College Graduate Seeking Summer Position!

Background Check

Hi! My name is Morgan and I graduated from Kent State University in May of 2021. Since graduating,
I’ve been working in corporate HR. I’ve recently decided to go back to school to peruse other passions (health, wellness, nutrition, and business) and am seeking a part time job that will give me moretime to focus on school (20-30 hours/week). In previous summers during my undergrad, I was a full time nanny for two energetic boys (ages 4 and 6), and was also an after school babysitter during high school for a 9-year-old girl. I also want to note that I am the oldest in my family (mom and dad’s side!) which means I have spent countless years babysitting younger siblings and cousins. I am comfortable around kids and have lots of experience with them! I love spending time outdoors, cooking at home, and spending time with my family. I have a newer car and 8 years of driving experience!. I am so excited to meet you and your family :)…

Recent Review:

Morgan has been caring for my nine year old daughter after school for over a month now and we couldn’t manage without her. She’s always punctual and gets done whatever is asked of her; laundry, daughter’shomework, shuttling to activities and does it with a smile. My daughter enjoys her company and I trust Morgan to care for her….

Acron will pay ₽720 per ordinary share to shareholders as dividends for nine months. Shares of a mineral fertilizer producer soared

Photo: RBC Investments

Shares of the Russian fertilizer producer Akron rose by 9% on the Moscow Exchange.27% – up to ₽10,590 per security as of 14:10 Moscow time. By 15:03 Moscow time, growth slowed down to 5.7%, and the price dropped to ₽10,242 per share.

The growth of quotations began after the Board of Directors of Acron recommended paying dividends for the first nine months in the amount of ₽720 per ordinary share. In total, the company will allocate ₽26.47 billion for dividends, which is a record figure for it. At a share price of ₽10,242, the dividend yield of the payment will be about 7%.

The final decision on payments will be made by Acron’s shareholders at the general meeting on December 3rd. The last day to buy shares to receive dividends is December 10.

www.adv.rbc.ru

The company’s current dividend policy provides for the payment to shareholders of at least 30% of the company’s net profit as determined in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The Company aims to pay dividends at least twice in a financial year.

Acron’s dividends in 2019 amounted to ₽376 per share. In addition, in 2020, the manufacturer paid dividends to shareholders from retained earnings based on the results of previous years in the amount of ₽157 per paper. Based on the results of 2020, the company paid
dividends
in the amount of ₽30 per share.

In September, the company’s board of directors recommended paying dividends on shares from retained earnings based on the results of previous years in the amount of ₽30 per share. The total amount of funds allocated for the payment of dividends amounted to ₽1.1 billion. The announcement of the size of dividends disappointed the market and led to a 10% drop in shares at auction on September 7. Earlier, Acron reported that, despite the planned increase in capital expenditures, it plans to allocate at least $200 million for dividends for each calendar year, which corresponds to ₽350 per share.

More investment news can be found in our telegram channel “You yourself are an investor!”

Dividends are the portion of profits or free cash flow (FCF) that a company pays out to shareholders. The payout amount depends on the dividend policy. Their periodicity is also spelled out there – once a year, every half year or quarter. There are companies that do not pay dividends, but direct profits to business development or simply do not have the opportunity due to poor results.

Stocks of dividend companies are most often of interest to investors who want to achieve financial independence or secure a decent standard of living in retirement. With the help of dividends, they create a source of passive income for themselves.
