Pretty Woman and Park
Dec. 2019 • Traveling alone
The City and County building caught my eye as I drove around the SLC. It was built in sandstone and quite beautiful, with more attention to architectural detail than I expected from the local government.
He was surrounded by a park-like park with paths and many statues.
Plenty of paid street parking was available so it was easy to stop and book for a short period. nine0003

A beautiful building caught my eye here!
Sept. 2019 • Traveling alone
While waiting for my bus, I visited this park for a short time. There were some men here practicing their tai chi movements. Beautiful fountains, statues, flowering gardens and, of course, palace buildings, called buildings of the city and district, are noted. nine0003
There are benches in the park where you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere. The building is also open to the public!

Near City Hall
Apr. 2019 • Traveling alone
A small park next to the imposing City Hall. Several paths along the park – like a square. Benches are scattered around the square. Several attractive statues adorn the square. nine0003

One of the most beautiful buildings I have ever seen
Feb. 2016 • For two
Walking around the city, I came across this park and building, and in the end, I walked around the entire building for half an hour. The architecture of it is very beautiful, and even the newer part of its mixture had no problems with the older part. Too bad we don’t build buildings like this anymore, but if you like architecture this is a must. nine0003

Let me know when you figure it out 2020
This is one of the strangest sculptures I have ever seen. Unsure of your goal. He seems to be popular with LDS church visitors. Even so, I just don’t get it. It’s a small park, about the size of someone’s backyard. I’m sure the artist meant well, but I just couldn’t connect with it. nine0003

Off the beaten path, little known gem in the city
2019
While exploring the area before our trip, I saw the Gilgal Sculpture Garden, and we included our “if we had time” list, as we thought if we missed it, everything would be fine. However, I am very glad that we managed to find time to see it. This is an amazing sculpture garden tucked away behind the building and mostly in the backyard. They have beautiful brochures that explain all the sculptures. My only complaint is that the address takes you to the parking lot which is behind the garden but the only way to get to it is to walk around the corner. It took us some time to figure out where the entrance was. nine0003

A short but pleasant stroll through this urban garden of flowers and sculptures. I loved his weirdness. It’s hard to find the gate though. Drove the block twice before we found it. Glad we did! nine0003

Unusual Sculpture Garden Worth Seeing
March 2019 • For Two
Right in the middle of the SLC is one of the most interesting sculpture gardens around. Do not miss! If you like unusual and unusual, this garden is for you. In these unusual sculptures, sculptor James Childs showcases his masonry skills, personal philosophy and religious beliefs. Don’t miss the Egyptian spinks with the head of Joseph Smith. nine0003

If you’re going to Chuckarama for the 400 S at SLC, be sure to stop by and take a stroll through this park. Worth taking 15-45 minutes to walk around this place or let your kids run around. It’s sort of tucked away right south of the Chukarama 9 parking lot.0003

While waiting for my flight to Phoenix after a weekend of skiing in Park City, Utah, I had a few hours to kill, so I headed to Trolley Square for lunch and shopping. Wandering around the area, I came across a unique sculpture garden open to the public free of charge. Each sculpture was created by a local resident and represents an important message of faith or scripture in which that person fervently believed.
