Dear residents of the city of Perm, who have children of preschool age!

The administration of the city of Perm implemented the right of a parent to choose the service of preschool education, including in the form of organizing FAMILY PRESCHOOL GROUPS. This form has been successfully implemented in the city of Perm over the past three years.

Family groups – a form of organizing preschool education aimed at meeting the needs of the population in preschool education services, ensuring the most complete coverage of children with preschool education, supporting large families, providing parents with employment opportunities without interrupting the process of raising children, developing new forms of preschool education with the implementation practice of an individual approach in the upbringing of the child.

A family group is a structural subdivision of a preschool educational institution. It is organized in residential premises (private residential buildings or apartments) at the place of residence of the family.

Almost any mother of a preschool child can become a family group teacher.

For mothers with many children, the organization of a family group is a great opportunity to find a job and receive a salary for taking care of their own children (three preschool children is already a ready-made family group). Meals are provided by MDOU, that is, the mother can devote more time to classes and games. In addition, children will attend kindergarten and receive a full-fledged pre-school education.

For grandparents, especially former teachers or caregivers, family groups can be a great alternative to regular grandchild care. Indeed, it is often the grandmothers who stay with the children when the mother needs to go to work, and there are no places in the kindergarten. At the same time, you need to come up with activities, provide food and toys – all need additional funds. In addition, the child needs to communicate with peers, so some grandmothers, in addition to their grandson, also look after other children. Why not become a family group educator.

For retired teachers and educators who are tired of working in large groups, who, however, often take on work as nannies in families or at home, because they love children and want to work with them, organizing a family group is also a very interesting solution. This is an opportunity to become part of the kindergarten team, work with a small group of children at home, and have an official salary.

For single mothers, the creation of a family group can be a real salvation. The opportunity to find a job, receive a salary, and at the same time stay with your child – what could be better!

If the living conditions of the family meet the requirements, one of the parents gets the opportunity to become a

educator and receives a salary from the local budget (he is an employee of the kindergarten where the family group was created) and funds for catering for children.

The parent (legal representative) of the family in which the family group is being created is appointed to the position of family group educator. The requirements for educators of family groups are the same as when applying for a job in an educational institution, in accordance with applicable law.

In order to organize a family group, you must have a pedagogical education. Classes with children and other activities in the family group can be carried out both in the kindergarten building (music classes, preparation and participation in matinees, sports activities, etc.), and at home.

Meals for children in a family group are organized in accordance with the established norms for children of preschool age, in a place specially designated for this. It is possible to organize meals of several types: with delivery in a special container from a kindergarten or with cooking according to a menu approved by the institution, if necessary, from a raw set of products provided by the preschool educational institution.

Medical monitoring of the health of children of a family group can be carried out by the district pediatrician in accordance with the regulations and job description of the district pediatrician on the basis of an agreement between the preschool educational institution and the healthcare institution.

For the organization of a family group, please contact the Head of the Kindergarten Groups of the Moscow Autonomous Educational Institution “Tochka Design School” in Perm, Tatiana Yuryevna Kirillovs, tel. 2-63-28-26.

There are vacancies, you can arrange for kindergartens and schools – how refugees from the DPR and LPR get used to peaceful life in the Kavminvody

March 12, 13:34 Most of the refugees came to their relatives. Dozens of refugees also stayed with relatives in the Caucasian Mineral Waters. It’s been almost a month since they arrived. Pobeda26 found out how they adapt to peaceful life at the resort.

Most residents of the DPR and LPR left their homes for only a few days, thinking that they would soon be able to return home. But the situation in their native cities and villages does not yet allow this. Therefore, people began to think about employment, as well as how to enroll children in kindergartens and schools.

The SCIA correspondent managed to talk to several families who temporarily arrived at CMS. The interlocutors asked to change their names and also refused to be photographed. The editors meet the stipulated conditions.

On maternity leave or retired

Mostly women with children and elderly people were evacuated from the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics. Accordingly, most of the refugees currently in the CMS are either on maternity leave or retired. And therefore, they do not urgently need work or are not able to get it.

“We came to my mother, she has been living in Zheleznovodsk for a long time. I am now on maternity leave with a child, until I can work with all my desire. There, at home, I work in a hospital. We arrived for a few weeks, then we plan to leave with the child”,

shared Alexandra.

She came from the DPR, where she left her husband.

Another medical worker, also from the Donetsk People’s Republic, was temporarily housed in Zheleznovodsk. Veronica with two children is still staying with her aunt and expects to return home soon. But he admits that he will have to stay longer, which means that he will have to find a job, and the children will be sent to educational institutions.

“I worked there as a dentist. But now I’m on maternity leave. The children are eight and two years old. The eldest is a schoolboy, he needs to study. Now, of course, we are still in limbo, we want to return home. But if it doesn’t work out quickly, I’m considering the possibility of finding a job here. I would like to specialize, but how will it work out. I myself was born in Stavropol, so the region is also native to me,” Veronika told

.

Ready to go

Among the guests from the DPR and LPR, there are many who want to officially find a job right now. Someone is even in the process of obtaining Russian citizenship and all the necessary documents. For example, Yaroslava and her two daughters dream of settling in Kislovodsk.

“For a long time I wanted to move to live in Russia. My brother has been living in Kislovodsk for many years, he has a family here, so we moved to him. Temporary for now, but I’m doing paperwork to also settle here on a permanent basis. There, in the DPR, I had my own business – a stone processing shop. But it’s not really needed here. Therefore, I plan to work in the field of beauty, I have even completed training. When I get citizenship, I will open my office. Yes, and I will start arranging my daughters in kindergarten and school, ”

commented by Yaroslav.

Anna has no children yet. Now she is staying with relatives in Essentuki. She recently graduated from the institute in Donetsk. A graduate economist, she has not yet managed to gain work experience in her specialty and hopes that here, in Russia, she will succeed.

“There I have some experience as a sales assistant and temporary worker. I understand that without professional experience, employers are reluctant to accept employees, and yet I would really like it. But while ready for any work. Now I am preparing all the documents and will start looking for vacancies. In the meantime, I’m getting to know the city, because I was here for the first time, ”

Anna confessed.

Tamara from the small town of Yasinovataya also came to Essentuki to visit her relatives with her entire large family: her husband, a student daughter and an adult son, who, in turn, brought his wife and a one and a half year old child to the KMV. Tamara admitted to a Pobeda26 correspondent that they had not originally planned such a large-scale move, they hardly even took things with them.

“We were going to spend three days in Matveev-Kurgan. But we couldn’t find accommodation there. Relatives called and told us to come here. So we’ve been here since 19February. The son is already trying to find at least some work, but first you need to draw up the documents. There he worked as a sales representative. I was a computer typing operator at a locomotive depot. Her husband is a trucker, he often traveled to Europe. It is clear that now it is virtually impossible. If we can’t return home soon, we’ll also look for something,”

Tamara said.

By the way, she also noted that their family is going through the experience of moving for the second time. For the first time they lived in the CMS for four months in 2014, when the conflict in the republics with the Ukrainian authorities was just beginning.

Employment centers are ready to employ

At the request of the editors, specialists from the city employment centers of Pyatigorsk, Essentukov and Kislovodsk commented on what vacancies people from the DPR and LPR can already accept.

So, in Pyatigorsk, more than 20 places of the so-called “work grid” have been opened: mainly cleaning the city or premises, as well as construction. But qualified employees are also required. Specialists are especially expected in the city department of education – pedagogical workers are needed both in kindergartens and schools.

“In 2014, there was already such a situation, then the ranks of the city’s educators were well replenished,”

noted the director of the Pyatigorsk Employment Center » Irina Grishchenko.

In Kislovodsk, packers, maids, cleaners are required. We also need qualified specialists. In particular, the positions of medical workers in the city polyclinic and hospital are vacant. The only thing is that all these places accept candidates only with Russian citizenship and without housing.

In Essentuki, they are ready to hire maids and waiters in a sanatorium, as well as doctors in a city clinic. Diplomas of education and all valid certificates are required.

In general, as emphasized in each employment center, everything is individual. Employment takes into account the education, professional skills, needs of the candidate, as well as his documents. If we are talking about refugees, then, first of all, you need to contact the migration service to legalize their stay in the city. If you already have Russian citizenship, then you can go to work even tomorrow. But the employment centers noted that they are ready to help anyone who applies.

Information about vacancies for such citizens is collected weekly.

For educational applications – upon written application

Another important aspect of integration into a peaceful peaceful life is the placement of children in educational institutions. It doesn’t matter if they stay temporarily or for a long time with relatives in another region – they need to continue to study. Therefore, many refugees have already begun to think about how to arrange their children in kindergartens and schools.

Someone has already done it. According to the Ministry of Education of the Stavropol Territory, currently, at the request of parents or legal representatives, 43 children from the DPR and LPR are enrolled in kindergartens and schools in the region. And this is their right under the law of the Russian Federation – education in our country is guaranteed regardless of gender, race, nationality, language, origin, property, social and official status, place of residence, attitude to religion, beliefs, membership in public associations, as well as other circumstances. Also, Russian legislation ensures the general availability and free of charge of preschool, primary general, basic general and secondary general education. At the same time, foreign citizens and stateless persons have equal rights with Russians to receive these types of education also free of charge.

“In order to ensure favorable living conditions for citizens arriving from the Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics and Ukraine to the territory of the region, the Ministry of Education of Stavropol, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, organized work to determine their children in kindergartens and schools to continue their education”,

was specified in the regional ministry.
