Child Care Tuition Discounts FAQs

Why do center tuition rates increase annually?

Tuition rates increase annually to ensure the child care center budgets are able to keep up with rising operational costs including classroom materials, competitive teacher total compensation, insurance, and other budget line items.

What are the tuition rates for the current year?

Stanford tuition rates are set at or below market rate average. The tuition rates for the current year can be found here.

Payment of Tuition

1. Check or Cash Payment

Parents are charged a weekly fee and billed on a monthly basis via invoices or bi-weekly through payroll deduction. Monthly tuition can be paid by check, cash, or money order and are due the first day of each month.

  • • In person: the Bursar’s Office is located on the second floor of Whitmore and is open 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, or as posted. Save the stamped receipt as proof of payment, especially if you pay in cash.
