Zelenaya Dolina sanatorium in Tuapse

The Zelenaya Dolina sanatorium is located just a couple of kilometers from the resort village called Olginka. The city of Tuapse is only thirty kilometers away, so it won’t take long even by regular bus from the railway station.

The Green Valley sanatorium in Tuapse has a total park area of ​​seven hectares. On the territory there is a single 6-storey complex of original design with 3 elevators.

The number of rooms in the complex “Green Valley” is represented by rooms of categories: Standard, Junior Suite and Suite. Each room is equipped with furniture, TV, telephone, mini-fridge, central air conditioning, hair dryer, toiletries, beach towels. Bathroom with shower.

Three meals a day are organized in the sanatorium according to the “buffet” type. The diverse infrastructure of the resort includes: indoor and outdoor pools, a multifunctional sports hall, a universal sports ground, a gym, a conference room, a business center, a massage room, a tour desk, and secure parking.

Children in the sanatorium “Green Valley” (Tuapse) are accepted from 0 years old, they are provided with treatment from 5 years old. For little tourists, all conditions for recreation are created: inflatable attractions, a children’s playroom, a children’s playground, a children’s section in the outdoor pool, children’s animation.

The treatment profiles in the sanatorium are the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, upper respiratory tract, cardiovascular and nervous systems.   The results of the admission campaign have been summed up at the Korochansky Agricultural College. This year, the technical school received 295 applications from applicants – 44 more than in the previous enrollment.

  As an anchor employer, Zelenaya Dolina has created optimal conditions in KSHT for training future professionals in the agricultural industry. Students are engaged in workshops and fablabs equipped according to modern standards, the demand for the Korochansky technical school is growing not only in the Belgorod region, but also outside our region.

  This year, applicants from the Moscow, Tambov, Kursk regions, and even from the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) submitted documents to the technical school. Almost half of the applicants were guys from the Korochansky district. The next in terms of mass are representatives of the Prokhorovsky district, Gubkinsky and Shebekinsky urban districts, as well as the Belgorod district.

  Future agronomists, livestock specialists, technologists of production and processing of agricultural products, specialists in the operation and repair of agricultural machinery and equipment, economists and accountants study at the technical school. The most popular is still the specialty “Veterinary”. More than a quarter of applicants annually apply for it, and the average score of the school certificate is 4 and is one of the highest among all destinations. The overall GPA in 2021 increased from 3.79 to 3.85.

  This year, thanks to the support of “Green Valley” , the educational opportunities of KSHT have expanded. A new direction was opened in the technical school – “Technology of milk and dairy products”. Applicants immediately liked the new specialty and 40 state-funded places were claimed by 44 people.

  On August 14, the village of Kupino, Shebekinsky urban district, celebrates its birthday, on the territory of which one of the production departments of the Feed Company “Green Valley” is located . It cultivates almost 12,000 hectares of land in this settlement, and out of almost one thousand three hundred residents of Kupino, 64 are employees of the company. We congratulate all the merchants on the holiday and wish them health and prosperity.

  For the first time the village of Kupino is mentioned in 1626 . But the history of the settlement goes much further into the depths of centuries. On its territory, archaeologists find the remains of mammoths and traces of settlements of the Saltovo-Mayak culture (village Dmitrievka). In the same places, a part of the Belgorod defensive line passed. Here grows the famous 550-year-old Pansky oak (village of Yablochkovo). The memory of the origins and people is carefully preserved by the local center of traditional culture and crafts. There, they will not only tell about the settlement from the Alans to Soviet times, but will treat you to herbal tea at the peasant farmstead, teach you how to bake bread and work with clay.

  The Kupinsky settlement is unique in that it includes 9 settlements at once, and this is more than 4 000 inhabitants, as in a small town. And almost every village has its own prayer place: the chapel of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker (Krasnaya Polyana village), the temple of Dmitry Solunsky (Dmitrievka village), St. Nicholas Church (Kupino village).

  ABH “Zelenaya Dolina” since the establishment in Kupino of Production Department No. 2 of Feed Company has been trying to help the village. At one time, “Zelenaya Dolina” bought a recreation center from a bankrupt enterprise and transferred it free of charge to the use of the municipality. Today it is the center of attraction for all the inhabitants of the village. And in the year of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Company helped restore the Military Glory Memorial in Zimovny.

  In milk production, the most important thing is to create a comfortable environment for the animals. ABH “Zelenaya Dolina” takes care of its cows, the most favorable conditions have been created on the farms, and modern equipment and tools help our specialists to monitor the climate in the cowsheds.

  Today we will introduce you to the Assistant Supervisors of the Chief Engineer’s Service – the combined instrument “TKA-PKM” (41). It combines: a thermohygrometer for measuring temperature and relative humidity, a luxmeter for measuring the level of illumination, and a luminance meter for determining brightness.

  With TCA, we measure the light in the morning and evening, the temperature and humidity in the barns. We look at the indicators and find out if the animal is under stress. Stress can be mild, moderate or severe. And if our cows experience even a little stress, this will affect the quality and quantity of milk, which we cannot allow. If we see deviations in some indicators, we transfer the data to the livestock specialist and together with him find out the cause of these deviations and eliminate it,” explained Nadezhda Redka, Controller of the Technical Control Department of the Chief Engineer Service of Green Valley Management LLC

  The design of our farms minimizes any stressors that can negatively affect the animals. Drinkers with heated water, cows’ favorite brushes, correct sandy bedding. But the main thing is the climate.   Among ourselves, we call it a “reading stick”, it is much easier to work with it. We simply approach any cow that has a chip, point the device at it, and our “patient” card is immediately shown to us. It describes all the necessary indicators: whether the animal is sick, how many days, whether the cow was sick before, what treatment regimens were used, and so on.

  Veterinarians use the device during “medical examinations” of cows and the results of such veterinary checks are sent to a common database in seconds. Entering information about the animal’s health status, its location in the complex, pregnancy and other indicators directly “near the cow” allows for faster analysis, eliminates paperwork. The number of errors during data recording is reduced, and the recording procedure is combined into one simple step.

  July 8 – Day of family, love and fidelity. Family is the most valuable thing each of us has. And children in the family are the greatest value. There are more than 70 large families in APH “Zelenaya Dolina” . There are those who have four or even six children.

  Tatyana Kunik has been with the Company since 2012. At work, she is the head of the technical support department – she helps employees deal with specialized software, and at home she is a loving wife and mother of three children.

  “My husband Andrey and I met when he worked as a customs inspector and I was a system administrator. He was still studying then, and I helped him write his thesis. When we got married, we had no children for a very long time. But then a daughter appeared, almost immediately – the second, and a son. The eldest daughter Anya loves to sing. Average Katya is always on the move, cycling is her favorite pastime. Son Vanya loves to help his father, so you can’t find screwdrivers later – something will unscrew somewhere. This year he is going to the first grade, but he is a man with a character, he will not be bored.

  We often go hiking, walk with the dog (another member of our family is an Alabai named Mira), ride bicycles. We go to the theater, to the cinema, we try to get out into nature and spend more time together.

  I used to worry: a large family, how we will cope with everything. But the children help us together: both at home and in the garden. My son already has his own cart and shovel. Even if during weeding the flowers are plucked, I close my eyes to this, the main thing that helps is very pleasant. And we also learn a lot from them. They quickly understand new technologies. By the way, we have a small tradition: every evening the children tell what happened to them during the day. We help them talk, share what happened. And then we go to do something together.
