My name is Kristen, and I have been caring for children for over 15 years as a Nanny, a Montessori Preschool Teacherand Home Preschool and Daycare provider. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and I am also certified to teach Montessori to children ages 0 – 4. Aside from my education and experience, I am also a proud mommy of 2 sweet girls ages 2 & 7!
On my journey through life, I have learned that loving what you do truly makes you happy! Working with children is extremely rewarding and exciting and yes, of course, exhausting! But I feel it’s what I am meant to do, which is why I have opened my home daycare. 🙂
If you are looking for a happy, nurturing, patient and loving caregiver who loves teaching young children and incorporating great art projects at any age, as well as reading, music, and the dramatic arts into each day with them, then I am the person for your family!
I also provide a Montessori/Play based preschool program here. I would love to help your child learn at their own pace and always be aware of where they stand developmentally so that way I can tailor activities to promote their learning. I promise I will do all I can to help your children grow emotionally, socially, cognitively and in self confidence!
The two most important things to me in my role as a child caregiver are to always be aware and make the safety of your children my first priority and to always be a positive influence in their life!
