AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED

We’re so proud!

Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

SCHOOL-READY

What Learning Looks Like

Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.

Heimer KinderCare Programs

Infant Programs (6 weeks–1 year)

Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our
centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with
you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant
classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and
ready to explore their world.

Toddler Programs (1–2 Years)

Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s
because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the
place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll
help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.

Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)

This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.

Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)

This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!

Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)

When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.

Participating Child Care Aware Center

KinderCare partners with Child Care Aware® of America to offer fee assistance for
Active Duty military families and flexible support to fit their needs when care at a Child
Development Center on the installation is not available.

Learning Adventures – Enrichment Program

Cooking Academy™ (3 – 12 Years)

In Cooking Academy, kids learn new recipes from cultures around the world and
develop a healthy relationship with food. They’ll whip up everything from Southwest
rainbow lettuce wraps to pumpkin muffins, building their skills in STEM, communication,
and more along the way. And yes—little chefs get to eat their culinary creations!

Music Explorers™ (2 – 4 Years)

KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning
Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play
instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math,
science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare
way of learning the foundations of music.

Phonics Adventures® (2 – 4 Years)

Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love
books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program.
From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters
and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who
attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we
have the data to prove it. )

STEM Innovators (3-8 Years)

You’ve probably heard a lot about how important STEM education is for your child, but
what does that really mean? Our STEM Innovators program takes kids’ natural ability to
make sense of the world and applies it to robotics, chemistry, coding, geology, and
more. While your child experiments, they’ll discover how to use technology to do
amazing things!

Our Teachers

We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.

A KINDERCARE TEACHER WITH

An Artist’s Heart

“My classroom is full of art!” says Mary Annthipie-Bane, an award-winning early childhood educator at KinderCare. Art and creative expression, she says, help children discover who they really are.

We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We’re so proud to have been named one of Gallup’s 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award.
When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience
an amazing place to learn and grow.

Family Stories

Don’t take our word for it. Hear what our families have to say about our amazing center!

  • I take great comfort knowing that we found a child care center that my daughter is excited to get up and go to in the morning! The staff is wonderful and very loving. Not only has my daughter developed structure and routine here, but she has an amazing curriculum and developing social skills that will ensure a great start in life and her first years in school. I love the added bonus of an occasional cooking class and visits from the police and firefighters. Thank you, Heimer KinderCare, for being a part of our life!

    Ashley J. – KinderCare Parent
  • We started with Kinder Care in 2012 and were coming from a small-town child care center that was very personable. I was hesitant and changed my mind about many of daycares we had selected in our move to San Antonio. On my first visit to Heimer KinderCare, I had such a comfortable feeling about the staff and the setup of the facility.
Our first day was a little rough, as my daughter does not do very well with change. But JR and Audrey (the office staff) were very comforting and put up with all my calls, and never once hesitated to get me an update nor did they sound fed up. When my son started at a year old in 2013, I was so excited for him to start his new journey into an actual schedule and an infant-targeted developmental curriculum. Ms. Becky was so comforting and sweet and did everything she could to keep my mind at ease. The amount of love she puts into those children is beyond anything I had ever experienced before. It’s a feeling of comfort that every parent needs and wants knowing they cannot be there every second of every day. To be greeted by name by nearly every staff member even though they have never had either of your children and know so much about both of your children is beyond me. The staff at Kinder Care Heimer has and continues to make me feel calm throughout my work days knowing I can trust all of them and call at any time or drop by at any time to check on my kiddos without hesitation. I can never show them enough gratitude for who they are!

  • So, unexpected events left me a single dad of a wonderful four-year-old in need of a loving daycare facility. The folks at Heimer KinderCare (Ms. Kim, Ms. Audry, Mr. J.R and all the rest) are very caring, loving people who have helped my baby girl get through some tough times. She is five now and is starting to read on her own…she was looking at a comic book and said “Look, Daddy! This says CRASH!” Thank you!

    Anthony P. – KinderCare Parent
  • Let me start by saying that all the staff at the Heimer KinderCare are wonderful, from JR and Audrey at the front desk to all of the teachers. But in particular, I would like to express our eternal gratitude and admiration for Ms. Becky Jimenez. About a year and a half ago, we took our then 12-month-old son to daycare. Frightened to be away from Mom for the first time, he soon loved going to school and seeing his Ms. Becky. All was well in the world as long as his Ms. Becky was there first thing in the morning. While you would expect a class of 10 one- to- two-year-olds to be quite the ruckus, Ms. Becky’s calm demeanor and obvious joy in teaching toddlers creates a wonderful atmosphere in which kids — both shy and outgoing — thrive, learn, and improve by leaps and bounds. While diaper changes at home may be wiggle-fest-galore, kids lay still for Ms. Becky. While they may not want to sit at the table through the entire meal at home, they all sit around the table for meals and snacks with her. And come craft time, her amazing creative talents shine. Armed with an enormous craft bag she brings from home every day, the kids paint, draw, or do something creative all the time. Come special holidays, the kids come home with the most amazing gifts for Mom and Dad — many projects that she finishes on her own time at home. We couldn’t wait for our daughter to turn 11 months so we could take her to Ms. Becky. While our son was none to happy to share his special teacher, our daughter, too, loved her time with her. I know all parents with kids in her care feel the same and we often collectively count our blessings to have such a wonderful teacher and daycare while we all go around our busy days. When a great job opportunity came our way in Florida, having to change daycare was one of the hardest aspects of the decision to move. Ms. Becky has set an enormously high standard in what we will look for in future teachers. Thank you, Ms. Becky and all the other team members at the Heimer KinderCare, for all you do!

We strive to be as inclusive as possible. To that point, we provide a vegetarian option at mealtime, take care to not serve common allergens and can adapt menus based on your child’s food sensitivities. If your child has additional needs, we’ll work with you to figure out a plan.

Are meals included in tuition? Can I choose to send my child with lunch?

We provide nutritious meals and snacks developed by a registered dietician to meet the needs of rapidly growing bodies and minds. If your child has special dietary requirements and you would prefer to bring in their lunch, please make arrangements with the center director.

Does my child need to be potty-trained?

Every child begins toilet learning at a different age. Until your child shows an interest in toilet learning, we’ll provide diaper changes on an as-needed basis. When your child shows an interest, we’ll discuss how to work together to encourage toilet learning.

The share of vacant office space in Moscow may reach 18% by the end of the year

The share of vacant space in Moscow offices may reach 18% by the end of the year. In the last three months alone, the share of free “territory” has grown to 12%. Experts attribute this to the “flight” of Western companies that occupied a lot of space in class A.

Free space in the capital’s offices increased by 12% over the past three months, and this increase was the highest since the 2nd quarter of 2021, the consulting company clarifies IBC Real Estate company.

Most of all, the current changes in the economy have affected class A offices, where the vacancy rate in the 2nd quarter reached 11.8%. The largest growth was noted within the Boulevard Ring (+4.7%, up to 21.1%) and in the Belarusian Business District (+4.1%, or up to 16.3%). This is due to the reduction in the presence in the Russian Federation of representative offices of large international companies, former key tenants in these locations.

In class B+ offices, where the tenants are mainly small Russian companies, the change in the vacancy rate was not so significant: as of the end of June 2022, 9. 5% of the area (+0.6%).

Until the end of 2022, IBC Real Estate analysts predict a further increase in vacancy to 16-18% on average in the market and up to 18-20% in class A due to a reduction in the space occupied by foreign companies and moderate activity of local players.

According to the experts, the “limiting factor in the growth” of the vacancy rate, especially in class A, was long-term lease agreements, the termination of which implies serious penalties. Plus, in addition to already free territories, there is an increase in the so-called hidden vacancy – premises offered for sublease: as of the end of June, their volume (sublease or assignment of lease rights) amounted to 210,000 square meters, and about 100,000 more square meters were announced for release before the end of the year.

“Since the end of February, many tenants have put their projects on hold; the market froze, and companies watched the developments. Now we can already talk about several strategies for clients, depending on the situation, – comments Ekaterina Belova, head of the office space department at IBC Real Estate.
