Managers of America’s favorite fast food restaurant McDonald’s typically earn between $30,000 and $60,000 a year, depending on experience. McDonald’s pays its managers, on average, more than teachers in most US states.

McDonald’s General Managers are responsible for:
- Interview applicants at their store
- Train new hires
- Place supplies orders and make sure the store has everything you need.
- Payroll
- Update timesheets
- Demonstrate minutes to store crew
