Summer camps and language schools in Malta
Mysterious and attractive Republic of Malta is a small country within the EU, located on several islands, the main ones being Malta, Gozo and Comino. English is one of the official languages of the country, which has many local, British, European and American language schools and international children’s language camps. Along with the sun, the sea, the beaches, the mild Mediterranean climate, the mysterious history and the many sights to see, a good argument in favor of English language tours to Malta is the price.

In Malta, children can choose a language program for every taste: immerse themselves in learning English for 15-20 hours a week or spend as much time studying the language as will be enough to remember the school curriculum and feel confident in the international environment. For this, courses of 5-10 hours a week are suitable. Group lessons can be supplemented with individual lessons with native English speakers.
Summer language schools offer tuition for a minimum of 2 weeks. This time is enough to refresh your knowledge of English and talk. Upon arrival at school in Malta, all children undergo a mandatory test to determine the level of language proficiency. Further, students receive distribution into groups depending on age and level of language proficiency. Professional teachers of the summer language camp identify the shortcomings of pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary of each student. During the training, children greatly improve their knowledge – their progress is obvious. At the end of the summer course, each child who completes the summer English course receives a certificate of completion.

Guide to family courses for summer 2019
As you know, knowledge of English greatly expands opportunities, opens up new perspectives, and in general is the key to a prosperous, successful life. Therefore, many parents pay special attention to learning a foreign language. Moreover, psychologists and doctors agree that it is much easier to learn a new language in childhood than in adulthood. Already at 5-6 years old, the child catches the pronunciation well, and can quickly learn to speak English. In addition, having received initial knowledge, it will be much easier for him to master the school curriculum in the future.
If you want to give yourself and your child an unforgettable summer full of adventures and useful knowledge, go abroad to a language school for the whole family! The child will be able to hone his knowledge of English, and his parents will be calm for his safety, and will have a great time in another country.
UK Family Courses
One of the most popular schools are London’s Discovery Summer Family and Frances King School. While the child goes to class and learns vocabulary and grammar, parents can visit numerous excursions, walk along Trafalgar Square, go shopping on Oxford Street, visit numerous museums that have no equal in the whole world.
If you’d rather spend your summer in a quieter town than London, head to Royal Lemingon Spa, a small resort town in Warwickshire. The Heart of England School is located there. There are few students from Russia, so the child will be able to completely immerse himself in a foreign language, make friends from different parts of the world. And you will enjoy spa treatments and walks along the medieval streets. Children are accepted from 5 years old
A good option could be a resort vacation and study at Bede`s Eastbourne on the English Channel – it offers courses for younger students from 6 to 11 years old. For children who come with their parents, a day camp is organized on weekdays – so you can relax on the beach or go on excursions during the day, and spend time with your child in the evening.
You can also swim in Bournemouth, where the Language Training Company school is located. Children from 4 to 10 years old are accepted here in a summer camp with English peers. English teaching as such is not carried out, but only communication, games, sports events. Adults can not necessarily take courses – everything is optional.
If you want to combine learning English with a beach holiday and private trips to London, Brighton Language Center is waiting for you – they are accepted there from the age of 5. There is a direct train from Brighton to central London in 50 minutes. You will find many different educational programs, comfortable classes, modern teaching methods.
Summer courses in amazing Switzerland
Switzerland is not only good watches and delicious chocolate, but also wonderful nature and a variety of language schools. Summer courses offer to improve the knowledge of not only English, but also German, French or Spanish. Take your child to La Garenne (Villars-sur-Ollon) or Institut Monte Rosa (Montreux) for a day camp. This means that during the day the children attend classes, and in the evenings enjoy the time spent with the family. If you like mountains, head to Les Elfe, in the heart of the Swiss Alps. Here, children can live in a residence, and parents can live in a hotel or apartment. Remarkably, in Switzerland they accept small students aged 3-5 years.
Why not fly to the USA?
Live the American Dream with your child! Millions of tourists visit this country every year. Someone – for shopping, someone – to walk around numerous museums, but someone – to study! If you want to combine business with pleasure, go to OISE in Boston with your child. Exciting English classes await you during the day, and interesting excursions in the afternoon.
If you want to see New York, your family will be hospitably received by the Rennert school – in it you and your child can attend any courses of your choice, there are also special programs where, in addition to the language, you can also learn dance, music, directing, photography and other creative professions.
Also a good option could be a family school TLA – The Language Academy in Florida. It has many options for language programs that will suit both you and your child. And most importantly, the city of Fort Lauderdale is a resort area, not far from Miami, so you are guaranteed a great beach holiday!
San Francisco is another beautiful city worth visiting! We recommend going to St. Giles is a network of educational institutions, the first of which was opened in London in 1955 year. In these schools, a high level of teaching and carefully thought-out leisure are indispensable.
Please note: All programs in the US are for children aged 12 and over.
Sun, sea and English in Malta for the little ones
If you want to improve your child’s health, have a nice vacation and learn the language in parallel with the baby, go to Malta, to ACE Kids school in St. Julian’s. There are programs for children from 3 to 12 years old, and for adults. You can study both in a group and individually. If your child is not yet 3 years old, you can send him to kindergarten for the duration of his studies.
Malta is not only a country with a good level of language schools. This is the sea, the sun, a comfortable climate (suitable even for very young children), different beaches (pebble, rocky, sandy). Also in Malta there is something to see: what is the city-museum of Mdina worth!
Why not to Spain?
In this ardent, hot country, everything is full of local color and temperament. Holidays and festivals are constantly held here. The Spaniards offer foreigners to learn the language without compromising the rest. In the morning, children go to a day camp (for example, Summer Camp in Barcelona or Marbella Aleman in Marbella), while parents enjoy a beach holiday, excursions or shopping. Many schools also provide language programs for adults – English or Spanish are taught here. And in the evenings and on weekends, the family spends time together, getting to know the local culture and cuisine.
Cyprus is a place where you can study and relax.
