AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED

We’re so proud!

Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

SCHOOL-READY

What Learning Looks Like

Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.

Foxworthy KinderCare Programs

Infant Programs (6 weeks–1 year)

Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our
centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with
you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant
classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and
ready to explore their world.

Toddler Programs (1–2 Years)

Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s
because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the
place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll
help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.

Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)

This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.

Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)

This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!

Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)

When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.

Learning Adventures – Enrichment Program

Cooking Academy™ (3 – 12 Years)

In Cooking Academy, kids learn new recipes from cultures around the world and
develop a healthy relationship with food. They’ll whip up everything from Southwest
rainbow lettuce wraps to pumpkin muffins, building their skills in STEM, communication,
and more along the way. And yes—little chefs get to eat their culinary creations!

Music Explorers™ (2 – 4 Years)

KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning
Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play
instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math,
science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare
way of learning the foundations of music.

Phonics Adventures® (2 – 4 Years)

Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love
books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program.
From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters
and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who
attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we
have the data to prove it.)

STEM Innovators (3-8 Years)

You’ve probably heard a lot about how important STEM education is for your child, but
what does that really mean? Our STEM Innovators program takes kids’ natural ability to
make sense of the world and applies it to robotics, chemistry, coding, geology, and
more. While your child experiments, they’ll discover how to use technology to do
amazing things!

Our Teachers

We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.

Meet just a few of our amazing KinderCare teachers!

A KINDERCARE TEACHER WITH

An Artist’s Heart

“My classroom is full of art!” says Mary Annthipie-Bane, an award-winning early childhood educator at KinderCare. Art and creative expression, she says, help children discover who they really are.

We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We’re so proud to have been named one of Gallup’s 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award.
When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience
an amazing place to learn and grow.

Family Stories

Don’t take our word for it. Hear what our families have to say about our amazing center!

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE this school. My daughter started coming here last year for preschool. I was hesitant to leave her in the hands of strangers but it was seriously the best choice I made for her. Her teachers Ms.Nicki and Ms. Coco were amazing. She learned so much. I was informed daily on her progress as far as what she ate, how she napped and what they learned. I also opted for the Phonics program. They pull your child out of class for more of a one-on-one study time. Ms Angelica was her phonics teacher, and she was always so pleased to let me know about my daughters progress in her phonics class. The center director Ms. Sarah is just as amazing. Any questions I had or concerns she was always there. I seriously love this center. This year my daughter is in Prekindergarten and was blessed to have Ms. Nicki as a teacher again along with Ms. Diana who is just as amazing. I’m a little sad she won’t be coming here next year when she starts Kindergarten. I can honestly say I’m happy with the staff here, and I highly recommend it.

    Alma M. – KinderCare Parent
  • The best review I can give is that my son loves this school. He’s happy to go to school every day. In the evening when I pick up, he’s always excited to tell me about what he did, who he played with, and what’s happening in his class. His teacher Ms. Alicia is great as well. Our family was having a hard transition before we started here, and his behavior and potty training suffered as a result. Ms. Alicia handled him with kindness and caring. She was able to RE-potty train him, and bring back the sweet little boy we knew.

The director is great as well. She’s always available, and a great presence at the center. I couldn’t ask for a better person to be running my son’s school. I definitely recommend any KinderCare, but this one is my favorite!

    Anne M. – KinderCare Parent
  • I am truly sad that this will be my son’s last year at KinderCare. He is off to elementary school in the fall, and I literally have anxiety over it. The entire staff has been simply amazing, and I wanted to write this review to ease any parents concerns who are actively searching for a school. I did a lot of research before coming to KinderCare. I even had my son enrolled at a different school, but at the last minute I changed my mind and came to KinderCare. I am so happy I made that decision !!

The school is a gated and secure center. You have to enter a code at each gate and door. Amazing. The little kiddos are safely tucked inside. Windows are wall to wall, and I always see Sara and Angelica, the center directors, checking in on all the classes. You can truly see the care they have for these children. My son has loved all of his teachers, and always tells me how much he likes Miss Chrissy, Miss Diana, and Miss Nicki. All of the teachers are simply amazing and I feel secure when I’m at work because I know he is in safe and loving hands. The approach they have with the kids is very patient and truly kind. My son is a handful and I’m always so impressed with how they handle him.

Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are healthy and cooked in their kitchen on site. A weekly menu is always posted, and you can view everything your child is eating. My son is so picky at home, but everyday I check his daily log , an am always so pleased to see he ate everything. I don’t know they do it. If you are working with an agency where your payments would be subsidized they still work with you and the rates are so affordable ! So don’t be discouraged or think you can’t get in. Trust me – you can ! Give this center a shot ! They’re awesome !!!!!

I have gone through a few daycares and nannies at this point and finally found myself at Kindercare. It’s absolutely the best Iv’e found. Here are my pros and cons:
pros:
— The teachers are all very caring and happy. They clearly develop deep relationships with the kids.
— They have a great mix of curriculum and free play. I get art and pictures regularly. They kids do costume play, have picture day, do halloween events. It’s a community.
— Breakfast, Lunch and 2 snacks are included and cooked onsite.
— They are detailed and professional (That might seem silly but Ive’ had other facilities that have missed schedules appointments and phone calls)
— I love their discipline techniques (which is important when you have twins)
— They will help us with the stuff we are working on at home. They partner with parents well.
— For a large daycare provider they seem to have really low turnover. My guys have had the same teachers the whole time.
Cons:
— They serve a lot of carbs and not enough veggies and fruit
— Parking and drop off can be annoying, specially walking to the door with two toddlers through several gates then going to a totally separate room to sign them in
My guys have totally blossomed there and I really feel like this facility is my parenting partner.

Let me just start by saying I am so happy my daughter attends this school! Not too long ago my toddler’s school had to close down and I was so upset because I was unsure if I would feel comfortable sending her to a new school. Then I found this place! My little girl started pre school here and we absolutely love everything about it. So my daughter was a picky eater and never would like to try new foods once she started this school, total change in her eating habits for the good she is excited about trying new foods, even though she may not like some of the vegetables still, she still is excited. What else I can I say? She is eager to learn loves to write tells us about her day and how much she loves her teachers. Whenever we would have any concerns about something, right away, it would be taken care of. My daughter is gaining so much from this school. Thanks Kinder Care for everything:)

We moved to the area a few months ago and were hard pressed to find a suitable daycare. After touring a number of places we decided on KinderCare. I am so glad we made the decision we did. The teachers are all extremely caring and kind with my daughter (3.5 years old) and always take time to talk to me about her developments. The curriculum has her learning so many wonderful things but in a fun and playful manner. She’s constantly bringing home art projects and always has a smile on her face. Knowing that my daughter is happy and feels safe at the center is the biggest concern of mine and she’s never once gave me question the staff at Foxworthy.
I love the constantly changing themes and how they incorporate a variety of lessons into each theme. My daughter is constantly asking questions to further her understanding of what she learned at school– a parents dream! We are expecting our second child in February and have already signed him up for care at Foxworthy because I know they’ll provide my infant with the same love and care they provide my daughter.
I read some of the old reviewed and I was quite surprised at what I read. I’m assuming the management has changed because we haven’t experienced the negative things mentioned by others.

Teachers are not educated to deal with children who are hyper or have any behavior issues. They want their day to go by with little work being done. The staff is very lazy rooms were dirty and staff was also late opening daily. I do not recommend although I thought this would be a great fit kinder care wants the kids to act like soldiers with no other movement. My biggest problem with the school was how understaffed they were. On multiple occasions they would send kids to other rooms so they wouldn’t have to have two teachers in one room. This is when most of the negative behavior comes out when one teacher is alone with 12 kids. The staff at kindercare does not like to deal with and will get on their phone to call either one of the directors in to scare the kids to do what they are suppose to do. Their main strategy is to send kids home and not deal with it. Again this center does not have the training nor staff to appropriately attend to a child who needs more attention.

My daughter loved going it would be so easy dropping her off but i fine my self re thinking this day care for my daughter she is about to be two in february and so lately about almost 2 months she screams for a long time n clings to us which i find abnormal. A little scary because she is so friendly so def raised a red flag. And there is this one teacher who rubs me the wrong way from day 1 she is to rough with the kids so i did advise the director of this situation twice so hopefully 3rd time will not happen!!!. So I took my daughter out to the jungle and I notice she did not want to play with any kids which is not like her I did notice when a kid came up to her she quicky screamed n ran which scared n worried me due to she has never been this way at all super friendly loving out going little one RED FLAG RED FLAG I do know she had an accident at school were someone bite her and after that I started noticing how she changed completely I did bring to the director as well as teachers but they seem to be giving me different info as well as the dad. i just hope they are working professional with our children as they claim to be. Because I truely like some of the staff and how they encourage the kids to learn n etc. But alot of red flags have been over coming for some time now so much mix emotions with kinder care I truely wish I didnt feel that way at all. But like any other mother there kids are everything to them and with so much going on in day cares its a bit over whelming when your child does a 160 its hurtful to me that i find my self calling 3 to 4 times a day just to check on her hopefully I am getting the correct info n not just what I want to hear. Dont get me wrong i understand how toddlers are so I am not blind to that but just like every parent you see something different in Your child and you wish you knew especially when they run up to you talking about the teacher bad which can mean the teacher told you no or SEVERAL OTHER THINGS AS WELL. i just wish i didnt feel this way always worried when I wasnt like that in the begining her dad on other hand told me no and I went with my gut feeling and said yes and she loved it now she seems like she hates it :(((((((breaks my heart so I find my self very confuse because she is find with other sitters dropping her off when she is to sick to go to day care with no promblem so why here is IT TODDLERS JUST BEING TODDLERS AS WELL AS MINE. OR IS IT THE STAFF WELL SOME OF THEM HOPEFULLY NOT ALL OF THEM!!! But just like an other day care I am sure there will always be those concerns. I just wish I had some answers
Thank you
Hopefully by writing this review might help to be heard and looked into

LOVE LOVE LOVE this school… My daughter started coming here last year for preschool… I was hesitant to leave her in the hands of strangers but it was seriously the best choice I made for her. I’m a little sad she won’t be coming here next year when she starts kindergarten. I can honestly say I’m happy with the staff here and i highly recommend it.

Kindercare is a good value but its not perfect… no daycare is!
Breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks are included. They are cooked on the premises too.
They have a monthly theme and curriculum. You should definetly ask for the syllabus from the director. We keep ours on the fridge and reinforce things at home. For example, May’s theme was INSECTS. So we made sure to show our child the bugs in our backyard which got her so excited!
They have staff development days which other daycares do not offer their caregivers.
This review is of the Toddlers Program – 2011
In that one year my child learned:
To use utensils
Drink from a cup
Count to 10 in English and Spanish (my request)
Sing her ABCs
Sing at least 10 nursery rhymes (but we also sang at home and watched YouTube videos)
Know the parts of the body
To use sign language (at least 15 words)
To do art projects, hold a pencil
Identify shapes
Correctly Identify colors
Point to some letters and numbers and identify correctly
I also liked that they offered semi annual parent teacher conferences.
Student to teacher ratio is small 4:1
My child’s teacher was Miss Dorothy, Miss Nora (she has left), Miss Estella
If your child is dropped off before 8:30am, they will be in the infant room. Miss Espi taught my child to count to 10 in Spanish, at my request. Unfortunately, Miss Espi has also left. But Miss Blanca is a great lead teacher in the infant room.
The things that bug me:
My child got sick within 2 weeks! And had about 6 colds when she was in this group. At first I thought they weren’t cleaning things. But these were my observations: 1-teachers do clean 2-toddlers like to sneeze and cough on each other 3-toddlers like to stick things in their mouths and then share that toy immediately with other children! 4-teachers hug and hold the children who sneeze and cough on them, then teacher goes and picks up another child and the germs spread
Expect an adjustment period, when my daughter started in the 2s group she caught a cold.
The 2s group: my child has been in this group for 3 months. The lead teacher is Miss Krissy, she is awesome. My daughter loves cuddling with her in the morning.
The classroom is large. It’s 8:1 ratio. Its really loud. In 3 months, she’s had 5 incident reports, classroom sometimes seems a bit chaotic in the afternoon and not as structured as the Toddlers. But I’ve been told its the Terrible Twos. I don’t know if that is the whole story –so we will keep our options open.

Teacher appreciation week. Thank you to the entire staff my son loves all of his teachers. Your all wonderful. Best wishes The Venturi family.

I would give a zero star if I could. My daughter is going to a new daycare where she is doing much better. Yvonne from kindercare always told me that my daughter finishes her formula in her straw cup. Every single day my daughter’s report said that she finished all her formula feedings. I was never able to reproduce that result. At new daycare I am seeing what is expected that she eats her solids fine but drinks very little of formula. So all the daily reports from kindercare were a lie. She was not finishing her formula and I did not know that there is a problem. Apparently that coldhearted person has no conscious. She can easily let a child go hungry and report that she ate fine to save her job.
I feel extremely guilty for letting my daughter suffer and go hungry for two months by trusting the words of Yvonne that she drinks her formula fine. This is also worth noting that my daughter was successfully bottle trained at the age of 5 months with the help of Espy. Yvonne untrained her by offering her formula in straw cup because that lazy person thought it is too much effort to give her bottle. Two times when I went to pick her up early I saw that my daughter is sitting alone with her straw cup. So this 7 months old baby was supposed to drink her formula by herself in a cup because this lady is just too lazy. Every time my daughter refuses formula in sippy cup I feel so guilty for trusting her kinder care daily reports. If I knew it i could do something to solve the problem earlier. She gained very little weight in those two months.

Enrolled my daughter at Kindercare because they seemed to offer a good mix of free play along with Math/Reading/Spanish classes we could add on. My daughter didn’t learn a lot from them– she learned more Reading/Math in her first two weeks of kindergarten than she did in over a year in the Kindercare classes.
Additionally, there didn’t seem to be good classroom management in the classes– the kids seemed pretty rowdy and noisy.
Finally, their billing system was annoying– they couldn’t bill monthly like every other place– but rather wanted to bill weekly– it’s easier just to write a check at the beginning of the month and be done with it instead of trying to remember whether it’s been 4 or 5 weeks since I’ve paid.

I love it here. When I first put my daughter in daycare I was very cautious. I heard about KinderCare through my sister in law. My nieces had been going here for awhile. My daughter started at seven months and is now two years old.
Being in the infant room the teachers were very understanding to any special request I had for the day if I had any.
Now she is in the two’s room and she loves it.

Honestly, I’ve been very disappointed with my experience. I’ve read other places that the problem with this center is their management and I can not agree more.
My child is big, at almost 11 months he is nearly 25 pounds and more than 2.5 feet tall. He has been having problems napping there for weeks. Finally the care giver in the infant room told my husband that they put my child in an infant swing to try and get him to take a nap. When I first hired them, I was assured that he was too big to be put in the swings. I agreed. He weighs 2 pounds more now. It was not safe for him to be in a swing. When I asked management why he was put in a swing the answer was, «you said you wanted him to have 2 naps.» That’s not the right answer as to why your care giver put my child in harms way.
The caregivers in the infant room are nice enough, but they make choices that are not necessarily in the best interest of the child. For the first 3 weeks my son was there, he had a runny nose. Instead of using a tissue to wipe it, they used center provided wipes, which gave him a horrible rash on his face. He is allergic to the wipes. I asked why they didn’t use the tissues, the answer received was that the tissues aren’t soft. I’d rather use not soft tissues than give my son an allergic rash on his face.
All in all, the management cares more about the bottom line than they do about the infants in their program. I’d try to find someplace else before I’d put another child here again.

Electronic registration for kindergarten

Dear parents!

Wednesday 08:00-18:00
Thursday 08:00-18:00
Friday 08:00-18:00
Saturday 08:00-13:00
Sunday Day off

To register a child, the following documents must be submitted:

– passport of one of the parents (legal representatives) of the child;

– birth certificate of the child;

– documents confirming the right at the time of the application of parents (legal representatives) to an extraordinary or priority provision of a place in a preschool organization in accordance with applicable law (if any).

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?

The following documents are required to apply

1) Child’s birth certificate

2) Parent’s passport

3) Documents confirming the right to benefits

“with a package of documents for placing the child on the waiting list for kindergarten.

WHEN I APPLY, DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE 3 KINDERGARTENS? WHY DO I DO THIS IF I WANT TO SEND THE CHILD TO A SPECIFIC KINDERGARTEN?

When submitting an application, in accordance with regulations, each parent can indicate no more than 3 kindergartens where they want to enroll their child. This is done so that during distribution, if there are not enough places in the priority kindergarten, the system can try to distribute the child to the second priority. If there are no places there, then – in the third. However, if you have chosen one particular kindergarten, then when applying, you can only indicate it. In this case, if there are not enough places in the kindergarten, your application will be postponed until the next year. Application time will remain.

WHAT IS THE QUEUING ALGORITHM?

The queue is formed in accordance with the following algorithm: applications are lined up in the order of submission (the day, hour, minute and even second of submission are fixed). But the applications submitted on preferential terms are distributed among them in the first place. Also, during automatic distribution, the number of free places in a particular kindergarten in the corresponding age groups is taken into account. Therefore, the location of the parent in the queue may change.

CAN I SEE MY PLACE IN THE LINE SOMEWHERE?

The parent does not have this function, because the principle of queuing does not guarantee you that your place in the queue will remain unchanged until distribution. The fact is that the queue fixes not only the time of application, but also the benefits available to applicants. Preferential applications have priority in distribution, regardless of the time of submission of such an application. You can assess the current situation in terms of the availability of places in the kindergarten you are interested in by studying the section “Select a preschool”.

IF I FORGET / LOST THE PASSWORD TO ENTER THE PORTAL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In the “Login” section, you need to click on the link “Forgot your password?”, enter your e-mail in the field that opens and you will immediately receive an email with a new password.

IF I PREVIOUSLY APPLIED FOR ONE CHILD, DO I HAVE TO RE-REGISTER TO APPLY FOR A SECOND CHILD NOW?

If you have previously applied for one child, you do not need to register in the system a second time to apply for a second child. You log in with your old username and password and add a new application in the Applications section. Information about previously submitted applications, as well as about previously registered children, will be stored in your personal account.

MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN ALLOCATED WITH A NUMBER AFTER SUBMISSION. IS MY STATEMENT NUMBER IN THE QUEUE?

The number that was assigned to your application has nothing to do with your place in the queue. The application number is generated automatically by the system and is only relevant when contacting technical support to resolve technical issues, if any.

After submitting the application, the child enters the general queue for admission to preschool. Applications are sorted by date of submission, linking preschool to certain addresses (in large cities) and category of child benefits. You can choose to enroll up to 3 preschools in order of preference for enrollment – if the child does not have enough space in the first preschool selected, then the system tries to allocate him to the next one, etc. You can check which preschool the child is currently assigned to in your personal account.

Main

We are pleased to welcome you to the official website of the State Budgetary Preschool Educational Institution Kindergarten No. 25 of the combined type of the Central District of St. Petersburg!

Politics of Kindergarten No. 25 in the Central District of St. Petersburg

satisfaction of the leading needs of pupils, parents, as their legal representatives, and the constant self-development of the teaching staff itself.

The main value for us is the promotion of health and the comprehensive development of the child, taking into account individual and age characteristics. We provide conditions for the protection of life and strengthening the physical and mental health of pupils; social and communicative, cognitive, artistic, aesthetic, speech and physical development of children, carry out qualified correction of shortcomings in the speech development of children, create conditions for social adaptation, socialization and development of tolerance of children from 1.5 and up to 7 (8) years.

Therefore, a close-knit team of highly qualified teachers works in our preschool educational institution: educators, a psychologist, a physical education instructor, a music director and speech therapists who carry out correction, prevention, development and rehabilitation of pupils, constantly improving their professional competence and skills.

We actively and fruitfully cooperate with the St. Petersburg City Polyclinic No. 37, Children’s Polyclinic Department No. 12, which allows us to carry out activities to improve the health of our pupils.

The values of “family”, “parenthood” and “childhood” are important to us. To do this, we actively interact with the families of pupils, creating all the conditions for interactive communication, providing advice to parents on the mental development of children and correcting their speech, health improvement, and methodological assistance on the upbringing and education of children.

We are convinced that the professional self-realization of a teacher is a condition for the stable and successful work of the teaching staff. Participation in traditional and innovative projects of a preschool educational institution, district and city (pedagogical conferences, seminars, consultations, public expert councils, competitions of pedagogical skills) contributes to the professional self-realization of our teachers.

We develop and implement a model of a preschool educational institution focused on the cultural environment of St. Petersburg, we create and support such St. Petersburg traditions of a preschool educational institution: “Birthday of St. children’s book”, “Petersburg Assembly”.
