My apologies, this is long but please bear with me. My 2- and 3-year-old children came from a previous horrible daycare with very incompetent workers. There they picked up terrible habits (like food throwing,violence, cursing, and disrespect) making us feel like incompetent neglectful parents.
Before finding Dee’s Busy Bee’s we actually went to a different in-home provider who stated not even after 2 weeks that she could not handle my children and abruptly dropped them. Now a part of Dee’s, in just one month, we noticed a significant change not only in our kids attitudes but their intellectual level! As soon as we found Dee’s daycare and toured it with the director, Mrs. Dee, we fell in love with the establishment!
My children LOVE attending daycare now, and even get upset when they cannot go on weekends! I love receiving personal pictures, text message updates, their artwork is incredible and most importantly seeing their cognitive development flourish!
Previously, my 3-year-old son spoke but was not always understood. Now, he is speaking clearer, he counts correctly, and he loves making shapes (correctly) with his Little Genius set at home.
I cannot express enough gratitude to Dee, along with her family working within the daycare for all their love and understanding for our family. They worked WITH us, and the behaviors from the previous daycare have not been an issue which shows that the staff is kind and patient. They are all willing to take the time to work with the children (and willing parents) rather than sending home constant bad reports or ignoring bad behavior that carries over to home life. I would absolutely recommend this daycare!…

MEGACHURCHES , a form of functioning of large Protestant associations (from 2 thousand people), which arose in the USA in the 1950s. They differ in the emphasis on quantities. the growth of followers, the presence of a charismatic senior pastor, a pyramidal management structure, an active extra-liturgical activity, equating in status to the liturgical one.

Along with the USA, where to the beginning. 2010s the number of M. reached 1300, M. widely spread in Asia (especially in India and the Republic of Korea), Lat. America (especially in Chile, Argentina and Ecuador) and Africa (especially in Nigeria). The largest M. (Yeoido Full Gospel Church, 830,000 members) is located in the Republic of Korea (Seoul). The largest building (accommodates about 100 thousand people) is at the Apostolic Church of Nigeria (Lagos).

For M. belonging to a denomination is less essential than uniting around the ideas and practices of a senior pastor, therefore M. can be both non-denominational (M. “Lakewood” in the USA), and belong to a ch.-l. denominations. More than 70% of philanthropists in the USA identify themselves as evangelicals (see Evangelical churches ). Members of M. adhere, as a rule, to conservative views in relation to the Bible and Christian morality. Specific M.’s theological emphasis is a cult of church growth, a focus on new converts, a cult of teamwork as a charitable cause.

M. has an authoritarian management model – everyone unconditionally submits to the senior pastor. A system of small groups has been developed that gathers at home to read the Bible and pray. M. have a developed infrastructure, which includes not only premises for youth groups and Sunday schools, but also kindergartens, bookstores, gyms, etc. About 50% of M. has branches – churches in the regions, which in sermons and conduct activities are strictly in accordance with the instructions and methods of the “center”. M. are actively moving into cyberspace, creating Internet branches where you can listen to sermons online and even virtually participate in the communion. Distribution method franchising and virtually independent centralized. the management system makes it possible to speak of M. as a new type of denomination.

Divine services are directed to the main. to attract new converts, are carried out using the modern. popular music, in some cases with the participation of pop stars. In M., the emphasis is not so much on ordinary worship, but on events outside of it: work in children’s, teenage, youth groups, sports and music. events. in church architecture b. h. M. tries to get away from tradition. church forms and build churches like cultural and entertainment centers.

M. are criticized in the Protestant community for destroying the independence of local churches by turning them into “branches” and for focusing on the “consumer”, and not on preaching the Gospel, for poaching the flock. For the uniformity and superficiality of theology in English-speaking Protestant circles, it is customary to call M. “McChurches” (McChurch), by analogy with McDonald’s.
