    Teacher aides help lead teachers in managing the classroom. As an example of this, a preschool lead teacher is likely to be skilled in “professional development,” “open communication,” “curiosity,” and “patience,” while a typical teacher aide is skilled in “class activities,” “administration policies,” “class rooms,” and “daily tasks.”

    Interestingly enough, teacher aides earn the most pay in the finance industry, where they command an average salary of $35,388. As mentioned previously, preschool lead teachers highest annual salary comes from the government industry with an average salary of $34,390.

    Teacher aides typically study at similar levels compared with preschool lead teachers. For example, they’re 3.6% less likely to graduate with a Master’s Degree, and 0.1% less likely to earn a Doctoral Degree.
