AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED

We’re so proud!

Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

SCHOOL-READY

What Learning Looks Like

Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.

Monroeville KinderCare Programs

Infant Programs (6 weeks–1 year)

Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our
centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with
you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant
classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and
ready to explore their world.

Toddler Programs (1–2 Years)

Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s
because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the
place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll
help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.

Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)

This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.

Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)

This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!

Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)

When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.

Before- and After-School Programs (5–12 Years)

You can count on us to provide reliable care for your school-ager while you’re
at work, with safe transportation from our center to your child’s school and
back! Whether your child wants to start a drama club, build a volcano, or
create a comic book, they will have a place to follow their dreams. Your child
will start and end the day with a whole lot of fun!

Interactive Kindergarten (5–6 Years)

Kindergarten is a critical year for young learners. Experienced KinderCare teachers will
tap into your child’s natural curiosity to help get them even more prepared for
elementary school. Our engaging lessons make the most of current technology while
offering plenty of hands-on play and exploration.

School Break Programs (preschool, prekindergarten, and school-age)

Winter break, spring break, summer break—when school’s out (but you still need to work), you
can count on KinderCare to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that’s focused
on fun. We welcome children ages 5–12 during school break times and make sure they have a
sensational, screen-free experience they won’t forget.

Participating Child Care Aware Center

KinderCare partners with Child Care Aware® of America to offer fee assistance for
Active Duty military families and flexible support to fit their needs when care at a Child
Development Center on the installation is not available.

Learning Adventures – Enrichment Program

Cooking Academy™ (3 – 12 Years)

In Cooking Academy, kids learn new recipes from cultures around the world and
develop a healthy relationship with food. They’ll whip up everything from Southwest
rainbow lettuce wraps to pumpkin muffins, building their skills in STEM, communication,
and more along the way. And yes—little chefs get to eat their culinary creations!

Music Explorers™ (2 – 4 Years)

KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning
Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play
instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math,
science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare
way of learning the foundations of music.

Phonics Adventures® (2 – 4 Years)

Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love
books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program.
From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters
and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who
attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we
have the data to prove it.)

Spanish

Spanish Adventures provides young learners with a foundation for later success with
the Spanish language. Music, games, children’s Spanish literature, and other tools give
children multiple opportunities to hear, practice, and see Spanish language to develop
vocabulary and conversation skills. Curriculum includes lessons on greetings, numbers,
colors, animals, family, body parts, and pets, as well as how to engage conversationally
during common scenarios at home, a restaurant, or at the zoo.

STEM Innovators (3-8 Years)

You’ve probably heard a lot about how important STEM education is for your child, but
what does that really mean? Our STEM Innovators program takes kids’ natural ability to
make sense of the world and applies it to robotics, chemistry, coding, geology, and
more. While your child experiments, they’ll discover how to use technology to do
amazing things!

Our Teachers

We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.

Meet just a few of our amazing KinderCare teachers!

A KINDERCARE TEACHER WITH

An Artist’s Heart

“My classroom is full of art!” says Mary Annthipie-Bane, an award-winning early childhood educator at KinderCare. Art and creative expression, she says, help children discover who they really are.

We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We’re so proud to have been named one of Gallup’s 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award.
When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience
an amazing place to learn and grow.

Family Stories

Don’t take our word for it. Hear what our families have to say about our amazing center!

  • I cannot believe the time has arrived when my son and I would be saying Goodbye to you, your staff and KinderCare. At the age of two, we realized that we would not be able to keep him at home due to our work schedules and did not have family that would be able to watch our son. I worked in Day Care for a short time, and the only thing I learned… was that I really did not want my kid going! You and Kindercare, changed my entire perspective. My family truly feels blessed that we found your center. From the first day when we brought our son in to meet Ms. Vicki and Ms. Deanne to what will be our last day with Ms. Terry, Ms. Jackie and Ms. Stacy, we knew we could trust that he would be in good hands. Our son has developed into a bright, strong-willed, and confident young man. He has excelled through the Phonics program with Ms. Jen and loves his science classes this summer. Ms. Deanne and Ms. Vicki always made him smile when I would drop him off and show him the birds or the deer outside. Ms. Shawna replicated my personality and was appropriately assertive when she needed to be, and taught with great conviction and confidence. Mr. Joe and Ms. Jody familiarized him with writing and reading and certainly helped to reinforce his letter and number recognition… Mr. Joe’s drawing of my favorite character, “The Pigeon” made me smile on a daily basis. Ms. Jackie, Ms. Stacey and Ms. Terry have sharpened his academic skills. Recently, I have noticed that he seems to be making better choices regarding friends and honing in on his leadership skills. You, Ms. Bonnie have been a good friend. You have always been there for me when I was not certain of an academic decision I needed to make and have also been there to talk to me about concerns I had. You acted on my concerns quickly and gently advised me when I may not have understood. Your enthusiasm for children and education is beyond reproach. I admire that enthusiasm and I also admire your selflessness. Ally and Leroy are two very lucky children to have you and Scott for parents. “It takes a village to bring up a child, especially in Today’s world, and I am glad you are in mine” Thank you Bonnie and Kindercare.

Shawn and Kimberly H. – KinderCare Parent
  • Last week KinderCare hosted a professional development day for teachers. it is my understanding that classrooms and teachers were recognized at this event. I wanted to share why my child’s classroom is world class. I have worked in education for over 15 years and have collaborated with many teachers. i am compelled to write for one reason…Stacy Miller. As your award winning Kindergarten teacher, Ms. Stacy embodies all of the qualities of an exceptional teacher. Her dedication to her students is unparalleled. As a small business owner I know that positive feedback is just as important if not more so than negative feedback. We have been pleased to have our family as a part of the KinderCare family since January 2005. My son started attending as a three-month-old infant. My two children have received excellent care overall at KinderCare. I never truly appreciated the outstanding educational start that my children received until my son started public school last year. Prior to attending a full day Kindergarten in Plum School District, my son spent three days a week in Ms. Stacy’s Kindergarten classroom. The individualized attention, encouragement and excitement for learning that he gained in Ms. Stacy’s class not only prepared him for the first grade but gave him confidence in his abilities that will last him throughout his school years. In June I lost my position at Gateway School District due to state wide budget cuts. My husband and I had to take a long hard look at our finances and decide if we could afford to keep our five-year-old daughter at KinderCare. We decided that we must do what we could to keep her in Ms. Stacy’s class because every cent spent would be well worth the investment in her education. When I pick her up from school each day, she bubbles over recalling what she has learned in class that day which just affirms this decision. I have been privileged to see Ms. Stacy’s interaction with the children at various times of the day. She always has a comforting or encouraging word and commands such respect and reverence from her pupils. Stacy’s creativity and consistency help the children to not only learn new skills but also develop into caring citizens. At a time in education when teachers are being blamed for societal woes, I must stand up and say that we need to support and recognize teachers like Stacy Miller who give so much to help mold the future…our children. Although I have enjoyed working and interacting with many of the teachers and staff at KinderCare I must say that Stacy Miller is your crown jewel. It is my hope that you will do what you can to reward her outstanding talent and dedication.

Perhaps, Pelevin’s new novel was never expected as much as in 2022. Firstly, because there must be at least some stability in the world. Viktor Olegovich taught us to be consistent: almost every year at the beginning of autumn he published a new book. And secondly, Pelevin is considered to be something like a literary prophet – he is famous for his phenomenal ability to deftly notice and guess current trends. What if this time he manages to give us answers to the most burning questions about everyday life? Or will he only beckon with the promise of universal wisdom, and slip away in the most interesting place, as befits a true trickster?

What the new book will actually be about, no one fully understands: this year, journalists and book reviewers were not shown the novelty in advance, offering to read it at the same time as everyone else. And the annotations are all in the spirit of Pelevin – vague and full of metaphors. It is certain that the novel will be connected to the universe revealed in the novel “Transhumanism Inc.”, the same one that told about a utopian universe where the strong, rich and powerful were entitled to something like an artificially synthesized afterlife.

The economic changes of recent months have also affected the book industry. Representatives of domestic publishing houses told RIA

Novosti about how the industry copes with sanctions and whether literature is in demand at all this year.

    Shortage of materials

The first thing that Russian bookmakers faced with the imposition of sanctions was a shortage of paper and consumables, higher prices for printing services and, as a result, an increase in the cost of the product.

“Design paper that we don’t produce is disappearing from printing houses,” explains Anastasia Smurova, general director of the Gorodets publishing house. “In some cases, we have already been forced to replace materials – so far without losing quality.”

The novel follows the production of the 1940s superhero film and comic book that inspired the film. The book includes three comics appearing in the plot. The action of the work will unfold in three time periods: in the 1940s, in the 1970s and in the present.

The organizing committee hopes to resume work next year.

According to the coordinator of the Grigoriev Poetry Prize Igor Karaulov on his telegram channel, the founder of the prize, Anatoly Grigoriev, has decided to stop the award process this year. The reason is the announcement of partial mobilization in Russia, the “difficult and disturbing” situation.

“I hope for your understanding and look forward to resuming the process in a year from the point at which it was interrupted, with the same composition of the jury and the panel of nominators. Therefore, the work that has already been done will not be lost. I apologize to you and those authors who have already managed to send collections or are in the process of compiling them, ”wrote Karaulov.
