Use a combination of qualitative and quantitative data to make sure they are on track for success.

What is value realization?

Realization of value occurs when the customer realizes the benefits of your products or services.

Simple, yes.

Easy to do, no.

Ask customers WHY they bought the product and how the success, or value, of your decisions will be measured.

This will allow you to adjust your tactics to achieve it and ultimately demonstrate value to your customers.
