Roger DavisResort Manager
Roger has always found himself gravitating towards the customer service industry in one form or another. After 10+ years in retail and guest service settings, he stumbled upon a place where I could combine my expertise of customer service with my love of animals. He began with Pet Paradise in June of 2017 in a supervisor role and decided this is where he was supposed to be. Getting to know personalities and interact with all the pet guests and their parents is something close to a dream job for Roger. He personally has a 5 year old French Bulldog named Bizmo who demands most of his free time outside of work. However, when he is not at Pet Paradise, you can normally find him at a Disc Golf course, or catching a Hockey, Basketball, or Baseball game if it is available!

What Pet Parents Say About Us
Our dog loves Pet Paradise!
Rating: 5 out of 5 stars
We love Pet Paradise and my dog does too, she doesn’t get scared when we drop her off. The employees are always friendly and I appreciate how they report on how my dog’s day went. They even remember her by name.

Love Coconut Creek!
Rating: 5 out of 5 stars
I have boarded my dogs at Pet Paradise before, but this was the first time at the Coconut Creek location. I am a huge fan of Pet Paradise, and this location is no exception. The staff is very friendly and took wonderful care of my dogs. The facility is brand new and very clean. I really enjoyed tuning into the webcams and seeing my dogs have a great time in the pool and play areas. We will definitely be back!

Kind & Loving Staff
Rating: 5 out of 5 stars
This place is amazing. They took very good care of my pups and especially kept a close eye out for my blind pup as she just kept running into everything and everyone. They were super kind and loving towards them during the day and even when my little 5 month old got scared of a stampede of big dogs coming at him for a ball they picked him up and comforted him until he settled. This place is honestly a dream to have around here.

Early Drop Off Equals Lots of Playtime
Rating: 5 out of 5 stars
What a great place for pets to have a day of fun or for boarding. We tried out Pet Paradise for doggy daycare. The early drop off worked well for my work schedule. It also meant that my dog got a long 12 hour day of fun! I loved being able to check-in on her via the webcams. All the staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. We will definitely be returning.

We are a school where children find the joy in learning — and thus make it possible for them to continue learning for the rest of their lives.
To think mathematically.
To solve problems.
To create things.
To encounter great literature that inspires their character development.
To build themselves as capable, efficacious beings.
To place themselves in history and in society.
To spark meaningful friendships and deep personal values that last a lifetime.
Our goal at Guidepost Montessori is to serve each individual child, to help them realize their limitless potential, and the opportunities they will have to create real and lasting change throughout their lifetime.
Hear from our Guidepost Families
Our 2 and 4-year-old kids attend Guidepost Montessori 5 days a week, and we are very pleased with the professionalism, care, daily updates shared on their progress and overall good feeling that we get when we drop off and pick them up each day. Highly recommend the school!
“Guidepost has been a perfect fit”
Guidepost has been a perfect fit for our pre-schooler! The staff at Guidepost are truly amazing. The guides are compassionate, understanding, and informative. I love the app they use to provide daily updates about what my little one is learning. Since enrolling at Guidepost, my daughter’s independence has increased, she’s learned skills to more effectively express her emotions when she’s upset, and she has learned so many things! Each day on our drive home she tells me about her daily artwork, the fun playground, and the new lessons she learned. Aside from the education component, the community is phenomenal. The school has hosted multiple virtual events, including pumpkin painting and hot cocoa in October and a book fair!
“The best decision we have made”
Enrolling our daughter at Guidepost has been THE BEST decision we have made. We were nervous because she is so young and due to COVID, hadn’t been around many other children or had any experience in a school environment but the administrators and guides at Guidepost were welcoming, patient, helpful and kind. After only 3 weeks, our daughter LOVES school and can’t wait to go each morning. And we see her developing new skills in front of our eyes. We could not be happier with our experience at Guidepost!

Mustangs Las Colinas, Irving, Texas, USA
Irving, a small city in Dallas County, Texas, USA, became known to the whole world in the mid-80s of the last century, when in the middle of the new area of Las Colinas (Las Colinas) , on Williams Square, paved with pink granite slabs, a grandiose sculptural composition “Mustangs of Las Colinas” appeared.
A sculptural group depicting nine mustangs rushing through a stream of water. A section of an artificial river indeed flows through Williams Square, and from under the hooves of horses depicted in a frenzied gallop, fountains of spray rise up, complementing and completing the fantastically real image of wild mustangs that once inhabited the vast expanses of Texas.
Mustangs of Las Colinas, Texas – the largest sculptural group of horses. The grandiose sculptural composition was conceived by Ben Carpenter, designer of William’s Plaza, during the development of the Las Colinas area, and realized thanks to the genius of Robert Glen, a wildlife sculptor from Kenya.
It took almost 8 years to study the structure and habits of mustangs, to translate the idea into real sculptures and create a composition. Carpenter approached Glen in 1976, the Las Colinas Mustangs sculpture was unveiled at Williams Square in Irving on September 25, 1984 years old. Some time later, the sculpture was awarded the Honorary National Award of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
Not far from the sculptural composition is the Museum of Las Colinas Mustangs. As part of the exposition, you can get acquainted with the history of the creation of sculpture, watch a short documentary film. In addition, the museum features other stunning works by sculptor Robert Glen.
If the Las Colinas Mustang museum and sculpture in Irving, Texas is not enough for you, the Irving Exhibition Center in Las Colinas is nearby. You can also visit it to cover all the significant sights of the largest area of Irving.
But back to sculpture. Horses and foals galloping through the water are one and a half times the size of real horses, but the tall buildings surrounding the square somewhat underestimate the spatial effect. Mustangs overcome the water stream and rush towards O’Connor Boulevard. If you look at the photo of the composition, the swiftness of their movement is felt more than real – the effect was achieved thanks to the exclusively naturally sculptured sculptures of running horses and fountains that beat at the feet of animals, like real splashes from under the hooves.
However, the Mustangs of Las Colinas look much more majestic in real life than in the best picture. The ingenious idea of combining the statics of a bronze sculptural composition and the dynamics of a water stream and spray fountains is amazing. Mustangs of Las Colinas are a true masterpiece of landscape sculpture, and in order to look at this miracle, it is worth visiting Irving, which is located a couple of tens of kilometers west of Dallas.
