Ecole 360 was founded in 2017 by Meg and Mesut Birgun with the intention of European touch to childcare. With two locations, Palatine and Schaumburg, we look forward to meeting your family, and getting to know you.

The 360 approach recognizes the necessity of education. We believe that there are 3 main components that contribute to the success of each child’s educational foundation. These components consist of a good quality curriculum, well trained and experienced teachers, and quality families. Ecole 360 is committed to attracting parents who share the same vision and core values for child care.

360 Curriculum – The Creative Curriculum® with Multiple Intelligence focus

Our curriculum sees intelligence into specific ‘modalities’, rather than seeing intelligence as dominated by a single general ability. Each child has eight main abilities: musical-rhythmic, visual-spatial, verbal-linguistic, logical-mathematical, bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic. We focus on these abilities to create lesson plans that scaffolds each child’s learning ability individually.

Teachers – Superior Passionate Educators that are both kind and loving

A good quality teacher is the most influential component in your loved one’s educational foundation. Our entire team, both directors and teachers, with combined daycare and preschool experience of 175 years, have obtained degrees in early childhood education or a related field. In addition, Ecole 360 CDC provides ongoing trainings and coaching to promote retention and maintain the consistency of quality educators. Ecole 360 is very proud of the educators longevity which bring a lot of consistency in our little ones’ lives.

We also offer in our schools and Facebook Live parenting classes to help our parents feel more connected, involved and focused on their child.  Ecole 360 schools offer our families parent-school partnership program offering them incentives for their referring us new families.

We are successful with maintaining a safe, clean, and secure daycare environment through the avid utilization of professionals and modern technology. We have personalized secure entrance and camera systems all over the school. Making every effort to keep your child safe, happy, and healthy is our number one priority.

Wellness – 100% ORGANIC menus, weekly YOGA classes, large indoor/outdoor playgrounds

Ecole 360 offers children and families 360-degree healthy lifelong habits. We offer healthy choices for our growing kids with 100% organic menus include a variety of foods with fresh fruit and veggies which meet daily nutritional needs and satisfy licensing requirements. We also offer substitutions for allergies and dietary preferences.

By our weekly yoga classes our daycare and pre-school children physically enhance their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves and creates lifelong wellness habits. Ecole 360 child care large playgrounds provide a place for our children to work off  energy, have fun, and interact with peers. It also gives them a safe learning environment to develop physical, social, emotional and cognitive skills. Ecole 360 schools are owned and operated by an on-site owners with the Director and Assistant Directors. The team has a vision to be the premier choice in early childhood education as a center and preschool for both families and employees.

Community – Touching the Children, Feeling the Community

We understand that community is a very important component in raising our loved ones. Ecole 360 encourages community by planning events such as Parents Night outs, Moms Night out and Seasonal Parties. In addition to these parents only events we always extend an open invitation to center-wide special events at school such as Halloween Party, Santa Visit, Valentine’s Day parties and many more. Our traditional end of Summer Party with all our staff, families and children help having the fun and create the big Ecole 360 family.

Enrichment Programs – All inclusive

Daily enrichment programs are incorporated in the curriculum to foster your child’s self-esteem and set the foundation for a well-rounded child. Our enrichment programs include (baby) sign language, yoga, Orff (music and movement program) and languages such as Spanish and French for each age group. At Ecole 360 there is no additional cost for these classes which means we have all inclusive tuition in all our locations.

Observations – Assessments 

To set the stage for each child’s individual achievements, trained educators and management team observe and assess each child’s developmental child care, per school accomplishments. These guidelines are based on research on how children learn best, state and national standards and results from national learning assessments. We share all these outcomes with our parents twice a year Parent-Teacher Conferences face to face at our childcare centers or over the phone for the best of our children.

Communication – Peace of Mind with Procare Connect.

Parents are kept up to date with our monthly center calendars, parent boards and our most popular Procare Connect App where daily information, photos and curriculum are reported LIVE throughout the day. The app also eases the mind of parents offering quick and easy communication portal for our parents.
