On the evening of August 12, in the city of Morozovsk, Rostov Region, a child fell into a manhole on Parizhskaya Kommuny Street and was unable to get out on his own. The boy’s friends, frightened, fled the scene when the manhole closed behind the fallen man. A local resident Olga Kuzmina hastened to help the student.
