You want to provide your dog with safe socialization so that they meet and play with like-minded friends, exercise to keep them healthy and extend their lives, and education to help ensure they are well-behaved both at home and when you take them out in public. Dogtopia’s daycare is designed with these needs in mind. Your dog’s safety is our top priority; that’s why our team must complete a rigorous training designed by a canine behaviorist. Our play rooms are supervised by these certified Canine Coaches, and your dog will be in a playroom where he or she is surrounded by dogs of similar size, temperament and play style as well as only those dogs who are fully vaccinated and have passed our Dogtopia evaluation. Your dog will be in very capable hands during their time with us!

Give your pup the opportunity to burn off all that pent-up energy at the recently opened Dogtopia of Fort Lauderdale – Northeast! Whether it’s just for a few hours or the whole day, your pup will get to play, socialize and learn from our highly trained canine coaches. Best of all, they will get to meet their BFFFs (Best Furry Friend Forever)!

Need your dog to stay a little longer? We also offer overnight and extended boarding. The best part about boarding at Dogtopia is the fact that your pup will get to experience daycare, too! Instead of staying cooped up in a kennel, your dog with enjoy a full day of off-leash, open-play with our daycare pups.

If your pup needs a little sprucing up during their time with us, we also offer a wide variety of spa services that can be added to their daycare or boarding stay.

SAFE, SUPERVISED PLAY

As pet parents ourselves, we understand that your dog is a member of your family, therefore you expect nothing but the highest quality of care for them. That’s why we are dedicated to treating your pup as if they were our own.

Each of our Canine Coaches has become certified through a rigorous training, designed by a canine behaviorist, on dog body language and behavior. This ensures they are well-versed in reading dog body language and managing dogs of all sizes and breeds. You can trust that your furry family member is in good hands when they’re with us.

Located just five minutes away from the beach at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, our new, state-of-the-art facility boasts over 5,100 square feet of climate-controlled indoor space. We have three supervised playrooms (the Toybox, the Romper Room, and the Gym), where the dogs in our care are separated into by size, temperament and play style. This ensures that all pups are safe and comfortable during their time with us.

Stay connected with your dog with our live webcam feeds in each of our playrooms, enabling you to watch your dog play and make new friends during the day. Because we have live webcams with no time delay, we’re always on our “A” game, which means that your dog will get the best care possible.

Additionally, we ensure all our pups’ health and safety by maintaining a vigorous cleaning schedule using only pet-safe cleaning products.

Dogtopia of Fort Lauderdale – Northeast has earned certification status as a Heroes for Healthy Pets^TM facility. The Heroes for Healthy Pets^TM Certification  Program in Infectious Disease Management provides training for preventative care, including strategic vaccination, and cleaning and disinfection protocols to help maintain disease-free facilities and keep pets healthy.

The program is co-sponsored by the International Boarding and Pet Services Association, National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America, Pet Sitters International, VETgirl, and Barkleigh Productions.

EASY PICK UP AND DROP OFF

Our conveniently located facility proudly serves the communities of Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Oakland Park, Wilton Manors, Plantation, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, Lighthouse Point and Coconut Creek and more. Many of our Pet Parents live or work in the area, but many pet parents come from further away, because they and their pets love our services and facility.

We are located at 5435 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, just north of Holy Cross Hospital (at Commercial and North Federal). The neighborhood is between Coral Ridge and Imperial Point, immediately west of Lauderale-by-the-Sea. You can find us on the west side of North Federal, with a dedicated northbound turning lane, which makes it convenient to get to us from either direction. We are in the same plaza as Casa Frida, and we offer plenty of parking located in front of the facility, with designated spots for “Dogtopia Pet Parents Only.”

We are open 7am-6pm on Monday to Friday, and 10am-5pm on Saturdays.  We are always happy to arrange for an early drop-off or late pickup when necessary. Just call or speak to someone at the front desk, and we’ll gladly make the arrangements!  (We’re open for boarding 7 days a week, with special pickup and drop off times. )

  Good street

  A walk along this street is suitable for people who appreciate art. This is actually a gallery street with numerous art, antique and other shops. You can walk just like in a museum, or you can make a good purchase. The street itself is pretty, there are offices and galleries, successful people walk and work. There are good restaurants.

  3 days before the cruise

  Relaxed on the beach before the cruise. Spacious, clean beach. Lifeguards every 100 meters. In the shade of palm trees there are benches and tables and barbecue grills. There are sports grounds and a children’s playground.

  One of the favorite places in the city. Very beautiful embankment, nice to look at the impressive ships and ferries. I also advise you to go inside and look at cruise options, you can save at times and pick up an interesting trip for the future.

  Just a shopping mall. We visited it as it is next to a water taxi stop. We rode a water taxi all day and decided to stop by to get acquainted with the assortment. In order to get to the shopping center, you need to go from the bus stop through the lobby of the DoubleTree Hotel. The shopping center is very large – there is even Macy’s. But we could not stay there for a long time, as we were already tired.

  a convenient way to travel!

  The retro tram runs on routes from 9 am to 6 pm every 20 minutes. The most popular route is along the waterfront. Stops when you wave. The starting and ending stops are the Galleria shopping center and the Publix supermarket. 1 ride costs $1, all day – $3.

  Be sure to take one of the types of river taxis and ride around the city for a change. You will see many interesting places that are almost impossible to reach on foot.

  An interesting place for lovers of flea markets

  Mostly an ordinary market, cheap Chinese clothes and related products. But if you arrive early, you can find private traders with interesting things, coins, vintage jewelry, etc.
