ObjectiveThe Senior Procurement Specialist assists client’s project buyers with procuring, managing, and remittance processing of service contracts under Statement of Work (SOW) agreements. Partners with project buyers to lead Request for Proposals (RFPs) and SOW negotiation events on the client buyer’s behalf, and provides project oversight with regard to supplier invoice administration and settlement. Works with client facing team(s) to optimize efforts to service clients in a high-quality, cost-effective manner for multiple client work locations.Duties & Responsiblities Develops partnering relationships with client’s project buyer community and knowledge of historical and projected buying needs of the departments supported by the MSP team.Manages all procurement requisition activity through use of VMS technology. Oversees use of VMS technology by client project buyers, stakeholders, and participating suppliers to ensure transaction activity recorded within the VMS and supporting technologies is accurate and timely in support of business requirements. Supports the client’s RFP bidding process to include performing as a sourcing agent, mediator, and negotiator on client project buyer’s behalf.Develops deep competency knowledge of the program service supplier community to assist with sourcing recommendations.Performs analysis to include cost savings reporting and other quality or efficiency data to help improve operational processes.Evaluates SOW agreement terms for conformity and compliance against client required contractual language and agreement structure; escalates deviations for client approvals / decision making.Provides program Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training and updates to supplier and client project buyer community on a regular basis to ensure understanding and compliance of VMS technology use and overall program cadences.Communicates program procedural changes and updates to program suppliers and client users in a timely manner.Confirms suppliers appropriately manage their employee on-boarding, employee relations issues, and off-boarding activities. Provides and analyzes standard program reporting to client buyers and stakeholders, to include the support of ad hoc report requests as required.Establishes and maintains a proactive, positive working relationship with client end-users through regular phone and in-person contact (site visits as required) within assigned market area / service category.Supports the Operations Manager of Randstad MSP (Randstad Managed Service Program) in ensuring financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded as well as full compliance on all Randstad policies and procedures.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Types of working hours

Article 91 of the Labor Code establishes normal working hours – no more than 40 hours per week. At the same time, there are reduced and part-time working hours. Reduced working time is set for specific categories of employees, for example, for persons under the age of 18 or for women working in the Far North. These categories are described in article 92 of the Labor Code. The calculation for them is carried out in the same way as for those who work under normal working hours.

Working hours part-time is set for the employee by agreement with the employer. For example, a woman came out of parental leave before the age of one and a half, and she cannot work full time. She asks her employer to set her a 4-hour work schedule every day. The employer does not mind and they sign an additional agreement to the employment contract. At the same time, the employee’s salary will decrease: she will receive not a full salary, but half, because she works not 8 hours, but 4.

Working hours

If all employees work according to a standard 40-hour work schedule, then they are set working hours, days off (Saturday and Sunday), they rest on non-working and public holidays. And it is clear how to calculate their salary. But this is not always the case.

It often happens that the working hours of a company do not allow employees to work in accordance with the production normative calendar. For example, a store is open on Saturday and Sunday, and not until 18:00, but until 20:00 or 22:00 to attract more customers. For employees of such an enterprise, shift work schedule . Someone works for two days, then rests for two days, someone works in two shifts: from morning to lunch and from lunch to evening. There are different options here.

There are categories of workers for whom irregular working hours are established. This happens when the employer does not know exactly when and to what extent he will need the services of this employee.

For example, a system administrator. The server may break, as a result of which the online store will stop working, all the work of the company’s company will stop, and such a specialist may be called up in the middle of the night with a request to fix the equipment.
