K & C Pre-K School hours during the school year are from 7:30 am – 2:20 pm. Students must be in the building by 7:20 am or they will be considered tardy.
The administrative office is open each day from 7:00 am until 3:30 pm. It is here that contact between home and school is made. All record-keeping and other school business takes place here.
Students may not be checked out of school after 1:40 pm.
Transportation Procedure
Bus transportation will be provided for Pre-K students who reside more than one-half (½) mile from the CPS.
Transportation will not be provided for Pre-K students who reside one-half (½) mile or less from CPS.

Interfax-South – Minors, according to preliminary data, were not injured in a collision between a minibus and a car on the Simferopol-Yalta highway near the village of Krasnokamenka, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Crimea reports in its telegram channel.
According to preliminary information from the police, on Thursday, on the Yuzhnoberezhnoye Highway near the village of Krasnokamenka, the driver of a Hyundai car did not give priority to a Ford minibus when turning, as a result of which they collided.
“As a result of an accident, three adults who were in a Hyundai car were injured, they were taken to a medical facility for medical assistance.
There were a driver and seven children in the minibus, they are being examined by doctors, preliminary, none of the children were injured,” the message says. .
Traffic police officers continue to work at the scene of the accident, the circumstances and causes of the accident are being established.
The press service of the Crimean prosecutor’s office, which previously reported that the bus involved in the accident was a school bus, has already established that it belongs to an individual.
“The circumstances of the transportation of children are being investigated,” the department added.
Earlier, referring to the emergency services of the region, it was reported that seven children and two adults were injured in an accident with a bus on the Alushta-Yalta highway in Crimea. The incident happened around 16:00.

The press service of the prosecutor’s office in the Sverdlovsk region reported that in the village of Byzovo, as a result of a fire in a private house, according to preliminary data, 5 children died. Three more adults and two children were hospitalized.
Survivors suffered first and second degree burns and carbon monoxide poisoning. At the same time, only 4 corpses of children have been found so far, the search for the fifth continues. Those killed in the fire were born in 2013, 2014, 2016, 2019 and 2020.
A large family lived in the burnt house. According to an informed source, they gave birth to alcohol abuse. They were not on the preventive register, but were registered with the social service. However, when the fire started, the father was able to carry two children out of the fire.
The area of the fire was 100 square meters. The fire began to be extinguished on April 14 at 2:20, and open burning was eliminated at 3:01.
