Please note that after the student receives a transport card, it does not need to be activated in the center of Umka, but it is enough to replenish it with the amount corresponding to the selected tariff plan.

If the payment and recording of information about it on the carrier (applying the driver / conductor to the payment terminal) occurs before the 15th day inclusive, then the pass will be recorded for the current month; if the fare recording (attaching the media to the driver/conductor payment terminal) occurs from 16, the ticket will be recorded for the next month.

If the benefit was extended, but the benefit code itself did not change, then you can find out about the fact of the benefit extension directly on the main page of the kartaumka.rf website in the “check the benefit” section. You don’t need to activate either!

In the event that the benefit code CHANGED, the parent (student) 2-3 days after sending the information by the school to the administration must apply with the UMKA CARD to the UmKA information and reference center at the address: Ryazan, st. Kashirina, 1, lit.M (MFC “My Documents”, the former School of Communications. The card is activated there

with a new benefit code , and it can be replenished (for 1 or 2 modes of transport) already without a certificate from the school.

How and where to top up the UMKA card after changing the benefits, you will need to clarify in the same place, in the information center.
