The system of preschool education is of great importance in creating favorable conditions for the formation of a child’s ideas about a healthy lifestyle. Since concern for improving the health of a child is not only a medical problem, but also a pedagogical one, since properly organized upbringing and educational work with children often ensures the formation of health and a healthy lifestyle to a greater extent than all medical and hygienic measures.
The relevance of the problem of the formation of ideas about a healthy lifestyle among preschoolers is due to the need to introduce pedagogical technologies into the educational process that ensure the awakening of children’s interest in their health. One of the innovative technologies at the present stage is the method of projects.
Participation in the project helps the child feel his importance, feel like a full participant in the events, helps to strengthen the positions of “I myself”, “I can do it”, “I will do it.” The advantage of the projects is the formation of ideas about a healthy lifestyle, taking into account the level of knowledge, skills and established persistent habits of preschoolers.
For every child, the most important example and motivator in life are their parents, whom they strive to be like in everything, so a healthy lifestyle should begin with them.
A distinctive feature of our projects is that they are aimed at the joint activities of parents and children in the formation of a healthy lifestyle.
