AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED

We’re so proud!

Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

SCHOOL-READY

What Learning Looks Like

Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.

Plymouth KinderCare Programs

Infant Programs (6 weeks–1 year)

Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our
centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with
you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant
classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and
ready to explore their world.

Toddler Programs (1–2 Years)

Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s
because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the
place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll
help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.

Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)

This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.

Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)

This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!

Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)

When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.

Kindergarten Programs (5–6 Years)

Welcome to kindergarten: the gateway to grade school and everything that
comes next! Offered in select centers, our kindergarten programs have small
class sizes and curriculums that mix learning and fun. The basic building
blocks of reading, writing, math, and science are key in kindergarten, so we
make sure they get lots of practice in all of these areas.

Before- and After-School Programs (5–12 Years)

You can count on us to provide reliable care for your school-ager while you’re
at work, with safe transportation from our center to your child’s school and
back! Whether your child wants to start a drama club, build a volcano, or
create a comic book, they will have a place to follow their dreams. Your child
will start and end the day with a whole lot of fun!

Interactive Kindergarten (5–6 Years)

Kindergarten is a critical year for young learners. Experienced KinderCare teachers will
tap into your child’s natural curiosity to help get them even more prepared for
elementary school. Our engaging lessons make the most of current technology while
offering plenty of hands-on play and exploration.

School Break Programs (preschool, prekindergarten, and school-age)

Winter break, spring break, summer break—when school’s out (but you still need to work), you
can count on KinderCare to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that’s focused
on fun. We welcome children ages 5–12 during school break times and make sure they have a
sensational, screen-free experience they won’t forget.

Participating Child Care Aware Center

KinderCare partners with Child Care Aware® of America to offer fee assistance for
Active Duty military families and flexible support to fit their needs when care at a Child
Development Center on the installation is not available.

Learning Adventures – Enrichment Program

Cooking Academy™ (3 – 12 Years)

In Cooking Academy, kids learn new recipes from cultures around the world and
develop a healthy relationship with food. They’ll whip up everything from Southwest
rainbow lettuce wraps to pumpkin muffins, building their skills in STEM, communication,
and more along the way. And yes—little chefs get to eat their culinary creations!

Music Explorers™ (2 – 4 Years)

KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning
Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play
instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math,
science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare
way of learning the foundations of music.

Phonics Adventures® (2 – 4 Years)

Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love
books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program.
From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters
and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who
attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we
have the data to prove it.)

STEM Innovators (3-8 Years)

You’ve probably heard a lot about how important STEM education is for your child, but
what does that really mean? Our STEM Innovators program takes kids’ natural ability to
make sense of the world and applies it to robotics, chemistry, coding, geology, and
more. While your child experiments, they’ll discover how to use technology to do
amazing things!

Karate

Our Teachers

We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.

Meet just a few of our amazing KinderCare teachers!

A KINDERCARE TEACHER WITH

An Artist’s Heart

“My classroom is full of art!” says Mary Annthipie-Bane, an award-winning early childhood educator at KinderCare. Art and creative expression, she says, help children discover who they really are.

We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We’re so proud to have been named one of Gallup’s 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award.
When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience
an amazing place to learn and grow.

Family Stories

Don’t take our word for it. Hear what our families have to say about our amazing center!

  • We have been at the Plymouth KinderCare for four and a half beautiful, memory-filled years. I chose this center initially because of the location to our home but after meeting Stephanie, the staff and teachers I knew that I had found a place where my daughter would grow and thrive. From potty training to painting and boo-boos to baking the teachers and staff have always done everything they can to make every day a beautiful day where learning is fun. I love that I can walk into any classroom at any time and no matter what, the teachers are encouraging kids to use their imagination, seek knowledge, and just plain have fun. As parents we want to be involved in every aspect of our children’s development so the teachers encourage parents to get involved in any activities that are going on in the class. We had a great time with Mrs. Donna and my daughter’s kindergarten class baking cookies and talking about holiday traditions in Italy last December. Every day that I dropped my daughter off I left knowing that the people she was with value her education as much as I do. When I first read this quote I thought to myself this is the most succinct description of the teachers at KinderCare in Plymouth: “It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge. ” –Albert Einstein

  • My son goes to the Kinder Care in Plymouth Ma on pilgrim hill. Our director Stephanie and assistant director Jessica make the experience excellent. I feel safe going to work and I know my son is constantly learning. When problems of any kind spring up the team I mentioned come up with solutions and ways to work to avoid them in the future. I would recommend this center to any of my family and friends and I hope their tireless efforts do not go unnoticed!

    Thank You!

  • Dear Stephanie,

I write this letter with bittersweet feelings – seeing our little Noah move from the infant room to the toddler room. While we know that Noah is ready for the change and will be in the very capable hands of Kelley, we want to commend Lisa Casey for all that she did not only for Noah but also for Abby and Jack as well.

We have had the absolute pleasure to have someone like Lisa in our lives for the last six years. Lisa is one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life. She is so genuine and caring towards the children. She gave Greg and I such comfort when we began bringing Jack in at 9 months. While Jack’s transition was difficult for him, Lisa was always a source of comfort.

With Abby, Lisa made her feel welcome right away and we still smile at the special treatment that Lisa gave her on her first birthday – “puffs” party and birthday crown surrounded by her little baby friends. The picture still hangs in our kitchen.

When we were getting ready to bring Noah in to start with Lisa, I remember her asking me about my concerns. I without hesitation laughed and told her that I had none. Just knowing that she would be there to take care of him with her loving ways was all I needed to know.

We have never worried about the care of our three children while they were under Lisa’s care. She always goes above and beyond. It is a priceless feeling to be able to leave your children in the capable hands of someone like Lisa and be able to concentrate fully on work and not worry.

We are excited for Noah to begin his ventures in Toddler and Abby to continue in Prekindergarten, but wanted to take a minutes and say a very BIG thank you to Lisa and the other teachers in Infants. We have been blessed to have had Lisa in our lives.

  • I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how amazing your staff is at KinderCare in Plymouth! All of the teachers go out of their way to help us and I can’t thank them enough! I could go on forever about how amazing I think everyone there is. In just over a year of being with KinderCare we have never had a problem and are always greeted by smiling faces.

    Dianna O.

    – KinderCare Parent

  • The entire KinderCare staff was absolutely amazing when it came to assisting me and my daughter with a wonderful transition. Whenever she would cry when it was time for Mommy to leave, an attentive staff member would pick her up and hold her to make her feel comfortable as I moved out of the line of vision. I enjoyed every photo that my daughter brought home with her after school, as well as knowing that my daughter was receiving a healthy snack and a wonderful education provided by a fantastic team of people. KinderCare is a wonderful, safe, friendly, and helpful center. I would recommend this center to anyone in need of exceptional childcare.

    Chine M. – KinderCare Parent
  • I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for everything! All nine years worth! I have been coming to KinderCare as long as the building has been open. I have been nothing but overjoyed with the care my children have received since day one. The quality and programming we have experienced is outstanding. We love everything that the center had to offer and will continue to refer any chance we get! Once again thank you for everything! Our hearts will always be a part of your KinderCare family.

Fresh start

New start

.

George, 40, from Plymouth, used a mobile phone to take pictures of herself abusing toddlers at the nursery.
She was jailed at Bristol Crown Court for an indeterminate period after admitting seven sexual assaults and six counts of making and distributing indecent pictures of children.
The mother-of-two was told she would serve a minimum of seven years.
No other staff at Little Ted’s were involved in the abuse.
A father whose children had attended Little Ted’s has said it was time to make a fresh start.
The man, who retains anonymity, said: “It had been a good part of the local community, so what happened last year was a real blow to everybody.
“We shouldn’t let our communities be ground down by people like Vanessa George.
“It’s important to rebuild.”
He admitted that the site’s history could deter parents.
“It’s a big step for any parent to take. But Vanessa George apart, it was a very good nursery.
“I would be happy to send my children to this new one,” he said.
