Information about the establishments of physical culture and sport, social service to the population, educational organizations on the basis of which swimming lessons are organized.

At present, for children with disabilities and children with disabilities in sports institutions, sports training programs are being implemented (7 groups, 76 involved), sports and recreation programs (2 groups, 27 involved), as well as 2 groups of physical education and health improvement (42 involved child).

The implementation of one of the programs of physical culture and recreation for disabled children “Mother + Child” in swimming is carried out in the swimming pool of the MADOU of Nizhnevartovsk, Kindergarten No. 77 “Erudit” (on the basis of a concluded pool lease agreement). The program is designed for disabled children with different nosologies aged 3 to 7 years (2 children).

Adaptive swimming for children of preschool, school age

In 2021, adaptive swimming classes for infants and children with disabilities will be organized on the basis of the Nizhnevartovsk Multidisciplinary Rehabilitation Center for the Disabled. This institution has created special conditions for conducting classes with children from birth and children with disabilities (there are special adaptive programs, specialists).

Classes for children with disabilities are provided free of charge as part of rehabilitation based on the recommendation of a pediatrician.

Healing with music: general provisions

Music therapy is a medicine that is listened to. Psychologists and pediatricians are increasingly making claims about the great benefits of music for children. The beneficial effect of music on the human body and soul was noticed in ancient times. Our distant ancestors, on some sort of inspiration, created musical instruments and with their help found such combinations of sounds and rhythms that fascinated, hypnotized0003

bring down the person. Other musical combinations contributed to a surge of strength, increased emotional tone, and encouraged a person to take action. Pythagoras, Aristotle, Plato drew the attention of contemporaries to the healing power of music. They argued that music establishes order and harmony in the universe, including harmony in the human body. The harmony of sounds contributes to the formation of aesthetic taste, develops intelligence, perseverance and significantly affects the development of figurative memory.

First of all, listening to music affects our emotional and sensual perception, which gives a powerful impetus to all

other functioning human systems.

In a calmer state, a person already thinks soberly, understands the events around him more subtly, unconsciously turns on his intuition. All this significantly affects the qualitative characteristics of the physical body. In some incredible way, a person becomes better, he becomes more cheerful, smarter and more fun, which is now necessary for each of us.

Forms of music therapy:

• Active – motor improvisations accompanied by a verbal comment corresponding to the nature of the music.

• Passive – listening to stimulating, soothing music either on purpose or in the background.

Parents themselves can act as a music therapist, determine the choice of a particular piece of music. For example, your child came in a bad mood, tired, turn on your favorite melody, song or piece of Mozart and your mood will improve.

In modern psychology there is a separate direction – music therapy.

It is a method that uses music as a means of correcting disorders in the emotional sphere, behavior, communication problems, fears, as well as various psychological diseases. Music therapy is based on the selection of the necessary melodies and sounds, with which you can have a positive effect on the human body. This contributes to the overall improvement, improvement of well-being, raising the mood, increasing efficiency. This method makes it possible to use music as a means of harmonizing the child’s condition: relieving stress, fatigue, increasing emotional tone, correcting deviations in the child’s personal development and his psycho-emotional state.
