Daily Hours 6:30am-6:00pm, Child Care Philosophy
It is our promise to provide a clean, safe, loving environment, giving parents peace ofmind while they are away from their children. All of the children are unique and are treated with respect as individuals. Each child and family is treated with dignity in their personal relationship with our staff. As parents you are entitled to have your concerns listened to and addressed in a compassionate, respectful manner.
Here We Grow Child Care understands that each family and each child comes with their own set of expectations. We will encourage and support your choices in raising your child. Whether it is breast milk, cloth diapers, or any other personal choices, we accommodate and encourage these choices! We want your child to find our care to be a home away from home, and for that reason the food we serve is homemade and is as minimally processed as possible.
We believe that the foundation of learning is based on self esteem and self confidence. Learning is not necessarily the ABC’s and 123’s, but is also the learning of values. Here, we value honesty, respect, love, showing sensitivity to others, kindness, friendliness and fairness. Consistent rules, clear directions and guidance on an age appropriate level are part of the guidance. Our goal is to help children learn self-control and to be responsible for their own behavior.

Solitaire – Playing cards online

Online solitaire is one of the most popular types of card games that can be played alone. It is a great pastime and is one of the most popular ways of entertainment for people all over the world. The name itself literally translates as “patience”.

Popular solitaire games

Spider and spider games

Klondike and scarf games

Scorpion and scorpion games

Simple solitaire games

Historical origins

This genre most likely originated in Germany or Scandinavia. The first mention of the game goes back to the end of the eighteenth century. It then slowly spread throughout the rest of Europe. In the late 19th century, a version called “Klondike” became popular with prospectors in North America. “Klondike” was named after the Western Canadian region and its famous gold rush.

In 1990, Microsoft introduced solitaire games to personal computers. Over time, they have become available on devices ranging from desktops to phones and tablets. They were originally integrated into the operating system as a fun and easy way to teach users how to use a computer mouse (a skill that only replaced keyboard commands at the time). The game has maintained its appeal over the past 29years. In May 2019, solitaire was inducted into the World Video Game Hall of Fame.

Primary purpose

Typically to manipulate the layout of the cards in order to sort them in some way. This card puzzle basically involves dealing cards from a shuffled deck to a predetermined location on the table, from which the player attempts to reorder the deck by suit and rank through a series of moves that move cards from one location to another according to set limits. You can play competitively and cooperatively.

On this site you can play solitaire without registration and for free, compete with other participants, set your own records for passing and share your impressions of the process in the comments.

Advantages

Everything that a person does, constantly repeating, trains his brain in a certain way. The words that he constantly uses in life also develop and improve his brain activity. As it turned out, solitaire games also affect the human brain in the same way. The game is used not as an analogy for certain decision-making processes, but as a real tool that helps to make better decisions by acquiring a few specific skills.

  1. Keeps your brain busy (stimulates brain activity). When you play, you may be able to carry out light mental activities that should keep your mind in a normal state. This is the perfect time to unwind right after a hard day at work.
  2. Everyone in this world wants to spend some time alone, and that time should be spent away from everyone else. You probably think that there are many other similar activities, but the tapeworm is different in that millions of people from all over the world are addicted to it.
  3. Another advantage is that in case you have a job that requires you to do many shifts where you have nothing to do and you just have to stay at work in front of the computer, then you can keep yourself busy with this game to kill time and relax.
  4. People who play this game regularly increase their IQ. This helps them to constantly use their brain and helps them improve various mental skills as you constantly have to deal with cards, numbers and apply different strategies.
  5. Socialization. Often the elderly do not leave their homes. Aging makes it difficult to move. When older people are cut off from social interaction with other people for extended periods of time, they develop social anxiety. To counter this and increase their social presence, older people can start playing this card puzzle.
  6. Teaches spatial thinking.
  7. An ideal introduction to algorithmics.
  8. Helps kids notice patterns.
  9. Ideal for improving decision making based on logical reasoning.

Tips

You can play different solitaire cards, but each type requires you to play them differently. But there are some tips that are the same for all varieties that you can use for any of the options:

  1. Be patient and really think through your every move. This means that you must carefully plan your moves before making them, and consider how they will affect your next two, three or four moves.
  2. Don’t look at your watch.
