252 Bank St, Morrisville, PA 19067

Costimate: $196/day

Description:

I have been caring for kids in my home since 2007. I’ve cared for at least 40 different kids over that time. I still have relationships with many of them. I am very good at what I do because it’s something Ilove. The kids in my home are very happy, we have a lot of fun. Our days usually consist of a morning meal, outside time (weather permitting), lunch time, nap time, snack time and then everyone usually goes home. Hoping to connect with like-minded families who appreciate raising good kids with good values. My home is clean, we eat healthy and drink a lot of water. I have raised my own two children, they are adults now. I have a lot of references available. I keep my prices low to help out families. As far as I am aware, a daycare license in Pennsylvania is not needed unless you have a certain number of children which we don’t usually exceed.
I am considering babysitting on the weekends if that is something you’re looking for we can discuss that further….

    History

During the Roman period, a military camp was located on the site of the modern city. After the arrival of the Angles, these lands were called Brycgstow, which translates from Old English as “a place by the bridge.” In the 11th century, a powerful castle was built by the Normans at the crossing of the Avon River. The city itself was founded in 1155. Thanks to its convenient harbor, Bristol quickly developed into a prosperous port.

    Streets of Bristol

In the 14th century, Bristol became the third largest and most important city in England after London and York, thriving on the wool trade with Spain and Portugal. During the English Revolution, the city was besieged by parliamentary troops. A new stage of Bristol’s prosperity came in the 17th and 18th centuries, when the Bristol port became the center of the slave trade. Local sailors took slaves from Africa to the North American and Caribbean colonies.

    Streets of Bristol

Bristol remained the most important British port until the end of the 18th century. With the onset of the Industrial Revolution, the focus of trade began to shift towards Liverpool and Glasgow. This was also facilitated by the prohibition of the slave trade. In the 20th century, Bristol became a major center for aircraft manufacturing and high technology industries.

    Attractions

    Old Port

The Old Port is one of Bristol’s most important historical sites. This is the oldest British harbor, which is a real symbol of the city. Here you can see fragments of the great maritime past: ancient port buildings, a steam crane (the oldest such surviving structure in the UK) and sailing ships, made in the style of historical authenticity. Many warehouses and harbor buildings have been converted into modern cultural facilities: museums, galleries, exhibition halls.

    Bristol Cathedral

Bristol Cathedral is a magnificent masterpiece of English Gothic, which was built over six centuries. The site was originally an Augustinian abbey church. Between 1298 and 1330, construction began on the modern cathedral. By the 16th century, the central tower and transepts were completed. The nave and the western facade were completed only in the 19th century. The gate was built in 1170 for the abbey of St. Augustine.

    Church of St. Mary Radcliffe

St. Mary Redcliffe is one of the most beautiful parish churches in England, built in the 13th century in the style of Gothic architecture and restored in the 15th century in the Baroque style. The church is located on the south side of the floating harbor and represents the wealth of the Bristol merchants.

    Bristol Old Town

Bristol has a magnificent old town that reflects its rich history and contains many interesting sights and monuments. The historic center has developed over eight centuries and includes examples of architecture from the Middle Ages to the present.

    Llandoger Trow

Llandoger Trow is a beautiful half-timbered building built in 1664. This house was carefully restored in 1991.

    Church of St. Stephen’s Church

St. Stefan is one of the most interesting religious buildings in the old city, notable for its magnificent 46-meter tower and the tombs of wealthy merchants. This building was built in the 15th century on the site of an earlier church from the 11th century.

    Church of St. John-on-the-Wall

Church of St. John-on-the-Wall is a medieval parish church built into the city walls. This religious building was built in the 14th century and is famous for its vaulted crypts. The gate, on which the clock tower was built, was part of the city fortifications in the Middle Ages and served as an entrance to the city. On their southern side are statues of the legendary founders of Bristol.

    Christmas steps

Christmas steps – one of the most charming places in the old town. This ancient lane was formed in the 17th century. It is now famous for its antiques and souvenir shops.

    Clifton Bridge

Clifton Bridge is one of the most famous engineering structures in England. This suspension bridge was built in 1864 across an 80-meter limestone gorge. The length of the bridge between the supports is 215 meters.

Burnley – Bristol City: preview (16.

    09.2022)

We tell you about the alignments for the match between Burnley and Bristol in the eleventh round of the Championship/Season 2-3022

    Photo: soccer365.ru

    Standings

Burnley have lost in the fifth place in the total number of tournaments now Sunderland, Bristol and QPR, who also have 14 points each. Of the unpleasant, you can point out the backlog from the leader, which is already six points, because while Burnley played a draw, Sheffield won.

Bristol could have been higher, but lost an important match against Norwich in the last round, and now the Canaries have gone into the gap, while Bristol has fallen back to seventh line. The density in this part of the standings is too high – in case of another failure, the “robins”, who were fourth at the beginning of the week, can roll back closer to the middle.

    Highlights

    Burnley

    0168

At the start of the season, Burnley look even better than you might expect, given the major reshuffling of the squad and a manager who can be considered inexperienced in the Championship. The main scourge of the Clarets is the lack of stability. Although they have not lost seven matches in a row, which should indicate otherwise. But the problem is not in the results, but in the quality of the game.

A really good match against Burnley is sure to be followed by another where the team will fail in some way. First, a confident victory over the “Huddersfield”, followed by a disastrous meeting against the “Luton”. Following a good game against Watford, but again there is no result. The draw against Hull was good in the context of the match, while the draw against Blackpool came out very weak, even with three goals scored. In the last meeting against “Preston” “Burnley” was good again, but could not finish the opponent. Does this mean that against the “Bristol” “claret” should play worse?

    2. Burnley’s love of draws keeps them from climbing to the top

Having lost only one match in nine, Burnley could easily count on more than the current fifth and six points behind the leader. The Clarets’ problem, like some of the other top clubs in the Championship, is that they’ve become too addicted to draws since the start of the season. Burnley have five of them – more than half of all games. There are clubs in the league that have played six draws, but that’s their problem. And Vincent Kompany, if he wants to fight for a direct ticket to the Premier League, he needs to teach his team to put pressure on the opponent. In most of their draws, “Burnley” was better than the opponent, but could not put pressure on him. In general, one gets the impression that the “clarets” do not have enough physics: at the end of the match, they often sag a lot and give the initiative to the opponent.

    Bristol City

    1. Bristol are a team that knows how to surprise: now is such a moment

Bristol are almost never perceived as a real contender for high places and a fight for a ticket to the Premier League. Even in the best seasons, when the Robins stopped a step away from the playoffs. Bristol failed last season and blabbed most of the time in the bottom half of the standings. In the new season, no one expected a breakthrough from the Robins. In the summer, the club’s players have not changed much: the veterans have grown old, the newcomers looked dubious. All the more surprising was the start of Nigel Pearson’s team, which lost two opening matches, but then rushed so that before the last round it swept everyone out of its way until it was stopped by Norwich. It is hard to believe in the success of Bristol at a distance, but when the club is gaining form, it can be dangerous for any opponent.

    2. The Robins are now the top-scoring side in the league

Bristol have scored 32 goals in nine games, while Hull’s closest pursuers are three goals short. It is the Robins’ attack that is now the most productive in the league and has already scored 18 goals – one more than that of the leading Sheffield. Five balls rolled Tommy Conway, four – Nucky Wells, three – on account of Anthony Semenio and Andreas Wyman. This four can take apart anyone, but sometimes the defenders let all their efforts go to waste.

    3. Out of nowhere scorer: Tommy Conway eclipsed Nucky Wells and Andreas Wyman at the start of the season

Andreas Wymann scored 22 goals last season, becoming not only Bristol’s top scorer, but also one of the league’s top scorers. After this, the question of who will carry the attack of the “robins” did not even stand. There were also experienced Nucky Wells and Chris Martin, who also know how to score more than ten goals in a season. However, at the start of the season, Bristol surprised us. A young Tommy Conway broke out of the local academy, ousting experienced competitors from the base and scoring five goals in eight matches. Now Conway is among the top scorers in the entire Championship, and something tells Bristol will grow another star.

Bristol opt for a 3-4-1-2 formation. Nigel Pearson also began to let youngsters into the base, some of which showed themselves well last season. The guests have a cool joker in the person of Anthony Semenio, experienced Andreas Wyman successfully tries on the role of a playmaker, and Nucky Wells has found a second youth and won a place in the starting lineup.

    Last ten match statistics

    Trend betting

Burnley have won their last five matches against Bristol. You can bet on P1 with a coefficient of 1.67 .

Bristol’s last four matches in all competitions have been high-scoring, with at least four goals scored in each. You can bet on TB3.5 with odds of 2.62.

    Soccer365.ru prediction

    17.09.2022 16:00

Burnley have slowly settled into the Championship: the Clarets should have remembered how difficult and how dangerous each opponent can be here, especially if he is in good shape . Vincent Kompany’s team is far from ideal. The coach was able to make sure that the updated “Burnley” did not fail at the start. But in order to seriously fight for promotion, there is still a lot of work to be done.

Despite the relatively successful results, there are enough mistakes and shortcomings in the game of Burnley: somewhere the defense fails, somewhere there is a lack of attacking power. Behind ten rounds, and the “clarets” still do not have a single, really resounding victory. Not to consider such a victory over “Huddersfield” – “terriers” are now very weak.

“Bristol” only in the last round interrupted a streak of eight games without defeat, hitting the powerful “Norwich”. Even in the match against the Canaries, which was eventually lost, the Robins had enough chances to bring everything to a draw. The guests are clearly underestimated: they defend poorly, but due to their attacking power they can create a lot of problems for the favorite and, at least, catch on for a draw.

Trade moves closer to home – Newspaper Kommersant No.

    168 (7369) dated 09/13/2022

Against the backdrop of the crisis, the largest sellers of food and consumer goods (FCMG) have reduced the pace of expansion of retail space. In the first half of the year, their assets grew by more than 1 million square meters. m, which is 13.5% less than a year earlier. In the second half of the year, experts expect a recovery in the pace of openings, primarily due to discounters and convenience stores.

In January-June, the selling space of the 200 largest chains of food and fast-moving consumer goods (FCMG) increased by more than 1 million square meters. m, calculated in Infoline. Year on year, the growth rate of new space decreased by 13.5%. The contribution to the opening of stores of the ten largest players also decreased. They accounted for 69.5% of the growth against 72.3% a year earlier. According to Infoline estimates, the share of discounters in the structure of new openings increased from 60. 1% to 60.9 over the year%, convenience stores — from 11.5% to 11.8%. The share of supermarkets decreased from 10.5% to 10.1%, hypermarkets – 17.9% to 17.1%.

General Director of Infoline-Analytics Mikhail Burmistrov notes that after the outbreak of hostilities in Ukraine and the wave of sanctions, all major retail chains decided to reduce investment in new openings and renovations of stores in the face of uncertainty and a sharp increase in the cost of retail equipment.

According to him, now the retail market is again moving into a growth phase, and in the second half of the year we can expect a more favorable situation with the opening of new outlets.

Magnit became the leader in terms of retail space growth in the first half of the year, expanding its asset portfolio by 271.3 thousand sq. m. m. Torgservice Group (Svetofor and Mayak chains), which occupied the first place in terms of dynamics a year earlier, almost tripled the increase in retail space, to 164,000 sq. m. m, dropping to third place. The area of X5 Group stores (Pyaterochka, Perekrestok, Karusel, Chizhik) increased by 229.7 thousand square meters. The portfolio of Mercury Retail Group (Red & White, Bristol) expanded by 143,000 sq. m. m, and the Dobrotsen network – by 128 thousand sq. m. m. 9240.3 2 X5 Group (Pyaterochka, Crossroads, Chizhik) 229.7 8525.5 Traffic light ”,“ Mayak ”) 164 2213.4 4 Mercury Retail Group (“ Krasnoye & Beloe ”,“ Bristol ”) 143 13738 13738 13738 13738 13738 13738 13738 13738 13738 13738 13738 13738 13738 13738 13738 137AL “Lenta” 23.7 1778.7 10 “WINLAB” 200139

According to Mikhail Burmistrov, the dynamics of Magnit is also associated with the effect of local M&A transactions implemented at the end of 2021. Thus, Magnit agreed on a long-term lease of 56 stores under the Edelweiss brand in Kazan, as well as 58 Radezh outlets in the Volgograd and Rostov regions. At the same time, Mr. Burmistrov notes, Torgservice Group had problems with supplies, which led to a shortage in some positions, a decrease in the share of promotional sales, and as a result, the closure of more than 100 facilities as part of the optimization. But, the expert adds, today we can talk about the restoration of the activity of the Svetofor and Mayak networks. In Torgservis, Kommersant did not answer.

Magnit says that they are focusing primarily on the development of their main format — convenience stores. In the first half of the year, the company opened about 560 such facilities and will launch several hundred more before the end of the year. In addition, the company representative added, the network is actively investing in the development of My Price discount stores, which already have about 400 points, and by the end of the year the number may increase to 500-600 objects throughout Russia.

X5 Group promises to continue opening Pyaterochka convenience stores and Chizhik hard discounters, whose development was decided to be accelerated. This year, the company intends to open more than 400 Chizhik stores compared to the previously planned 300 outlets, which will expand this network to 500 facilities in 11 regions, a spokesman for X5 Group said. Lenta says it will continue to open convenience stores and also intends to improve the operating model of hypermarkets and supermarkets. O’Key Group of Companies is also increasing its activity in opening Da! discounters.

Igor Shekhterman , CEO of X5 Group, on the development of discount stores in June 2021, Interfax:

“The Russian buyer is quite sensitive to low prices.”

JosDeVries The Retail Company consultant Irina Bolotova says convenience stores and discounters are better suited to consumers’ growing demand for saving money and time when shopping for essentials. In her opinion, in the near future, large networks will focus on updating outdated, but traffic-generating points.
