Kindergarten No. 42

MBDOU “KINDERGARTEN №42”

In the fall of 2007, our kindergarten accepted the first 60 pupils.
Parents and employees of the institution took an active part in the opening.
During the first 2007-2008 academic year, the entire team worked for the benefit of the children.
Educators created a developing environment, designed stands, organized parents to prepare playgrounds for walks.

The head of the kindergarten, Natalia Mikhailovna Fashchevskaya, and her deputies directed all their efforts to ensure that the work in the kindergarten is carried out smoothly, so that a friendly creative team is formed in the institution. In the 2007-2008 academic year, the kindergarten graduated 5 pupils.
In the next 2008-2009 academic year, the kindergarten opened 3 more new groups for 128 people. And last academic year there were already 14 graduates. During the 2008-2009 school year, a lot was done in the kindergarten: work continued with parents on the improvement of playgrounds on subbotniks, the organization of a subject-developing environment, and the design of groups.

In many groups, creative parents decorated the walls with drawings.
The music hall was decorated by the forces of educators, the deputy head for educational work and the musical director. Sports equipment was purchased for the gym, and wall bars were installed.

Traditions began to form in the team from the first year of the kindergarten. One of these traditions, initiated by the parent committee of the preparatory group, was tree planting by graduates.

Each kindergarten graduate of the 2008-2009 academic year planted a tree together with their parents and the result was an alley, which was called the Alley of Graduates. This tradition came to support the words of parting words to graduates, Deputy Head of the Administration of the city Kommunar Kiselev Alexander Yuryevich. Tears of joy in the eyes of children and parents during this event were the best proof that this is important and necessary for everyone.
In the coming new 2009In the 2010 academic year, the institution opened 2 more new groups for the youngest pupils, and in January 2010 another group for kids will begin its work.

Now there are more than 180 pupils in 8 groups in the kindergarten, and with the opening of a new group in January there will be more than 200 children in 9 groups.
In the new 2009-2010 academic year, we plan to graduate 20 pupils.
All teachers are actively involved in the educational process, in creativity when designing groups, they constantly strive to learn from more experienced teachers, and improve their skills. The institution employs two educators with more than 25 years of teaching experience. 5 teachers of the institution have higher education.

In the 2008-2009 academic year, 2 educators were certified for the 2nd qualification category. This academic year, two educators will be certified for 2, and one for 1 qualification category.
In the future, it is planned to open 5 more new groups, provide additional paid services based on the results of a survey of parents, and organize a Board of Trustees.
