“Before my illness, I was very active, independent, but I had to change my place of residence, moving from the Zhukov microdistrict to International. Acquaintances, girlfriends stayed there. My health does not allow me to visit them. Children and grandchildren, due to employment, cannot constantly be around. Shop, TV, books fill my life after moving. And so my son read information on the Internet about the creation in the Belgorod Region of a system of long-term care for the elderly and disabled within the framework of the Demography national project. Found the address, and we went to find out everything. The day care department is located in the Comprehensive Center for Social Services for the Population in the Internatsionalny district, 51. We were greeted with a smile by the head Olga Viktorovna Tsyrkina, she told us everything, showed us and invited us to the first group that was being formed at that time. In general, I was at the right time in the right place. A week later, I realized that the classes that were held with us, I needed like air. After a hard life and the loss of loved ones during the coronavirus pandemic, it was not easy to cope with your thoughts alone, you needed communication and help. This was my chance. But I was not alone there, there were three of us in the group, and each with his own problems. Social work specialists Olga Sagadatullina, Anastasia Nilova, Tatyana Kolesnikova, one might say, were slowly pulling us out of the “shell” in which we were, ”said Valentina Ilyinichna.

Guests are given physical education, finger and breathing exercises, exercise machines, a psychologist works with memory, emotions and feelings with the help of art therapy, color and music therapy. Valentina Ilyinichna noticed how her emotional and physical condition improved thanks to specialists who find an approach to everyone and create a favorable atmosphere.

The employees of the department are excellent in treating the souls of their clients. The proof of this is that on the first day we complained about illness, loneliness, etc. By the end of the stay, there was no trace of these moods. We got a lot of positive emotions, energy, helping to keep good spirits, good mood, memories of an interesting time spent for a long time.

If you are in the city, it is enough to apply sunscreen twice a day – before leaving the house and after a working day. In summer, it seems that the more we cleanse our skin, the better we help it cope with the heat, but this is not so. Moreover, the frequent use of exfoliating agents activates the sebaceous glands, which leads to oily sheen and inflammation. For summer care, you should choose enzyme powders or bubble oxygen masks. But they should be used in moderation – no more than 1-2 times a week. This is enough to remove keratinized scales and allow the skin to fully breathe.
