Tuition and Finance FAQs | Beaumont School

How much is tuition? Does it increase each year?

Tuition for the 2021-2022 school year is $17,215.  While tuition has increased in years past, there is no set annual increase.

What do I need to do to apply for financial aid for a returning student and an incoming student?

Families with a returning student who would like to reconsidered for a change in financial aid, must complete an online FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by March 15 (based on their current tax return). Prospective students must complete an application by November 15 (based on their previous year’s tax return). Complete your FACTS application online here.

It is important to note that the deadline for prospective students is several months earlier than the deadline for returning students.

Complete, accurate, and timely information is required. Applications submitted after the deadline and/or with incomplete or inaccurate information may result in reduction or denial of Tuition Assistance.

How are financial assistance decisions made?

Families submit an application and appropriate supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. Beaumont makes recommendations based on the report of completed applications from FACTS, and funds available that year for tuition support.

When will I find out the upcoming tuition amount?

All parents will be notified of the new tuition amount by email in mid-February via the newsletter.

If my family’s financial situation changes during the school year, can I apply for tuition assistance, or do I need to wait until next year?

You may apply using the FACTS application at any time. However, because there is a limited pool of funds, the funds may already be allocated when you apply. You will be put on a waiting list in case the funds become available at a later date. Click here to apply for Beaumont Tuition Reconsideration.

If parents are divorced or separated, do both parents need to apply for tuition assistance?

Yes, both parents need to submit the FACTS application and supporting documentation.

Are tuition assistance awards automatically renewed annually?

Yes, Beaumont tuition assistance awards automatically renew for those students in good academic standing. You only need to complete your FACTS application once during your time at Beaumont, unless you would like to report a change in circumstances.

Diocesan Tuition Assistance awards are not renewed yearly and require a new or update FACTS by March 15. For more information, click here.

How do late fees work?

Late fees apply to all plans. A $30 late fee will be assessed for payments not received by the payment due date.

What happens if our tuition is late or we have outstanding financial obligations?

Parent(s) agree to a tuition payment based in accordance to agreed upon terms. If the account has an outstanding balance or financial obligations due, Beaumont has the right to enact the following until all tuition and fees are paid in full:

  • refuse to admit the student to class
  • refuse student participation in sports or any extracurricular activities
  • withhold students from taking exams
  • may issue the student a grade of “Incomplete”
  • may withhold the student from participating in graduation
  • may withhold the student’s records, diploma, grades and/or transcripts

Beaumont currently offers the following payment plans:

Full payment – Due July 10

Semesters – Due July 10 and December 10

Monthly – Every month on the 10th or 25th

Bi-monthly – Twice a month of the 10th and 25th
