Description: As parents and teachers, we are interested in good beginnings for young children. The right start in early years is an invaluable aid to the continuous unfolding of a child’s potential. Our curriculum is activity based and we believe children learn through play. We would like to offer your child a stimulating, secure and warm home away from home. Children are special and we believe in praising them for their accomplishments. Each child will be able to progress at his/her own pace, so that he/she can experiment, discover and learn. We will also try to develop their independence and confidence. We provide a learning environment with many experiences that children will investigate, represent and share.

Our loving and supportive staff respects each child’s individual capabilities and nurtures their self-esteem and creativity. Through encouraging self-expression, play and initiating choices of materials and equipment, we promote each child’s emotional, social, cognitive, language and physical development.

Our staff also sees family as partners in each child’s development and encourages ongoing communication and input.

Yaroslavl Vodokanal resumed the process of obtaining permission to seize the territories that now belong to Pavlovskaya Roshcha. We are talking about moving the fence of the enterprise more than 100 meters deep into the grove.

JSC “Yaroslavlvodokanal” motivates its actions with sanitary standards. according to which there should be a closed zone of 200 meters upstream of the water intake pipe. At the moment, the enterprise’s fence stands 100 meters above the water intake.

Public utilities intend to fence off another 100 meters by moving the fence deeper into the grove. Thus, a plot of 15,000 square meters will be cut off from the specially protected forest park. To install the fence, you will need to cut down 21 trees. Residents of the city will lose the opportunity to use a large section of the coastline. The path, along which the Yaroslavl people used to go down to the lower tier of the grove, will be blocked.

A year earlier, residents of the Dzerzhinsky district of Yaroslavl voted against the project at public hearings. The wave of indignation was very large. The grove is one of the few places where residents of the largest district of the city can relax, communicate with nature and breathe fresh air. In winter, the grove is a place for winter sports, skiing from the mountains. in addition, several sports schools conduct training there. At public hearings, residents asked the company to shift the water intake. Or even lay a siphon and take water on the left bank of the Volga.

Now that the passions have subsided, JSC “Yaroslavlvodokanal” has resumed the procedure for requesting permission to relocate the fence. A package of documents for obtaining an expert opinion on the possibility of transferring the fence was sent by the enterprise to the Department of Nature Protection of the Government of the Yaroslavl Region. After a positive expert opinion, the documents will be redirected to the Ministry of Natural Resources. And with a positive decision of this instance, it will be very difficult to avoid the transfer of the fence.

The grove has long been surrounded on all sides. On the right, a water utility is trying to cut it. On the left, she is pressed by the Golden Ring developer, an organization owned by the Galagaev family of politicians and entrepreneurs.
