Our history
It all started on March 23, 2020.
The Elena and Gennady Timchenko Charitable Foundation, together with the Silver Age Alliance, proposed that NGOs unite to help older people who found themselves in self-isolation during the first wave of the coronavirus pandemic.

A week later, 114 NGOs from 43 regions of Russia responded to the appeal. The association was named the NGO Coalition “Care is Near”.
By the beginning of June, 231 NGOs and 420 TOSs in 56 regions of Russia and 1 NCO in Kazakhstan participated in the Coalition. During the three months of the pandemic, 81,500 older people received food and personal protective equipment. Members of the Coalition identified more than 4,000 lonely “invisible” elderly who were not registered with social services and needed support and care.

As of May 2021, the Care is Near Coalition includes 338 NGOs and 25 Territorial Resource Centers from 67 regions of Russia and neighboring countries.
The mobilization of NGOs in the first months of the pandemic helped to solve the urgent tasks of helping the elderly in need. But the pandemic has revealed a deeper problem – lonely elderly people, invisible to society and the state, who need help on a regular basis. It was decided to keep the association of NGOs – the Coalition “Care is near” to continue work in peacetime.

For the first time in Russia, the Care Nearby Coalition has set the most difficult task of creating a comprehensive system of public care for the elders through the efforts of local communities and called on NGOs to unite for a joint solution.
A new stage in the development of the Coalition “Care is near” has begun. There is a long difficult path ahead, which we will go through together!
The Caring Nearby Coalition today is:
- Federal coverage: The Care Is Near coalition operates throughout Russia and neighboring countries. nine0058
- Association of communities of any type and level: NGOs, charitable foundations, local and thematic communities, TOSs, HOAs, initiative groups.
- High professionalism: a combination of the practical experience of the Coalition members and comprehensive training on the basis of the methodological center of the Coalition “Care is near”. Professional development of the Coalition members to the level of experts, speakers, mentors and project curators.
- Constant exchange of experience and replication of practices: , the Coalition has collected and systematized a unique knowledge base and practices in the field of working with the older generation. The best practices have been processed by the methodologists and experts of the Coalition and are ready for replication throughout Russia.
- Individual consultations of experts on the topics of the Coalition and on general issues of NPO activities are available to all participants.
- Information and methodological multifunctional portal on the topic of the older generation.
- Individual approach to each elderly person and to each member of the Coalition. Quick response to any request from members of the Coalition and assistance in a crisis situation.
- Partnership with Russian Gerontological Research and Clinical Center.

It is used to assess the level of involvement, loyalty, satisfaction of employees, conduct exit interviews in the company – the service has 14 ready-made templates for various HR reasons. It will take a minimum of time and resources to prepare and launch the survey: the templates already have all the necessary questions, you just need to add more information about the company. For example, in one of the questions, indicate in the selection options the names of departments, departments of your organization in order to single out separate groups from the total number of employees. Creating your own survey is also easy – the constructor is simple and intuitive. Also, kakdela always gives hints. How to give permission to work with surveys to colleagues
Send a link to a colleague if he has an employer registration on hh.ru. All he needs is to enter the mail and password from his personal account on hh. ru on the kakdela authorization page. Access to the service will open automatically, all your colleagues will enter the space of your company on kakdela, and you will be able to share surveys with each other. nine0007
Another option: if a colleague is not recruiting, write to [email protected] – we will help with registration in the system.

How to see the survey “through the eyes of an employee”
To do this, there is a preview option – go to the survey page, find the eye icon and click on it.

It makes it possible to collect both anonymous and personal responses from employees, as well as structure the results depending on distribution groups. It is enough to enter the email addresses of employees, for each specify a team/unit/department or region. And then kakdela will send invitations to the specified addresses, show who has passed the survey and who has not yet, and automatically build statistics by teams or regions. nine0007
You can also send a link to the survey to employees by corporate mail, through work chats, or place it in the news on the corporate portal. By the way, there is a QR code specifically for this.
What happens if you stop the survey
Employees will not be able to click on the link, which means they will not be able to continue filling out the survey. To restart the study, go to the “Surveys” page and click on the appropriate start button. The walkthrough link will remain the same. nine0007
Can I make changes to an already running survey
Yes. But we recommend correcting only grammatical, spelling and punctuation errors. If you add or remove questions, rebuild the passage logic, then the changes can affect the accuracy of the data, and therefore distort the results.
