An experienced KCR home-visitor comes to your home once a week for 90 minutes and provides a range of developmentally appropriate activities for both the parent and child to do together. The home visitor will typically leave activities so you can continue the fun until your next visit. Our home visitors follow developmental growth of the enrolled children follow-up on health milestones, and connect the family with resources in the community.
