Article 67. Organization of admission to study in basic general education programs

1. Getting preschool education in educational organizations can begin when children reach the age of two months. Obtaining primary general education in educational institutions begins when children reach the age of six years and six months in the absence of contraindications for health reasons, but no later than they reach the age of eight years. At the request of the parents (legal representatives) of the children, the founder of the educational organization has the right to allow the admission of children to the educational organization for training in educational programs of primary general education at an earlier or later age.

2. The rules for admission to study in basic general education programs must ensure the admission of all citizens who are entitled to receive general education of the appropriate level, unless otherwise provided by this Federal Law.

3. The rules for admission to state educational organizations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and municipal educational organizations for training in basic general education programs must also ensure the admission to an educational organization of citizens who have the right to receive general education of the appropriate level and live in the territory for which the specified educational organization.

6. History of preschool educational institution

The municipal budgetary preschool educational institution “Kindergarten of a general developmental type No. 41” of the municipality of Bratsk was created on the basis of the decision of the Executive Committee of the Bratsk City Council of People’s Deputies dated March 31, 1964 No. 120 and registered by the registration center of the Administration of the city of Bratsk dated 06/28/1995 with registration number No. 503.

Kindergarten is open 5 days a week (except Saturday and Sunday) from 7.00 to 19.00. Children are taught in Russian, the state language of the Russian Federation. The content of the educational process in the Institution is determined by the main general educational program of preschool education, developed, adopted and implemented by the Institution independently in accordance with federal state requirements for the structure of the main general educational program of preschool education and the conditions for its implementation.
The institution has sufficient material and technical base for organizing the educational process. The developing subject environment of the preschool educational institution is equipped taking into account the age characteristics of children. In a preschool institution were created:

The annual game “Zarnitsa” has become a tradition of our preschool educational institution,

In April 2014, our “Spark” celebrated its 50th anniversary. Kindergarten graduates came to the festive concert to congratulate them by giving the dance “Sun”

City organizations also did not leave our kindergarten without attention. They gave the kindergarten and pupils a large number of gifts.

In the small Siberian town of Bratsk, along with enterprises, kindergartens were built among the first buildings. And in the winter of December 29, 1972, an island of childhood appeared, warming children’s hearts – kindergarten No. 30
A lot has changed in four decades, but the care and attention that surrounds babies remain unchanged at all times.

The first head of the institution was Galina Ivanovna Voronova, who later headed the party committee of the UZHKH organization. The kindergarten staff consisted mainly of young teachers, graduates of the Bratsk and Irkutsk pedagogical schools. The employees carried out landscaping and improvement of the territory, created conditions for raising children.

Since 1986, Chupina Nadezhda Nikolaevna has been appointed as the head of the institution.
And 1992 is the year of perestroika. The DOW team does not stand aside, but keeps pace with the times. The institution is being reconstructed: children’s activity zones are expanding, living conditions are improving – a separate spacious gym, additional bedrooms, a mini-pool, a phytobar and a winter garden. Changes have also taken place on the territory of the institution – green areas, vegetable gardens and flower beds. For the first time, the charter of a preschool institution was adopted, and a priority sports and health direction was identified.

In 2000, the changes continue: the material and technical base is improved, the furniture in all groups is updated, new, modern playground equipment is purchased, small forms are built on the plots.
A wonderful friendly team works in kindergarten No. 30. More than 10 years working: nurse: Klimenko Irina Leonidovna, physical education instructor: Shurupova Elena Alekseevna; educators: Safonova Alevtina Valentinovna, Bykasova Marina Vasilievna, Antonova Irina Dmitrievna.

Kindergarten teachers find a way into the soul of every child, cooks try to please with tasty and healthy treats, music directors – to unleash creativity, physical education instructors – to develop physical qualities, and everyone who works for us puts a piece of his soul into his work .
