AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED

We’re so proud!

Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

SCHOOL-READY

What Learning Looks Like

Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.

Menomonee Falls Main Street KinderCare Programs

Infant Programs (6 weeks–1 year)

Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our
centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with
you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant
classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and
ready to explore their world.

Toddler Programs (1–2 Years)

Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s
because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the
place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll
help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.

Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)

This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.

Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)

This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!

Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)

When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.

Before- and After-School Programs (5–12 Years)

You can count on us to provide reliable care for your school-ager while you’re
at work, with safe transportation from our center to your child’s school and
back! Whether your child wants to start a drama club, build a volcano, or
create a comic book, they will have a place to follow their dreams. Your child
will start and end the day with a whole lot of fun!

School Break Programs (preschool, prekindergarten, and school-age)

Winter break, spring break, summer break—when school’s out (but you still need to work), you
can count on KinderCare to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that’s focused
on fun. We welcome children ages 5–12 during school break times and make sure they have a
sensational, screen-free experience they won’t forget.

Participating Child Care Aware Center

KinderCare partners with Child Care Aware® of America to offer fee assistance for
Active Duty military families and flexible support to fit their needs when care at a Child
Development Center on the installation is not available.

Learning Adventures – Enrichment Program

Cooking Academy™ (3 – 12 Years)

In Cooking Academy, kids learn new recipes from cultures around the world and
develop a healthy relationship with food. They’ll whip up everything from Southwest
rainbow lettuce wraps to pumpkin muffins, building their skills in STEM, communication,
and more along the way. And yes—little chefs get to eat their culinary creations!

Music Explorers™ (2 – 4 Years)

KinderCare families are already giving a standing ovation to our newest Learning
Adventures program: Music Explorers! Kids will learn to sing, move, listen, play
instruments, and even create their own tunes. Our original curriculum blends math,
science, social studies, literacy, and mindfulness (think yoga!) for a uniquely KinderCare
way of learning the foundations of music.

Phonics Adventures® (2 – 4 Years)

Learning how to read is a whole lot of fun at KinderCare! We help kids grow to love
books and words (and get ready for kindergarten) in our Phonics Adventures program.
From discovering the basics of vowels to practicing poetry, kids learn all about letters
and sounds in small-group lessons made just for their age group. (Bonus: Kids who
attend our phonics program are more prepared than their peers for school—and we
have the data to prove it.)

STEM Innovators (3-8 Years)

You’ve probably heard a lot about how important STEM education is for your child, but
what does that really mean? Our STEM Innovators program takes kids’ natural ability to
make sense of the world and applies it to robotics, chemistry, coding, geology, and
more. While your child experiments, they’ll discover how to use technology to do
amazing things!

Our Teachers

We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.

Meet just a few of our amazing KinderCare teachers!

A KINDERCARE TEACHER WITH

An Artist’s Heart

“My classroom is full of art!” says Mary Annthipie-Bane, an award-winning early childhood educator at KinderCare. Art and creative expression, she says, help children discover who they really are.

We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We’re so proud to have been named one of Gallup’s 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award.
When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience
an amazing place to learn and grow.

Family Stories

Don’t take our word for it. Hear what our families have to say about our amazing center!

  • Both of my kids go to KinderCare on Main St. in Menomonee Falls. I just wanted to say how much my kids love it there! My son only goes part time since he is school age, but my daughter is enrolled full time. She will be three years old next month. She loves the teachers and has so many friends there. She is learning so much! They are teaching her some Spanish and she can now count to ten in Spanish, which I think is awesome! She is always talking about her friends and her teachers. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming, and the Center Director Alison is amazing! I can go to her with any questions I have and she almost always has an answer right away, and if she doesn’t, she always gets back to us. We have never had a problem with her or any of the teachers there. We feel like and are treated like family there! We just love it!

    Celena L. – KinderCare Parent
  • Our daughter has been attending KinderCare since she was one year old. I was so nervous! It has been 14 years since I have had a child in daycare. The staff made me feel so at ease. My daughter was in her clingy stage, but the staff handled her very well. Since she started, she has graduated from the Infant Classroom and the young Toddler Classroom, and she is now enrolled in the older Toddler Classroom. All of the staff truly cares about all of the children. They treat them like their very own. Keep up the good job, Main Street KinderCare, and know that your center is safe and a wonderful place for any child to attend. Thank you!

    Remitha T. – KinderCare Parent
  • My children have been going to this KinderCare for a little over two years now. I couldn’t be happier with this facility! The staff is wonderful and sensitive to each child and their needs. I never have to worry about them while I am at work. If my daughter has an early release day from school, I know the KinderCare bus will make sure she is safely transported back to the center. My three-year-old son has learned so much and comes home singing a new song every day. He loves “his Ms. Jeffanee!”

    Brittany V. – KinderCare Parent
  • My husband and I have been sending our oldest son to Main Street KinderCare for about three years, and our second son for about a year and a half. The main reason we picked KinderCare is their flexibility. My husband works second shift and has an odd working rotation. With KinderCare, we let them know a week in advance what our next week’s schedule is. They are so flexible. If we need our boys to be dropped off for a full day or a half day, for one day or for five days a week, they accommodate our needs. We really love that about KinderCare. We also love the fact that we don’t have to pack a lunch/snacks for our boys. Everything is provided by the center, even baby formula and jar foods. We only had to bring in diapers and wipes. We haven’t experienced this yet, but we love the options that they have a “shuttle bus” that will pick the boys up from school when they get a little older. The staff is extremely friendly. They inform me about what kind of day my boys had and what they learned that day. Each day we get a little “progress report” on the day. It informs me on what they ate, how well they ate, if they took a nap, and for how long. It shows when the diaper was last changed. At the bottom is a little paragraph stating what they “worked” on for the day. Another great thing about the staff/management is they don’t want our sons to be excluded out of fun activities. My boys go mostly in the afternoon, so if the class is doing a fun activity in the morning before lunch, I will get a phone call asking if we can bring the boys in earlier so they can be included in the fun activities. We had the option of eliminating daycare once our second son was born. Both my husband and I agreed that our oldest son learned so much in his time there, we decided it was best for our boys to continue to go to KinderCare. My list could go on and on about the things my boys learn there. I’m amazed about how much my boys learn in the time they are at KinderCare and they don’t even go full time! I just think about what they could learn if they did go full time. We love it at KinderCare and so do our boys!

Billie Jo B. – KinderCare Parent
  • Our relationship with Alison, Sarah, and the team at Main Street KinderCare started in January of 2011 when I returned to work after the birth of our first child. Since that time, we have had a second child, so we currently have a toddler and an infant attending the center every day. Overall we have been very pleased with the care our children have received. When I interact with the staff, I can sense that they truly care about our children. They demonstrate genuine concern when one of them is sick, and they express interest in their activity and development outside of the center as well. We are regularly impressed by what they have learned at the center and appreciate the structure the hour-by-hour schedule provides. I love to hear silly stories about what our kids have done throughout the day, and the team consistently shares those with me without me having to ask. I would recommend this KinderCare location to anyone who asks.

    Luke & Laurie R. – KinderCare Parent
  • Main Street KinderCare provides an exceptional learning and social environment. My four children have greatly benefited from their loving structure, both socially and academically. Due to the foundation that they received at KinderCare, my two school-age children excelled in their transition into their private school. My two younger children, who currently attend KinderCare, are thriving through their phonics and mathematics programs. The teachers and assistants are more than caregivers, they are a group of amazing individuals who help to mold my children’s futures. KinderCare is a true blessing in our lives.

    Doug & Michelle P. – KinderCare Parent
  • There are many reasons why I love that my son is enrolled at KinderCare. As a single mom, it is nice to get all of the help I can. It is so wonderful to have a place where I feel my son is safe and cared for. It takes a lot of stress off my shoulders. My son has been enrolled in KinderCare since he was eight weeks old. I believe he has learned so much from everyone he has come in contact with at KinderCare. I had my son first enrolled at the KinderCare in Mequon. I was very nervous about moving my son from one location to another. I was worried about how he would react, but everyone at the Menomonee Falls locations were welcoming. He truly took to the teachers very fast. I appreciate everything that the people of KinderCare have done for both my son and I. I would not want my son enrolled in any other daycare!

    Kellie M. – KinderCare Parent
  • My husband and I were always very skeptical about sending our children to a daycare. Both of us grew up with our parents and/or grandparents around to take care of us. Between this biased view and everything negative you read about daycares, we decided to do our best to send our daughter to friends’ homes and to cut back our hours at work. Once she turned one, we decided to look into a type of schooling for her and stumbled upon this KinderCare. Not only were we impressed with first impressions of the facility, but we were also impressed with their willingness to work with our odd job hours. The Center Director and teaching staff are wonderful! They helped me to feel comfortable with leaving my daughter with “strangers” and took the time every day during drop-off and pick-up to talk about my daughter’s day. We are overly impressed with the amount of thought that goes into the curriculum even for the one-year olds. I am a teacher and it was very important that my daughter had structure and began a love for learning early in her life. It is amazing just how much more her vocabulary and social skills have developed at such a young age. Every room that she has been moved to has made us happy. When there have been concerns, everyone has been understanding and very quick to solve the issue and make me feel relaxed immediately. My husband and I are expecting our second child and look forward to sending her here as well!

    R. Family – KinderCare Parent
  • I would like to thank the staff of KinderCare on Main Street in Menomonee Falls. When my son first started at KinderCare, he was very shy. He has come out of his shell and is eager to learn. The staff is always very caring and reaches out to each child in a very special way. My son loves going to KinderCare each and every day.

    Jean N. – KinderCare Parent
  • I wanted to rave about Ms. Becky and Ms. Kellie, the Infant Teachers. The girls have been doing an amazing job with my daughter and all of the other babies in their room. I cannot tell you how happy we are with them both. Ms. Kellie has been exceptionally great. I feel like she really tries to take care of the children like they are her own and, to a mother, that means a lot. I was so pleased when she listened to me on Monday when I came in to pick up my child and explained about her teething necklace and how she has been using it at home. She also listened to me talk about where my daughter should be in her “Wonder Weeks. ” Yesterday when I picked up my daughter, Ms. Kellie raved about how she did so well with her teething necklace at school and that it really did help her throughout the day. She also said she noticed that my daughter was not getting enough stimulation yesterday when it was just her and the younger babies in the room, so she took her on a field trip to Baby Room B to play with the older babies. She said my daughter was so excited to see her friends, finger paint, and loved washing her hands in the sink. Ms. Kellie also said that per our conversation about “Wonder Weeks,” she played puzzles with my daughter to help her learn the skills she should know–and she was able to put two out of five pieces together! All of this really melted our hearts to hear when Ms. Kellie told us about the day. I cannot thank Ms. Kellie enough for being so open, really listening to what a parent has to say, and taking care of my daughter like she is her own child.

    Cassy B. – KinderCare Parent
  • I enrolled my child in KinderCare on March 2, 2018. To start, they let my child enrollment start early so that I would not lose the state grant. Since that day, my child has come home everyday happy and with a new skill. He is growing so fast and it is nice to have a staff that I feel cares for him as if they were his mother. As they say, “There is no love like a mother’s love,” but I appreciate all they do and teach my child. KinderCare has been a great experience for me and my little one. I recommend bringing your child to them when learning, safety, and love is what you want for your child.

  • Welcome to our center! We are proud to offer one of the area’s
highest quality educational programs for infants, toddlers,
preschoolers, and school-age children (through 12 years of age). We
are honored that you are interested in us for your child’s
education and care. Our programs provide a rich, nurturing
environment for your child’s cognitive, social, emotional and
physical growth. Here, learning is fun, children are respected, and
our teachers work in partnership with families to develop each
child. Our staff members welcome the opportunity to meet with you
at any time to discuss your child’s progress, growth and
development. We also invite you to share your suggestions and
concerns with us. You know your child better than anyone else, and
we value your ideas and insights. We are looking forward to getting
to know you and your child. If there is anything we can do to
improve our program or services, please feel free to speak with the
center managers, Alison or Tanya. Thank you for your interest in
    our center!
  • Keeping your child safe and secure is our first priority. Our
center is equipped with a front security door, of which only
enrolled families have the code. For added security, this code is
changed periodically. In addition, we ensure security by strictly
following established procedures for your child’s arrival and
departure. All children must be signed in and out on our computer
system and other attendance procedures are followed in accordance
with state child care licensing regulations. We value your child’s
health and recognize the importance of cleanliness. We use Lysol
products for cleaning and sanitizing, which involves the staff
following a Daily Cleaning Checklist to ensure all areas of the
classroom are being cleaned on a regular basis. We also know
preventing the spread of infectious diseases is an important and
necessary component of quality childcare. We actively strive to
monitor the health and well-being of all children in our care. If a
child is recognized as having certain communicable diseases,
necessary control measures will be followed, including notifying
you of any instances of a contagious disease in the center.

Children will learn the seasons, months, days of the week, numbers, letters, shapes and so much more.
My yard is fenced in for your child’s safety and hours of outside enjoyment (weather permitting). My in-home daycare is located near Dineen Park. So, in addition to the outside play we can take daily walks to the park to increase the development of their large motor skills. Parents are provided with daily updates via an app.
I look forward to you becoming part of the Tonya’s Tiny Tots Early Education Center family, while becoming part of your extended family!
Additionally, the state of Wisconsin performs an annual background check on all childcare providers….

Recent Review:

As today is my daughter’s last day in Tonya’s Tiny Tot’s due to age, I felt compelled to write this review in hopes that it would help potential parents decide on their child’s future care provider. For thelast three years, my daughter has attended this daycare because of the love, care, and patience of Tonya. In the time spent at this daycare, my daughter has learned her full name, date of birth, counting, spelling, and many other things. As a father, I believe that my child is the smartest kid ever to walk the earth, but unfortunately, that is not true. Tonya has helped my daughter live up to this unreal expectation that I unknowingly placed on her, and I am forever grateful to her for that.
Tonya’s creativity, selflessness, and understanding has helped me to build a strong foundation for my daughter’s learning. If my daughter could attend Tiny Tots until it was time to go to college, I would gladly do so!
Lastly, I want to thank you, Tonya, for being understanding and having patience with me as well. At times, I didn’t understand simple things such as how to work the Brightwell app, which I now enjoy so much as it keeps me updated; you set time aside to get me up to speed and helped me maintain it. Thank you for keeping my daughter safe, entertained, and pushing the limits of what she thought she knew to what she now knows.
100/100 stars!…

[3] [4] The play deals with the themes of leaving home and the need for reconciliation, leaving things behind. Tom discussed in an interview with Theater of Two Rivers how this affected people of various backgrounds, including those who are not the children of immigrants but were involved in politics. Tom started writing Pinkolandia as part of the Hispanic Dramatists Laboratory and Residency at the INTER Theater in New York. It was selected for the 2012 Crossing the Borders Festival at the Two Rivers Theater and will premiere at the Salvage Vanguard Theater in Austin and the 16th Street Theater in Chicago. [1] [3]

In 2000 Tom founded Fulana with three other Latin artists. [5] Fulana is a collective media project that explores issues relevant to Hispanics in the United States, “using parody and satire as a critical tool.” [5] The collective’s productions include commercials, music videos and action films. In 2009, Fulana received a Ford Foundation/Hemispheric Institute Transnational Arts Initiative Grant, as well as recognition from the NALAC Foundation for the Arts. [6]

Tom has received fellowships from the New York Film Academy, New York, City of Oakland, Lark Play Development Center, INTAR, New York University and the Women’s Project. [5] She is currently Program Director for the US-Mexico Playwright Exchange at the Lark Play Development Center. She received a Lark Play Center scholarship in 2011. [7] develop their latest work, Dove Necklace which is a multidisciplinary piece of music. [1] She is still co-director of Fulana.

      Find a dealer

The WL95 wheel loader offers maximum operator comfort with a large and comfortable cab, multi-function joystick and simple hydraulic oil volume adjustment via the Jog Dial system. Plenty of space and good visibility in the cab as well as ergonomically positioned controls mean very safe and fatigue-free working. The machine is equipped with the ecospeed Pro stepless hydrostatic transmission, which is as compact and energy efficient as conventional drives, but with significantly higher traction and travel speeds. With ecospeed Pro WL95 accelerates smoothly and evenly up to 40 km/h without interruption in traction.

Eco Speed Pro: Infinitely Variable Hydrostatic Transmission
      • Ecospeed Pro is an Infinitely Variable Hydrostatic Transmission that can achieve higher traction and speed than previously developed solutions. At the same time, all the advantages of previous undercarriage drives in terms of compactness, energy efficiency and operator comfort are retained. Ecospeed Pro makes it possible to reach speeds of up to 40 km/h without changing gears. This ensures comfortable driving, as there are no breaks in traction and no shocks are felt due to shifting.
      Speed 30/40 km/h
      • With the appropriate engine, the machine can optionally reach speeds of 30 or 40 km/h. As a result, the machine can move from point A to point B faster, which saves time and improves efficiency.
      Climate control
      • Climate control at high outside temperatures ensures a pleasant working climate inside the cab. As a rule, a traditional air conditioner performs cooling only in one mode, while its intensity is controlled by the fan capacity. The climate control works in conjunction with sensors in the cab to lower or increase the temperature inside according to the driver’s preferences. It provides a consistent climate and has the advantage that the cab air conditioning can be better adjusted to the outside temperature.
      • Climate control improves driver comfort and thus ensures fatigue-free working, as it reduces the driver’s workload at high outside temperatures.
      • The control is located in the roof above the display and the air jets are well distributed in the cab for optimal air circulation.
      Organized 7″ digital display
      • Essential functions at a glance: Thanks to the digital display, the driver can always see information about the machine. In addition to standard parameters such as temperature, tank fill or hours of operation, the cab also displays all active functions, such as electrical functions active, 3rd control circuit continuous operation or differential lock active.
      • The display, located at the top right of the cab, is always visible to the driver without blocking the view.
      • Various functions and all settings are controlled by the Jog Dial, which provides the driver with an easy and comfortable operation.
Joystick console on the seat with damping at the same time
      • Joystick console mounted on the seat and also has vibration damping. If the seat is adjusted to the individual needs of the driver, then the joystick console is adjusted accordingly, and it will always have the ideal position, which will provide additional comfort and ergonomics for the driver.
      • Joystick console and seat form a single unit. Thanks to this, the position of the driver’s hand does not change while working on the machine. This increases the comfort level for the driver, and he can work efficiently on the machine for longer.

      More features

      Articulation and rear oscillating axle
      • Machines with a bucket capacity greater than 1.5 m3 are equipped with an articulated rear oscillating axle due to their size and weight. This ensures optimum maneuverability and traction combined with high ride comfort for fatigue-free working.
      • Separation into articulation and oscillating axle at the rear ensures durability of the system.
      Efficient tool change
      • Hydraulic quick change system allows for easy tool change. Thus, the machine is immediately ready for work again. This improves productivity and economy.
      • Hydraulic quick coupler system for attachments is standard on all Wacker Neuson wheel loaders.
      • Good visibility of connection points makes it easy to change attachments. In addition, the use of both hands when detaching makes the change particularly safe.
      Uniform operating concept
      • All Wacker Neuson wheel loaders have a uniform operating concept with clearly structured and ergonomically positioned switches and keypads. All Wacker Neuson wheel loaders can be driven in much the same way. The advantage is that the driver can quickly navigate the various Wacker Neuson wheel loaders and be productive.
      • Wacker Neuson’s operating concept makes it easy for the driver to understand the machine for safe and productive work. The driver can easily navigate the various Wacker Neuson machines, even in different product groups. This manifests itself, for example, in repetitive elements such as Jog-Dial, joystick, display, switch layouts, etc.
      Ergonomic joystick
      • The joystick lies securely and comfortably in the hand. The control is carried out directly and at the same time sensitively. Thus, the driver is constantly in control of the machine and the most important functions.
      • In addition to standard functions such as direction and speed selection, the joystick can be used to control many other functions such as differential lock, 3rd and 4th control circuit, High Flow and all electrical functions . This allows the implement to be operated comfortably with one hand, so that the driver always has control over the most important functions. This improves efficiency and ensures fatigue-free operation, even for extended periods of time.
      Ergonomic workplace
      • Large legroom, well-arranged controls, a comfortable seat and an optimal view of the implements: A workplace that motivates and supports the driver in every way.
      • Adapted equipment increases the driver’s comfort and allows him to work optimally on the machine for extended periods of time.
      Pleasant working climate
      • Excellent working climate in the cab thanks to an efficient heating and ventilation system with blower, fresh air filter and well-placed air nozzles.
      • Depending on the type of cab, a sufficient number of air jets are fitted to ensure good air circulation and a pleasant working climate for the driver.
      Comfortable and ergonomic seat
      • The seat can be adjusted. In addition, it has an ergonomic shape and good cushioning. The joystick console, including the armrest, forms a single unit with the seat, is adjustable and has a shock absorber. The optional comfort seat with air suspension provides even more pleasant conditions. Seat heating is available for low temperatures. This increases the comfort level for the driver, and he can work longer on the machine without fatigue.
      • Depending on the model, different seats are available that are adapted to the size of the car. The various seat adjustment options make it possible to individually adjust the seat for each driver and thus create optimal comfort.
      Workstation with damping
      • Vibrations and shocks are dampened by the machine by using appropriate dampers. The driver’s body is very well protected and, therefore, he can work on the machine relaxed and without fatigue for longer periods of time.
      • Vibrations and shocks have less effect on the driver’s concentration and can therefore work more efficiently for longer.
      Load damping with automatic function
      • Load damping is electrically actuated and this feature provides optimum machine control in off-road and on-road conditions. It is especially recommended to use this function if the machine needs to move a large load or a heavy attachment for a long distance in the bucket at high speed. The function of vibration damping during loading in this case provides greater safety and comfort for the driver.
      • Load vibration dampening prevents the machine from swaying at high travel speeds. This provides a higher degree of safety for the driver and protects vehicle components as shocks are absorbed.
      • Load damping can be completely disabled or enabled continuously. In addition, there is an automatic function. In this case, the travel speed is set using the Jog Dial system, starting from which the load vibration damping function is automatically activated. If the speed drops below the set value again, the load oscillation dampening function is also automatically deactivated. This provides the driver with maximum comfort and safety.
      Creeping device
      • With the creeping device, very slow driving speeds can be achieved at a constant engine speed. It provides an advantage when using attachments that, for example, operate at a constantly high speed, but at the same time at a very low travel speed. For example, when using a sweeper, you do not need to constantly press the inch pedal, which in turn reduces wear.
      • Slow travel device ensures comfortable, fatigue-free work with the same attachment, even for extended periods of time.
      Manual Throttle
      • Manual Throttle allows manual adjustment of a constant engine RPM for optimum implement performance. Adjustment is carried out conveniently and precisely with the corresponding control lever.
      • Hand throttle ensures comfortable, fatigue-free work with the same attachment, even for extended periods of time.
      Auto Retract Bucket System
      • The auto retract system is easily accessible on the joystick, and with just one push of a button, the attachment position can be saved. At the next load, the attachment returns to the same position.
      • This system improves comfort, accuracy and speed for the driver when performing repetitive tasks such as stacking or filling containers at a fixed height or when there are sides on a truck.
      Engageable 100% differential lock
      • Engageable 100% differential lock when needed, provides maximum traction and reduces tire wear. This improves the efficiency of the machine.
      • In normal driving mode, the differential lock is disabled, which ensures safety, reduces wear and therefore reduces operating costs.
      High hydraulic power
      • The Wacker Neuson wheel loader always has sufficient hydraulic power and is therefore suitable for a variety of attachments, which in turn allows for a wide range of applications.
      • The flexible combination of a variety of attachments reduces the machine park and thus the total cost of ownership (TCO).
      • Compact machines with high hydraulic power save money by not having to purchase or use a larger machine.
      Perfectly balanced kinematics
      • The kinematics are selected according to the size of the machine. This ensures an optimal balance of effort and maximum productivity for each machine.
      • Optimal fit and finish to the design of the load arm and hydraulic cylinders increases the life of the machine and thus provides added value to the customer as work efficiency increases.
      • The theoretical maximum possible lifting force of the machine is always greater than the actual tipping load. Therefore, in large hydraulic cylinders there is always sufficient reserve and the cylinders do not work at maximum.
Ability to set machine parameters using the Jog Dial
      • The Jog Dial control allows you to control and read various machine parameters and functions via the display: For example, setting load damping, reading the number of operating hours and machine information or tracking service intervals. At the same time, the Jog Dial system is located in an accessible place in the working area of the driver.
      • If required, the hydraulic oil flow can be manually adjusted using the Jog Dial. This solution is very useful when the machine is operating hydraulic attachments that do not require the full hydraulic power of the machine. This ensures high precision and economic operation of the machine and attachments.
      • When service is required, the Jog Dial can quickly find important error messages and relevant machine information. This speeds up diagnostics and reduces machine downtime.
      Wheel loader as self-propelled chassis
      • Wheel loaders have a wide variety of tasks, so the attachments from Wacker Neuson are equally varied. Our wide, thoughtful range of attachments allows you to turn any model into a multifunctional machine.
      • Wheel loader investment product can be used for a wide range of applications and is therefore very economical.
      • The machine can be used all year round (e.g. also for work in winter), as many different attachments can be used depending on the application.
      Optimum tires
      • The right tires for your wheel loader play an important role in specific applications. If the tires are optimally matched to the type of surface and area of operation, the driver can operate the machine without any difficulty.
      • The right choice of tires provides not only maximum traction, but also minimum wear, which saves money because tires do not need to be changed frequently.
      • Choose from seven profiles depending on the model for optimum performance on any surface: EM-Profil, AS Profile, SureTrax Profile, RP Profile, MPT Profile, Multiuse Profile and Bibload Profile. This ensures maximum machine versatility right from the factory.
      Versatile equipment
      • Wacker Neuson wheel loaders feature an extensive and high-quality standard equipment. In addition, depending on the purpose of the application and the model, an individual configuration of, for example, the engine, drive, operator’s cab or hydraulics is possible. Always ensure that the machine meets individual requirements and preferences.
High Flow High Power Hydraulic System
      • The machine can be equipped with a High Flow High Power Hydraulic System as an option. This allows the use of front attachments with high oil consumption (such as a snow blower). Thanks to this, the possibilities of using the machine are expanded, since even with the use of compact machines, complex attachments can be used.
      Comfort Cab
      • Spacious comfort cab complies with the current European Machinery Directive for ROPS/FOPS protection and provides ample headroom and freedom of movement. This provides an excellent view of the attachment, the immediate work area and the entire machine environment, which improves worker safety, as the driver always has a clear view of the machine’s surroundings.
      • Full glass and low cab windows provide excellent visibility to implements and the entire work area. This ensures safety, as the driver always sees his working environment.
      • The cab impresses with excellent ergonomics, plenty of space and many individual adjustments for the driver. The cab provides protection from wind, bad weather and external environmental influences. This allows you to work without fatigue even for a long time.
      Optimum service access
      • The machine provides easy access to service hatches and the fenders are removable. This provides easy access to the engine, hydraulic system and electrical equipment. The control and maintenance of the machine is greatly facilitated. The engine hood swings up high for optimum access.
      • When major maintenance work is required, the cab can be tilted to the side using a crane or forklift. This means that the cab does not need to be completely dismantled. This results in less machine downtime and therefore a lower total cost of ownership (TCO).
      Easily accessible lubrication points
      • Regular lubrication of the machine’s lubrication points is necessary for correct and efficient maintenance and therefore for maintaining its value. To save time and make work easier, the lubrication points on Wacker Neuson wheel loaders are always easily accessible.
      • Because the lubrication points are in easy-to-reach places, the machine needs to be lubricated more often than if the lubrication point is located in a hard-to-reach place. In turn, this increases the durability of the machine and creates a higher chance of retaining its value.
      Split hydraulic hoses
      • Wacker Neuson wheel loaders are equipped with short hydraulic hoses that are distributed in several places. When a hydraulic hose needs to be replaced, therefore, it is not necessary to change the entire hose connection in the hydraulic circuit, but only the corresponding part can be replaced. This allows you to significantly reduce the time for repairs and, in addition, costs.
      Fully automatic central lubrication system
      • With the fully automatic central lubrication system, you can set the duration of the lubrication process as well as the intervals. Regular re-lubrication of all lubrication points extends the life of the machine and saves its value. In addition, by reducing maintenance costs, it saves time and costs.
      Reversible fan
      • The hydraulic motor and pump are designed so that the fan air flow can be reversed (reversible). By pressing a button in the cab, dirt is blown off the suction surfaces on the engine hood. This protects the machine from damage due to overheating, and the driver does not need to leave the cab, saving labor for manual maintenance.
      • Reversible fan increases engine durability and provides additional driver comfort.
Inching brake pedal: Engine power where it’s needed
      • 1. No brake inching pedal pressed: Full power to drive the chassis. 2. Lightly press the brake jog pedal: the speed is reduced, more power to the working hydraulics. 3. Harder push on the brake pedal: the speed continues to decrease, even more power to the working hydraulics. 4. Inching brake pedal fully depressed: wheel loader stops, full power to working hydraulics.
      • The advantages of the brake inching pedal are clear: less wear on the service brake, as well as optimum distribution of engine power.
      Universal trailer operation
      • With the optional trailer hitch, the machine can pull a trailer. Depending on the model, an automatic trailer hitch (fixed or height adjustable), a ball head height adjustable trailer hitch, or an Auto-Hitch trailer hitch are available. In this case, the weight of the trailer depends on the size or weight of the machine.
      • Both a two-wire air brake and a hydraulic trailer brake are available to safely move trailer loads.
      • The ability to transport a trailer expands the range of applications of the machine and provides greater versatility, as no additional tractor is required. Thus, the machine can be used as a multifunctional one.
      Rear hydraulic connectors
      • The machine can be equipped with rear hydraulic connectors (single and double acting). This allows you to expand the possibilities of using the machine, as it becomes possible to use hydraulic rear attachments or dump trailers.
      • Various rear hydraulic options expand the machine’s versatility and provide greater application versatility. The machine can be used for versatile tasks, no additional vehicles or machines are required.

      Stress from intemperance

From many people we constantly hear the same thing: I do not see life. I wake up in the morning. I have daily worries ahead of me, taking care of elderly relatives, 40 minutes I get to work. I have to work late. Late in the evening I return home, where laundry and bills await me. I stuff something in the microwave. Then, tired to the point of exhaustion, I go to bed. In the morning I wake up and everything repeats from the very beginning.

Gerald Celente, social scientist who observes social trends.

We belong to a nation that yells at the microwave to hurry up.

      Joan Ryan, San Francisco Chronicle.

“Abuse syndrome is the most dangerous disease, there’s no doubt about it,” says Dr. Richard Swenson of Menomonee, MD. Wisconsin, who practiced medicine for many years before refocusing on lecturing and writing articles. Tall, bearded, deeply religious, Svenson has over time become convinced that much of the pain that his patients experience in their lives has psychological rather than physiological causes. “After four or five years, this whole idea reserve time has surfaced,” says Swenson. He found that too many of his patients were strained to the limit and even beyond the limit, having no reserve of time in their lives, no living space for rest, relaxation, reflection. They showed symptoms of stress in its most acute form.

“These symptoms could also have been physiological,” recalls Swenson. Headaches, back pain, palpitations, pain of unknown origin. Or it could be emotional problems such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, irritability. Some lashed out at their boss, at their colleagues, at their own children. There were also all sorts of behavioral symptoms, such as: liking to drive too fast, or drinking too much, or raising your voice to other people too often, or being violent. I found that there was absolutely no free space in their life, there was no reserve of time. The difference between the amount of workload they carried and their ultimate capabilities simply vanished. I couldn’t use x-rays to detect it, but it was the same nonetheless. Here lay a powerful source of pain and disharmony in human lives.

Purifying ability – The Big Encyclopedia of Oil and Gas, article, page 2

      Page 2

Aqueous solutions of surfactants have an unpleasant taste and smell, produce persistent foam, the appearance of which in water bodies is not only unpleasant from the point of view of aesthetics, but prevents aeration, worsening thus biochemical cleansing capacity of reservoirs . In addition, other organic pollutants and various microorganisms (including those causing human diseases) are concentrated in the foam to such an extent that their content in the foam can exceed the concentration in water by hundreds of times. Surfactants have the ability to emulsify other contaminants and make them more resistant to oxidation; even in small quantities stop the growth of algae and other aquatic vegetation. Wastewater treatment from surfactants is complex, and effective methods have not yet been found.
      [16]

Using the most advanced treatment methods, it is possible to almost completely remove contaminants from wastewater. However, this is not always required. The reservoir, possessing in itself cleaning capacity , is, as it were, a cost-free facility for wastewater treatment. This ability of the reservoir must be used; ignoring it leads to excessive costs for the construction and maintenance of treatment facilities.

Only taking into account already available data on cleaning ability of organisms , we suggest placing cleaners in containers in the following order: fish, mollusks, biocoenosis of fouling, higher aquatic plants. When developing practical installations for biological water treatment in the canal itself, the river or in front of any water intake, it is necessary to provide each container with a sludge collector and a device for pumping out fecal particles and agglutinate. Without fulfilling this condition, effective biological treatment is impossible, since sludge accumulations will be a source of secondary water pollution.

Geratol is a friable yellow-orange powder, moist to the touch and turning into a non-crushing lump when squeezed in the hand. A change in the yellow color of the mass to dark green or dark brown indicates that the cleaning power of mass has been exhausted.

Theoretically, the consumption of geratol of the specified composition for the purification of 1 m3 of acetylene (PH3 content 0 06 vol. Due to the fact that the actual consumption significantly exceeds the indicated values, a determination was made cleaning capacity of Geratol in laboratory conditions in a small size cleaner and in an operating dissolved acetylene station.

He tries to do this by crystallizing sugar from a refined syrup obtained from honey. The idea of the crystallization of sugar contained in honey was obviously caused by the fact that during storage honey acquires a granular structure, which, apparently, Lovitz took for a crystalline structure. It can be seen from the article that at first Lovitz failed to isolate crystalline sugar from honey syrup.

In recent years, researchers have paid special attention to the development of new methods for cleaning and filtering liquids by various force fields. The authors developed and patented the method and design of the cleaner. The electric cleaner has small dimensions, large dirt capacity, the ability to restore cleaning capacity (regeneration) without. With the above advantages, the electric purifier is easy to maintain and allows extensive automation of cleaning processes, while achieving high chio-ton grades. The design of the electric cleaner is shown in the figure.

Paper slot filters, providing a high degree of oil purification, have one significant drawback that prevents their widespread use in circulating lubrication systems: their performance drops rapidly due to the formation of sediment that clogs the filter slots. The formation of this sediment even in the initial period of filtration leads to the fact that the filter stops working. Given that mechanical cleaning of such a filter is extremely difficult in a running engine, this type of filter has not found wide application in circulation systems. Possessing with high cleaning power , they extract particles up to 1 – 2 liters from fuels, thus providing the engine with clean fuel.

In [63] it was shown that the inner surface of the capillary system changes continuously during boiling. For example, if in the original sample of spruce wood it is determined at 147 m2/g, then after dissolving 50-60% of lignin it increases to 350-400 m2/g, and then begins to decrease. Similarly, the total volume of sub-microscopic capillaries changes. If in the original wood their volume does not exceed 0.073 cm3/g, then after the dissolution of 35% lignin it increases to 0.52 cm3/g, and upon dissolution of 50% it decreases to 0.154 cm3/g. Along with these regularities, it was found that the lignin of the secondary wall dissolves from the very beginning of cooking, and the lignin of the middle plate – with a delay [64]. [ …]

It follows from this relationship that when a unidirectional wind current is formed along one of the banks of the reservoir, the width of the zone covered by it should be several times less than the width of the zone of action of the gradient current, and the total cross-sectional area covered by the drift current is less than the cross-sectional area covered by the gradient current in the opposite direction.[ …]

Wave motions, usually most pronounced in the upper layers, as a rule, are superimposed on a transport current of some kind or on a total current. Consideration of the qualitative picture of the motion of fluid particles will begin with orbital wave trajectories, since in many inland water bodies the total duration of waves of various strengths can reach 80–90% of the duration of the ice-free period and wave processes have a noticeable effect on the kinematics and structure of water transport . Let us also take into account the fact that wave motions caused by wind waves and swells must be taken into account when organizing studies of a reservoir, when measuring currents and diffusion, when interpreting measurement processing data, and also when solving many practical problems [103].[ … ]

Although the electric currents arising from electrochemical corrosion are themselves very weak and the galvanic microelements that create them are negligible in size, the total effect of the current over a long time can destroy the metal very strongly and weaken its strength. Those parts of the equipment in which liquid accumulates are subjected to especially strong electrochemical corrosion: the bottoms of tanks and apparatuses, submersible heat exchangers, lower sections of pipelines, water separators, etc. The conditions for corrosion in the soil are very favorable: soil water contains solutions of acids and salts and is a good electrolyte. Water samples for analysis were taken from the Menomonee River in southeastern Wisconsin near Milwaukee. The sampling site was a 13.4 km section of the river upstream from the confluence with the Little Menomonee. There are three wastewater outlets on this section of the river. Issue I – from the Menomonee – Falls I sewage treatment plant. The station has a biofilter and an aeration tank, which operate in parallel. The streams from these two devices are combined, chlorinated and descend into the river. The total cleaning capacity of the station is 7560 m3/day. Issue II – from the Menomonee – Falls 11 treatment plant, using activated sludge aeration and biological ponds for tertiary treatment. It has twice the performance. Its distinctive feature is a huge amount of algae growing in ponds and partially falling into the river. Outlet III in this section is from the domestic sewage outlet canal of the Butler settlement. According to the agreement with Milwaukee, only about 1520 m3 of sewage from the Butler village canal is to be treated by the Milwaukee sewage treatment plant, and the rest is chlorinated and released into the river without further treatment. organic matter, when biochemical effects are most pronounced, is the degradation of oil. The fractionation and cumulative effect of various factors after oil enters water is well known; an important place in the process of destruction of oil slicks belongs to evaporation. Hydrocarbons with long chains of carbon atoms up to C15 (boiling point up to 250 °C) evaporate from the water surface within 10 days, hydrocarbons C15-C25 (250-400 °C) are retained much longer, and heavy fractions over C25 practically do not evaporate. In general, evaporation alone can remove up to 50% of crude oil hydrocarbons, up to 10% of heavy oil and up to 75% of light fuel oil.[ …]

After loading all the soda, stirring is continued for 2-3 hours, and then the mass is filtered, dried at a temperature not exceeding 50 ° and calcined at 400 °.[ …]

In the lake. Balkhash (the area of the water surface is about 18.0 thousand km2, the average depth is 6.2 m [8, 189]), as noted above, seiches act, on average, about 60% of the time, and in some months of the ice-free period, the total time of their action reaches 80% [181]. The height of level fluctuations and the speed of seiche currents significantly exceed the corresponding characteristics of the seiches of Lake Baikal. For this reason, and in connection with the shallowness of the lake, seiche currents play an important role in the processes of water transfer and mixing, in the formation of specific features of the hydrochemical and hydrobiological regime.[ …]

A similar analysis was carried out by Elekoeva (1982) for one of the cities in Western Siberia. We used observational data on BO2 concentrations in the morning (6–12 h) and evening (3–21 h) observation periods during 1969–1971 and 1974–1979. To serve the ever-increasing urban population with increasing water consumption and sanitation, it will be necessary to significantly increase the capacity of urban sewers. In this regard, in the coming years, it is necessary to increase the length of sewer networks and carry out a large amount of work on the construction of treatment facilities that provide a high degree of wastewater treatment. In accordance with the total amount of domestic and industrial wastewater, the throughput of treatment facilities should be increased. There is a lot to be done to treat industrial wastewater.[ …]

This also includes external exposure of people from contaminated body surfaces. Internal exposure is known to be associated with the inhalation of radionuclides with polluted air, as well as with the introduction into the body with consumed food and water. Subsequently, for many years, the harmful effects and accumulation of the radiation dose in humans are due to the involvement of the precipitated radionuclides in the biological chain and the consumption of contaminated food and water by the population. It is generally accepted that 85% of the total predicted exposure dose for the next 50 years after the accident can be the internal exposure dose due to the consumption of food grown in the contaminated area, and only 15% falls on the external exposure dose.[ …]

The most important for the existence of life on Earth is visible light – part of the solar spectrum with a wavelength from 390 to 770 microns. In the life of organisms and ecosystems, visible light can play the role of both an energy and signal factor. The part of solar radiation absorbed by the Earth’s surface to a decisive extent determines the course and level of climatic processes and, thereby, the whole variety of climatic conditions on the Earth’s surface and the temperature of the upper layers of sea and ocean waters. The energy significance of this factor is especially great in the life of plants, since light in the visible part of the spectrum is the only source of energy for the processes of photosynthesis. The scale of the photosynthetic work of the Earth’s vegetation can be judged by the amount of carbon fixed. For the entire planet, this amounts to about 50 Gg of carbon per year, including 4.4 Gg in Russia. At the same time, as recent studies have shown, the amount of carbon bound by various ecosystems depends not so much on the number of plant species, but on the amount of chlorophyll per unit area. Increasing biodiversity with the complexity of ecosystems significantly increases their resistance to destructive influences, but only slightly increases the total amount of chlorophyll per unit area.[ …]

For long-term air sampling use a special portable pump “Polymer”, powered by a battery (6V). Explosion-proof pump, capacity 1 l / h, dimensions 85X170X50 mm, weight 1 kg, the duration of the “Polymer” is 8 hours. Since not all long-term indicator tubes are designed to work for 8 hours, if necessary, they use 2-4 tubes in series. The readings of each of the tubes allow you to calculate the average concentration over a controlled period of time. Based on these data, the average concentration of a harmful substance in the air per shift is calculated. Taking into account the trend towards the creation of personal devices that allow determining the total dose of harmful substances affecting workers throughout the working day, the introduction of long-term indicator tubes is an urgent problem of industrial and sanitary control of the air environment for conducting air research when determining permissible exposures and work experience. workers when exposed to harmful substances.[ …]

Snow drifts are certainly an important component of water accumulation in mountainous areas. On the Front Range in Colorado, the water content is estimated at 400 m3 per linear meter of snow drift width [23]; for such mountainous regions as Altai in the Asian part of the USSR, values up to 1000–1200 m3 per meter are given [26]. Foehn [9] measured snow deposition on the slopes of a 30° ridge at a height of 2700 m near the Jungfraujoch during three periods with snowstorms at winds of 5–13 m/s. The total values were 61 kg/m2 on the windward slope and 236 kg/m2 on the lee slope within +200 m of the ridge crest, and 125 kg/m2 on the horizontal surface. Snow transport added 87.5 kg/m2 on the lee slope, mainly due to the eddy movement on the lee side of the ridge.[ …]

Due to the divergence of views on such an important issue, the State Geophysical Institute undertook studies to refine the estimates of the relationships between the calculated values of wave transport and the values measured in water bodies under the combined action of wind and waves. The materials of experiments carried out in aero-hydraulic flumes of different sizes, and field observations obtained under conditions of insignificant influence on the total flows of such factors as runoff and seiche currents were involved in the research.[ …]

      G. K-Chernov, M. M. Levkovich, K. N. Sokolov, R. S. Arzumanova and N. P. Kosogova subjected to magnetic treatment solutions of cobalt nitrates (40 mg/l), thorium nitrates (2 g/l ), magnesium (5 g/l), on the basis of which a catalyst used for the synthesis of hydrocarbons is obtained [12, p. 187-189]. The precipitation of metals was carried out 60 min after treatment. The catalyst was prepared in the usual way. Before the synthesis of hydrocarbons, it was reduced in a hydrogen flow at 400°C. The catalyst was tested in a laboratory setup at normal pressure for 15–20 days of continuous operation. Experiments have shown that the activity of a catalyst obtained from a magnetized solution increases by 13%; at the same time, the total yield of hydrocarbons increases from 108 to 121 g/m3 of gas. The authors note that the structure of the catalyst changes.[ …]

In mountainous areas, rain gauge readings are strongly affected by local and microscale wind conditions. The influence of slope orientation on precipitation has been the subject of many studies, the conclusions of which differ markedly. In Yorkshire (England), Reid [84] set up two networks of six instruments each across slopes with an inclination of 12-15° in a valley about 60 m deep, oriented from west to east. In 50 weeks, the north-facing slope received 8% less rainfall than the south-facing slope. The latter was a windward slope for 49% of the time with precipitation and downwind for 28% of that time. Hovkind [49], in contrast, recorded a maximum on the lee side of a conical hill near Santa Barbara, but he concluded that the rain gauge readings may have been overestimated compared to the rain gauge readings located on the windward side. In practice, such a pattern of overestimated and underestimated readings is indeed widely observed. Grunov [36] noticed that the sums observed on the windward slope of Hohen-peissenberg (975 m) in Bavaria are lower than the true ones by 14%, and on the leeward slope they are higher than the true ones by 10%. The errors are especially large in the case of snowfall (this issue is discussed below). Precipitation gauges, which are often used in remote areas, are also subject to evaporative losses if they are not frequently read. To prevent evaporation, a “quencher” film, such as glycol, at least 5 mm thick can be used [95].[ …]

In [169, 174, 175], the permeability of polymer tubes for various substances (sulphur, nitrogen and carbon oxides, hydrogen sulfide, propylene, ethylene and other gases) was studied, and various variants of the method were considered. diffusion to obtain: mixtures of known composition. Diffusion through Teflon was used; for the preparation of standard mixtures with air of hydrogen sulfide, carbon disulfide, hydrogen fluoride, chlorine, ammonia, phosgene, propane, methyl mercaptan, and other substances [176–178]. The method of manufacturing and filling diffusion tubes is described in [179]. Diffusion through a Teflon tube can be constant for several years, and the total error of such dosage is no more than ±1-2% [180]. True, the rate of diffusion of reactive gases (for example, wet nitrogen dioxide through a polymer is not strictly constant due to their interaction with the walls of the tube, [181, 182], however, good results; when preparing standard mixtures, the method of diffusion of nitrogen dioxide through a fluoroplastic from a capillary gives [ 183] A reliable and stable device for creating microconcentrations of nitrogen dioxide, using gas diffusion through a porous Teflon tube, was used in the determination of nitrogen dioxide in air with an error of no more than 1% [184].[…]

In the presence of conventional polyacrylic acid, selective flocculation does not occur, while in the presence of PAAX only pyrite was dispersed and the coal was completely flocculated. A decrease in the size of pyrite from 37 to 10 µm contributed to an increase in the selectivity of the process.
