account by local governments of municipal districts and urban districts, as well as information support services at DOW .

paragraph 6, part 1, art. 9 of the Law “On Education in the Russian Federation”

Now the data register is kept in free form, but in 2014 the government approved a unified concept of the federal interdepartmental accounting system.

Government Decree No. 2125-r

According to this concept, the Ministry of Education and Science recommends that local governments keep records of data in electronic form and fix the procedure for keeping records in a municipal regulatory legal act.

clause 1 of Appendix 1 to the letter of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia No. 08-1908

You can ask a question about how data is recorded in your area, in person or by phone at the territorial educational authorities – the department of the district or district. In some municipalities, beneficiaries and children who do not have admission advantages are recorded in one queue. In other queues for these categories of citizens are separate.

The movement of the electronic queue depends on free places in kindergartens. Directors of preschool institutions transfer data on vacant places to educational authorities. Children are usually enrolled in kindergartens until June-July of the current year. For example, in Moscow, directions for enrollment in kindergarten are completed from March 1 to May 31. In St. Petersburg, kindergartens for the current year are completed from February 1 to June 30. In Chita – from April 10 to April 29June.

Amazing story 04/08/19

What to do if the child was not given a place in kindergarten

During the school year, groups can be understaffed, but already for single places, which are vacated upon the personal application of parents about expulsion from the organization.

Most often, the electronic queue moves slowly and may not reach the moment when the parents planned to send the child to kindergarten. Sometimes it even happens that the queue is shifted in the opposite direction.

This is why the electronic queue can move back:

  1. A child has appeared with a privilege to enroll in an organization.
  2. There was a child who moved and, accordingly, changed kindergarten, and his parents applied before you. When moving within the same municipality, the date of application for a place in a kindergarten does not change.
  3. A child appeared who moved from one age group to another, older. And his place in the electronic queue in the new age group was determined in accordance with the date of application, which turned out to be earlier than yours.

/discuss/expensive-babies/

How much does it cost to raise a child?

It happens that the electronic queue is rolled back even among beneficiaries: if a child appears who has a higher level of benefits – for example, the child of a judge or prosecutor has a federal benefit for extraordinary enrollment.

You can view the list of categories of citizens who are entitled to benefits for health reasons, family circumstances and other criteria on the website of the kindergarten. Usually, legislative acts are also indicated there, on the basis of which benefits are provided, and documents that parents or guardians must present in order to confirm an extraordinary or priority right to enroll in a kindergarten.

In addition to beneficiaries, in most cases, citizens registered at the place of residence on the territory of the municipality have benefits. First of all, they provide places for those who are registered in this area – only after that they consider the applications of citizens with registration at the place of stay.

The queue for kindergarten may move forward for the following reasons:

  1. Someone in front of you got a place in kindergarten.
  2. The parents of someone in front of you have refused to receive the service.
  3. Someone in front of you has lost enrollment benefits.

How and where to enroll in a kindergarten, how much it costs

You can enroll a child in a kindergarten through MFC or by submitting an electronic application through the public services portal, if this is possible in your region. You can also apply to the district department or education authorities, to the information support service at DOU .

The procedure for registering and providing places in a kindergarten is regulated by local law, so details about the rules for submitting applications can be found on the official website of your city administration or by calling the information support service.

For example, in Moscow, you can enroll a child in a kindergarten on the official website of the Moscow Mayor. An electronic application can be submitted by one of the parents or legal representatives of the child. The site has a page with answers to frequently asked questions from parents.

Such information about registration and admission of children should be available not only on the website of the Mayor of Moscow, but also on the official websites of other regional authorities. This is a requirement of the law, it is common for preschool educational institutions in any city. You can find out this information in person or by phone at information service DOU or view in electronic form on the website of the kindergarten. Usually, there are detailed instructions for parents with links to the regulations in your locality and addresses MFC , where you can apply to a preschool educational institution.

You can enroll a child in a kindergarten at the actual place of residence of the parents, and not at the place of registration. There are no restrictions on enrollment in federal regulations due to the fact that the child or applicant does not have permanent registration in the area of the city where the kindergarten is located.

In Russia, the right to free pre-school education services in state or municipal educational organizations is granted to all citizens. They can refuse to accept documents to a state or municipal educational organization only if there are no vacancies in it. There is no such ground for refusal as registration in another district in the law.

What to do? 10/08/18

How to get a place in a free kindergarten

Enroll for free, the applicant is only required to submit a package of documents to the information support service DOW .

What documents are needed for the queue in kindergarten

We recommend that you look at the exact list in the local regulations. Usually, for registration in the information support service, the following documents are required from the applicant:

  1. Passport of the parent or legal representative of the child who submits the application.
  2. Child’s birth certificate or equivalent document.
  3. If there is a right to a benefit – a certificate or other document confirming this right.

If someone else submits the application on behalf of the legal representative, he must have a notarized power of attorney indicating that the applicant has the right to do so.

If the application is submitted by a person replacing a parent’s child – a guardian or custodian – he must submit a document confirming his rights to the information support service.

The queue for which kindergarten to choose

You choose the kindergarten yourself – see which one is closer and more convenient for you. Some people find it more convenient to have a garden next to their home, while others prefer it next to work.

Parents also pay attention to the opening hours of the kindergarten. Most of the preschool educational institutions are open from 07:00 to 19:00, but there are also those that close at 17:00. If necessary, you can pick up a five-day or round-the-clock kindergarten.

Pay attention to the condition of the building, how long ago the renovation was done, what toys the children play with, and whether there is a playground. And what matters specifically for your family: is there a speech therapist, foreign language classes, dancing, swimming, other additional activities and services.

According to the rules, there should be no more than 20 children in the group, who are looked after by educators – on the first and second shifts, as well as an assistant educator. But in practice, there are usually more children in groups: due to lack of places, you have to violate the regulations, otherwise too many children will not be able to get into the kindergarten.

clause 1.3 of the regulations approved by the Decree of the Ministry of Labor No. 88

Talk to the manager, educators and parents of other children. See how employees communicate with children during a walk, listen to other parents’ reviews of the kindergarten.

If you want your child to start kindergarten by the beginning of the new school year – in July-August – indicate the desired date of enrollment in the application, but please note that it must be no later than September 1 of the year in which you are going send the child to kindergarten. You can also specify a later date, for example, November 15 – in this case, the application will be sent to the electronic queue, but the document will not be taken into account by the system until the date you specified.

When choosing a kindergarten, make sure that your child’s age at the time of enrollment falls within the age group that this kindergarten is completed with. For example, if on September 1, 2019your child will be only two years old, you will not be able to get into the kindergarten, which is accepted from the age of three. You need to submit an application to the information support service of the kindergarten that accepts children, for example, from one and a half to three years old.

The number of kindergartens that you can queue for at the same time depends on the regulations in your municipality. Somewhere, when queuing, they allow you to specify five places, somewhere – three. For example, in Samara and Tsimlyansk you can enter five gardens, and in Moscow, Krasnodar and Shakhty – only three. Somewhere applicants can subsequently add other preschool educational organizations. How many kindergartens can be specified, the specialist who accepts the application at 9 will tell0245 MFC , or you can check with the support service of the education department or view it in an electronic form for registration, which you will fill out on the public services portal.

You can change the selected gardens if the former ones for some reason no longer suit you. To do this, you will have to apply for the service again and make changes to the list. The date of enrollment will remain the original, only information about selected educational institutions in your city will be updated.

The first garden specified will be the priority garden, the others will be optional. But it is not a fact that you will receive a ticket to the preferred kindergarten. The system generates a referral to a kindergarten in an automated mode and selects the kindergarten with the highest probability of enrollment.

Are you ready to have a baby?

At what age is enrollment in kindergarten

There are no age restrictions for queuing. The sooner you put your child on the waiting list, the more chances he has to get into kindergarten at the appropriate age. It is best to enroll your child in the queue for kindergarten immediately after receiving a birth certificate.

How to find out the queue number for kindergarten and what is the zero queue

You can check where your child is in the queue at the educational authorities of your city, at MFC or on the public services portal, if there is one in your region such opportunity. To check the queue for kindergarten, you must indicate the number of the application for registration or birth certificate.

Zero queue to the kindergarten means that you have been given a ticket – it’s time to go and get it. Notice of referral or denial can be obtained at MFC or education authorities. If in your region it is possible to queue up for a kindergarten using the public services portal, you can get a referral in the user’s personal account.

In order not to miss the notice, it is better to regularly monitor the data in your personal account on the public services portal or by phone at MFC . In some cities, commissions considering citizens’ applications for queuing for kindergarten additionally report on the decision made. To do this, you need to connect the service of sending letters to e-mail or leave your phone for SMS notifications.

Is it possible to change the number in the queue or speed it up

It is not possible to change the number in the queue at will. The place changes only with the movement of the queue.

You can’t refuse your queue for kindergarten in favor of someone else. If you received and returned a ticket, it will go to the common database and the computer will issue it to the next child in line.

There is only one way to speed up the queue for kindergarten: get a benefit. A completely realistic way is to get a job in the desired kindergarten and take advantage of a work permit. Many municipalities establish for the children of employees of municipal and state educational institutions the preferential right to receive a place in DOW .

View a list of all benefit categories in your area. Perhaps there is another suitable option for obtaining educational services.

Is it possible to get into a kindergarten without a queue

You can get into an educational institution without a queue only with a certain benefit.

There are five categories of beneficiaries with the right to extraordinary enrollment of a child in an educational organization:0245 NPP .

  • Employees of special risk units or their families in case of death.
  • Prosecutors.
  • Judges.
  • Employees of the Investigative Committee RF .
  • p. 11 recommendations on the recruitment of educational institutions from the letter of the Ministry of Education and Science No. 08-1063

How to remove a child from the waiting list

educational institution. The document can be submitted personally to the information support service preschool educational institution or by e-mail to the educational authorities, through MFC or the public services portal.

If you have not yet decided whether to send your child to kindergarten, and the queue has already come up, you can write an application with a request to postpone admission to kindergarten for a year. In this case, you will be moved to the waiting list for the next year: when placed on a new queue, your number will be calculated from the original date of application.

Where to complain about the queue in the garden

If you believe that your rights have been violated and the queue for kindergarten is moving incorrectly, you can write a complaint against the organization to the education department. If your appeal is not answered or you consider the response received unsatisfactory, you can complain to the prosecutor’s office – for example, if you are told that everything is in order and no one goes into the garden without a queue, and you see that your number in the queue to the organization is all further from the target. Employees of the prosecutor’s office will check the work of the education department and advance the queue in the order of supervision.

You can also apply to the court to force the employees of the education department to eliminate violations of the provision of services – if it is confirmed that the procedure established by law for the formation and movement of the queue to the organization is violated.

What to do if you missed the queue

If you missed the notice that your child was given a ticket to the kindergarten, and as a result your place in the organization was given to another child, write a statement to the department of education. In this case, you should be left in line – you just may not get a place in a kindergarten right away if there is a complete set in the kindergartens you have chosen. You will either have to change the kindergarten to the one where there are places now, or wait until a place is vacated in the desired educational organization.

When the queue comes up, problems with getting a place in the garden can still arise. Read how to get a place in a free kindergarten to know how you can assert your rights to educational services.

    About the Provider

Description: Circle of Friends offers classroom and community-based special education programs that bring special education and therapeutic services to children in the most appropriate, least restrictive, or natural environment. This can be the home (particularly for very young children) or a general education classroom setting. An important aspect of this program is the commitment to collaboration and communication between parents, therapists, and educators.

Services for children are determined through an evaluation process in either Early Intervention (birth to three years of age) or the Committee on Preschool Special Education (three to five years of age). When approved by the local county Early Intervention (EI) or local school district Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE), the services are then provided. Each child receives services that meet his or her specific needs.

Programming Options, Tuition Deposits and Payments

9 Month Morning ProgramThis program runs on a 9 month school year calendar from 9 AM-12 PM with vacations similar to the Framingham Public Schools. A copy of the preschool calendar is distributed during the summer and is available on request. A deposit equivalent to one tuition payment is due on or before June 1st. This deposit holds the child’s place in the program for the school year from early September through early June. Tuition payments are then due by the first of the month from September through June. This program is a 9 month commitment. Tuition is broken into 10 equal payments, September – June.

Extended Day ProgramThis program is only for children enrolled in the 9 Month Morning Program. This program is for families that would like to lengthen their child’s day on the 9 month schedule. Students enrolled in the 9 Month Morning Program can register for extended hours for the school year. This program starts on the first day of preschool and ends on the last day of preschool. Rates are on the backside of the preschool registration form. Drop in extended hours are also possible on an occasional basis as space is available. The Extended Day Program is closed when the morning preschool program is closed. See school calendar for details.

The 12 Month ProgramThis program operates on a year round calendar from 9/6-8/31. The 12 Month Program is closed on the following holidays: Labor Day, Columbus Day, Day before Thanksgiving (close at 1:00), Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Patriots’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and two professional days, one in March and one in August. When preschool is not in session, children in the 12 Month Program participate in our vacation and summer programs at no additional cost. A deposit equivalent to one month’s tuition is due on or before August 10. This deposit holds the child’s place in the program for the full year from September 1st through August 31st of the following year. Tuition is due the first of each month beginning in September. A 12 month commitment is necessary for this program. This program includes care every day that a child is scheduled to attend and the center is open.

The 10 Month ProgramThis program operates from 9/6-6/30. Great Program for Educators! The 10 Month Program is closed on the following holidays: Labor Day, Columbus Day, Day before Thanksgiving (close at 1:00), Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Patriots’ Day, Memorial Day and one professional day, in March. When preschool is not in session, children in the 10 Month Program participate in our vacation program at no additional cost. A deposit equivalent to one month’s tuition is due on or before June 1st. This deposit holds the child’s place in the program for the school year from September 1st through June 30th. Tuition payments are then due by the first of the month from September through June. This program is a 10 month commitment. Families have the option of a 9 or 10.5 hour day schedule. See school calendar for specific dates.

Tuition Deposits: All deposits are adjusted annually. For those students who will not return the next year, the deposit, less any outstanding fees, is returned at the end of the program. As preschool places are extremely difficult to fill in the summer or mid-year, deposits and tuition payments are forfeited for students who do not begin or complete the school year for which they registered. If you choose to withdraw or make changes to your registered program, permanently or temporarily, before the end of the year, all or a portion of your deposit will be forfeited. See the Deposit Policy for more detailed information.

Summer Program – This program complements the school year. Children enrolled in the 12 Month Program are automatically enrolled in our Summer Program for their regular hours. Other students may attend all or some days with regular hours from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Extended hours are available. Information and sign-up sheets for the Summer Program are distributed in the children’s backpacks in March. See the Summer Program brochure for additional information.  To be eligible for enrollment in our summer program, children must be currently enrolled for the upcoming school year.

Holidays – Holidays are taken into account when setting the yearly tuition. Tuition for those months containing holidays is charged at the regular rate and is not reduced.

Sibling Discount – A sibling discount of 5% is applied to the least expensive regular tuition charge. Sibling discounts do not apply to additional hours or special programs.

Illness and other Absences – Because of staff scheduling requirements, credit or refunds are not given for illness or other absences. Please call the office (508-877-2593) whenever your child will not attend school.

Emergency Building Closures – In the event of severe weather conditions, closing the school is up to the discretion of the Director.  A detailed message will be left on the school answering machine by 6AM (508)-877-2593 and an email will be sent to parents no later than 6:30 AM. If the building has to close due to an internal building emergency or a state of emergency declared by the governor, parents will be notified immediately via email/phone.  Full tuition is due for months in which emergency conditions require the Center to close.

Late Payment and Returned Check Fees – Monthly tuition payments are due on or before the first day of the month. A late payment fee of $20.00 will be assessed for each month in which the payment is more than 10 days overdue. Failure to pay the full balance by the 15th of the month following the month in which payment was overdue will result in immediate disenrollment from Circle of Friends. A fee of $20.00 will apply for returned checks.

Late Pickup – If a parent is late in picking up a child or drops off earlier than their scheduled program hours, a fee of $2.00 per minute will be charged to their account
