About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.

The poetess’s poetic work characterizes the state of her soul, life problems and dreams. She is an active person. This is evidenced not only by her work, but also by her daily work as a teacher at school No. 2 in the rural settlement of Kantyshevo, where she has been working for decades. In her home archive there are more than twenty diplomas, certificates for high performance in work, gratitude and feedback on her social work, which she deserved for her responsive work with students of the school to improve the village, school, for holding various olympiads, competitions and other public events in the village and area.
Describing the quality of Khava Tumgoeva’s poetry, it should be noted that most of her poems are relevant, written in a good, colorful Ingush language. Her poems are accessible to any age, as she is fluent in the Ingush language. This feeling is evoked by each of her poems. Her poetry encourages the reader not to be indifferent to the fate of the motherland, native language, and the people around.
As noted above, the collection contains many successful and colorful works in terms of their content and relevance of sound. The color and purity of the Ingush language is present in each of her works.
The poetess has an original talent. It can be said about her that she is a romantic by nature.
In the section “Ingushetia is the joy of my heart” (“G1alg1aiche — sa degag1oz”) Khava Tumgoeva, singing about her homeland Ingushetia, writes:
Dokkhiicha mehkashta yukye
Dukkhacha mehkashta yukye
Khyol hozag1a lohargbats.
Among big countries
There is no country more peaceful than you.
Among many other countries
You won’t find anything more beautiful than mine…
(Line-by-line translation by S. Shadiev).
The author loves and admires his homeland. There are many such patriotic poems in this section. These are such verses as “Sa G1alg1ayche” (“My Ingushetia”), “Ezargya hyo sona, G1alg1ayche” (“I will love you, my Ingushetia”), “Tha pachchakhalkhe” (“Our state”), “Magas”, “Nasare” (“Nazran”) and many others.
In the same section, in the poem “Yakh yola yurt”, the poetess, singing about her village Kantyshevo, writes:
Goawar – b1hal kagbesh,
Ts1y mehkad yurt.
Sa alla tsa kkhodesh,
K1antii liiga yurt.
The author put all the heroism and self-sacrifice of the defenders of the villages of Kantyshevo and Dolakovo into this poem. Here we are talking about the events of the civil war, when all the inhabitants of the village of Kantyshevo, together with all the other inhabitants of the republic, began to defend their land from Denikin’s troops.
The author pays tribute and courtesy to historical figures who stood at the origins of the Ingush literature and writing. She dedicates a whole section of the book to them called “Siile Yolcha naha hetady mug1arash” (“Lines dedicated to glorious people”). This section contains poems dedicated to I. M. Bazorkin, S. I. Oziev, J. Kh. Yandiev, Z. K. Malsagov, Hero of Russia S. S. Oskanov and others.
Then the author gives his dedications to university professors L.D. Malsagova, F.G. Ozdoeva and many other friends and close relatives.
The section of the collection “G1alg1ai mott – khalk’a kuts” (“Ingush language – the face of the people”) is completely devoted to her native Ingush language. In his poem “Dosh”, the author, addressing the reader, writes:
Khoza dosh ale, goyta metta hozal,
Ezdy dosh ale, hyokha tsun ezdel.
Yahy sovyalle, d1akhyokha b1akhhiy hilar,
Shak1a she sanna from ts1ena hilar.
Having said a beautiful word, show the beauty of the language,
Having said a cultural word, show its dignity.
That he is better than others – show his wealth,
Show that he is pure, like the emerald itself.
(Line-by-line translation by S. Shadiev).
This section contains many verses praising the native language, calling on the reader to keep his speech pure, to protect and protect it from the intrusion of other languages. This is evidenced by her next poem “Hyo az buvts”:
Siidolcha k’oanashka az hyo buvts,
K1oargag1a sayna bovzar lovsh.
Hyalkhuvcha t1ehenga az huo bouvts,
Shara, Ts1na TsAR BUVTSAR LOVSH …
Communicating with honorary elders,
I want to know you deeper,
with the growing generation I am talking about you,
Wanting to ensure that it kept you clean.
(Line-by-line translation by S. Shadiev).
Another quatrain about the mother tongue:
Nana mott, hyo ya tha dega y1ovkhal,
Tha dega doakkhal hyo da, Nana mott.
Nana mott, hyo ya tha malha serdal,
Tha deza jovhyar hyo da, Nana mott.
Mother’s tongue, you are the warmth of our heart,
The pride of our heart is you, mother’s tongue.
Mother’s tongue, you are our sunbeam,
Dear diamond, you are mother’s tongue.
(Line-by-line translation by S. Shadiev).
The works of the poetess, dedicated to her native language, occupy a leading place in her work. She calls on us to protect our native language from the intrusion of other people’s words into it, to fight for its purity of sound, to preserve it for posterity.
In the poem “Dits ma de hoza dosh” (“Don’t forget the beautiful word”), the author encourages everyone to use beautiful words more often in their speech. Here is a quatrain from it:
Khoza dosh – saga ezdel,
Khoza dosh – dega tsenal,
Khoza dosh – k1oarga hak’al,
Dits ma de wai khoza dosh.
A beautiful word is the culture of a person,
A beautiful word is the purity of the soul.
A beautiful word is a deep mind,
Let’s not forget to speak beautifully.
(Line by line translation by S. Shadiev).
The author’s poems in the section “Love is a sincere message” sound heartfelt and proud. She, referring to the lyrical hero, writes:
… Hyoh hinna khoza uylash,
Qoastayir dego.
Yitzyenna day g1alash,
Liylar hyo tsa lovsh go…
Beautiful thoughts about you
Dispelled the heart.
Forgetting about grandfather’s towers,
You wandered around the world…
(Line by line translation by S. Shadiev).
The “Other Thoughts” section includes poems written by the author on the topics of civic motives. Her poem “G1alg1a va so” (“I am an Ingush”) from this section sounds interesting and relevant.
Soviza g1alg1a va,
1a mishta oalash da,
Tsa hovsh hilcha hyona
Soviza g1alg1a va,
Yish yiy-te ala hya,
Tsa vovzash hilcha hyona
Khye vainna vorhkh1e da…
002 I am a real Ingush,
How can you say,
If you do not know
The language spoken by the ancestors.
I am a real Ingush,
Is it possible for you to say,
If you do not know
Your fathers of seven generations…
(Line by line translation by S. Shadiev).
Turning to youth, the author is indignant that it passes quickly.
“Don’t rush me,” she writes, “don’t rush, let me secure the future. There are too many things to do, postponing for tomorrow, days go by, I can’t keep up with you. You are too short, youth. Why are you in a hurry?” These philosophical arguments of hers make the reader think about his life.
Or here is another poem from this cycle:
K’oanal
Dukha ha ya sa korta k1aibenna.
d1ayha Datz C1iy Hyalkha Sanna,
Dukha yes, Takhan a de Dizarash,
Koanal, Garyniala, Yats Hy Ashash …
Many days passed,
not hot, as before, as before was, my blood,
There are many things to be decided today,
Old age, go away, I don’t need you . ..
(Line by line translation by S. Shadiev).
These author’s lines make everyone think.
The poetess is concerned about all the issues of society. The poems “Peace”, “Mind”, “Good” and others are devoted to the issues of peace on earth, social work, human culture. With special love and enthusiasm, the poetess writes the poem “Hyana latta” (“Fertile land”). Referring to the earth, she uses the artistic device of personification, refers to it as to a living being:
0003
Somadanna, b1argash diyla,
Ullash da from khyana latta,
Lerkh1ash gave berkat shortta.
Shiy ker bizzalza lai hiy menna,
From malartz nizh chubenna,
Ull from latta, sale1a danna,
Laivo toad’y tsamtsadna.
After sleeping through the long winter
And waking up, opening her eyes,
She lies, the fertile land,
Promising to give wealth and kindness.
Having drunk to the full of snowy moisture
And gaining strength,
This land lies, having rested,
Having become rich with snowy moisture.
(Line-by-line translation by S. Shadiev).
Thus, the poetess creates a poetic image of the earth, which is used all over the world. With this poetic device, the author urges the reader to love and respect our breadwinner, the Earth, which is sacred to the peoples of the whole world. This section ends with an appeal and good wishes to the traveler.
“Thoughts of my soul”
This is how the poetess titled her second book – a collection of poetry, published in Nalchik in 2007. It includes the works of the author, written in different years of his life. The book consists of six sections. “G1alg1ayche, sa G1alg1ayche” (“Ingushetia, my Ingushetia”) is the title of the first section of the book. It consists entirely of works on patriotic themes. Just like in his first book, the author sings of his land, Ingushetia, in verse. The content of all poems is devoted to this one theme: love for the motherland, for the native village, for one’s people.
Section “Yakh yola k1antii”
As in her first book “The Melody of My Song”, the poetess pays tribute to the best representatives of Ingushetia. Here we read poems dedicated to the historical figure of the republic I. B. Zyazikov, the hero of Russia S. S. Oskanov, the first president of Ingushetia R. S. Aushev, the veteran of the Second World War T. Kh. Malsagov, the author of the Ingush alphabet Z. K. Malsagov and many others.
The most voluminous section of the book is the section “Sa dega y1ovkhal – g1alg1ay mott”. The author attaches great importance to the purity and richness of the native language, just as in his first book, he urges the reader to protect and develop the native language. In the poem “Uyla tsa esh, ma ala dosh” (“Think before you speak a word”), the author writes:
Uila tsa esh, maala dosh,
tsa esha bala hyaina besh,
Siy hya tsunza siha 1odozh,
1a hye, 1ayha vay a vesh.
Without thinking, do not utter a word,
Inflicting unnecessary harm on yourself,
Your honor will fall with it,
Inflicting harm on yourself.
(Line-by-line translation by S. Shadiev).
Or here is another of her poems, which calls the reader to the purity of their native language, shows its inner richness, beauty and deep meaning.
X1ara dosh hoza oalash
X1ara dosh hoza oalash,
Hyokha 1a metta hozal.
Ottash dola dosh oalash,
Goita 1a tsun govzal.
Tsun k1oargal goita 1a,
Shiracha deshashtsa.
Dovziyta khak’al 1a,
Iracha deshashtsa.
Pronouncing each word beautifully,
Show you the beauty of the language.
Pronouncing the appropriate word,
Show you his skill.
Show you its depth,
Using archaisms.
Show him his mind
With sharp expressions.
(Line-by-line translation by S. Shadiev).
Regarding people who have forgotten their language, the author writes:
Mishta argda tsokh g1alg1a va,
Ala yish yy, yakh yolash va,
Mott of a hiya from Volavelch?
How can you say that he is Ingush,
If he lives forgetting his native language?
Is it possible to say that he is an Ingush,
If he lives after changing his language?
(Line-by-line translation by S. Shadiev).
Other verses dedicated to the native language are just as deep in content and relevant. These are the verses: “Kega ma be…”, “G1alg1ay mott”, “Khast”, “Khera sanna ma khossa dosh” and others.
The Shera Khanash (Seasons) section publishes poems dedicated to nature, the beauty of the seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter.
The author sings of each time from this cycle, admiring their gifts, beauty and singularity. In each of them she finds charms for herself. These are such verses as “Gotakhazilgash” (“Titmouses”), “K1artskhala zizash” (“Acacia Flowers”), “Yiza Guyre” (“Rich Autumn”), “1a” (“Winter”) and others. In each of them, the poetess rejoices with all her heart. She finds in them the beauty of the nature around her. The author ends the chapter with the poem “Eshats sona” (“I don’t need you”):
0003
Saiga dolchokh buaz kham.
Satem boabu ahcha dezats.
Deza khanala from som…
I don’t need a lot of wealth,
I am content with what I have.
I don’t need money that disturbs peace,
I need a ruble earned by labor…
(Line by line translation by S. Shadiev).
Briefly, concisely and in understandable phrases that characterize her mind and state of mind. At the end of his collection, the author publishes the poem “Dakhentsara kama’l” (“Conversation with the Motherland”). Its content is dedicated to the tragic events of 1944 years old. The poem was written by her according to the recollections of relatives and close people. The author touchingly and with a shudder of the heart tells about the grief of his people, which befell them due to the evil will of the ruler of the state. The poem reflects all the hardships and hardships of the people in the places of deportation.
The content of the collection is completed by a play written by the author under the title “Sovremina”. The author criticizes modern youth, whose representatives, having poor knowledge of the Ingush language, speak it, mixing it with another language. In my opinion, this is the disease of today’s Ingush society and the absence of a clear state policy in this regard in Ingushetia. Measures for the preservation of the Ingush language are carried out formally, without requiring responsibility from persons who must deal with the language seriously and consistently, and not report once a year on the decade of their native language. In children’s institutions, all educational activities are conducted in Russian.
Some part of the population is indifferent to their language. No language, no nation. This is what Hava Vakhaevna writes about in the poem “From the wild hovsh hilcha”:
Mott hilarah da wai kam,
Kam dolandai ba wai mokhk.
Kasta tsokh hinnab 1otkam,
Dallad vaina t1e1a dokhk.
From the wild hovsh hilcha vai,
Kh1ana buvtsats vai voai mott.
From ba wai down, va g1alg1ay,
D1a ma tetta wai, wow mott.
Dovrgda wai voay mel dolchokh,
D1akho aishtta buvce mott.
Loradold wai tsu mochoh.
Daim bahash g1alg1ay mott.
Colorful and with good content, the author published a collection of poems for preschool children and elementary school children called “Vai zamiga dottagiy”. The book contains colorful drawings of domestic and wild animals that will delight kids. For each of them, the author gives an accompanying poem that tells the baby about this animal. For example, “Tsitskilg” (“Kitten”):
1ovkar bessa dola tsitzkilg
Lovzaduvl from dettash t1odilg,
Gray kitten,
Wants to get along with everyone.
He plays, twitching his paw,
Wanting to make friends with you.
(Line-by-line translation by S. Shadiev).
A wonderful book with wonderful illustrations, it is good that such a children’s book can be found in our time.
Collections of poems “Melody of my song” and “Thoughts of my soul” are well bound, thick pages, worthy of illustrations. They are read easily and naturally, as the works alternate and do not get bored. In these books, sections about the homeland, about the language and about the glorious people of the people found a great response in her soul and heart. Some of her poems sound pathetic and solemn. The rhymes that Khava Vakhaevna takes are mostly beautiful and original. She prefers cross rhymes to simple types:
Mashar, voshal sitsa dolash,
1imerza bakhio, G1alg1ay mokhk.
Salam – moarshal d1aykha telash
and steam room:
Hinnabats, Sakhalk, Sharra Khya Nik,
Halonash lovsh hinna hya denosh,
Zamano duvts, delhadesh sinosh.

“How much?!” What the most prestigious private schools in Europe look like
Own research ship, snowboarding instead of physical education and Cannes as a summer camp.
What the most expensive private schools in Europe look like and how much they cost.
“Not just a formal study, but a program that will be aimed at finding talents in students, at revealing and carefully cultivating their skills and abilities. And if such a program is combined with new experiences, with the study of new languages and a new culture, the child will only benefit from it.”
Parents who send their children to international boarding schools all over Europe think like this. Not just learning, but also traveling, new social connections, friends around the world and, of course, the latest technologies and methods for developing creative thinking and interest in school subjects.
Of course, not everything is so simple. Of course, such training has its pros and cons. Let’s try to figure it out.
Advantages of a boarding school:
- Complete immersion in a new language environment.
- Raising autonomy and independence in a safe environment.
- A complete package of services like in a good hotel: food, animation and recreation are organized as carefully as the educational process.
- Socializing and building strong friendships with children around the world.
- Continuity of the educational process. Whether the child is in the classroom, on vacation with a group of classmates or on campus, in his room, he constantly gains new knowledge and experience, the whole system of education and upbringing is aimed at this.
Disadvantages of a boarding school:
- Price. Full boarding will cost you a pretty penny that could be set aside to buy a house in Europe, for example, or a couple of new, latest generation electric cars. The same curriculum without accommodation at the school (some schools offer this option) costs much less.
- Life away from parents and familiar environment is not suitable for all children.
- Child safety, prevention of conflicts with peers – these responsibilities lie entirely with the school staff. You will have to trust their decisions.
- Overloaded with studies. The better the school, the more performance is required from the child. In prestigious schools, capable and diligent children are encouraged, but restless and procrastinating children will have a hard time. In many private schools, there is a rather strict charter, which will not be easy for a living creative person to come to terms with.
If the cons do not scare you, it’s time to start choosing a good and trustworthy private school, study ratings and reviews. We warn you, this is not so simple: the number of proposals simply makes your eyes run wide. And from the number of zeros too.
There are Victorian buildings, riding lessons, ballet, and learning five foreign languages at the same time … What else?
We have compiled a selection of the best private schools in Europe. We admire the views and count the numbers three times.
Germany
Schule Schloss Salem

Year of opening: 1920
Number of students in classes: 14-22
Programs: Abitur and IB (The International Baccalaureate)
Tuition: 43,000 – 48,000 euros per year
One of the most prestigious private schools in Germany is located in a medieval castle. However, the ancient architecture here is perfectly combined with democratic principles (the school has a developed system of self-government, students form school councils and solve many administrative issues themselves) and equipping classes with the latest technology. At the same time, Zalemsky College is famous for its strict discipline; the life of children here is carefully controlled and subject to a special regime. Students devote their free time to sports, including sailing, creative and craft activities, volunteering and participating in debates.
School buildings are located far from the city among forests and fields, not far from a picturesque lake. 95% of Zalem’s students live here, on campuses. Admission to the school is made on a competitive basis, you must submit an application and provide the candidate’s grades for the last three years (unless we are talking about elementary school, of course). In 2012, Zalem College was named “Brand of the Century” in the “Educational Institutions” category. Programs: Abitur + the possibility of obtaining a Cambridge ESOL certificate
Tuition: 37,000 euros per year
Torgelov Gymnasium is considered one of the strongest schools in Germany. The school specializes in working with gifted children and creates all conditions for productive study. 12 people in the class – a conscious position: this way each student gets enough attention. The lesson here lasts two hours: this allows you to study the subject in depth without being distracted and without switching to other topics. Natural science subjects such as chemistry, physics and biology take at least 5 hours per week. There are no calls at school: the teacher himself announces a break if he sees that the students are tired. The school’s homework policy is also noteworthy. If a student is an “excellent” student, he does not receive homework assignments. Good students receive a special task that they can complete in their room. If the grades are worse, the student receives homework and is required to do it in class, under the supervision of the teacher. In addition to an intensive training program, the school has all the opportunities for sports and creativity, and on Wednesdays there are fun school parties. The school occupies a huge area on the lake. Pupils live in campus houses, with boys and girls living in separate buildings.

At least 500 halls for practicing this sport will be commissioned annually
The United Russia Za Sambo project will be implemented in more than 5 thousand halls throughout Russia, in the Donbass and liberated territories – on playgrounds from school halls to sports palaces, Andrei Turchak noted at the VKS on the implementation of a new party project. The Secretary of the General Council heads the public council of the Za Sambo project.
“The project is actively developing in Krasnodar Territory, Voronezh Region. In fact, all regions of the country take an active part in it. Nevertheless, the President of the All-Russian SAMBO Association Sergey Eliseev and I agreed that we will bring this project to a larger, federal level, taking into account the new regions of Donbass, the liberated territories,” Andrey Turchak emphasized.
Plans for active participation in the implementation of the United Russia party project Za Sambo were confirmed by the head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin. He recalled that the DPR had previously signed an agreement with the All-Russian Sambo Federation.
“It is important for the DPR to participate in such projects along with all regions of the Russian Federation. For us it is valuable. Of course, I would like to thank United Russia, which, not in words, but in deeds, is involved in many areas. We are ready to be fully involved in the project,” Denis Pushilin emphasized.
In order to popularize SAMBO within the framework of the “Za SAMBO” party project and its active implementation in schools, a standard of initial sports training should be worked out from the age of 7. In addition, United Russia proposes to establish the All-Russian SAMBO Day on November 16 and make this sport an Olympic one.
“It is necessary, together with the Ministry of Education, to pay special attention to the possibility of implementing educational programs on SAMBO modules not only as part of extracurricular activities, but also in the format of the third hour of physical culture. This is a large-scale platform for integrating health, safety, patriotism, citizenship and other issues of education. We propose to include the project in socially significant events, possibly in the rating of educational organizations in the social direction of activity. And to work out the issue of approving a long-term educational sports program for the period 2023-2030. We also suggest that the Ministry of Science consider the possibility of including a SAMBO module for the training and retraining of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports,” said the party project coordinator, President of the All-Russian Sambo Federation Sergey Eliseev.
These proposals were supported by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Sports. Through the Ministry of Education, a program and methodological complex for grades 1-11 has already been developed. It includes specialized physical education lessons and the introduction of an additional SAMBO program. The Ministry of Sports agreed with the need to expand training and retraining programs for SAMBO coaches and proposed to involve in this work athletes who have ended their sports career or are planning to finish it.
According to Rustam Kagermanov, Executive Director of the Regional Physical Culture and Sports NGO “Sambo Federation of the Chechen Republic”, Sambo sections operate in 10 municipalities of the region, 1600 schoolchildren train in them.
“35 coaches work with beginner sambists. Since 2017, we have been trying to implement the all-Russian projects “Sambo to School” and “Sambo to Universities” as efficiently as possible (4 sports halls have been equipped for classes). The main difficulties in working with an even greater number of young people are associated with the lack of centralization (a specialized sports school), and hence the lack of a material and technical base. I am sure that with the launch of the Za Sambo project we will be able to resolve all these issues,” Rustam Kagermanov said.
In the near future, meetings will be held with all applicants for the positions of coordinators of the Za Sambo project in the regions.
“We will select really the most proven, worthy people interested in the development of SAMBO. After the approval of the regional coordinators, we will work out a comprehensive program for our project. It will include the opening of central sambo schools, regional centers, methodological centers for the training and retraining of sports personnel. And also – holding regional competitions. And, of course, the performance of athletes at all-Russian and international competitions, ”concluded Sergey Eliseev.
Previously, United Russia launched the Za Sambo party project. The President of the All-Russian Sambo Federation Sergey Eliseev became its coordinator. Chairman of the Public Council of the Za Sambo party project – Secretary of the General Council of United Russia Andrey Turchak. The goal of the project is to develop, popularize and promote sambo as a domestic sport and an important component of Russian culture, as well as to organize the work of sambo sections in rural areas, to promote the construction and reconstruction of sambo halls.
Let us remind you that in April an agreement was signed between United Russia and the All-Russian Sambo Federation. With the support of the party, the Sambo to Schools project is being implemented in 70 regions of Russia.
In addition, with the assistance of United Russia, the All-Russian Sambo Federation and the DPR Sambo Federation signed an agreement to launch the Sambo to Schools project in educational institutions of the Donetsk People’s Republic. The project provides for the training of children and coaches, the provision of sports equipment and patronage of schools. The first sambo school in the DPR was opened on the basis of school No. 1 in Mangush on July 21.
