Hello! My name is Heather, I am the Program Director here at Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool of Rogers. My passion for the early childhood education industry blooms from the desire to make a difference in the lives of children, their families, and the community.

I have over 12 years of early childhood experience and 10 years of experience in team building. I received my Montessori Early Childhood Development Diploma in 2014. I believe in helping young children to learn how to love education because it’s something that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. I pride myself on being upbeat, helpful, and driven.

My husband and I are Fayetteville natives that stay busy with our two boys, Gavin and Bobby. When I am not exploring outdoors with my boys you will find me in my garden or behind a paint brush.

I have been so grateful to grow and develop with my LSP family and can’t wait to get to know each of you and your sweet children.

Hello! My name is Emy and I am proud to be your Assistant Director at Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool of Rogers. I began my journey with LSP here in Rogers back in 2014 and relocated to our LSP of Southlake located right outside of Dallas, Texas shortly after! After taking a brief break in 2019, I am more than excited to be back where it all started! I am thrilled to share the magic that is LSP with my daughter this time around.

My husband and I decided to start 2021 the best way possible and that was to move back to Northwest Arkansas in January! Texas was home for five years and I miss it every day, but we are completely elated to be back in Rogers, close to our families once again. We have an 8-month-old daughter, Sofia and a dog, Bruce who enjoy being spoiled by their grandparents. In our free time, we like to grill and hang out outside. We cannot wait for warmer weather!

I am looking forward to getting to know this community and building a partnership with you and your family. It is important to work together during these crucial first five years of your children’s lives and I am honored to be a part of it.

Infant Program (6 weeks – 1 year)

Our highly trained infant teachers partner with you to ensure your baby’s developmental needs are met every step along the way. Our nursery staff create predictable routines and nurturing classroom environments that foster social and emotional development in your baby.  

Toddler Program (1-2 years)

Our toddler classrooms are designed to encourage purposeful play where our teachers guide your child through age-appropriate learning experiences that prepare them with the knowledge they need to be confident as they grow.

Early Preschool Program (2-3 years)

Your child’s preschool teacher and our classroom create a nurturing, home-like classroom environment where your toddler is treated as a capable individual, whose opinions, actions and thoughts are respected and valued.

Preschool Program (3-4 years)

We design our preschool classrooms with developmental milestones in mind and equip each classroom with age-appropriate, educational toys to help continue inspiring your preschoolers curiosity and desire to learn and engage with their classmates and their environment.

Pre-K Program (4-5 years)

It is our mission to prepare your child for a successful year in the wonderful world of kindergarten.
